The man on the phone has a really bad tone and comes off passive aggressive. I wasn't sure how getting my parents dog groomed would work and he acted like I was stupid. I already have bad phone anxiety and this just wasn't professional at all.

I take my dog here 2-3 times a week!! She loves it and they love her!! Plus the flexibility with drop off and pick up is amazing!!

I highly recommend Dirty Paws. The staff is phenomenal. My puppy loves going and I love knowing he is well cared for while I’m at work.

Got a quote very quickly very. But it's not about the money when you have to leave one of your loved ones behind. The owner sent me pictures of my girl showing me she was being taken care of and was very happy. When I got there to pick her up I could see that she was very happy to be there. I would recommend this kennel to any of my friends and I would definitely use his kennel again when needed.

We left our Bichon with them over Memorial Day weekend when we had to go out of town for a few days. He is a very anxious dog and had never been left with anyone but family before. So we were pretty picky which place we chose and nervous when we left him. When we picked him up not only was he calm and happy he clearly didn’t want to leave. Apparently he had had his own little vacation away from home and really enjoy it there. We will 100% be using them again and I would recommend Fluffy Friends to anyone. They truly care about the pups staying with them.

I left two dogs there on Saturday at 10 am and picked them up Thursday morning after 9 am. She charged me for 6 days. She charges from midnight to midnight to get an extra day out of you. My dogs had this terrible sneezing. Weassling and when I got then into my vet he said since they had all proper shots, it could be from what ever they are cleaning with. 170 dollar for vet an antibiotics for ten days. Waiting to see if they clear up. Will never use them again

We recently boarded our family member (Ajax) at Fluffy Friends. The new facility took us by surprise. It was far more than we expected. The indoor part of the facility is climate controlled. The beds are very comfortable and inviting. I would sleep there myself. It is quite clear the owners love their dogs as much as we do ours. There is constant supervision and care of our loved one. If you are looking for a place you can trust I would highly recommend Fluffy Friends. We will be back definitely! Keith and Patricia Myler

I recently boarded my fur baby at Fluffy Friends!!! What an awesome place!!! The inside is climate controlled!!! The owners took care of her as if she belonged to them!! The kennel was large and my Sadie was happy !!! I knew she was well taken care of !! Very pleased with everything!!! I will definitely be coming back !!!

I've know Diana for years and I wouldn't trust anybody else to care for my dogs than her! Professional and the new facility is amazing... Geno and Gemma love her!

If I could give Diane a 10 star rating I would. 5 is not enough. I feel at ease leaving my furbabies with her knowing I never have to worry about them.

Dropped my dog and my sister's dog off. My sister had used them before and we thought the dogs would play well together. On the day we were to pick up our dogs, my sister gets a message that my dogs nose was hurt. I was never notified. It is a scratch, but to not notify the owner is unprofessional. In looking at the pictures posted online it appears the injury happened on the 4 days before my pet was picked up with no notifications. My dog was filthy when i got her home. Will never use this service again

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE Absolutely awful we were taking our dog there to be boarded because we had to go out of town for a couple days . Our dog went for a meet and greet a week in advance and the woman said she was good to stay. We went to drop her off on the morning we were leaving and her husband was absolutely rude to us and told us our dog would try to escape when really she was just upset we were leaving. He was rude and had no clue what he was talking about. He said our dog was young and has too much energy and would try to escape. We told him our dog isn't young she is 9 years old. Then he continued to scream and yell and was extremly unprofessional. He said if she stayed she would have to be caged the whole time. They left us with no place to take our dog to on the morning we had to leave its a good thing we were driving or we would've missed our flight and had no place for our dog to stay. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE

My puppy started doggy daycare this past week at the Spoiled Pup. She did an orientation before she started to ensure that she was a good fit and vice versa for the services. Staff was extremely thorough and experience was great. My puppy loves spending the day here and playing with other dogs. Pick up and drop off is extremely easy. communication is spot on, If I have a question, somebody always gets back to me very promptly . I will be boarding my puppy soon since we are leaving for vacation and honestly I wouldn’t want her to be anywhere else but here. When she is at the spoiled pup, I feel relief and comfort, knowing that she’s having a great time and in good hands. The price is good and it’s convenient for when I’m working or have long meetings. Thanks for all you do ! Even though we are new here, it’s been a great experience thus far and we much appreciate it !

We recently boarded Chewie here for the first time for about 1 week. We were greeted with a friendly face and had Facebook photos to look at just about every day to check on him. We could tell each day he was more and more comfortable. We got a midweek check in which was so comforting. This is the first boarding stay where he doesn’t look underweight when we picked him up which speaks volumes to his comfort level! He is so tired from playing all day, but totally worth it! We are so glad we found the Spoiled Pup and will hopefully be using them again when we travel out of Pittsburgh. Thank you so much for taking care of our boy!

This is the only place I will take my fur baby! The staff is amazing and their work is impeccable I love what they do with my puppy. Every time I'm there I consider buying one of their new puppies! And their high fashion selection of dog clothes is quite amusing I have a Pretty good collection started

Thursdays are Miss Kitty's favorite day of the week because she gets to go spend the day playing with all her friends. This place is the best I've ever found and I've had dogs many many years

George started with The Spoiled Pup when he finished his shots. We met with Shelby to determine if the puppy program or socialization was best for George. The puppy program helped George be comfortable and learn to play with others. He has so much fun and is loved on by all the girls. I love that grooming services have started as well! So convenient. It’s also helpful that a friendly far is nearby if he’s feeling a little nervous. The shop makes it so easy to pick up cute accessories and doggie treats, we picked a bow and Shelby added it to our card on file. George is always so happy to spend the day at The Spoiled Pup with all his friends. It also made it really easy and not as nerve wracking when we boarded for the first time. We are so lucky to have a safe space for him to spend the day.

I liked the place and the staff was amazing.. i have a kennel but need a back up in case of emergency. The only compaint i have is the $12 late check out charge. Some people are traveling and cant get there before noon

Boarded 2 of my dogs for a couple nights when we went out of town. I've never boarded my dogs before, so they slowly introduced them to a couple of other dogs to get them used to it. They updated us while they were there, and they were very affordable.

My dog loves this place. They have a fair price and offer add ons and do holiday parties. I highly recommend them for daycare.

Sending Eddie to Play n Stay was the best decision ever! The staff is top notch! There are well planned activities that kept him busy! I highly recommend for boarding. We had total peace of mind knowing he was in excellent care.

My pup, Frankie, has been going to Play N Stay for 2 years now. He started in their puppy program then progressed to their adolsecent program. He has been there for their day programs and now he has been boarding there for the nights that I work. They really take good care of him and Frankie loves going there! Highly recommend!

Play n stay is great with our dogs! From helping with our 6 month old puppy to watching our 7 year old that needs some extra 1 on 1! Helping with training questions, taking care of their nails and always being available when we need them for our trips!

I have been a client of PNS since 2009. There is not better care for your beloved pet anywhere. Play N Stay is the absolute best. My Cooper loves to go! He gets so excited when I tell him he is going to pet camp! The South Wheeling facility is spacious and convenient. The staff are professional and friendly. We love PNS Pet Camp!

I absolutely love sending my dogs to Play N Stay Pet Daycare in South Wheeling! They always provide great care and my dogs have a fun time. I like being updated with the pictures that they send whenever we do overnight stays!! 10/10 recommend!!

We have been taking our Zoey here, a 13 pound Cavapoo for a majority of her life. She started out at puppy camp, and now goes to daycare a couple days a week, and overnights when we go out of town and are unable to bring her. Suffice to say, this is her second home and she is always so excited to go, and even more excited when she sees a staff member come out to get her. I am beyond grateful for the staff and all the little things they do that make such a difference. Zoey has been raised to be social around humans and other dogs, and I attribute that to Play N Stay and all the knowledge and effort of the staff. I have zero qualms about leaving her here when we're away because I know she is truly loved and cared for.

Play n stay was the best decision we made for our little pup! She loves it! She gets so excited when we drop her off. She plays with all her friends (both dogs and the staff!) when she comes home, she’s always so tired from all the fun she had. I recommend for anyone with a busy schedule or just wants to let their dog get some energy out. And the pictures on Facebook! Perfect place (:

I have been bringing Winston to Poochie Parlor for a little over a year but I just can’t “Brag” enough about Jenny and Eric, the facility, the cleanliness, and the great care that they give him. He’s somewhat tends to be a hellion around me, but seeing him interact with other dogs playfully warms my heart. Jenny is great about posting pics & I’m always happy to see that he is happy and well cared for! Thank you, Jenny and Eric for all that you do for not only Winston, but all the other dogs that you care for. I know when I leave that Winston is in great care. 🐶💞 Definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My senior citizen German shepherd has stayed here twice. He has never shown any signs of stress when dropped off or picked up. He looks happy and smells good when we pick him up. My husband and I feel the hours are convenient for our travel needs. The price is fair for a cl an facility and great care.

We were reluctant taking our girl to a kennel, as she's only 6 months old and very shy toward people yet. However, Poochie Parlor was terrific and our Ellie came home a happy camper after 3 days there. The caregivers are very sweet and you can tell they love the dogs very much. Pictures were posted on their facebook of all the happy doggies throughout the week and they just took excellent care of our girl. The building and the play yard were clean and organized, and the prices were very affordable. We wouldn't hesitate to use Poochie Parlor again.

I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. He loves it there. They take great care of him during his stays. Never any issues. Great owners who are as nice as can be. They post pictures throughout the week and every dog seems to ve having a Great time! Highly recommend for your pets.
