Labby Lane is a home away from home for my Aussie, Buck. I would not leave him anywhere else. Crystal is very dedicated and compassionate when it comes to ensuring each and every dog is comfortable and gets their proper exercise. She knows dogs. Even though I live 2 blocks from a well known boarding establishment in Red Bank there I would rather take the hour drive to L.L. Crystal’s Labby Lane is like a resort for dogs and I know my dog is getting the upmost care.

The only place I take my dog and well with the drive! My dog is happy to see Crystal when I drop her off, relaxed when I pick her up. The facility is super clean, dogs get daily playtime. Other kennels have less experienced staff doing hands on care, not an issue you have to worry about at Labby Lane.

My Izzie LOVES going to Labby Lane. Crystal is her best friend ( bedsides me and hubby!) The kennel is spotless and the dogs are bathed and groomed regularly. Izzie comes home tired, clean, happy, and healthy. We wouldn’t leave her anywhere else.

We’ve used Labby Lane to board our dog, Banjo, going on three years now. Crystal, the owner is always quick to respond when booking Banjo and has gone out of her way to accommodate us for a couple last minute bookings. She treats the dogs as if they’re her own; their comfort and safety being her main priority. Banjo is always excited upon arrival, especially when he sees Crystal. I would definitely recommend using Labby Lane to board your pup.

Labby Lane is hands-down the best kennel in Chattanooga. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. If Crystal is full to capacity then Lexie goes on vacation with us and we end up renting a dog friendly Airbnb. I’ve used other kennels in the past and won’t do it again. Crystal understands the diff dog personalities, needs, meds, and follows through with your instructions for care. They have indoor/outdoor runs, are let out four or more times a day to use the bathroom in an enclosed area and they can also go to play park with the other dogs and run in a huge field. It’s extremely clean as well. I hate leaving Lexie, but Labby Lane puts my mind at ease!

Labby Lane is the only place we trust with our pup when we go out of town. Crystal loves her like one of her own. I especially love how she updates us on how she is doing. Seeing pictures of her having fun makes us feel less guilty for leaving her. I would recommend Labby Lane to everyone.

My beagle brothers go in tails wagging because they love their camping and spa with Crystal!! I know they’ll be loved and cared for and never worry. Chrystal is extremely dedicated to her canine family and has a wonderful venue for them. I recommend Labby Lane for professional services, fair pricing and most of all kindness!

This place keeps our girl Mila about twice a year for our family vacations. We call it her vacation too! Crystal take excellent care of her and she loves going. She knows while we are driving that we are getting close and she just wants to get out and run to the door to see her! So great she treats them like her own babies. Thank you so much!

Just picked up two very happy dogs from Labby Lane - they loved their time at "Camp Crystal!" I've boarded several of my dogs there almost 10 years now and it's the only place I'll leave them when we travel. It's bright, clean, well-run, and the owner, Crystal, cares for the dogs like they are part of her family. The kennel is heated and cooled, cleaned daily, and the dogs get good exercise and interaction with Crystal and her assistant, Mike. They have several fenced-in areas, including a huge grassy play park for the ones who like to run and play ball! The business is small enough to allow them to know individual dogs well and give them the attention they like. A huge plus is that the family lives on site and checks on the dogs frequently. Crystal will even post pictures of them on Facebook, too, if you would like to see what a good time they are having! I know my dogs look forward to their stays there - they wag their tails and look as happy as they possibly could be when we turn on to Thatch Lane and they recognize where we're going. It's a good feeling to be able to leave them with Crystal knowing they will be looked after like they were at home.

I go to drop off my pup tomorrow for a four day vacation and I’ll admit it worried me to let my pup be alone for that long (all me, I’m obsessed with my pup). But as soon as I visited Labby Lane I instantly felt relief. I just know that my pup is going to have an amazing time surrounded by staff and people that are there to show her just as much (if not more!) affection and care than I would if I were taking care of my pup. I can tell that the owner truly has an undying love for all of the animals that come through that door and truly wants to care for their well-being no matter what. I appreciate her honesty and flexibility and the wisdom she posses is enough to comfort me with entrusting my pup here. Now I’m no longer worried, but instead excited for my pup to get a vacation with freedom to play and have fun with other dogs!

Our dogs are always truly happy after a stay with Happy Tails. Our little Ms Sadie has a blast interacting with other small pups as herself. She always seems to be less stressed when we pick her up vs. our other kennel we take her too when Jeff's availability is full. Drop off and pick up is always super easy and fast. We've been going to Happy Tails Bed & Biscuit for a few years now and have never left upset or had any issues. I highly recommend them. They are good people who will care for your favorite fur baby.

Happy Tails will forever be our favorite boarding facility. My dogs adore Jeff and they take such special care of the pups whenever we’re out of town. Jeff truly cares for the well-being and happiness of my girls. Everytime I tell the pups we’re heading out to Jeff’s they get so excited. At pickup the pups are bathed, happy and healthy! I never worry about the dogs when we’re away and it’s near impossible to pay for that kind of peace of mind. We will always continue to board our pups at Happy Tails.

Jeff and Sharon are like second parents to my Great Dane, Greta. She gets so excited when it's time to "go see Jeff". He treats the dogs like his own, even plays music for them when they're in the kennels. He rotates them out for playtime, pairing them up with friends and who gets along best. This place is amazing!

My three dogs stay at HTBandB often and they love it. They can always tell when they are headed back and get very excited. They love Jeff and he treats them as his own. The property is well maintained in a peaceful, country setting.

We have been using Happy Tails for our boarding needs for over a year and have always been pleased with their process and facility. Our male chocolate lab seems to love it as well! We used another place a few times when Happy Tails did not have any spots vacant and he was never as happy he is when we drop him off here. He gets plenty of play time outside and is well taken care of. Jeff and Sharon are good people!

Happy Tails Bed and Biscuit is the absolute best! My black lab has stayed at several other boarding facilities before Happy Tails and I always felt so guilty leaving her because she was always kept up in a kennel except for her potty breaks; that is until I found out about Happy Tails. Jeff and Sharon (the owners who live on property) are amazing people and love every animal like it was their own. My dog is cared for so much there and always has time outdoors to play and burn off that extra energy before being put up at night. They are kept on a schedule for feeding, rest time, and play time which is great. Jeff and Sharon have I believe have 20 acres of secure area where the dogs can be dogs and have fun. I will never leave my dog anywhere else except for there. I highly recommend them!

Jeff really cares about the dogs and runs a tip top kennel. There's nobody else I would trust to keep my girls. He's a true blessing to me. They come home clean and happy. They are excited to go back when I drop them off. 5 stars isn't enough.

Our girls love staying at Happy Tails! I appreciate that ours pups are let out in the grass as a family to play instead of grouped into a concrete area with 20 other dogs. Our Aussie gets very anxious around other dogs and new people, but she is always happy to come here to run and play while we are away and never comes home stressed or upset. I also like that they are given individual attention and still treated like pets. I 100% recommend Happy Tails!

We have a male Blue Heller and a female Australian Shepherd Mix who have tons of energy. They also can tend to be scared of new dogs. That said, we boarded them with Happy Tails for 6 nights. We don’t board the pups often, but we could tell they were in good hands immediately upon drop off. It puts a worrisome owner like me at ease when the people caring for my dogs are so knowledgeable and professional. The Martins took great care of our dogs, and the price is unbeatable. I won’t take them anywhere else as long as I can book with Happy Tails.

We have boarded with Happy Tails Bed and Biscuit for years. Their care and love for the animals is unmatched. Their facilities are always clean and of the highest standard.
