I’ve been taking my dogs here for daycare and grooming. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! Any questions I asked they answered happily. I will forever take my four legged babies here!

We’ve only used them twice but both times have been great. The staff is friendly and welcoming. My dog always seems to have a great time and comes back happy and wiped out. The only thing I wish was different was the option to add photos/videos while the dogs are there. I totally understand that the staff is busy but just would love to see my pup while away. Regardless we will totally be using their service again…in fact we’ve already booked our next reservation!

We started bringing my Standard Poodle here for grooming about a year ago, when there was a wait to get with the mobile pet groomer. It was supposed to be a one-time thing, but Ashlyn does such a great job that she has become our permanent groomer. Our Poodle is large - 72 lbs, and she does a wonderful job all over. She's always open to new ideas and is very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Hanover Your Pet for grooming!

First time boarding my unfriendly cat with Hanover Your Pet. The staff was friendly and showed me the cat room where she would stay. Facility was very clean and there were a few cats already there along with many dogs by the sound of them!! The price was reasonable and was $15.00 per day less than the one behind Hanover Green Veterinary clinic!! I would happily take my cat there again and recommend them!

Took my two pups here to board them for a weekend. They got lots of attention, lots of playtime, and we're well taken care of and fed. I will definitely bring my dogs back.

Boarded my cat here for 7 days, called on the 2nd day to check on her & they told me she had the sniffles, to which I told them to call me if it got any worse. My phone broke after this, but there was another number on file plus the emergency contact. My cat didn't eat THE LAST 4 DAYS she was in their care & they didn’t call either of the numbers. Got her back dehydrated and starving and covered in drool, her breath smelled terrible and the vet believes her kidneys started to fail, waiting on bloodwork results. We believe she will recover but she ate immediately when she came home & this has never happened before when boarding her at other places so it’s hard to believe this wasn’t incompetence. They also forgot to give me back her blanket and wet food cover that I had to go back for. Failed to communicate on so many levels professionally and medically, will never be back. Please take this as a warning to not bring your cat here

Absolutely wonderful experience for me and my pets. Personable, safe, clean, and timely.

We recently boarded our dog here for 4 days. He came home with kennel cough. My biggest issue is with the lack of communication from staff. When we picked him up he was obviously not well yet they had him running around with other dogs outside. Staff said nothing to us. I find it hard to believe they did not notice the symptoms.

Our Collie and Golden Retriever love it here! They stayed for 9 days while we were on vacation. We paid extra for pool time everyday and they loved it. The cost for boarding is very reasonable. The day care rate seems a little high, but the dogs are happy so we use it when we need to. Staff is great! Manager is awesome! Overall 2 thumbs up. Haven't used the grooming services yet, but just might try them next time!

We've used several boarding places for our pup, but this one is our favorite. We've really had great experiences boarding our dog, Brooke, here. Their groomers also do a fantastic job with her as well!

A great experience for our dog. He was there for a practice day and night then for 11 days. He had no issues- staff were loving to him.and reassured us that he would be fine since this was his first time being boarded other than staying with friends!

They are wonderful to my dog Augustus and very accommodating. I always feel at ease knowing he is safe, happy, and well taken care of with them. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Another job completed. Help assist a customer to order leaf springs for his RV. I did not have time myself to do the repair but I got him under way and helpers him to locate the parts with initial visit with my mobile service so hopefully he is on his way. I asked him to reach out if he needed anything else and he confirmed all was going well. I was able to help him and the tech with the slight size difference and understanding of the aftermarket parts so I’m assuming all went well. Very nice gentleman and the place overall seemed like a great place from what I could take from his description of what they do there. Dog racing and other events. Seems like fun. I wish him the best of luck and I am definitely interested in visiting myself now and maybe bringing my dog or calling for more information. Beautiful spot and over all sounds like a good time!! Here is a picture of what had happened. This had broke and I was able to quickly locate two of them so he could get back on the road. I dropped off my German Shepherd on a Friday and toured the facility before I handed her over. I cannot RAVE enough about how SPOTLESS this place was even with an almost packed house. There was zero smell that's what I noticed immediately... not even a chemical air freshener scent... it was just CLEAN!. Every dog had water & blanket/bed and seemed happy and the walls between them were solid which I thought was great because they couldn't fight or spread germs between bars. I opted for the Luxury Suite for my dog and it was so POSH! She had a toddler bed with mattress, blankets, & pillow. a toy shelf FULL of toys and a TV!!!! Did I mention turndown service with a treat on her pillow, how adorable is that? I also liked the fact that she had a Dutch door instead of the wire grid so it had more of a homey feel instead of a kennel. I can't imagine ANYONE being unhappy with this facility or any of the staff members! They even sent me pictures when I called to check on her.... I would GLADLY take her back. When I picked her up she was happy, clean, and just as clean as when I dropped her off! I've attached the picture they were kind enough to send me!

Great place. I take my 100 pound Doberman there and he loves it! He always comes back in good shape and loves the play groups. The staff who take him in and out seem to know him and his goofy quirks. The reservation form is annoying but this place has openings and availability and friendly and competent staff. I am glad they are vigilant about vaccines and checking for fleas.

During my dog's stay at your facility, he unfortunately suffered a significant tongue injury, which resulted in a laceration that measured 3/4 inches across and went completely through the tongue. While I understand that accidents can happen, I am deeply concerned by the lack of timely communication and proper attention given to my dog's injury. It is evident that the staff acknowledged the severity of the injury to some extent, as they provided basic first aid. However, I was not informed about the incident nor was a veterinarian consulted in a timely manner. This oversight becomes all the more alarming given the noticeable alteration to my dog's tongue, which resembled that of a lizard! Moreover, it appears that the injury caused prolonged bleeding, which again raises questions about the level of care and attentiveness provided by the staff. Following a veterinarian visit, surgery, and a considerable financial expense, my dog is now on the road to recovery. However, had the situation been addressed with appropriate urgency and care, his healing process and trauma would likely have been significantly reduced. I must express my disappointment and concern regarding the apparent disregard for the health and safety of the animals entrusted to your care. I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to improve the communication and attentiveness provided to the pets and their owners in the future.

We absolutely love this place - and so does our chocolate lab! He hops right out and cannot wait to go inside and play with his friends. It's great for us to be able to travel now knowing our four-legged loved ones are in Loving Hands. Thank you dude ranch!:-)

My 2 little dogs love Dude Ranch! They are always excited when we drop off but obviously pleased to be coming home at pick up! The staff are extremely helpful and polite.

Went out of state for 6 days and they took great care of my frenchie! Came home spotless and received his medication on time. They also sent me photos of my pet while I was away, so that was very nice. Great place overall!

Love this place, have been using it for several years now. It's run by true animal lovers and they treat my pets like their own. My dogs always go enthusiastically, and they seem happy and normal when I pick them up. Someone is always on site. I also appreciate the fact that they don't charge extra to give medications. Before I found Dude Ranch, another place was charging a dollar per pill, which really added up for my older dog.
