Club K9 is absolutely amazing! My 22 month old Chihuahua/ King Charles Spaniel mix, Archibald just loves going to see his friends and playing all day. I have been purchasing the unlimited monthly plan for Archie and am really happy with it. Sometimes he goes all day long (7a-7p) while I’m working and other days I may just drop him off for a few hours on Saturday/ Sunday while I run some errands or whatnot. He really loves spending most of the day outside while being there, it’s a wonderful location, nice fresh air up in the hills of Castro Valley. There is ample shade, baby pools, water misters to keep him cool, but still allow him that time to play outside all day. I know on really hot days they have brought him in to prevent him and others from overheating. I really trust the staff and this facility with my baby, they are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a great doggy daycare!

What I appreciate most is how accommodating they are with my often hectic schedule. No matter if I'm running late or have to head out of town, I'm assured that my pup is well-cared for and having a blast. The dedication to outdoor play in the beautiful California setting is what sets Club K9 apart. It's refreshing to see a facility that allows dogs to thrive in natural surroundings, unlike other places that confine dogs indoors with higher prices! At Club K9, dogs are always under the watchful eye of real staff that love what they do, ensuring they're safe while they play and explore. The initial assessment to ensure every dog fits well with the group is a testament to their commitment to safety and fun. I couldn't imagine a better place for my dog and I was raised on a farm in Vermont that was ran by a veterinarian. I plan to remain a loyal customer for decades to come, as long as the owners maintain their excellent standards. Dropping off my pup at Club K9 gives me peace of mind, allowing me to concentrate on work, knowing he's in great hands. Picking him up is always the highlight of my day. I was looking for a place to board my dog, Jupiter, when I came across Club K9. We took her for a trial day and we immediately knew we found the right place. Everybody was extremely friendly, they answered all the questions we had, and my dog came back home that day worn out and happy from playing all day. We just picked her up from a 4 night stay and are very happy with Club K9. We will definitely be using them again! Thank you!

We have been going to clubk9 for over a year and a half now and my dogs love it. I also love them. My dogs and I have had a lot of big life changes in the past couples months and it’s been particularly hard on my older dog, and the staff have been communicative, have helped me problem solve and have just been so supportive of my dogs and I through every step of the way. I can’t recommend them enough. My dogs are generally there for the entire day while I’m working and I use the unlimited plan.

While originally cautiously searching for the best spot for our pup, we wanted to make sure she felt welcomed and loved wherever she went. After a few rocky incidents at other establishments, we were beyond relieved to find Club K9. Club K9 has won our heart... and Rennie's! They give updates and extremely in depth status notes about each visit, especially the overnights. The staff is beyond professional and very loving with the pups. We love taking our dogs to Club K9. They are part of our family and Club K9 makes them part of theirs. We have use with all of our dogs over the past 20 years and we currently have two big dogs that go on a regular basis. We get pictures while we are away and the staff is so friendly and helpful. This place is a Godsend! We got a puppy right before I suddenly got a new job where I am required to be in person. A friend recommended Club K-9 to us and we, and our puppy, LOVE it! Our puppy is a better dog because she gets so much comfortable playtime and she gets her energy out with her natural playtime. The valet service is such a nice perk! I highly recommend Club K-9!!

We’ve used Club K9 for many years. The staff is incredible. We never have to worry about our “kids” when in their care. This is a picture of our puppy, Hazel. She loves Club K9 so much she never looks back when dropping her off! She can’t wait to get thru the door to play with her friends. We highly recommend their services.

Club K9 is the perfect place for our Weimaraner! He can't wait to get out of the car and go play when we drop him off...he runs all day and the staff seem to genuinely love him. I love the 7am to 7pm pick up/drop off option and they take great care of him when we board him. Highly recommended.

This is hands down the BEST daycare/boarding we have ever experienced! The staff are extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional, and the facility is so well-kept and beautiful. Yoshi stayed overnight and came home safe, happy, and worn out! From Yoshi and I, thank you so much!

The dogs are always well cared for and the dogs play a lot all day long with each other. My dog loves going there because he gets to play with all the other dogs. When I leave my dog there and go out of town, I feel totally confident that he will be taking care of and fed and loved on!

We LOVE Pampered Pets! They take such good care of our little Mochi! She has a blast there. They always post pictures to update us while we are away. All of the care staff are very loving with the pups!

We have been taking our little “Apple” to Pampered Pets for her vacation while we are on ours since she was very young.She loves it. The minute she gets there she runs away her little tail going fifty miles an hour and never looking back. She loves playing with the other doggies and sitting on the owners lap. The facility is spotless. We recommend Pampered Pets without reservation.
