My husband and I used Vet Tech Pet Care and couldn’t have been more pleased. Our dogs were well taken care of and we received pictures during each visit. Our dogs were so content to be able to stay home in their familiar surroundings. We didn’t notice any signs of stress or anxiety upon our return. They were as happy as ever. Caitlin is very professional and knows how to handle dogs. We had her come over a couple times prior to when we needed her so she could get to know our dogs. She was very confident in handling our dogs and they warmed up to her quickly. Our plants got watered and our yard was free of all poo when we returned. We will definitely be using this wonderful service again.

I feel very confident and comfortable leaving my kitty in their care, and she is happy when I come home. ❤

I boarded my GSD-x dog, Coyote, here for 2 weeks. They took incredible care of him, and he arrived home with almost zero anxiety or stress behaviors from having stayed there, no illness or injuries at all, which is far more than I can say for any other facility I've boarded my dogs at in the past. No diarrhea, no vomiting, no residual behavioral issues from srress, no coughing/sneezing, no wounds,... I will definitely be boarding him here when I travel from now on. Their facility is immaculate and clean and low stress for the animals. I also left my kuranda dog bed for him to lay on while he was there and he was kept on the same food he normally is. These people are wonderful people and great patriots!🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲 I love this place and the wonderful people here!!! 5 stars

My dog spent the weekend there. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love how the dogs get out to the yard in turns as my dog is not social. My dog seemed to do fine, he is happy to be home as he's not use to having other dogs nearby. We will be taking him back for future trips.

I recently boarded my English Mastiff with these folks, and it was a wonderful experience!! We scheduled a meet and greet with the staff before boarding my dog there because he does have separation anxiety, and does better with people he is familiar with. Everyone there is extremely friendly, patient, and attentive to your pet. The environment is clean, well organized, and my dog came back home happy and healthy! A wonderful facility and even better experience! We will definitely be back in the future.

This is my second review. We absolutely LOVE this pet store! What makes this a great visit EVERY time is Katie, she is wonderful! She is so knowledgeable and helpful, answers our many questions with the greatest of patience! She has the greatest customer service! She is a gem!!!

Great place, relaxed take your time no hurry type of feeling. Very nice. Large assortment of aquatics . Some really cool even a stingray (not for sale). Prices are good as well. Peeked in on the dog boarding side and it was spotless!! Definitely going back.

Bryan and Stacey are such awesome people, plus I loved talking to Debbie! This is a unique business ran by great people. I’m bring my own Camelot artifact there next time when I see them.

Brian and Stacy are two of the hardest working people in town. They have taken care of our dogs for years with the finest of care and compassion. Could never in our lifetime have found better people not a better place to kennel our fur babies!!

I can find anything for any pet in there. It's a bit overwhelming walking in but in a good way. Boarded one of our dogs, they were great and it's a wonderful price. The people are really nice and almost love animals as much as I.

These guys are great! Greg did an excellent job training our lab and Christy does an amazing job on her grooming. They care about all the dogs that go through there!

Greg is the awesome! One session with my GSD, Bear and it is like night and day. He walks so well on leash now. He gave me the confidence I needed. Also, I was impressed how his son Callan stepped in and helped with Bears reactivity with other dogs. They are truly a team! Thank God they are here in Gillette! THE BEST.

Great training and boarding both for personal dogs and working dogs! Trains law enforcement dogs and personal dogs. If your dog needs help with aggression or any other issues give them a call. Great indoor facility with leashes, dog food and toys. Also they provide grooming. All around great place for all your dog needs. Local family owned business.

Awesome people! Very professional and very personable. They take the time to answer questions and make you feel like you are their only customer. Their kennels are kept clean and they truly care about your dog. I brought my 4 year old German Shepard to them for a board and train and she came back a whole different dog. I highly recommend them!

After spending 9 days in the woods, my Dudley doo, need a doo...real bad. Every where I called, said 3 months waiting. We got our 9 year old pup groomed and they did fantastic! We’re very personable, willing to make accommodations for our schedule, and she looks great! Would definitely recommend!

Cheryl, who owns JH Kennels and is sweet and gentle, has the capability to house 65 animals. Her dog and cat groomer, Bridget, is also phenomenal and does beautiful work.

They are one of the kindest people they took the best care of my dog and made me felt heard about my concerns i will 100% be coming back if i ever need help from them again

My Dooghan came happy and handsome!

While it may not be the most clean LOOKING place, we have taken our dog there several times with a great outcome! My dog is extremely shy and I have a hard time leaving him with just anyone. When he goes to John Henry's he comes back very happy. He loves playing with the other dogs there and the people really do care for these animals. I never worry that my dog won't be taken care of when I leave him at John Henry's!

Very happy with my dog's grooming!

We didn't worry for a moment about our dogs while they were at John Henry's. I was super nervous about leaving them, because they are Labrador puppies and a bit high maintenance. The staff didn't skip a beat with them and when our male pee'd on the floor they didn't scold or freak out on us!

First off there is never anyone in that building so good luck even talking to anyone. If you happen to be there and the owner is there, be ready to talk to someone with no concept of respect for her customers. Lastly the place looks and smells as if it has not been cleaned since she bought it. Not only will I never go there again but I will actively tell others not to take their animals to this place.

They take such good care if our fur babies. They are always spoiled and well taken care of. All of our little nit picks are also seen to which is great!

First time taking our English Springer Spaniel here and I couldn’t be happier with how they groomed her!! The facility is very clean and updated and everyone treated our Lady so well while she was there. I can’t get over how cute her haircut turned out and would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

I am so happy I found a place where compassion and excellent costumer service is first. My Luna needed a bath with urgency, and she is a big girl, German Shepherd long hair, and they were so patient and helpful getting her in. I had to reschedule a few times because she needed some vaccines. The final result was a beautiful girl all clean and smelling great! So thank you Simply Grooming for being so kind and taking good care of my Luna!

Courtnie did such an awesome job on Lola on 12/29/23. She needed a haircut really bad. Courtnie was so understanding with Lola gaining her trust and being patient with her.

The first few times we brought our dogs here they were awesome, one of our dogs doesn’t love nail trims but he does okay for us at home and they were able to trim his nails here. However, the last few times we’ve picked our two dogs up, their nails weren’t trimmed and ears weren’t cleaned like they said they do and never mentioned anything to us. One time I asked how our one dog was doing for nail trims to which they replied “oh he’s been just fine,” but his nails weren’t even trimmed. And the most recent time we took them we had gotten rescheduled due to a groomer being out sick, which I totally understand, but we had to move our appointment to a different day than we were scheduled for and we showed up and they never scheduled us, they squeezed us in which was awesome, but we waited 4 hours for them to be done. If we would’ve known it was going to be that long we would’ve come back another day. Our dogs never have issues being dropped off somewhere, but this time our one slipped his collar twice to go back with them which also concerned me. We picked them up and once again, nails not trimmed and ears not cleaned and our one dog still had dirt on her belly. Overall, very disappointed and will be seeking a new groomer.

Was in town for a couple of days. And my fur baby had some bad nails. Stopped by without an appointment hopping they had time to trim his names. Well it was almost closing & all staff had gone home. But owner & his wife did me a favor they trimmed his nails

Been going here for years with my two furry friends, all the staff have individually groomed my dogs and have all done wonderful! Great experience for me and my dogs who leave happy every time. I know for a fact my pointer is a big scaredy cat, and they have always gave him the best experience and accommodate to his needs. 10/10 recommend!

Omgosh, we have never been so happy with a groomer as we are with Sheila and her amazing crew. My 2 Japanese chins get so excited when we pull up to her shop. She does a fantastic job on the boys and they love her. We will never change again !! I am beyond happy with the amazing job she does.

I called this place to make an appointment and they were full, however they recommend Sunflower Pet Grooming. Took their advice because if they were giving it then I assumed their work was up to the their standards or a least similar, so then i booked an appointment with sunflower pet grooming, i couldn't find them on Google but I was giving their phone number by Perfect Paw personnel. So found them on facebook, read the reviews and they looked pretty decent plus it says 34 years or experience, more than anything i was trusting perfect pawz reccomendation. However worst experience ever. Will never go to this place again. All we asked was for a trim and she even ensure my daughter that she would not touch the top of her head, (where we put her cute little ribbon) see for yourself before and after picture. THIS WAS NOT perfect pawz pet doing but was the place they recommended. If they think this place is good makes me wonder about them also. Extremely upsetting. Hair would grow but that was unnecessary, figured she would know the definition of TRIM after 34 years of experience. I couldn't find them on Google to leave then the bad review, maybe that was a sign.

We absolutely adore this shop! Our groomer, Sara, is unbelievably sweet and kind and you can tell she truly cares for her furry four-legged clients. Our pup is quite the handful and Sara manages to pamper her and provides fantastic, consistent grooming services. Additionally, my husband and I have known the owner of this shop for years and we are happy to support a local, female owned business! I recommend Perfect Pawz to everyone!

I love taking my pups to this pet salon. Shelia the owner and Brandon are Amazing groomers!! They care so much for animals and it shows. They have a really neat sign in there that's says comfort over beauty. That's what they stand by and I think its wonderful. I will always take my dogs there to be groomed.

Okay, I have to say, I was gonna wait a couple days to post a review. But... Vanessa, you did a WONDERFUL job on my dogs. The fact that Cali has the coolest "earing" is so her, her whole little attitude, you nailed it! Super awesome, you totally get her. Thank you all, especially Vanessa!

100% recommend! We brought our Shepherd here for a bath and he came back to us fluffy, clean, and happy... plus he was wearing a bandana! The crew here at Perfect Pawz did an amazing job!

Powder River Gun Dogs was the best place to have our dog boarded. Our dog always had fun and got along with the other animals. Bruce and Melanie are really nice people and they care a lot about their dogs and the ones that get boarded. I would definitely suggest them to anyone who wants their dog to have a great experience with boarding!

Dog had kennel cough after taking her here. She gives your animal back dirty and skinny. My poor dog looked like it didn't eat the entire time I was gone. And she upped her price and didn't tell me until the day before I picked up. She charges you for drop off and pick up. I picked my dog up at 8am and she charged me for half a day and was going to charge a full day. She doesn't let them out of the cage. 20 dollars a day for your dog to be left in a cage and given back worse then when you left them. Not coming back.

Bruce with Powder River Gun Dogs trained our labs. He did an amazing job. We will be coming get back when day clinics are offered, so our dogs can stay fine tuned in the off season. Bruce and Melanie have a love and knowledge for dogs that shows in the way they handle and train them.

If you like getting your dog and yourself sick everytime take them here. I spend $500 plus on vet bills everytime I take them here due to their Filthy, dirty and poor cleaning practices. Kennel cough and parasites thrive at this kennel. Rated zero stars.

I tried to have my dog boarded, but because she is part pit bull they would not even consider it. This is misleading since the boarding page says that they will house "any breed". She is the sweetest dog ever and would have been wonderful to deal with. I'm glad they didn't get any of my money. I just think it's sad that even dog people buy into that nonsense these days.
