Chris and Julia were our very first sitters and are the most perfect house/pet sitters anyone would ever want!!! Julia sent video/pictures of our fur babies everyday and we noticed early on that our animals were very relaxed and happy!! This made our trip so enjoyable and stress free knowing that our animals were safe and being spoiled and loved the whole time. They even trained our dog to sit while her leash was being attached and was able to pet and hold our cat that is somewhat nervous around strange people he doesn't know. When I got back from the trip, the house was very clean along with Julia/Chris had washed the bed sheets, bath towels, vacuumed, dusted etc., and even washed the pet bedding. They also left some SE Asia treats for us to try which so sweet of them. Definitely the perfect house sitters!!!

Kristi was an absolutely incredible sitter -- I think our favorite one ever! She was easy to communicate with, kind and personable, and took great care of our pets and our house. It was the first time we had left both our dog and our cat with a TH sitter and Kristi went above and beyond. After seeing the numerous positive reviews, I knew Cung would be an easygoing and professional cat sitter and house guest, and he was :-) Easy communication, prompt updates and clear concern for Boz & Artie's wellbeing, and pictures of cozying up on the couch together all made our time away secure and stress free. Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). To say I felt confident leaving my pets and home in Justin's care is an understatement. Justin is a real adventurer and believer in the power of both human and animal connection. Ruthee was a fabulous pet sitter for our three cats while we were gone for a month. Prior to the sit, she was consistent and communicative; she even came over early for a meet and greet to learn the routine. During the sit, she took great care of our three cats by playing with them (she made a fun cat toy!), scooping litter, feeding and watering them, and sent us text updates and pictures. We came home to happy fur babies and a clean home. She left the place very tidy which was greatly appreciated! We are so thankful for Ruthee and would recommend her should the opportunity arise. Anna was a wonderful sitter for our furry friends. My dog, Luke, bonded with her and was sad when she left. My cats would crawl under the covers and curl up with her at night. My husband and I reached out to Toby & Chloe after reading their profile and impressive reviews only a week before our trip, since our scheduled sitter had to cancel at the last moment. They were very friendly and quick to respond to chat from the very beginning, and ended up exceeding our expectations during their two week stay. It was evident they had thoroughly read our Welcome Guide beforehand, as they arrived knowledgeable and prepared to care for our home and pets. They were very willing and happy to take the necessary time with us to walk through the house and meet our cats, as we got them acclimated with our daily routines and answered any questions. Shortly after we left, our city had a heat wave come through, and after immediately notifying us, Toby went beyond the call of duty and inspected our struggling AC unit to pinpoint the issue. As far as cat care is concerned, we have two seniors (who have more sensitive tummies) that can get irritated after a fur ball or swallowing anything out of the ordinary. When this occurred, Toby & Chloe stepped in and took wonderful care of our cat duo; softening their food and even cradling while hand-feeding them for extra comfort. We truly could not have asked for more affectionate and responsible sitters. We returned to a spotlessly clean home, happy cats, and well maintained plants and pool. (They even cleaned our dusty Kitchen pendant lighting, which requires a steady hand and is definitely a time-commitment …We felt like professional housecleaners had been there!) On our way back, Toby & Chloe stayed in communication with us to monitor our arrival time, allowing them to care for our cats until just before we got home. Overall, they are very reliable and trustworthy sitters whose genuine goal is to provide a top-quality sit, while maintaining your household and seamlessly transitioning to your pets daily schedule.

Cat and Paul sat for me in December and kept a watchful eye on my trusty sidekick Jake. All I can say is my gosh what a great job they did giving Jake a lot of TLC. He obviously missed them since he wandered around our home looking for them after their departure. My home was left in the exact same condition and they did a great job of communicating with me during my trip, letting me know exactly how Jake was getting along. I can't thank them enough for taking great care of my home and showing Jake a great time. I hope that during the coming year they will volunteer to do another sit for me. Pet pros stayed at our house for a week to take care of animals. They took wonderful care of our 4 cats and 1 puppy. One cat requires 3 pills/night and this went off without a hitch. They did a little bit of training with the puppy and took him on walks. The cats were all over them. It is always a good sign that the cats approved! Our cats do not like change and will act out but that didn't happen. We received detailed reports daily plus pictures of the animals doing their thing. . They even vacuumed! The house looked great when we returned and all of the animals were happy and healthy. Taylor and Hayden were excellent. We already have them booked for 2 more trips.
Pet pros did an excellent job sitting for our two Golden Retrievers for a week. They are very professional and detailed as well as providing loving care of our dogs. The Boys were healthy and happy when we returned. We were so happy with their service, we have already booked them for several more trips. I highly recommend them!

Taylor was an answer to our prayers when we were needing to go out of state for our son's wedding last year. Our English Mastiff, then 12, needed A LOT of care with our other two little dogs. Our Mastiff needed palliative care, wound care, medication administration, and ambulation for paralysis to help him get around. He had such a strong will to live and protect us. Leo took to Taylor and she was wonderful with him. She came before the visit to make him comfortable and used to her. We made a video to show her how we addressed his foot. She was hands on. I cannot say enough about the peace it brought us. We lost our big boy at the end of January and she cared so much for him and us. Taylor is a blessing.
If you want reliable pet care Pet Pros is the one to call. Geri our cat does not take up with everyone but she loves Taylor and comes out to enjoy her treats and ear scratches. Receiving daily pictures and videos lets us know she is well and happy.
Taylor is amazing, professional, thoughtful and reliable. I have two rescues and they are both loving once they get to know you, but that usually takes time. Taylor clicked with them almost immediately and was able to relate and meet each one where they are in their quirky dog life. I feel at ease leaving her in charge of their care. If she has questions or concerns she does not hesitate to contact you. When I came home after a long trip they were calm and not the less bit anxious or stressed. Taylor gets 10 stars from me!

Natalie's is the best! Our dog goes to daycare there and has been groomed there. She loves going to see her friends and they are so good with her. They have a fantastic staff. We are so thankful to have such a wonderful place in town for our baby.
My Boston Terrier has enjoyed her daycare time at Natalie’s and when I had to go away for a week, she was well cared for during boarding. She always comes home tired which tells me she has had a great time playing with the other dogs. Last week, she slipped and got a tiny scratch on her foot. They treated the area and immediately informed me about what had happened. I felt very confident in their ability to care for my sweet pup. I so very much appreciated being contacted right away.
Natalie’s is AMAZING! First time visit for my shih tzu puppy. I was nervous because I know how temperamental shih tzu puppies can be with grooming, but the staff was incredible and Becky did an amazing job on his cut. Excellent communication and customer service. Couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience. Will definitely be returning for their services!
I spoke with Natalie, the owner, last minute due to our scheduled being changed, and she and her staff were able to fit our pet in. Great staff, excellent care and the shop overall appearance is amazing. When we picked him up he was happy, and we'll taken care of they communicated everything that he was doing over the weekend and said he was no trouble. I recently had a disappointing experience with Natalie's. After multiple visits with my dogs, I was suddenly informed via text of a significant price increase for their grooming services but just for my dogs, with reasons that felt unjustified. Despite asking about any concerns in the past, I was blindsided by this communication. The explanations provided for the large price hike seemed questionable, especially considering my years of experience in the industry. I have two miniature poodles and both of them get a fairly standard poodle cut. Raising their cost to $75 per dog seems a bit much considering they are both under 10 pounds. Though they are no perfect angels they are overall friendly dogs and not hard to handle. It's disheartening to see a lack of transparency and what feels like an attempt at price gouging. The lack of basic customer service was disappointing as well. They gave me the impression that they were indifferent to my patronage and had a difficult time remembering my dogs even though I have been a consistent customer for well over a year at this point. As someone who has been in their position, I realize it's hard to remember everyone's names. But it's essential to make this effort for your regulars so it feels personal and that your furbabies are going into good hands. As a result, I've decided to take my business elsewhere, where I've found fairer pricing and better communication. Disappointing to say the least.

Natalie has been grooming our three fur babies for years and we’re always very happy with Natalie’s services. We have used her boarding services twice and were very pleased. You can absolutely tell how much she loves the animals and how she takes in account for each dog’s personality to make sure they’re happy during their stay. She worries and cares for them like they are her own. We’re lucky to have someone so caring in our community.

Mari has been our dog sitter for a while and she has gotten us out of a lot of pinches! She just helped us with our dogs last minute while my husband was in the hospital for three days. Our dogs love her and her team! She goes above and beyond. I can’t recommend her more!
Great experiences with Mari and crew. They take really good care of our cats while we’re gone, even going so far as to take one of my babies to the vet to get a wound taken care of. Communication is outstanding with pictures every day and a not that all is well or anything not right. She even follows up after we’re home to make sure all is well. Jennifer is the best, called her shortly after I had adopted 2 dogs after moving to GA. She came over the dogs loved her she first took care of them over night when I had to leave for 2 days. Then walked them twice a week while I was working long hours. Her and her son came and lived in them weekly.If I needed her to on short notice she would go to the house let them out and feed them.
