In the beginning I was skeptical entrusting my Collie to a pet sitter for 4 days dog boarding, but I was definitely proven wrong. I wanted to send my dog to my sisters for a few days but since she was going to be busy I knew my only option was raleighwood. The scheduling was quite easy, I made a phone call and Lindsay was the one who accepted my request. She would take care of her for 4 days and at the same time send me updates (I'm really attached to her) by e-mail and text. The dog boarding service is not too expensive, especially if high quality care is needed for your dog. I wanted someone trustworthy and loves animals to take care of my dog. Sasha was immediately welcomed by Lindsay and she seemed to become comfortable with the facilities there. It's clean, a lot of fresh water available and healthy dog food (dry). I have to admit, I was really wrong by my impression of dog boarding. Raleighwood is now on my contact list when I need their services again.

I've used Queen City Pet Sitting twice now and couldn't be happier with the service they provide. One of my cats is older and was diagnosed with Diabetes before I went on a trip and I was very hesitant about leaving her in the care of someone considering she needed a shot of insulin, twice a day, every 12 hours. I was scared that I wouldn't be able to find a company I could trust without spending an arm and long at the same time. I did A LOT of research and called around to A LOT of different Pet-Sitters in the Raleigh area and finally found Queen City. They were very nice on the phone, very understanding, and assured me that everything would be well taken care of. During the initial "Meet and Greet" if you will, Darlene, whom had previous experience with diabetic animals and giving shots, came over and met everyone. She was kind, friendly, and made me feel like I could easily trust her to take care of my old lady. When I got back from the trip, Dulci (my cat), was just as happy as I had left her! Luckily, Dulci's diabetes recently went into remission, so scheduling my next trip wasn't nearly as stressful, but I knew without a doubt that I would go with Queen City because of the great experience I had the first time around. It's hard leaving your home and pets in the hands of someone you don't know very well, but I can say from experience that Queen City makes it as easy and hassle-free as possible! They even cleaned out the cat boxes, took the trash out, brought the mail in, and did the dishes while my house was under their care! Something I would not have expected from a pet-sitting company! If you're not sure who to use for your little ones, I would definitely recommend giving them a try! Especially since they have such awesome service, at a MUCH lower price than most Pet-Sitters in Raleigh!

My husband and I have been using Raleighwood Petsitting for the past 5 years and can't say enough about our wonderful petsitter, Sara! Sara has been sitting for our 5 year old lab since he was a puppy and has been loving, dependable, responsible, trustworthy and overall so easy to work with since day one. She has even gone out of her way to check on our house and turn lights on when we thought we were being broken into. We don't think twice about our fur baby's safety or whether he's being taken care of when we're out of town. Sara doesn't just feed him and rush to let him out quickly so she can check it off, get a paycheck and get on with her day. She goes above and beyond when it comes to spending quality time with Jackson, whether it's throwing the ball with him a million times in the backyard or just giving him lots of extra back and belly rubs. We have security cameras so we can check up on Jackson and the house when we're gone so we can see just how amazing Sara is with him. We always know when she's walking up to the house because Jackson gets SO excited and runs up to the door his with tail wagging super fast waiting to greet her. It's obvious in her visits that she genuinely cares and that's what is most important to us. We leave town confidently and securely knowing our pup is well taken care of and is so happy spending time with his best buddy Sara! Thank you Sara and thank you Raleighwood Petsitting!

I've trusted my two feline friends to Stacey and her team at Raleighwood Pet Sitting since I first moved to Raleigh three years ago - and have never been disappointed! The care is absolutely reliable, leaving notes every day to make sure I know they've been by and visited/took care of the litter. They've bent over backwards to accommodate me and last minute travel, as well as unforseen changes during the holidays. Booking the service can be done easily online (huge benefit!) and Stacey is very responsive and calls/emails a confirmation right away. I definitely recommend this service to all pet-owners!

We've been using Queen City for over 6 years and are so thankful we found them. We have been consistently happy with their level of service and care for our animals! We can't say enough good about our pet sitter, Darlene - she is truly amazing! We have 5 pets, one being a very protective dog who has takes quite a while to warm up to people and she LOVES Darlene. All of our pets love and trust her. She takes great care of everything else here around our house as well! We can actually RELAX on vacation having no worries that our fur kids are so well taken care of at home!

Raleighwood is fantastic. I moved here recently from Charlotte and my pet care transition has been seamless. I used to have Queen City Petsitting, the same owner as Raleighwood care for my pets in Charlotte. I assumed I would get the same pet care as I did in Charlotte and I was right! Prior to finding them, arranging care for my dogs was a grueling process. Not only was it tough to reserve a spot for my pets at a boarding facility on short notice but trekking across town to drop them off before my departure and then do it all over again when I returned home from a trip took hours out of my day. This all made for astronomical costs for the care of my dogs. Thanks to Raleighwoood Petsitting - my travel days are 10 times more efficient and 100% stress free and my dogs have absolutely loved every minute they've spent with their sitter.

This is the first time we've hired a pet sitter and we will absolutely use Raleighwood Pet Sitting from now on. We requested that our sitter come over every day while we were out of town and take care of some easy household things (bring up trash cans, bring in mail) in addition to taking care of our two dogs Maisy and Roscoe, and our cat Buffy. The sitter was SO responsive and sweet....she sent us pictures of our babies nearly every day and gave us a status update. It was so wonderful to hear that our favorite family members were doing so well, and it was awesome to see pictures of their furry little faces. It gave us much reassurance that our pups and kitty were in great care. I really cannot say enough about Raleighwood Pet Sitting. I highly recommend them. In addition, the office staff was also very friendly and professional. Our first experience could not have been better. We are so happy to have found Raleighwood Pet Sitting!

After moving to Raleigh from Rhode Island, and taking a job in Durham, my main concern was finding someone to walk my German Shorthaired Pointer while I was at work. Queen City literally came to my rescue. I was contacted immediately and given the name of someone who could come over and meet my dog to be sure it would be a good fit. My sitter is perfect. You know right away that she is a dog lover. She sends me pictures everyday while I am at work, and goes out of her way to ensure my pup is happy. I am so thankful for this company, words really can not explain. I highly recommend!

Queen City Petsitting has been a lifesaver for me. It is easy to fill out a request for service online and you will get a response quickly. When my favorite petsitter is unavailable there is always someone else to fill in--my animals never have to go without! This service works great for when kennels are full or for if you have animals who don't do well with kennels. I have used this service for when I'm out of town, when I'm sick and can't exercise my dog like I want (like he wants!) and when I'm working long days at the office. I was nervous to try in-home petsitting but Queen City Petsitting makes it easy and I feel completely safe with their sitters in my home.

I’ve been using Raleighwood Petsitting almost everyday for the past two weeks, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Due to having foot surgery, I’ve needed to request walks for my dog at least 2-3 times per day, which hasn’t been a problem. I was initially scheduled to meet with Laura who was punctual, professional, and clearly loved dogs. It only took a few minutes, and a couple of treats, for her and my Min Pin/Jack Russell mix to become fast friends! After agreeing upon the exact times of arrival each day, discussing temperament and any special needs of the dog, I felt very confident in my decision to choose Raleighwood Petsitting. And, Laura continues to do an excellent job of bonding with our fur baby and showing him much love. So, if you’re looking for a reputable company with professional staff who sincerely care about your pets, I’d highly recommend giving them a try!

Priceless, absolutely priceless!!! Our baby girl, Butterfly loved going there when we lived in the Raleigh area. We moved away little over three years ago. At the beginning of August, we had to send her over the rainbow. Today I emailed them to get some of the pictures they took of her while she was in their care. They still had them!!!!! Thank you for helping us with her memories. It was worth all money and more.

We took our dog Lucy here for the first time a few weeks ago and she was treated so well. It’s hard to find help for an older and/or injured pet so I was happy that we found this place. The staff were caring and friendly. There was also ample communication about Lucy during her stay.

My pup enjoyed his first away stay as I traveled. Was an adjustment for both of us but the staff here was professional, knowledgeable & caring. I do plan to keep them as my pups boarding option. The different level of rooms some with camera & tv were great the have. Will be trying out doggy daycare as my guy enjoyed play groups during his stay. Would definitely recommend to other pet parents for a worry free boarding option!

I’m a “crazy dog mom,” and I can’t say enough good things about Suite Paws! Our dog has been going to Suite Paws for daycare and boarding for the past several years. She is a handful (to put it lightly) and they are so patient and kind with her, and we never feel uncomfortable leaving her in their care. My husband handles drop off and pick up and he is always pleased with the communication provided. We appreciate the fact that they keep notes of her preferences/needs so that her stays there go as smooth as possible. We also love the report cards and pictures!

I just love Suite Paws! Although I moved out of Raleigh about a year ago, if I'm in the area and my pups want a slumber party, my go-to is always Suite Paws. Their facility is clean, staff is proficient, friendly, and accomodating. They've got a client for life!

The front desk receptionists are always rude and short which certainly doesn’t leave me feeling comfortable. When I dropped my dog off this morning it felt as if it was an inconvenience for them to take him when we reserved boarding prior. I don’t know what that was about but considering the defensive nature of this company’s responses, I’m sure some reasoning for this will be provided. However, since they are the closest facility and because my dog doesn’t seem to have any issues when we pick him up we will continue to use them. Front desk receptionists are in serious need customer service training though. Owners should feel welcome when dropping off their pets. The snootiness and shortness are certainly not appreciated.

This was our first time attempting to officially board our 7 month old mini schnauzer. She had only been boarded before with the breeder. I felt really comfortable and excited for the experience my puppy would have boarding here after I called to make the reservation and the person I spoke to was super nice and empathetic to my uneasiness boarding our puppy so much so my mind was at complete ease, that was until we actually went to the facility the day of check in. As Heather was checking us in I explained to her that this was our first time boarding Ellie and Heather could have cared less, the vibe she gave was as if she did not want to be there or even assisting us... I was shocked because of the reception we had received over the phone. My husband and I requested a tour which she did grant before 12pm(11:52) after she first made it VERY clear that tours are from 12pm - 1pm however Heather walked over to the young lady that was going to give the tour turned her back to us and whispered something to the tour guide....that action gave us a bad feeling. So we proceed with the tour and as soon as we went in the back we were hit with a strong urine smell. We were showed the type of villa Ellie would be in which we liked so I asked to see Ellie before we left and the tour guide said she didn't know where she was currently so I asked her what she meant since she was the one that put the name collar on her and took her to the back, her response was she didn't know where Ellie would be placed yet. Why I couldn't see my puppy I didn't understand. My husband and I go to the car to leave and my eyes are filled with tears and he says something just doesn't feel right and I was feeling the same way but thought it was just my emotions because it was our first experience leaving her with people we didnt know. We both agreed to go back and get our Ellie which we did. The young lady that greeted us when we walked back in was really nice, we told her we wanted to take Ellie even though we had just checked in the young lady said she would have to get assistance to help us so we waited for the not so pleasant Heather to get off the phone. When Heather came to assist, the young lady told her what we needed Heather looked at the computer screen and said " just check her out" and walked off, no questions were asked no thank you...nothing!! We felt really let down by this facility because of what the website portrays and the accolades it has received. This was a bad experience for newbies. I hope Heather is having a better day and can get training in customer service and being empathetic to first time fur parents. May I also suggest that if your villas with Webcams are always booked as I was told please add more villas with that amenity since it seems to be in high demand.

My dogs and I love Suite Paws! They are a critical part of what makes our lives work. That may sound like hyperbole, but I promise you it is not. I travel internationally for work. I could not be successful, and thus successfully support us, if I didn’t have safe reliable care for Atticus and Harper while I travel, with people I trust and who genuinely care about them. My furbies are always happy to see their friends at Suite Paws, and I don’t spend my time away worrying if they’re okay. I can focus on the purpose of my trip.

Please ensure that your employees are aware of the services you do and do not provide. I called yesterday to request a cat grooming appointment and was advised that they were booked several months out but could be provided after that, then was told to create an account with the online portal to request the reservation. Once this was done, I was informed over email that cat grooming is not a service ever offered by this business. I'm extremely uncomfortable with having been misled into creating an account that required my personal and credit card information before learning this.

I decided to retract my reservation for my puppy after performing a walk through of this facility...this place was severely overbooked to the point of dogs being kept in crates in the hallway. Upon entering the area where the dogs are kept, it smelt unclean. I could not and would not feel comfortable leaving my puppy there. Owners should have their emergency contacts stop by between 12-1 for a walk through unannounced..It was 😨

I cant say enough great things about Dog Gone Happy! The staff to start with is exceptional! Savanna, Michelle, Kendall, Jordan to name a few are all so welcoming and they truly love your pet as it is their own! My dog Adeya has her friends now that she cant wait to see and what could typically be stressful for our pooches is something she leaps out of the car with joy for! Dog Gone Happy cares about keeping their facility clean, keeping your pet cared for, healthy and safe! They take their time to assess your dogs needs and if there are any behaviors that need tending to. They are on your side ready and willing to make your experience BEST IN CLASS! This is the second time they commit a “human error” for scheduling and even had the audacity to still want to charge me for THEIR error both times! I scheduled my dog for grooming 4 days prior to her scheduled day. They weren’t able to pull up my account profile but that employee stated that they remembered who my dog was and they claimed they would ensure my dog was in the books for grooming. When I arrive for drop off, I spoke with an associate named Ashley and specified that I am here to drop off my dog for GROOMING. She said “ok, we will be right out.” There wasn’t any communication on their part that my dog was in the system as daycare. So to my surprise when I go pick her up and call the curbside number they tell me “will will just be charging you for a half day.” And I’m confused at that point, knowing that I specifically said grooming services both when I called to make the appointment AND at drop off. A manager—the owners daughter, then comes out and seems apologetic about the situation but still wanted to charge me for the service my dog received. She goes back and forth about the charges and I state, “how does this fall on me when you claim it’s a mistake on y’all’s system? That doesn’t make any sense and I shouldn’t be charged for a service I didn’t consent to.” She then stated that she never said it fell on me but still implied that I would be charged for the service. I stood my ground and reiterated as the client that I shouldn’t be made responsible for THEIR error. The manager, stated “I won’t charge you this time but if this happens again I will have to charge you. We have a lot of new people who aren’t the best communicators. I’m sorry but this is a human error. I’m sorry if you’re upset but I will make it right for you this time.” That whole interaction felt borderline apologetic and hostile. Will not be taking my dog back here for any further services. I really liked this place for my pet but the last few interactions have not been focused on customer satisfaction— poor communication between staff/clients, poor conflict resolution with word choices (making customers feel like they should still pay for a service they didn’t agree to), etc. Serving customers is one of the most important aspects of running a business because customers help keep a business operating. A dedication to serving customers can help establish trust and loyalty, which may increase profitability and brand awareness.

We have been taking our dog here for years for boarding. I can tell that the staff cares about him. He is excited to go and we pick him up happy and healthy. Thank you for taking such good care of our Beau 🖤 …

She was reluctant and resistant the first week or two, now her fear has subsided and she runs up to the employees. You can tell when your dog is smiling-love that smile..

I can’t say enough good things about Dog Gone Happy! The staff is amazing!! Every single person that works there is a phenomenal human being that truly loves the doggos in their care. Our German Shepherd, Levi, has been going to doggy daycare at DGH a few times a week for almost a year. He’s anxious and a bit reactive with other dogs so he doesn’t do group play but the staff does individual play with him. Levi gets so much attention and love from everyone there. Levi gets boarded at DGH too; he was just there for 9 days while we were out of town. I didn’t worry about him while we were gone because I knew he was well taken care of. We also utilize DGH’s spa services. It saves us so much time booking him for a bath and nail trim while he’s already there for daycare or boarding and their prices are competitive. We love getting the occasional photo of him; you can see how much he is enjoying himself.

This is the kindest and most wonderful place to bring your pup for unconditional love! Every team member is so knowledgeable, attentive, and treats my boy Hank with such care and affection. Hank would leap out of the car with his tail wagging as soon as I parked in their parking lot! They are experts in my dog's anxious temperament and give him individual attention since he was too nervous to play with other dogs. This type of dedicated care for nervous dogs is, understandably, pretty difficult to find. I've been a customer here for years but had to pause after being laid off from my job in Raleigh. The owners brought me to tears with their kindness and understanding, and I can't wait to bring him back. (Hank can't wait either!) Do yourself and your pups a favor and bring them to the most nurturing environment with the best staff you could ever ask for. We miss you, Dog Gone Happy Team, and we'll see you soon!

I absolutely love dog gone happy. My dog is a very anxious dog and sadly can’t be around other big puppies but he gets lots of love from everybody there. I found this place at the last minute when my old boarding place couldn’t take my Pluto boy in. Pluto is definitely my heart/soul dog I got him when I was 19 and they put up with me when I call to check up on him, I am definitely becoming a helicopter dog mom🤦‍♀️.

Best daycare ever!!! Kodi has been going here since he was 3 months old. He is the happiest dog when he knows he's going to "school". He knows exactly where he's going right when we get off the exit. The employees all love him like their own. He doesn't even want to leave when I get there to pick him up. The reviews (1 star) are all written on the same day and they try to say the facility is dirty and smells. Those reviews are all LIES. They clean non-stop. If it smells like anything, it smells like cleaner. The boarding suites are wonderful. If the pictures below don't show how much my boy loves this place I don't know what will convince you. He is 2 and 1/2 years old and he cannot imagine not going to see all his dog friends every week (at least 2 times a week). Thank you for always taking such great care of my Bear!

10 STARS!!! Incredible staff always go above and beyond for your furry friend. My dog absolutely loves it and can’t get enough- starts barking when I pull into the parking lot! We’ve used DGH for both doggie daycare and boarding and I can promise you that you can leave your doggos in the care of these wonderful people and not have to worry about a thing.

Best dog daycare and boarding available in Raleigh!! Staff is wonderful!!! They are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I love getting updates while I am away! LuLu is loved and well taken care of without a worry at all. The staff spend time with LuLu and love her very much. They are extremely kind and always have amazing customer service. I recommended them and will continue to do so! Thank you so much to the staff for loving our LuLu! Just a wonderful place to board your loved furry babies!

Triangle Pet Sitters did a great job in taking care of our 2 cats during a vacation. Melissa was friendly and professional during the meet and greet and my cats took to her right away. I received lots of pictures and it was evident that she spent time playing with them on top of taking care of all the food/water/litter essentials. Will definitely continue using their services for to cover future trips.

Triangle Pet Sitters came to my home to stay with my boxer kid for a weekend. I was sent texts with pictures and videos of my boy. I’m pretty sure he loved his vacation as much as we did. Great communication and you can see the love for animals!

Our family has used Triangle Pet Sitters twice for overnight stays while we traveled. I feel comfortable leaving my pet knowing that they have years of experience especially with rescue beagles. I can relax on my trip knowing that my dog is being cared for and loved on in a family setting where she can nap on the couch and run in the fenced-in yard, just like at home. I also appreciate that Triangle Beagle Rescue sends me daily updates including pictures.

I highly recommend Triangle Pet Sitters! My dog, Chloe loves to go there and is always so excited to see Melissa and Jason. (Plus, their beagles, Dash and Woody) There is plenty of couch space/dog beds to nap or cuddle and a fenced in backyard to run and play. Melissa has 25+ years of experience In fostering and boarding and has literally fostered and help find homes for hundreds of dogs. They all adore her. She just has ‘the touch’ 🐶🐾

I have a super senior dachshund with special needs and he’s my world. He’s 14, has had IVDD surgery, epilepsy, and is deaf. He takes medication daily and has to be carried up all stairs, etc. Needless to say I’m very particular about his care and usually only have family members or close friends watch my little dude since he has so many quirks. I had to take a 5 day trip and was agonizing about finding a good pet sitter for this extended time away. I called my vet for recommendations, scoured Google, and was freaking out. My husband found Melissa and called her, and after meeting we felt comfortable with choosing her services. Let me say that Melissa is AMAZING! She sent so many pics and video updates and I could tell my boy was having a blast. My dog ended up chewing his feet because of seasonal allergies, and she sent me pics and videos of his paws and washed his feet and applied medication after we talked about it. She also noticed my dogs IVDD was acting up and kept an eye on it (it ended up being OK he was just tired). Melissa absolutely went above and beyond, and did so much more than was originally anticipated as far as medication and care. She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about animals. I cannot thank her enough and we have officially found our pet sitter!

During my travels, Melissa & Jason have taken great care of my dog many times over the years. They always treat my dog with lots of love and pampering. And they text me updates and videos on his activities & welfare. Most importantly they are dependable, reliable, and very caring.

Melissa and Jason are great! They have watched our beagle twice so far. They send frequent updates, pictures, and videos. Since we have found them I never worry about our dog when we go away because I know he is being well cared for!

Melissa and Jason have watched our lab mix Arbor for over a year. I appreciate how much they love and understand dogs. Arbor regularly goes to doggy daycare at their house and also boards with them when we are out of town. They send me videos and photos during her stay and I love to see her playing with other dogs or just chilling with their family. It's nice to know that when I can't be with her she is in good hands.

Melissa is a gem! The most caring animal lover I’ve ever met. She sends photos, updates and loves on our cats and dog like their are hers. Not sure any of them wanted us back after vacation!

I hired Jason Rios at the last minute to transport my dog. He went from Raleigh, NC, to Louisville, Kentucky, to DC all in 1 day! He's a former trucker, so he said he was used to this! He operated on short notice, understood the situation, and was most adaptable, easygoing, ready to go, and all the things. He listened to all the details, took care of my precious fur son, sent pictures along the way, gave me updated ETAs, and arrived at the exact moment. He unloaded and even set up some items for me as I had a broken leg. The price was reasonable, especially with all the baggage/things my dog had, including but not limited, to two 42-inch crates, a ramp, and multiple bags of items. My dog is a Labrador Retriever. I got quotes from about 20 different pet transports before contacting Jason. The other pet transports would only have given the private pet transport attention and carried all of my dog's items for an astronomical amount of money. Jason offered more and his price was reasonable. He even walked my dog when he got to my place after setting up his crates. He saw my broken leg and didn't hesitate. One extra thing. I forgot to give Jason Rios the exact address of the pickup location. I woke up in panic mode at 7 am, realizing I had forgotten to give him the address. I thought he might have stayed in Raleigh and did not drive because he didn't have the address. I realized that it would be reasonable that he didn't go without having the exact address. I texted him, and he said he was already on the road and still left at 1 am as he had planned and was a few hours away from Louisville! Jason said, even though he didn't know the address, he knew he had to be in Louisville by 11:30 am and would wait until I woke up in the morning to get the exact address! If I ever have to do another Pet Transport or something similar, I will reach out to him. Triangle Pet Sitters may not be a big and fancy company, but they are a great little company! I wish they were nearby; I would hire them for more work.

My dog came back with diarrhea and was throwing up all over the house and they refused to tell me what they fed her and stated that she was only given the food provided but in the same sentence said she barely ate any of her food . And she also came back with a tick or her neck will not be returning

This was our first time boarding our puppy (anywhere!), and I was very anxious about leaving him for the first time. But PetsHotel took good care of him and gave us a full report on his stay, including his playtimes, how much he ate, and even how often he used the bathroom! Our puppy was (obviously) happy to see us and ready to go home when we picked him up, but we could tell he'd been well cared for and had enjoyed his stay because the employees knew him by name, and he made sure to say a quick "goodbye" to the people who had taken care of him - That really put my mind at ease! Would highly recommend this PetsHotel and would definitely let our pup stay with them again!

I DEFINITELY WILL NOT be returning. My dog left there traumatized. Someone at this Millbrook location mistreated my dog, he didn't get the best treatment. He wasn't let out for bathroom breaks, because he urinated on his bed. He's trained to use the restroom outside. Two of the women there have very nasty attitudes, especially the little short white woman. ALL AROUND TRAINING is needed at this location.

I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at the Pets Hotel. I toured multiple dog daycare/boarding facilities and I felt so comfortable after visiting the Pets Hotel. I have an extremely shy dog who has not had a lot of exposure to other dogs and the Pets Hotel staff has been absolutely amazing working with her and getting to play with the other dogs at day camp. I drop Willow off in the mornings and she is very excited to see the staff which let's me know how well they treat her. We had a terrible experience at another facility, but I can tell by the way Willow greets the staff each morning (and the way that they greet her) that she is in good hands, it's so nice being able to go to work and not have to worry about the level of care my dog is receiving.

I boarded my cat here once and won't be returning. The cat pens have a large window facing the front desk that seems to be always uncovered, so I don't see how they can get much relaxation during store hours. When I picked her up, the employee who carried her out was lugging around the carrier very roughly as if there wasn't an animal in there, which was pretty much a nail in the coffin for me. It seems others have had better experiences, but as I said, I won't be a return customer.

They take great care of my girls! My girls love them and I feel very comfortable leaving them here because the staff is very kind and caring. I bring them here even when it is out of my way to my destination because comfort with the people makes all of the difference in the world.

Kato and her team did a very thorough job learning about our cat's needs and preferences before our trip. This attention to detail paid off, as our pet sitters Ginny and Becca both went above and beyond in taking care of our little Hazel. They sent us a detailed summary of their visits twice daily, including several photos and amusing anecdotes. In addition, they took care of our home while we were away, took out trash, collected mail, etc. We would not hesitate in recommending Bone-A-Fide to any pet owner!

We have been using Bone-A-Fide Pet Care for overnight pet sitting and daily care for over a year now. Our fur baby, Lucy, is 14 years old and the care given to her has far exceeded our expectations. We have used Bone-A-Fide for bi-weekly dog walks for 7+ years. First for one dog, then with several fosters, and finally with the addition of our 2nd dog. They have always been very responsive and attentive to our dogs’ needs. They have worked with us through training challenges, occasional illness, extreme weather and even the pandemic! After each walk, we always get a full report – with photos, and it’s obvious that the dog walkers really care. Our dogs LOVE their dog walker – and we trust her implicitly. Highly recommend!

Bone A Fide was amazing. They did a great job of giving us daily updates as well as pics. The portal and app they use are fairly easy to use as well. Each of our pets (4 bunnies) was just as healthy and happy as we had left the. I really appreciate the care that was taken of our pets, our property, and the pet's areas. Ashley is the absolute best! If I could give her a higher rating, I would. My lab is quite the anxious and stubborn pup and also reactive, but Ashley is super patient and kind to him. I don’t trust many people with my special boy, but Ashley is by far the best dog walker in the area. She’s been understanding of my dogs needs and he absolutely adores her and looks forward to seeing her every week. She’s very attentive and aware when walking my lab, which I truly appreciate. My dogs absolutely love Ashley and are so excited to see her when she comes each week. She walks our senior dog who has arthritis twice a week and we’ve noticed such an improvement in his mobility. We have been using All Paws Pet Care Services every time we need someone to help watch our dogs and I cannot recommend them enough! My boyfriend and I both work very long hours and can’t get home during the day to let them out which is difficult as they are both young pups. Ashley plays with them, takes them out, walks them, and even will help train them on the leash or to do tricks. Ashley responds very promptly and will customize visits depending on what your pet needs. She always sends a lot of great pictures! It is obvious she truly cares about your pets by treating them as if they were her own. Definitely check All Paws Pet Care Services out if you need any pet services!!

Ashley has provided during the day drop in and overnight stays at our house for our 3 dogs on many occasions over the last 3 years. She is wonderful with our pups who can be a real handful. Ashley is fantastic! We have a 120lbs Great Dane puppy named Lincoln and needed someone to help take care of him while we were out of town for our destination wedding and honeymoon. Ashley wasn't the least bit intimidated by Linc's size as some people are. She looked after him and loved on him like he was her own. She arrived on time every day and made sure to send lots of pictures and videos of him enjoying himself while we were gone. Her attentiveness and care made it possible for me to truly relax and be present in the moment for our entire trip because I didn't have to worry about my fur baby. Ashley has been absolutely GREAT with our kitties!! We have three older girls and a very energetic baby cat, and the girls all get medicated daily. They can be quite the handful sometimes, but she takes great care of them. We get pictures, video, and updates with every visit, so can actually enjoy time away from home without worrying about the "kids"!

They took such good care of my kitty Mickey, and it was such a joy to get a write-up of his status, what she did, and several cute pictures of him every day. Taylor was awesome. Prices are great, scheduling is easy (they were able to add another day for me at the last minute!). Really can't say enough good things about this company and will hire them any time I need a pet sitter in the triangle :) they really love animals and the service feels above and beyond.

We have Pet Nanny care for the pets of our aging parent. The staff are kind and considerate and go out of their way to assist her with tasks beyond the contracted dog walking and dog care. The dogs love the staff and always have a great time. This organization is run in a very professional manner with great portal tools etc so you always know what’s going on. We would recommend this company to anyone needing to care for their pets.

I regret to say that my experience with North Raleigh Pet Nanny has been disappointing. While things started off positively when I first began using their services, the professionalism and quality have significantly declined over time. During a recent trip, I encountered unexpected extreme weather that prevented me from returning home to care for my pets. Unfortunately, there was no concern for their welfare from the service, and I found them to be rigid and inflexible in this situation. This lack of understanding and support was disheartening. This wasn't an isolated incident. On a separate occasion, after booking their services well in advance, they canceled without warning, leaving my family scrambling for alternatives. Such last-minute cancellations are unprofessional and create unnecessary stress for clients who rely on them. It's disheartening to share this, especially since I was initially pleased with their service. However, these repeated issues reflect a broader pattern of declining standards and difficult interactions with the ownership. I hope they can address these concerns to better serve future clients, but I, unfortunately, can no longer recommend their services.

Kat and her team are AMAZING and one of the best decisions I ever made was to sign up with North Raleigh Pet Nanny. Kat has a thorough process of getting to know your home and pet(s) prior to actual visits. They are dependable with excellent daily communication (including pictures). I LOVE the app they use - it's super easy and doesn't take up much space on your phone. You can schedule new visits right on the app in less than a minute. My cat was noticeably less anxious and clingy when I returned home from a 5-day trip. I am using them again in the near future, and I would highly recommend them.

Kat and her team are the best pet sitting team in Raleigh. We have two pups that are nervous around new people and I never worry about them when NRPN is in charge. We've used them for quick drop-ins during the day and week-long vacations, and we always come home to happy and tired girls! I get pictures every time they visiting, a detailed explanation of their visit and what they did, as well as peace of mind that my kids are being well cared for. They will even curb your trash for pickup and collect mail for you while away. They play with my cats while away and the pictures indicate my cats are perfectly happy.
