It was difficult to find a place that felt comfortable for my rescue dog when I visited Winston Salem. Amber was very welcoming to Daisy and me. She understands rescue dogs. Daisy had a positive experience, I think. She came home with improved socialization skills with other dogs. I really appreciate that. Thanks for what you did for Daisy. I'll use Winston Salem Dog Care again for Daisy when we visit.

What a God send to me! Winston- Salem dog care treats my Great Dane (Zen) like family. As a traveler ( contract medical worker) I work long hours and need my boy to get out. I’ve had to use Rover and Wag in the past and sometimes it was good other times NOT. I never worry about my boy now because Marie and her staff take such excellent care of him. I highly recommend them.

Have to share how wonderful Winston-Salem Dog (and cat) Care is! Have 1 pup and 2 cats, all inside babies. The pup came from a hoarding situation, doesn't like other dogs, and won't go #2 outside, so boarding is a challenge. Home visits are the solution! I had them come twice a day for my pup, and he couldn't have been happier! The picture attached shows exactly how much he loved all the attention he got. The cats are shy, but they even came out for the sitters, which is quite the endorsement. My house was in better shape than when I left, everyone was happy, well fed and unstressed. I've already rebooked them!

I discovered WSDC from my vet. We were recommended and made an appointment to meet Justin and so glad we did. My Kacee loves going to Daycare and Amber has become Kacee's daycare Mom. Kacee isn't used to being alone for long periods of time and his breed becomes very stressed if this happens. WSDC has been a godsend. Kacee gets so excited on his visits. I love the fact that Amber and all the moms there take such good care of my boy. Amber thank you for being so amazing I love that we get picture updates on his visits as this helps Mom to stay calm

I have used WS Dog Care personally for my own dog, in which every single person that came to my house to take care of Maverick was SO incredibly kind and sent me photos and updates. As a property manager, I have also turned to WS Dog Care for resident emergencies and they have been even MORE fantastic. I cannot thank Marie and team enough for always helping during these situations. You guys are incredible, and I'm so grateful for the partnership!

My eldest dog just turned 12. I’ve never been fortunate to have a work from home job so I’ve utilized many dog daycares & boarding. Winston Salem Dog care is so far above and beyond the best we’ve ever been to. And even that doesn’t do Justin & Marie and their team justice! They are the second family my, and all dogs, need and set the bar for dog care! On site is serene and a perfect environment! We additionally utilize the in home pet visits for our cat. They collect the mail or a random Sam’s club package that I profusely apologize for not being able to pin point the delivery to the days we’re home for without hesitation or worry! We are truckers that travel weekly and our return day isn’t always easily scheduled on our end. Weather or road work can collapse return times by hours or days. The team is responsive, flexible and always happy to assist! If I attempted to highlight all the ways WSDC has been flexible, patient, accommodating and understanding without ever a misstep in service I’d run google reviews out of storage space. I cannot explain just how immense the internal peace is of knowing your dogs are having the time of their lives with a plethora of other dogs and being loved on and taken care of while you can’t be there!

I normally do not leave reviews, unless someone has done something exceptional. WS Dog Care is an incredible team. In an emergency they helped me to take care of another’s dog- when every other boarding location and kennel was booked through the new year. Though my friend passed, they were supportive of me and what I needed the entire process. Can’t say enough how great a business this place is. If you give them your business, you will not be disappointed! Thank you again, WS Dog Care. Marie and Elizabeth were very helpful and accommodating.

Amazing dog care all around. I travel for work, and use them for both house visits, and boarding, and Marie, Justin and their staff have been beyond amazing. They have accommodated my crazy schedule on short notice, take the time to know and understand my dog’s personalities and needs. I get pictures and updates about visits consistently, my pups love it. They truly care about your pups and treat them as one of their own. Truly, 5 stars isn’t even close to what they truly deserve!

I had a family emergency a couple months ago and had to leave town indefinitely. I reached out to Justin the night before and asked to board my three fur babies. Justin took them in not knowing when I will be back. Cain, Abel and Lilith were well cared for and loved on. The staff's genuine love for dogs is evident, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The facilities are clean, and the daily updates they provide give me peace of mind. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking top-notch care for their beloved pets!

The staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. They also treat your baby like their own. I tend to have anxiety with leaving my precious cargo with others, but Amber ensured that I was at ease and all my questions and concerns were addressed. They offer an abundance of services and each one is thoughtful and Top Notch. If you are looking for a place for your four legged Family Member - Winston Salem Dog Care is the place for you.

I have never left my dogs with anyone before. They are good dogs, but a handful. My vet recommended Savannah to me, and I’m so thankful! She is great with the dogs! The place is clean, the dogs seemed happy going and when I picked them up. Plus, they didn’t smell stinky like you would expect from being boarded. Finally, someone that I trust!

Finest group of people to care for your dear dog!!! In addition to caring for your dog, if they stay a week or longer, they include bathing in the visit! Facilities are spotless and continuously being upgraded. I HIGHLY recommend their service!

Kim and Mandy are awesome. I trust them 100% with my furbabies. One is a difficult customer but their grooming skills are the best. I also board them there and they seem too enjoy their stay. I highly recommend!

Mrs. Doolittle's Pet Hotel is one of the finest kennels around. Located in a rural area of southern Surry County, Savannah has plenty of room outside for the animals to exercise. The dogs have outdoor playtime at least twice daily and are separated into groups or play individually, if necessary. Each dog has a "run" of their own unless they are "siblings" who wish to board together. Bedding (changed at least every other day) and food is provided with the daily rate which is extremely reasonable. Stand-by Veterinary care is always available. As soon as we begin to pack "Bailey"'s toys, he goes to the door and will wait for hours unless we are ready to take him to the Pet Hotel right away. He responds the same way when asked if he wants to go to Savannah's. This young woman loves animals more than anyone else that I know. She also loves her human clients. We had a tragedy in our family while on vacation several years ago. When we returned, Savannah offered to keep Bailey for a few days for us to sort out our situation. She refused payment for the extra days, except for the reimbursement of his vaccines which expired during the extra time he was there (She took him to our vet and handled this for us.) Your dog or cat or bird (or whatever) will be given the best accommodations possible at Mrs' Doolittle's and you can enjoy your vacation or recuperation time with ease, knowing that your furry or feathery friend will be well cared for.

We love this place for our German Shepherd and our dachshund! They take excellent care of them and even clean the bedding we bring with them before pick up. Will never use anyone else.

Our dog had never been boarded last year when we first used Mrs Doolittle's. Even though he was scared and apprehensive, she won him over. We have left him in her care twice this year and are extremely happy with the love and care he was given. Because of her love and expert care, he enjoyed his time there and is comfortable there. We highly recommend her.

Kritter Kamp took my two pugs when I lost my house sitter kind of last minute. I am crazy picky about who takes care of my dogs. The staff updated me, sent me pics, and took incredible care of my two babies. I am grateful I have a place to rely on for good care if I have to be away!

KK has been wonderful for my doggo. He's great but can be a handful. KK has help me in a stressful situation when I needed urgent and unexpected boarding. Even administering meds during his stay. Thanks KK and staff!

I will never be bringing my dog back here. He had been once before to be groomed, so his vaccination records *should* have been there—they weren’t, so they could not complete the services we asked for. In fact, they had him under a completely different owner’s name. We didn’t think anything of it, no big deal. But then we were informed he was showing aggression toward the groomer, which has never happened ANYWHERE else. Hearing that made me question how he was being treated while I wasn’t there. Today, 5/21, he went to the vet for some issues. The vet lifted up his ears to find these marks where the groomer cut his skin. The vet assured us that this was the work of clippers—not him scratching. All in all, it was a terrible experience and I don’t think anyone else would want their dog treated this way.

We have been taking our two king Charles cavaliers here for several years now for grooming. While the front desk staff changes frequently, the grooming of our dogs has always been excellent, as well as the friendliness and professionalism of all who we have met who work there. Lucky Bones is exceptionally clean and I highly recommend this place for dog grooming.

Called yesterday spoke with someone about housing my 2 dogs for the day. Due to my apartment being painted.. and was told the requirements. Called this morning to bring them. Never answered the phones.. when finally answered..*OH UM WELL WE DONT HAVE TIME FOR BIG DOGS*... SO HERE I AM OUTSIDE POSSIBLE ALL DAY. WITH NOWHERE FOR THEM TO GO!.. thanks for all ya help..

Our dog Blue was in great hands while we were on vacation. Already have another stay for our dog there.

I rescued a starving dog 2 weeks ago I took her to vet and got all her shots she is the sweetest girl. Anyway we had a planned a trip before we got her and I wanted somewhere she could have fun. They were rude on phone and wouldn't take her cause she has pit in her. She has been great with other dogs and people! She is still very young. Wow hurt me for her knowing she is already judged!!Especially all she had been thru!

Really disappointed and upset. My best friend took her 2 year old dog here for daycare. During the day she received a call nobody wants to get: please come pick up your dog, an incident has happened. She gets there with her husband only to find out her dog has been bitten by another dog. To make matters worse they tell her they will not be held responsible for anything at all since she signed a document that holds HER accountable for anything that happens to her dog in this place. Toby got 20 stitches! This was not a small bite. She was surprised when the staff told her even though it was another dog that attacked Toby, she would have to run with ALL costs. Toby is very distressed. Given everything that happened, not only are we disappointed in the way things were handled but we highly doubt the staff is well trained to look after the pups at this facility. If you care about your pets, DO NOT bring them here.

Worst place ever to leave your pet. Apparently, my dog (who is not aggressive at all) got attacked by another dog and bit his left leg. No one explained what happened and the lady taking care of the dogs did not know what happened. They mix all ages and sizes which we know it's not safe for our pets. No one was responsible of this situation. Had to take him to the vet hospital and charged me $500 for stitches. Who will be responsible of what happened?? Please, NEVER send your pets to this place.

Such a lovely place! I recently took my Malchi in for a grooming and they did an amazing job! I have taken her to a few other places before but this is by far the best grooming she has ever had! I would definitely recommend to anybody looking to get a grooming for their dog. I will definitely be returning!

This place is amazing! I take 2 of my dogs here regularly and they love it. The staff is friendly and caring. My dogs are always excited to see the staff and play with the other dogs. I am always hesitant about leaving my dogs with other people and Lucky Bones really put me at ease. I feel comfortable bringing my dogs here and knowing they are happy and well cared for. This place is perfect for getting your dog some exercise and socializing them. It has done wonders for my dogs. They are well behaved when meeting new people and dogs. They come home tired and happy. I would highly recommend Lucky Bones for boarding or daycare as I have done both and I am very happy with them.

Just moved here from Indiana. Our pup had gone to the same doggie daycare from the time he was 1. So the change was major for us! He has fit in and we are very happy at the Ruff House!

I only take my dog, Louise, to daycare at ruff housing once per week, but the entire staff still knows her by name! Going to ruff housing is the highlight of her week. She loves the people so much! When she first started going to ruff housing, she was terrified of people. Now, she runs right up to all of their staff for kisses! They have truly changed her life and helped her open up. This place is exceptionally well-run. I used to work at a doggy daycare and by comparison to where I worked, ruff housing is much more thorough and contentious about keeping dogs safe and comfortable. That is why it is a little hard to get in - they’re always booked up because they limit the number of dogs very responsibility! Trust me when I tell you that it is worth the wait. Don’t settle! I can’t recommend it enough. I will never take Louise (my pup) elsewhere.

Grayson was very nice and knows a lot about all the dogs. Gyzmo always comes back home very very thirsty. It generally takes him 2 or 3 days of constant drinking before he seems to be able to get his fill. The employees that walk around with the dogs during play time never seem to reach out and pet or love on the dogs. It would be nice to see more interaction between them and the dogs. They did a great job working with me when we had to suddenly go out of town for a funeral. They worked us in to make sure we could make it home to the funeral.

We LOVE Ruff Housing and especially our groomer Devin. He is loving and caring with our American Eskimo Dogs. We’ve lived here six years and he’s the only one we’ve found that knows how to groom Eskies. One of our Eskies is a TriPawed and requires some special care and patience. He does it all! Even though the prices went up, which makes us wait a bit longer between grooming’s, we still LOVE Ruff Housing.

Everyone here is friendly & you can tell they love dogs! My 2 dogs came for a meet & greet & did fantastic. I appreciated getting photos of how they spent their time.

Our Athena just loves going to Ruff Housing and playing with the other dogs and staff! The staff is awesome and are always courteous and professional. Ruff Housing is Athena’s first doggie daycare experience and the staff has been great about that and always makes sure that Athena is comfortable and has a great day! We are excited that Athena has had such a great experience and that she is always treated so kindly and with so much love. I’d definitely recommend Ruff Housing to a friend for daycare. We haven’t had an opportunity to use the boarding services at Ruff Housing but if their boarding services are as great as their daycare services then I would recommend the boarding services as well. We have used the grooming services while Athena has been there on daycare days and always comes home a happy dog! Thank you Ruff Housing staff for all that you do for Athena! We ❤️You Guys!

Our girls were brought in for a first evaluation session. We were impressed from the very beginning. The Ruff Housing team gave us an honest assessment of how our girls did and how they were going to help our girls adjust to their new home after our recent move. Our girl’s faces tell the entire story. We found our girls their new home away from home and could not be happier!

My dog cries and whimpers with excitement every time we walk in! She LOVES this place! Always happy to drop her off and know she is taken care of and having fun socializing! The themed weeks are amazing and the goodie bags and pictures they send you are amazing!

I brought my old dog to play care until he passed, they were very attached to him. And now my new dog demands to go to play care. We are considering taking our new puppy every day because it’s so good for him.

Sheila takes such good care of Hattie our cat and Commanche our dog. The animals love her and love seeing her. She has jumped in and helped out when I had surgery or other family emergencies. You will love the service. Also the ease of on line scheduling.

Sheila has been pet sitting for us since 2013 and we have always had exceptional and professional service. We recently had her take care of our new kitty Cleo. Sheila came by our home prior to our time away to meet Cleo. She was in no hurry during the meet and greet and got very comfortable with her new fur friend. They became fast friends during our time away. We got updates and pictures from Sheila while we were away. We trust Sheila and Laughing Dog Walks n' Sits completely with our baby as well as our home. We'll be contacting her again the next time we need a pet sitter.

Sheila did a great job watching my two elderly dogs for 9 days while I was on a cruise. Normally, another family member outside of my household would watch the dogs during my absence; but, all of them came on the cruise too! Then Sheila came to the rescue. The dogs were well taken care of in my home and I received photo and text updates with each visit. Highly recommended!

I'm so very happy with the excellent services provided by Laughing Dogs Walks n' Sits. Most of all....my two little guys love their sitter and the care provided. No hesitation in taking a trip....I know everything is taken care of.

Was excited, and eager, to try this new doggy daycare. I’ve had several dogs prior to moving here who all regularly attended day care (multiple times per week), so I know what a good dog daycare is like, and let me say I was disappointed to say the least. Before taking your dogs here, I’d recommend looking at the online cameras periodically to see when dogs are actually let outside to play. They are supposed to have two 3-hour play times and I did not see dogs outside playing for a consecutive 3 hours x2. Additionally, my dog came home AMPED up. To provide perspective, he gets exhausted from ~20 minutes at the dog park, and had more energy than he has ever had at night following a day here. The real issue: We were provided images of our dog playing with other dogs. But upon watching the cameras intermittently, but frequently, all day, we never ONCE saw our dog outside and playing with other dogs. This means they took him out to “play” for images and returned him to who knows where, where cameras are not located. I cannot in good conscious recommend this daycare. It could’ve been a unique, one-off, negative experience, but that was not the gut feeling we had from dropping off and picking up our pup. It is also not the sole time I’ve heard this happening here (check Reddit and other sites for reviews). On another note, Winston-Salem needs a good dog daycare, if anyone is looking to open a business to fulfill a need.

The staff I spoke to was friendly and seemed to care about my dog. And I know that they put her in her deluxe suite because she did not do well in the regular suite so I appreciate that. I do wish that I had more updates and more information about how she played with others. It surprisingly seemed like she did not enjoy her playtime so smaller groups might be better for her, but that’s just my guess because no one told me one way or the other

Lucy Brackens loves Ruff Housing for daycare and boarding. The entire staff loves Lucy like their own! Daycare allows Lucy to exercise and spend time with other pups and an amazing staff. I highly recommend Ruff Housing and give them 10 stars!! (5 stars isn’t enough) Plus, I love the fact that Ruff Housing provides Webcams so owners can watch their pets. When I drop Ms. Lucy off in the mornings I know she will be well taken care of.

I can't speak more highly of Ruff Housing as a whole, especially the Witt Street location. My dogs, Ella and Wofford, run to the door every time we arrive. The staff greet them by name and remember the sweetest details about them. They come home WORN out after a hard day of playing with their friends!!!! 10/10 would reccommend.

I can’t speak highly enough of the staff at Witt St! My puppy has been going to Witt St for about 2 months and absolutely adores everyone there. Each time when I pick her up from daycare one of the staff members tells me funny stories about her that day or pics they took of her playing. It makes me feel so relieved that I am leaving my dog in the care of such attentive and caring people. I love love love every member of this staff and my puppy does too! 💕

The staff members at Ruff Housing genuinely love dogs. Since 2008 we have entrusted the care of four dogs to them. Their caring, thoughtful approaches to every scenario — from a 14-year-old senior who no longer wanted to play with other dogs to two young pups — has amazed us. Our only real issues have been with the online scheduling system and they worked hard to correct that.

We recently brought our dog Cooper to Witt Street for his evaluation before we board him in May. Cooper is 13 and I was a little anxious as to how he would respond. Everyone that we spoke to was so supportive and took their time answering all my questions. It really helped in setting my mind at ease and knew we made the right choice. When we picked him up he was happy, relaxed and wondering why he had to leave. 😊 He is going to have a blast in May and can’t wait to see the pictures they send. Thank you!

My silver lab, Remi, went for her doggy daycare meet/greet trial today and I can’t say enough about this place and the staff already. I can be that helicopter-high strung dog mom at times but the staff and facility made me feel so comfortable leaving her for the day knowing she would be well taken care of. I received a progress update call and the cutest report card with pictures from her visit. Remi looked so happy about her play day and that eases my mind for all of her upcoming visits while I’m at work. We both give this place a 10/10!

We love Caden at the Witt St location!! My dogs are now excited to be dropped off for their grooming, which hasn’t always been the case. Caden does a great job with the overall cut and face framing— but, more importantly, I always feel like my doggos are being loved and taken care of when they go to Caden because of the pictures I receive after their cut and the happy dogs I pick up 😊

I am so disappointed with my dogs stay at this facility and have major guilt for putting my dog in this place. It’s my first time ever boarding my dog in North Carolina so I looked into a TON of places before deciding on one. This place had so many good reviews that I was confident they would take good care of my dog. 1. They told us we would see him in the purple room on the cameras (I checked many many MANY times and never once saw him on any camera) 2. We could never get ahold of them to check up on our dog. You would not believe how many times it took us to get ahold of them. They tried to say they left a voicemail but they did not3. When we picked our dog up, he reeked of dog pee. Our dog mounts other dogs so he was kept in his own area. Considering my dog is potty trained, I assume they never took him out which caused him to pee in his area and lay in it (he was there for 5 days). I sincerely hope I’m wrong about this theory but I don’t think I am and that breaks my heart. I’ve never left a bad review on anywhere before but I just want people to know so you and your dog don’t have to go through what me and my dog went through.

One the most outstanding pet sitting service I have ever found. We have used them 3 times and recommend them to anyone. We have Rottweilers and they could not happier being kept at home. They have no problem with taking care of our Rotties. We use Hailey and she is wonderful. Kenny and Renee

Boarded our big girl here for a week. Staff were super friendly and went above and beyond for our girl. You can tell they spent a lot of time with her and learned her favorite toys, treats, playtime rituals and overall personality from talking with them about her stay. They even washed her bed and had groomed her before our pick up and she smelled like cookies. Two paws up, we will definitely be utilizing their services again.

I put my dog in the only space available. Which was the most expensive one. Dropped him off 2 pm. They had not had time to clean kennel poop everywhere. The crate had a video that you could call and see you dog in his crate. They had just sat my dog in his crate into the cage.At 9pm I checked video my dog was still in his study cloth crate, he had chewed a hole in the side of his crate and was stuck. The place he was put in was not cleaned up yet. He had not been fed, given water or taken out to use the bathroom. I called and they were not apologetic, did not care he was choking himself to death. They just said we are busy. It was the most expensive one. They never apologized offer to reduce rate or anything! My dog could have died! Never go back there again. Terrible care for your dog!

This place is a hidden gem. Your pets get five star service for a very reasonable price! Perfect if you want your furry family to have as good a vacation as you are.

Before we boarded our dog with Grand Pup, we tried at least 4 other places around our area. At one kennel in Winston, my wife booked a room with a camera and she watched Nola all the way from King, NC to Florida. They only let her out one or twice during the drive down. I bet our dog wasn't happy and I know my wife wasn't. :) Nola got a track infection as result. That was the last straw. We found Grand Pup one Saturday and after walking around their place and meeting the owners, we knew this would be the next place to try. (fingers crossed) On our first visit, our lab-mix Nola took to them right away and they to her! So, from the beginning to now, these guys are great and worth the money! It feels like your letting your pet stay with family. In total, Nola has visited overnight about 8 or 9 times so far with NO issues!! A+++ treatment

I had a spur of the moment trip I had to take. I had seen the Grand Pup Hotel downtown but never had a need until now. Upon looking into them and reading reviews, I took a chance. The place is clean, and the gentleman working there are so kind! You can tell they love pets too! My two kids (dogs) did great! They said I could call anytime to check on them. They took great care of my fur babies! I will definitely return when the need arises!

My Boss had a wonderful experience with the resort and spa. The place was very clean, was provided wonderful service, and his dogs were taken well care of. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone, your fur babies will be taken well care of.

I would never board my dog here ever again, we had an absolute terrible experience with our pup. I have boarded my dog a lot and never had an experience like this. First off, it smelled terrible of dog pee when we arrived. We were unable to find the front desk for a very long time until he finally arrived wearing sunglasses the whole time. They never asked for us to sign papers and never asked how much he needed to be fed or anything. When we left, we watched the cameras and he was never given water in his bowl for over an hour. We were so angry we came and picked our dog up immediately. The following day we went to a brewery next door and never saw them take a dog outside once. I called “Mrs. K” the manager and informed her of our experience, she was extremely rude and did not offer any refund. When I told her we would leave a bad review she responded “no worries I will pay to delete it”. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

The owners, who also have a shop in town, are very unprofessional and give poor customer service. Instead of apologizing for our unhappiness with our purchase, they replied to us with sarcasm, false sympathy, offering unnecessary services, and actually labeling family members with very unflattering monikers. Also, it is my suggestion that if you do decide to purchase, shop around for better prices beforehand. The merchandise has such a high markup percentage that they fervently enforce a “No Return/No Refund” policy, so anyone who is caught by their scam is unable to escape unharmed. Beware!

A true vacation for your furbaby. This is not a kennel this is an actual hotel for your pets, it has rooms- not cages. The Grand Pup went above and beyond my expectations of what a dog hotel could be. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was immaculate and their bakery/store was one of a kind. My cane corso Dante was treated like a prince and I could tell he didn’t want to leave! The standards I had for dog boarding have been completely altered after my experience here. I wish there were more places like this for our pets. The Grand Pup will be Dante’s annual vacation spot! Check this place out; you will not be disappointed!

Our fur babies were well loved and expertly taken care of…we have already booked them for our next trip! Not sure they wanted to come home! We would recommend Pet Palace to anyone who wants their dogs well cared for…

With short notice, Kim was able to fit our pet sitting needs into her schedule. She is very professional, personable and knowledgeable. We felt at ease leaving our kitties in her hands while we were gone. She made it possible for us to go away without stressing about the fur babies! There were detailed reports and pictures after every visit. She worked different methods to get one stubborn cat to take his medication. Plenty of play time was had after food, water, liter box, etc. Everything was done! Kim's services are well worth her rates. We will recommend her and use her services again.

Kim did a fantastic job with our furbabies, is trustworthy and kept us updated on their care as well as pictures and videos. I highly recommend her and will use her again should we need pet care in the future.

Kim was wonderful caregiver to our 2 dogs. She is dependable which put us at ease knowing someone was going to show up. Recently moved to NC from out of state. We needed to hire a pet sitter for an upcoming trip, and of course it can be stressful to figure out who to hire based on a search on Google. Especially when you're new to an area and don't know many people yet. I settled on Kim based on her excellent reviews. There is a reason that Kim is highly recommended. I NEVER wondered if my cats were ok while we were gone. Not once. Kim sent us reports via an app called Time to Pet for every visit made to our home, including photos and what she did for them during the visit. The app is insanely easy to use and I really like that it's a one stop shop for booking, payment, communication, etc. She is a true professional and excellent at what she does. If you're currently looking for someone to take great care of your pets and home while on vacation, the search should end here. She truly is wonderful!

If you are looking for a very reliable person to take care of your pets look no further. Kim is the absolute best. She really cares about what she does and the animals she cares for. She stays in touch with her community of people that use her pet sitting service. Honest, reliable and knows how important it is that pet parents feel very secure and happy the pet kiddos are cared for the best.

Our experience with Great Dog Days was simply AMAZING! 🤩 We were traveling from out of town and needed a dog sitter for the daytime. The communication in advance and during our visit was everything we needed to feel comfortable leaving our dog Winnie with Lesley. Winnie was definitely well taken care of and seemed to have really made friends with the other dog. The photos and communications throughout the day also helped us know Winnie was safe and in caring hands. I would absolutely give more than 5 stars if I could. We will definitely hire Great Dog Days again during future trips!!

Lesley has been coming to my place to walk my two little dogs (8 & 13 lbs) for a few months. We just moved here from California and I didn't know how I'd manage. I am so happy I found her! They love her, she takes pics and sends them to me, and texts me a daily report. She is a natural and a genuine dog person. Always reliable and responsive, warm and professional. We are very lucky to have her! She even made me this little picture today and texted it to me while I was at work!

We are so grateful for Leslie and Great Dog Days. Our Lucy was taken care of wonderfully. She has severe separation anxiety so finding a place that would give her the environment she needs was so important and Leslie did just that. Lots of toys, companionship, snuggles, and walks. She sent us photos and videos of Lucy throughout the day so we wouldn't worry. Leslie was very thorough and professional - getting health info etc, but was also friendly and easy to work with. Thank you so much for being so kind to Jager and doing exactly what you said you would do, for coming when you said you would come let him out and for spending some time with him. Leslie was a Godsend to us. We interviewed her and she did a meet and greet with our dog first and we found her to be charming. Our dog loved her immediately. She was very accommodating. We had to be out of town 12 hours a day every day for over a week. We are retired so Jager really needed her loving visits. Each day she sent us a photo and a video of him every time she came by to let him out which was awesome and gave us much needed peace of mind that he was okay. We highly recommend Great Dog Days and Leslie to anyone who wants to rest in complete confidence that their dog is being very well cared for. We certainly plan to use her again.

Lesley was SO great to work with! She was attentive with any questions we had and gave us several reports at how our pup was doing while we were away! She was incredibly friendly and our dog always had someone to play with. He was exhausted for days when we brought him back home! While I am a dog sitter myself I have never used Lesley’s services. I have referred many of my own clients to her for different reasons.
