Pares is an experienced and quality sitter and we knew our cat Juniper (and a few plants) was well cared for. We received regular updates and photos which was really nice to have during our travels. While we missed Juniper, we could see that she enjoyed receiving cuddles and attention from Pares. Upon returning home, our flat was clean and tidy, and Juniper was very happy! Thank you for taking care of her!

She's a local sitter and I wasnt' having any responses so I contacted her and she fit me into her schedule even during the holidays and right after another sit across the country. My partner and I left our cat Mango in Lindsey's care for a month so that we could get married.  We were going from FL to ME, so it was a long way from home.  We were gone for a month.  Picking the right houses sitter was important.  We are so glad we picked Lindsey (and she picked us). From before Lindsey got on her plan to fly down, until she was back home again Lindsey was communicative, considerate and positive. We felt like we had a family member staying at our place and because of who she is, Mango and our home's well being was a weight off our mind during the wedding. My husband and I are so grateful for Cendy staying with our ~1yr old cat for nearly a full month. We were nervous to leave her for so long but Cendy had Wilma literally eating out of the palm of his hand and snuggling with him in no time. Cendy was incredibly communicative with us and attentive to Wilma consistently for the entire duration of the sit which was such a relief and gave us the piece-of-mind needed to fully enjoy our trip. We returned back to an impeccably clean apartment and a very content kitty. For the first few days back Wilma was definitely looking around for Cendy, missing her buddy. We (and Wilma!) would welcome Cendy back any time, especially for a longer stay knowing how responsible of a sitter he was. Couldn't recommend enough!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Kathryn!  I needed to extend dates for the sit after we had set it up and she was able to accommodate this so was actually here from 10/4-20.  She was timely and communicative throughout - and she is a very nice person.   She kept the house really tidy and followed all instructions well.  My cats took to her quickly.  When I returned, they had been very well cared for and seemed fully content even though I'd never left them for long before.  While away, I reached out to Kathryn by text several times regarding deliveries, etc.  She was very prompt in responding and adept at handling issues as they arose.  I highly recommend Kathryn as a house sitter - and would happily work with her again!

Tonya was great and filled in after our other sitter had to cancel. She was very self sufficient and navigated acclimating herself to everything since she arrived after we left. She gave thoughtful updates on my cat and I could tell she really enjoyed her, so that means the world to me! She left the place immaculate and we will certainly have Tonya back!

Kristine was wonderful again as our local sitter from just down the street. 
The boys take to her like she is their best friend whenever she comes to sit with them. She sent us photos of them playing, relaxing, drinking water and eating so we knew they were well taken care of. 
The house and the cats were in excellent shape and excellent hands while we were away. It is wonderful that she enjoys the house and the cats so much and tells us so.

I whole-heartedly recommend Carly and her partner Fanny to sit for you! They were fabulous and reliable house sitters from start to finish. Carly was timely and thoughtful in all of her communications and let us know the state of affairs in our apartment with our cat and plant babies while we were away. They followed our directions to a 'T.' We came home to find a happy cat, thriving plants, a spotless apartment and laundered linens. We would definitely consider contacting them again to house sit for us!
