I was fortunate to have Hillary return for a second sit. She took excellent care of both my cat and my home. She got on well with my neighbors and even allowed my friend to come visit Suley while she was there. I especially appreciate how flexible and accommodating she was regarding arrangements for a sitter who would be taking over for the second part of my very long absence. All in all, Hillary is a gem!

Susan and Miranda are amazing! I've had the pleasure of working with many sitters and they are truly exceptional. 

They were great at keeping in touch, sent lots of updates, asked good questions, really bonded with the cats, clearly very experienced working with animals and understanding their needs, and generally lovely to deal with.  They were really patient putting up with a whole bunch of deliveries and even assembled a spare bed! They also left the place spotless with clean sheets on the bed.

I'm pretty sure the cats loved Susan and Miranda more than us by the end of their stay! I'd highly recommend them to anyone and would love to have them stay again any time.

She was willing to come a day early to help acclimate herself with the animals, and this was exceedingly helpful in making sure the cats would be comfortable with her during our absence. Summer was a very top-quality pet sitter and house sitter.  She not only took excellent care of all four pets (three cats and a dog) but even achieved a very close bond with one of the cats.  She went over and above the call of duty with our dog, who developed a serious skin condition while we were gone.  We're so grateful that Summer was able to identify there was a problem, took the dog to the vet several times, and ended up having to apply topical medication and give pills and even keep the dog dressed in a t-shirt, which she did flawlessly.  She communicated with us frequently, sending photos and updates, and the house was spotless when we returned, even cleaner than when we had left.  She did an amazing job, knew how to handle any situation, always had a very upbeat and positive attitude, and we really enjoyed getting to know her right before we left and right after we returned.  We would very very highly recommend Summer in all respects!

Marshmallow loved Kimberly instantly and our cats (who can be a little standoffish) opened up right away with her. Jinnie was an excellent house sitter for me and my cat Felix.  Completely responsible and reliable and helpfully flexible.  She was willing to work with me as I dithered on whether I was actually going to go on my trip (which was dependent on good weather), and when I finally decided on making my trip one day shorter.  House was clean and organized on my return, and, more importantly, my cat was calm and relaxed on my return.  I would happily have Jinnie come sit for me and Felix again.

My husband and I reached out to Toby & Chloe after reading their profile and impressive reviews only a week before our trip, since our scheduled sitter had to cancel at the last moment.  They were very friendly and quick to respond to chat from the very beginning, and ended up exceeding our expectations during their two week stay.  It was evident they had thoroughly read our Welcome Guide beforehand, as they arrived knowledgeable and prepared to care for our home and pets.  They were very willing and happy to take the necessary time with us to walk through the house and meet our cats, as we got them acclimated with our daily routines and answered any questions.  Shortly after we left, our city had a heat wave come through, and after immediately notifying us, Toby went beyond the call of duty and inspected our struggling AC unit to pinpoint the issue.  As far as cat care is concerned, we have two seniors (who have more sensitive tummies) that can get irritated after a fur ball or swallowing anything out of the ordinary.  When this occurred, Toby & Chloe stepped in and took wonderful care of our cat duo; softening their food and even cradling while hand-feeding them for extra comfort.  We truly could not have asked for more affectionate and responsible sitters.  We returned to a spotlessly clean home, happy cats, and well maintained plants and pool.  (They even cleaned our dusty Kitchen pendant lighting, which requires a steady hand and is definitely a time-commitment …We felt like professional housecleaners had been there!)  On our way back, Toby & Chloe stayed in communication with us to monitor our arrival time, allowing them to care for our cats until just before we got home.  Overall, they are very reliable and trustworthy sitters whose genuine goal is to provide a top-quality sit, while maintaining your household and seamlessly transitioning to your pets daily schedule.

Kristine was wonderful again as our local sitter from just down the street. 
The boys take to her like she is their best friend whenever she comes to sit with them. She sent us photos of them playing, relaxing, drinking water and eating so we knew they were well taken care of. 
The house and the cats were in excellent shape and excellent hands while we were away. It is wonderful that she enjoys the house and the cats so much and tells us so.
