Jo looks after our cat while we're away and she does a wonderful job. We came home to a very calm cat and a clean litter tray! Highly recommended

We used Jo for over 4 years untill we move away from the area. We have a very nervous greyhound and Jo was perfect for walking him as she offers walking dogs on their own. She never let us down and we trusted her 100%, we would recommend her to any one.

Jo has looked after Yvie for 5 years, it first started with puppy visits pre COVID and right up until now, we trust her 100% with Yvie, our home and anything else. Jo has fair rules and standards in place, but is also very accommodating last minute in an emergency. Jo will always be our go to for any animal care. Not only is the care and walks she provides to the highest standard but everything she does is with love for Yvie. The prices Jo provides are affordable compared to other local services, she is always prompt to reply and sort any issues we have and help out last minute for a fair price.

I can't say enough good things about Hollie and her dog walking services! Reggie, my beagle, absolutely adores her. Every time she comes to the door, he's wagging his tail, barking and ready to go. It's such a relief knowing that Reggie is not only getting his exercise but also enjoying himself so much. Hollie is reliable, friendly, and clearly loves what she does. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog walker!

Hollie is brilliant with our anxious Golden Retriever. She has been walking Koura for a year and has worked really hard to build Koura’s confidence. We have seen a big improvement in her behaviour. She is so excited when Hollie arrives to collect her and comes back knackered! I would really recommend Maggie’s.

If there was an option for giving 10 stars I would! Mandy and Hollie have been absolutely brilliant over the last two years we have used them up until our dog passed away. We always got feedback and pictures of the walk, the walks looked really nice in the photos and our lab always looked like she was having a great time 🙂She got on really well with Maggie too (Mandy and Hollie's chocolate lab). When our dog wasn't well they spent time with her at the house and always followed our vets special instructions about food/exercise etc. We couldn't have asked for better dog walkers, thank you so much for your kindness towards her!! Hollie has walked our Daxiepoo, Belle, for the past 9 months in their dog group walks and I couldn’t recommend her more. Belle cannot wait to see Hollie each week and always comes back super happy (and eventually very tired). Hollie is always very helpful, flexible and trustworthy… and a great pup photographer too!

We have a very anxious house cat and we had tried anything cat hotels to different cat sitters before we found Maggie but I wish we had found Maggie right from the start! Not only is she an absolute sweetheart and goes above and beyond every visit, but just a testimony to her character, our cat would run and hide with strangers entering the house but with Maggie he out and about and rolling over for belly scratches. If you have an anxious pet you understand how rare a gift Maggie has to bring nervous pets to ease. Maggie also does wonders for the pet parents as-well. Sending lots of lovely updates and photos. I couldn’t rave about her enough. Truly brilliant service at a really superb price.

Hollie was really friendly and was very flexible with our dog walking/care arrangements, which really helped us out. The dog had a great time, and she even updated us with photos of his walks! Would highly recommend to anyone. We will be using Maggie’s Dog Walking again!

Would definitely recommend. Mandy and Hollie looked after our cat and 2 house rabbits for 2 weeks during the very hot period in the summer. They did a great job including doing all the extra things we asked to keep the rabbits cool. They were very reliable and kept us updated with photos and videos every day.

Hollie was absolutely brilliant with looking after our cat Stitch. It was easy to book and arrange our chosen dates. We can see he was well looked after, and we received regular pictures of what he was up too. I have every confidence in Hollie and would 100% be using Maggies services again. Hollie did such a great job of looking after our cat, Percy, this Easter. We came home to a very happy boy who had clearly been given lots of love. It was our first time leaving Percy for a long trip and Hollie made us feel much better about it thanks to her excellent communications and regular updates. We loved seeing pictures of what he was up to while we were away!

Couldn't ever think of using someone else to look after my dog. He is walked and fussed over every day whilst I am at work, and once I get home I am greeted by a very happy and relaxed pooch!

Hayley is great. She provides lots of updates and is super responsive when organising dates for day care. She tries to be flexible where possible which has been a godsend when I started a new job and didn’t have full control of the days Patrick would need looking after. Patrick adores going to day care, spending time with his little friends but also snuggling up with Hayley. I would highly recommend Fido & Friend's to anyone looking for dog care.

Amazing service, our dog loves his visits to Hayley and Craig at Fido & Friends. We know he will always get a great walk, and being very needy, he gets plenty of attention and cuddles throughout the day! During his stay Hayley provides WhatsApp updates of photos and videos which we love as it's always lovely to see how much fun he is having. Would highly recommend!

Hayley has looked after our little rescue dog a few times now whilst I've been away on holiday and I know he is always having a brilliant time. Hayley is super attentive to the needs of each individual dog to make sure they are happy and safe, so I know my boy is getting the same level of attention and fuss he would do at home. He loves playing and exploring with the other dogs, especially Little Dave! And Hayley sends lots of photos and videos so you can see what they are getting up to! I would 100% reccomend Hayley to look after your dog. Fred can't wait to stay again 🥰

This was buddy's second staycation with Hayley, Craig, little Dave and Charlie ( the dogs) he was very excited to return. Hayley runs a very organised and professional pet care service. From the moment your beloved pooch goes into her care, rest assured you will know that they are having the best time ever. I was updated all the time with fabulous photo's of buddy enjoying his time with the other doggy boarders and little Dave and Charlie. *** Awesome service! *** My dog has been walking with Hayley and her dogs for a few months now and she absolutely loves it. It’s nice to see the videos, photos and updates after her walk. :) She gets to play with lots of dogs on a regular basis which is lovely to see. On the odd occasion we need to change the day, Hayley is very accommodating and offers alternative days if she can. It’s nice to know she is local and only does this side of Chells Manor Stevenage which means my dog isn’t in the car for long. Hayley gives plenty of notice of her holidays book which means I can sort alternative plans out well in advance. I know my dog is safe, happy and well looked after when she is with Hayley. I would definitely recommend her services :)

My dog loves her time she spends with Hayley, Craig and their lovely dogs at Fido and Friends. My dog is a Romanian rescue and Hayley has spent so much time getting to know her and now she has flourished in their daycare and boarding. They go on lovely walks and countryside adventures followed by rest, fuss and lots of attention in their lovely home. I don’t know what we would do without Hayley and Craig, my dog sees them as her second family and gets very excited when the car pulls up outside their house!

My dogs love going for a. Adventure with Hayley and co! Hayley sends great pictures of the walk and the dogs are always tired afterwards. I get a report on how they have been and it has really helped with their confidence and being more social with other dogs. I highly recommend Fido and friends for fun walks with people who really love dogs.

I couldn’t have asked for a better boarding place for my dog! Clare is absolutely amazing and she is ridiculously fantastic when it comes to dogs! It was a emergency situation as well. I needed him to stay somewhere the same day/evening and Clare was like a guardian angel and I would have been in a very difficult position without her and hardly anyone would be able to take your dog on the same day, but Clare sorted things so it was possible! Forever thankful. I get very bad separation anxiety from my boy, but Clare kept me updated constantly which made me feel a lot better! My boy Star, his lead broke whilst he was with Clare and she had others. She is extremely prepared and has a lot of stuff, like leads, bowls, toys etc.. Star doesn’t go to boarding places regularly at all, but when he does, he’ll 100,000,000% be going back to Clare! My boy was SO comfortable there and was having so much fun with the other dogs, he didn’t want to leave haha! Thank you so much, Clare! That’s from me and Star! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. I wouldn’t give Clare a 10/10, more like 100/10!! Thanks again and we’ll see you again soon!!🐶💙🙌🙏🏼

Flo has enjoyed numerous stays at Clare's house. Being located a short walk from Oughtenhead nature reserve Flo gets to enjoy fabulous walks every day. She is well cared for and enjoys the social engagement if other dogs are also residing at the same time. I would not hesitate to recommend Clare if you need your dog well cared for in a relaxing family atmosphere.

Claire and Sam regularly look after our dog Archie and he's always well looked after, walked and fussed. He can change his mind about food sometimes and they've been patient getting him to eat and helping him feel settled. Always feel reassured that he's in good hands and get lovely picture updates. He's really bonded with them 😊 …

Our nervous dog settled in quickly and was happy staying with Clare and her son. It was lovely to leave him somewhere we knew he was not just being looked after, but receiving lots of love.

Clare has provided excellent care for my dogs for some years. Retired greyhounds can need extra support sometimes, and Clare is very understanding and responsive. Clare is reliable, patient and caring; I highly recommend 'Love Your Dog' minding service.

My dog has been going to Love Your Dog for almost 3 years. He loves the attention and fabulous walks he gets. He is always keen to go and happy as Larry to stay over night when I can’t take him with me. Clare obviously has great skills with the dogs and the dog owners alike! Highly recommend her services.

Cheryl was absolutely fantastic! She kindly took on looking after our cat last minute to visit her at home when our previous arrangements didn’t work out and she saved our holiday. She was fantastic, sending daily updates with pictures and videos (it was lovely to see the cat being happy and purring), our cat loved Cheryl too! We came home after a bit over a week to a happy well fed/watered/cuddled and looked after cat. Thank you for looking after our baby! ❤️

Cheryl was just wonderful with our 8 month old puppy Lettie whilst we were away for a weekend. She sent regular updates and I know Lettie thoroughly enjoyed her company as she cried when Cheryl left! I would definitely recommend Cheryl and will certainly be using her again.

So impressed with the service that Cheryl provides. Our three kittens were only weeks old when we needed to leave them for two nights so we were a little anxious. There was no need, Cheryl looked after them so well, providing food, clearing the litter tray and lots of cuddles! She sent us photos and videos taken on each of her visits. Since finding Cheryl’s pet sitting to come in a look after our cats while away, we haven’t looked back! To have such a trustworthy and caring person coming into our home while we aren’t there, gives us great peace of mind. We love the daily, often twice daily updates and pictures of them enjoying some attention, play time and food. Our cats can be quite nervous with people they don’t know, but it has been lovely to watch them warm to her and now they look forward to having treats when she comes in. Cheryl is fantastic with my dog Zeus. Zeus isn’t good with other dogs but Cheryl always makes me feel at ease. Zeus gets so excited when Cheryl comes to the door which is of course lovely. Cheryl is great all round and always makes space for last minute requests too. Definitely recommend!

Our dogs love it, they really don't want to leave this place. They get a lot of exercise and mental stimulation, so when home they are very chilled and happy. I think it is reasonably priced (second dog 20% off too) and all the staff are extremely nice and helpful.

What a fantastic facility and all community based too. I booked the secure exercise field for my new rescue dog, which meant I could let him off the lead for the first time. So lovely to see him running free and at such a reasonable price too. I almost didn't want to review it here in case more people cotton on and it gets harder to find a free slot! Easy to book, easy to pay, easy to find and great admin with emails and text reminders etc. Well done to the people that run Woof n Wag, I've already booked again.

Woof N Wag has honestly been life changing for our family. Since having my little one, my super active Kelpie was needing another outlet to help for-fill his needs whilst I cared for our newest member. He has loved going there since day one and is always pulling me in and comes home very satisfied. The staff are so friendly and know all the dogs so well, they are certainly in the best hands. And they’re always so accommodating when I need to change a booking or add one last minute. Couldn’t be without them so thank you for everything! 🙌🙌🙌

My puppy Noodles has been going here for 8 months...to puppy training and exercise and training (day care). The staff are absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. The care given to every single dog is second to none and my pup absolutely adores everyone there. He sings all the way in the car until we arrive. No bells or whistles, the staff just love every single dog. Woof and wagg are a huge part of my pups life. Thank you for all your hard work, love and dedication ❤️

The lovely people at We Love Pets Stevenage took such good care of our cat whilst we were on holiday, and kept us updated on their visits with photos and a few words. Very reassuring to know he was well looked after (didn't stop him being grumpy with us when we returned though!!!).

After loosing our older dog we decided that our other dog wouldn't cope with being in kennels by himself, so looked for a home boarder. We love pets was recommended to us. We did an over night sleepover and then a day visit to find the perfect match. We went away for a few days knowing our dog was being looked after and cared for like their own. With updates and photo's the whole time reassuring us he was happy and safe. We will definitely be using our home boarder again and would highly recommend we love pets!

We have an elderly golden retriever with mobility problems . We knew we couldn't put him into kennels and luckily found We love Pets , they were so caring . He was looked after in a family home, which we visited beforehand so they knew him , his needs & medication etc. Whilst he was there they updated us with photos so we knew he was happy and we could relax in the knowledge he was being well cared for. We would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone looking for home care for their fur baby !

So lucky to have found such lovely and caring people to look after our dogs! My dogs are absolutely in love with all the carers and get so excited when they see them! They have always tried their best to accommodate me at short notice when I have needed last minute dog care . Can't recommend this company enough!

We have been using the pet sitting service for a year now and we could not be happier. Thor loves going there every week and he alsways comes back home a happy boy. Charlotte is always very responsive and willing to help with requests and the sitters are wonderful with Thor, so I feel peace of mind when he is there. The only thing I would change is having a more flexible cancellation policy, hence the 4 starts.

We used WLPS to look after our 3 cats while we were away for a week. All our requests were taken care of and I have already booked them again for the next time we are away. It's nice to have found reliable and trustworthy people to look after the cats.

WLP have been fantastic in looking after our tortoise. Since we go away a few times a year, it’s a comfort to know there’s someone reliable and friendly available. Our tort is on good hands!

For our 9-month old dog first night away we had been very pleased with Charlotte and her team. Tasha has been great and did a wonderful job at caring about our dog like it was hers. Jerry and Stella are wonderful and always bear with me with my forever changing work schedule. I can tell how much my dog loves them as he goes mad whenever they arrive. I can tell they love him too. Nothing makes me happier than my dog being happy, and I know he’s having a great time and is in safe hands with these guys. The only thing that could make them more perfect is if they did pet sitting! :)

Highly recommend jerry slack from the mutts nutts he walks our Labradoodle Cassie 2-3 times a week for an hour whilst we our at work during the week. He always accommodates us if we need him to come in at weekends to take Cassie out. I was popping home the other day and jerry took Cassie out for nearly 1&1/2 hours but still only charged us the hour,he generally loves our dog like his own thanks a lot Mutts Nutts (Jerry)

Jerry is a nice person and took great care of our kitten when we have been away on holiday. He runs the business with his wife and they way that they are doing is an extra assurance that you won't be let down. He kept us in touch regarding out kitten with messages, videos and photos so we knew that is all good and the cat happy. Him and his wife, Stella are doing a great job and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who want a professional service. You don't need to worry if you have them in charge while you are away, your pet is safe for sure. Thank you Jerry and Stella!

My 1st experience with cat sitters. No worries with Stella & Jerry on duty. They asked all the necessary questions to keep my cat in his routine and also extended the service to opening and closing the blinds during my time away. I received daily 'cat reports' with photos. Thanks again guys.

Kirsty & Vicky have been very helpful and have given me the confidence to train my puppy. He had picked up some bad habits along the way in the beginning and and they have helped to resolve these. They are always at the end of the phone if I have a question or need some advice. I couldn't recommend them enough for puppy training. The advice given verbally to me whilst training is then followed up with a step by step guide which is fantastic as I can refer back to it at anytime.

Normally I am too lazy or busy to write reviews but sometimes the quality of service is such that you just have to put pen to paper. I first engaged with Kirsty at a pre-puppy session, when we were thinking of getting a new dog. Even though I had owned a puppy some years ago, it was a really worthwhile reminder of key points to bear in mind, and there was plenty of useful information to digest in anticipation of the new arrival. I then went through the puppy training package, and can honestly say that it is largely down to Kirsty's input / expertise that we have been left with a really stable, obedient and well trained six month old puppy. The detail from the sessions and accompanying notes was first class, and without a moment of hesitation, I would recommend her to others. Literally nobody (not even me armed with kibble) gets as much of a waggy tail on arrival as Kirsty does. That says it all really !! My puppy has benefitted from boarding as well, and it is a huge reassurance for her to be left in such safe hands. Am sure she comes back a better dog than when I leave her ! I think every dog needs a bit of Kirsty in their life to help stay on the straight and narrow !

Vicky and Kirsty are friendly, reliable and trustworthy. They have been very helpful in accommodating our requests for additional walks at short notice and we have found that our dogs behaviour has noticeably improved since socialising in a smaller group setting. We would highly recommend, and Roscoe always gives them a big paws up!

Hopes Happy Hounds is such a wonderful service. Flexible, well priced and able to respond to last minute requests and needs. That has been true for the last year whilst we have been using them, in particular to cover days where my wife and I were both in the office for the day, but this week they excelled themselves. My wife went into premature labour. As we hadn’t expected it, our plans for longer term dog care fell through. In the panic of sorting everything with the labour out, it was so reassuring to send off a request at 4am in the morning, knowing that there was a good chance the Hopes Happy Hounds team could respond, confirmation came quickly and was a weight off our minds. Dan and Carl are our regular walkers. They are so well mannered with our dog. And listen to our requests for what to do with her without fuss. I trust them to come into the house unattended, and leave the dog in a healthy state. It’s a personal service, with the advantage of a network of dog walkers across different towns who can help cover each other if needed. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Don’t hesitate in using them, they will be great.

Doesn't pay staff, leaves people in the lurch and then starts again with a new name. Don't use this service as a walker or as a client, you will be disappointed. Edit: in reply to the owner. I know who you are, you have screwed over multiple people in the running of your "businesses". Highly unprofessional in every aspect of the word. Anyone reading should really consider any other dog walker before this one.

Really pleased to have found Amy and her team. Her system of booking dog walks is really easy, especially when you don't need a walker every day. My dog is walked by Darren, who is fantastic. My dog absolutely loves him and they have a built up a very special bond. I've seeing the photos posted after the walks and reading the diary that Darren writes following each of their walks. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I were concerned to be leaving our lovely dog in the hands of somebody else, but had to make sure she got plenty of walks now we are both working away from home. Amy and the girls made us feel completely at ease straight away and it's awesome to see that they genuinely care about the dogs they take on. Our dog Luna can be a little bit tricky with new people but they knew exactly how to handle her and she already loves being around them after just one walk. Can't recommend muddy pups enough, thank you very much!

Amazing care for my lovely dog .... we were holidaying and gave less than 24 hours notice . She was collected and delivered home . She had the most brilliant day by all accounts .... what a fabulous service Undoubtedly absolutely fabulous service !

The team at Hopes Happy Hounds have been looking after my boy for coming up to two months. He has walks 3 times a week with the team and I couldn’t recommend them enough! So professional, helpful and trusting, I wouldn’t know what I would do without them now!! Would recommend to everybody I know :)

Takes great care of my dog, only shame is she is now so popular that getting him booked in is tricky.
