"A relaxing and long time away from home made possible by the best pet & house sitters we could have asked for!" Judy and Steph went the extra mile over their entire one month stay at our home. Both our cats became fast friends thanks to the care and dedication provided for them. We were routinely updated with spectacular photos of our furry girls throughout our leave that helped us be anxiety-free the entire time. Even our older shy cat spent time sleeping on their laps or hanging out on shoulders. As for the house, Judy and Steph left it even cleaner than when they arrived! We had a few tasks to maintain the lawn and potted plants outside, which were completed perfectly. They even tended to our vegetable garden where needed! During a 'risk of severe hail storm' alert, Judy and Steph kept us in the loop and went even further to place potted plants under shelter out of harms way. In summary, we recommend Judy and Steph and would happily have them return again if our schedules cross paths.

Carole and Ron are excellent cat-sitters! They took very good care of my cat Lola and of my house. I came home to a happy cat and a very clean and tidy house. They sent me pictures of Lola and kept me updated, so that I had a very relaxed holiday. The best cat sitters ever! They loved our cats and spent so much time playing with them and making sure they were happy! We had photos and videos every day with funny little messages and we came home to two very happy, healthy cats. The house was spotless and they even washed the linen and towels! They left us some cute Easter presents and breakfast shopping in the fridge, as we were returning after a long flight. We would definitely recommend Michael and Jeanne to anyone and hope they will come back to Teignmouth in the near future. Thanks very much for looking after our beautiful cats and our home x

After seeing the numerous positive reviews, I knew Cung would be an easygoing and professional cat sitter and house guest, and he was :-) Easy communication, prompt updates and clear concern for Boz & Artie's wellbeing, and pictures of cozying up on the couch together all made our time away secure and stress free. Upon returning home, the cats were chill and the apt was left spotless, as though he hadn't even been there.

Joi did a wonderful job caring for my two cats and two guinea pigs, as well as caring for my home! She is coming back in November for a long sit while I am out of the country and we all can’t wait. Joi had experience with rabbits and jumped right in with guinea pig care. She is so calm around them that they were sitting on her lap day one! She spent time preparing their vegetables and kept their enclosure and room clean, which requires daily effort. She even washed the floor mats in their room so it was fresh when I returned home. She went above and beyond sending me daily photos and videos so I could see that everyone was healthy and happy. It was apparent to me that she spent a lot of time with my pets, which is very important so they don’t become stressed and lonely when I am away. Joi also took excellent care of my two cats. They receive daily wet food with some medication and she ensured that they received it on time. My cats barely noticed when I returned because they got so much attention from Joi. She took excellent care of my front garden flowers and my tomato and herb hydroponic gardens. These take some daily attention and time in the summer, and I returned home to them looking great! Joi is a very caring, clean, and thoughtful sitter and I hope she comes back many more times!

Nathalie and John were great! They were great house sitters to watch our two dogs, 2 geckos, our old cat and bull frog. Their two girls took good care of the animals as well. The house was exactly how we left it. We really appreciated their help!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Kathryn! I needed to extend dates for the sit after we had set it up and she was able to accommodate this so was actually here from 10/4-20. She was timely and communicative throughout - and she is a very nice person. She kept the house really tidy and followed all instructions well. My cats took to her quickly. When I returned, they had been very well cared for and seemed fully content even though I'd never left them for long before. While away, I reached out to Kathryn by text several times regarding deliveries, etc. She was very prompt in responding and adept at handling issues as they arose. I highly recommend Kathryn as a house sitter - and would happily work with her again!

If Cung ever applies to your post for a house or pet sit, I strongly encourage you to jump at the offer. You will not be disappointed. Cung is among the top (if not the top) sitter I’ve ever had and I’ve been on this site for years. Primarily, Cung is very organized. In the weeks and days leading up to the sit, Cung kept me abreast of his plans and status. I felt very comfortable in the days leading up to the sit because I knew the plan we made to exchange the keys and walk him through the instructions would work as planned. Second, Cung really cares. When he got to my apartment after what I assume was a long day of traveling, I explained the care instructions and he was very attentive and cared about the details - asking very specific questions on how to care for my cat and apartment. I had some pretty specific rules about how to feed my cat and take care of him and Cung followed those exactly. Third, Cung makes you feel comfortable while you are away. I got daily or twice daily updates about my cat. I got pictures which made me feel like my cat was having a good time. My cat came out within an hour of me being away - very fast for my cat as he is shy. Cung must have a calming energy towards animals. Cung was also very responsive when I reached out first - replying within 5 minutes. I really appreciated that. My cat threw up at one point and Cung answered all of my questions to assess whether my cat was sick or had just eaten too fast. Fourth, Cung will take good care of your apartment/house. I came back to a SPOTLESS apartment. The sheets were washed and folded on my bed. The towels were washed. The apartment had been vacuumed. The kitchen was clean. The dishwasher had been run. Everything was in its place when I returned. Honestly, cleaner than when I left it which is difficult since I am a very clean person. Cung also respects your property. I have an extensive computer setup that he used for work and he was very respectful of that equipment. He asked if he could use it beforehand, which was incredibly polite since he could have used it and I wouldn’t have known. In sum. You need to jump at the opportunity if Cung offers to sit for you. I came home to a very happy cat. Hope he will sit for me again sometime!

Tonya was great and filled in after our other sitter had to cancel. She was very self sufficient and navigated acclimating herself to everything since she arrived after we left. She gave thoughtful updates on my cat and I could tell she really enjoyed her, so that means the world to me! She left the place immaculate and we will certainly have Tonya back!

Steven was a great sitter for our black lab Souris and cat Pinot. They were well looked after and really liked Steven. Our house was in good order when we got back and Steven was kind enough to give us a lift to and from the airport. He was very flexible, arriving day early so we could show him around.

Our boy Tristan adores Barkaritaville, and so do we! We get to see how much the staff love Tristan, and it makes us feel so safe sending our pet away with them for 8+ hours at a time. We know he will play, learn, engage, and come home exhausted! Maddy has been especially great to us. She always greets us with a big smile and is soon after showering Tristan with all the love. We love all the staff, the knowledge they provide to us and Tristan, and not to mention the silly posts and photoshoots they do. 15/10 recommend Barkaritaville to all the dog parents out there!
I can't express enough gratitude for how grateful I am for finding Barkaritaville for my rescue dog Coco!! Before bringing Coco to Barkaritaville, she was so scared around other dogs and would bark at them. I was a little nervous leaving her at doggy daycare not knowing how she would react, but the first visit went amazing! We even had a phone call check-in to let us know how our girl was doing! After just 2 visits she can't get enough of Barkaritaville! :) She absolutely loves it and has learned to recognize that dogs are fun and safe to play with! The love and care that the staff put into the dogs is noticable. It's so much more than just a "daycare" the staff are so kind and caring and make sure you're fur-baby has the best day! Coco is absolutely exhausted from all the play and stimulation she falls asleep as soon as she gets home! :) I feel safe and comfortable keeping her at Barkaritaville as I know they take such good care of my girl and are amazing with rescue dogs! I can't thank them enough. :)This is Coco's favorite place! She knows where she's going and runs right out of the car! She can't get enough of it! :) 10/10 highly recommend this doggy daycare! Both my dog and I were a bit nervous starting doggy day care for the first time. Not knowing how my girl or the other dogs would react and behave was a tad scary but, as soon as I arrived, the staff were amazing and welcomed her with lots of love. When I arrived to pick her up, she was all smiles and I was sent home with treats, a bunch of pictures and a report card. I highly recommend Barkaritaville Barrie to anyone who needs to start day care for their fur babies. They’re in good hands :)
Our puppy LOVES Barkaritaville! She has fun all day with the amazing staff and other dogs and when she comes home she’s ready for a nice long nap! The staff there is amazing. Super nice and always happy to see our pup!
I can not recommend this place enough! The staff is so friendly, and you can tell they truly love the dogs they work with. My dogs had never been to daycare before, so naturally I was nervous in taking this step, but my girls warmed up in no time! Mishka and Sophie adore the days they go to daycare, maybe even more than the days they are home with me!!!!
Brooke and her team are fabulous. They worked with my rescue who is timid and "stranger danger" and has been able to really bring him out of his shell. I highly recommend Barkaritaville to everyone I know in the area! Also, the daily report cards are a hoot.
This place is the best for dogs. I have an aussiedoodle and she has learned to be one quite social with other dogs. She always is happy to go there waiting for me to open the door to go in. When she gets home she is tired from all the play and attention. Looking for a daycare. I highly recommend Barkaritaville!
Our girl loves Barkaritaville! She is always so excited when we drop her off in the morning. She plays all day long, and comes home ready for bedtime. We love the packages of 20 days at a reduced cost. Means we can send her whenever we need and have her day already prepaid for. All the staff are very easy to communicate with and super easy going. We're very happy to have found this facility.
Fairly new to Barkaritaville but my dog Buddy just loves it. Anxious to get in and when I pick him up he’s worn out which shows he had a wonderful day. The staff are ver friendly, caring and accommodating. It’s obvious they are animal lovers and it’s not a phoney façade that they put on. My dog is my friend and I just love him and I trust Barkaritaville to take exceptional care of my Buddy “Buddy”

My husband and I recently graduated the Basic Obedience Class with our 10 month old puppy, Rudi, and had the most fantastic experience working with Toto! As first time dog owners, we didn’t really know what we were doing, and Toto was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and made us feel really confident in building our own skills to best care for and train our dog. Rudi is a very high energy breed and rarely could sit still, but since working with Toto has made a 180 in his ability to listen, walk without pulling and being able to settle at home. We truly couldn’t recommend Toto enough, and plan to continue to work with him in the future to further Rudi’s training AND hone his cool new party tricks (picture for proof!)
We had recently just adopted Mocha and she had alot of anxiety and issues we were struggling to deal with like chewing excessively and bitting. After researching I came across Toto’s page and saw all the reviews so thought we would give this a try. First time dog owners, first time doing dog training but Toto really made us feel comfortable and confident day 1! Mocha has since graduated the course and although there is still more work that can be done with training her to be the best doggy she can be she has really done a 180 with us. Toto is AMAZING and what he does, his knowledge and care for canines is outstanding and we just hope to keep working with him in the future and with any dogs we welcome into our lives. His approach to training is not like your typical trainer, he really puts a plan that is setting you up for success and it works! I was so afraid to walk Mocha alone before training and now I can confidently take her on long walks alone. Thank you Toto for all your work,
My dog nova had 0 confidence was very fearful and horrible to walk on the leash. with totos help we have a completely different dog. Toto is amazing to work with I absolutely recommend him for all your training needs we saw results after one session. So worth it . I feel more confident in my ability to handle my dog and my dog is so much happier
I brought my dog, Harlow to Toto for puppy training back in October. She was very timid and unsure at first but quickly warmed up and loved the experience and especially Toto. He is kind, welcoming, patient and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

We started training our puppy 10 weeks ago at Toto’s. During this time we have learned so many skills to be good dog owners and our puppy has also learned so many skills and proper behaviour. We feel more confident as owners and take pride in how our puppy behaves. Toto truly has a heart of gold and passion for training and it shows! Our dog gets so excited to see him and I could even say looks at him like a family member. I like to now call him Uncle Toto! It’s nice to have such a passionate and trustworthy trainer. Recently used Toto's K9 dog services and Toto instantly became our trusted friend. He is amazing with all kinds of dogs. Has a variety of activities for dogs . Extremely knowledgeable about different problems that dog owners may have. And ready for extra advice over the phone and text when completing homework and dealing with difficult situations. Toto also offers very affordable dog daycare services that our 3 dogs are very happy to attend. In addition, he has the running board for the larger dogs that before training or during the day they could burn down some energy. Highly recommended. I needed help with my very strong and sassy puppy. Toto was just the person for the job. He really helped me to understand how to communicate with and understand her. She used to pull on the leash, lunge at cars and be afraid of the dark. Now she's happy, confident and much less reactive. I'm so glad we found Toto. We'll never be done training but now we have a good foundation to work on.
There’s no other dog service like Toto’s. He and his family go above and beyond to take extra special care of not only our frenchie Trixie, but my wife and I as owners too. Trixie loves going to Toto’s so much that sometimes she doesn’t even want to leave. “She is a part of the family” he says, and that little extra love and passion he has for caring for your dog really sets him apart from any other dog service. We are lucky to have Toto in our lives and are grateful to know he will always take care of our beloved Trixie.

There aren't enough positive things to say about Sherry and James and the team they've built over at Out N About. I have been using their services for over two years and I can say with absolute confidence that I would not be able to do my job without their support for my fluffy buddy. As a shift worker with a constantly rotating schedule of days and nights, Sherry and James have been nothing but graceful, accommodating and patient with my dog's needs. As he's an older guy now and a newly minted single child, he's had big changes in the last two years. Sherry, James and the whole team have given my Morris the much needed love, stability, routine and doggie play dates he deserves when I can't be there. They deserve all the recognition and high fives. If you're worried about how your furry kids will do with a walker, trust that this team is the one for the job.

Our girls are smitten with Kristen and she shows them so much love! We are so happy to have landed such a reliable group to care for our pups. It’s been a year since we have been using Out N About! Sherry and her staff have been phenomenal in caring for our pups since they were wee things (10 weeks old). They have become a big part of Layla and Lionel’s life. They get so excited seeing the staff because they know they are going to have a good time!
We have been so fortunate to have the team at Out N About Pet Care look after our dogs for the last year and a half. When we welcomed a new puppy into the home they helped to train him and look after his needs during their daily visits. Our senior dog also needed special attention due to her age. The entire team handles the puppy and the senior dog so well, ensuring both of their needs are met. We get updates after each visit and our neighbours have commented on how nice the team is to meet when walking the dogs. The app-based booking system is very easy to use, and we now feel like we can get away for the occasional trip to the city and know that our doggos are looked after. I honestly can't imaging how we would function without the team! They are highly professional, conscientious and clearly love dogs. We could not recommend them highly enough!
Sherry and her team are just so wonderful! We hired Out N About to take our 4mo pup on a weekly walk they're so amazing. They do a home visit first and are super trustworthy. Ruby seems to really like them and does well on her walks. We get a report with a map of where they went and some amazing pictures. I can't wait until our girl is older and can do pack hikes with them. Highly recommend this professional company to take care of your fur babies.

Sherry and her team are amazing! They are so competent with dogs and cats. We have some senior puppies who needed medication and they were so on the ball. It felt like I didn't have to worry about our fur babies at all. They also gave lots of updates! Couldn't have asked for better care. And the cost is so reasonable!!
If you're ever in the need of a dog walking service, I highly recommend Out n About pet care service. Due to a hand injury, (infected dog bite 😬) I needed help. I messaged sherry Sunday and we were all set. I originally was only going to need them for our vacation coverage and had already had the pleasure of meeting with Sherry and James for our assessment. We are so incredibly blessed to have Liana's Pet Services in our lives. Liana is a wonderful and kind human; she genuinely cares for our fur babies (dog and cat) as if they were her own. She gives a detailed report after each walk, and even includes pictures of the walk as well. I just wanted to say how amazing Liana is at Liana's Pet Services. I have a very reactive dog. It's very difficult to find someone that I trust to walk my Skye when she has behavioural issues when it comes to some other dogs. I never, ever, let anyone else walk her, but I put my trust in Liana and I'm so glad I did. With Liana's knowledge and training in regards to dogs, I feel so comfortable leaving my Skye in her care. I have so much anxiety when it comes to Skye, but Liana always sends me the cutest videos and pictures of them together and how well she does on her walks, which makes my anxiety go away. She treats Skye like she was her own! I truly recommend Liana's Pet Services to anyone thinking of hiring a dog walker or for someone to check on your animals when you are at work, vacation etc.. It has been almost a year since Liana has started taking Willow on walks for us when our work schedules get busy. We have been over the moon with the exceptional and professional service that Liana has provided. We are beginning to think Willow loves Liana more than us. Liana goes above and beyond when Willow makes a mess and we are very grateful for it. We highly recommend Liana when it comes to looking after our pets and they would definitely agree.
We love Liana and the service she provides! For us, she has provided service for our cats and she obviously loves them! Her communication is clear and her updates are lovely. On this last trip, we had a somewhat large problem (totally our fault!) and Liana had excellent suggestions to resolve it and work with us to solve it made us thankful that we know her!

Great staff and ownership, they actually smile and chat with you (unlike some places in town) and Dougie is really looking forward to all the new features planned for their new site. We have been bringing our dog, Buddy to TopDog K9 Services for many years. He loves it there. The staff are trained, friendly and do a great job of looking after all dogs. We highly recommend them.
Top Dog is so incredible! Our dog Archie is a very energetic dog and he comes home absolutely exhausted. He is always very excited to go and doesn't want to leave. The staff are really amazing and very nice. Always great to talk to and treat the dogs like they are family.

I don't attend Top Dog however I am a professional dog trainer and I also board dogs. I have known Kathy for many many years in a professional capacity and we have worked in a professional organization together. I know first hand how dedicated she is to her business and to the care she provides. It is pretty clear that she is experiencing something that we all dread and that is an internet smear campaign. I am also a breeder. Just yesterday I recommended Top Dog to one of my puppy buyers because I know how much Kathy and her staff care. I would only recommend Top Dog for one of my puppy owners. I wish you strength Kathy while you sort through this. I know how difficult this must be for you.
Our boy Hank absolutely loves going to Daycare at Top Dog! We turn onto the road and his tail starts wagging and he can not get out of the truck fast enough! I have had 3 dogs over the years attend Top Dog K9 Services with very good results. My current puppy is attending the Puppy Socialization classes and has shown huge improvement in his training. He LOVES going each week and is happily exhausted when coming home. Kathy Eyers , Kacy and their staff are professional, and always provide great advice and ongoing support for my pup. I feel very confident and assured when I leave him in their care knowing he will be well cared for and encouraged to grow. I cannot say enough about this great daycare, training facility!! Bauer loves going to Dogging Day Care. This is him pulling up to have a play day with all his friends. At the end of the Day he is exhausted from all the activity he has had during the day. I really like how the staff tell me how well he did during the day when I pick him up.
Very helpful trainers at the Puppy Junior kindergarten. I have learned a lot there. Trainers provide gentle feedback to make us better pet owners.

Curtis was so accommodating, he picked the dogs up and was flexible for us to pick them up the following day. Curtis and Jessie were extremely attentive with communication and sent lots of pictures. I cannot express strongly enough how amazing they were with one of our puppies when they encountered some unexpected challenges. You can tell how much they truly care and understand the dogs. They went above and beyond my expectations in every way. I can confidently and highly recommend their services
Jessie and Curtis took care of our 1 year old pup and it was great! Communication with them was prompt and clear before the visit and during, they sent multiple pictures and videos during her stay. They are both so nice and inviting, and our dog was pooped when she came home. We will definitely be using them again, and would recommend!
My husband and I hired Waggin' Tails Co to look after our 2 pups while we were away on vacation. We are so thrilled. Not only did we get daily updates with adorable photos, but it was clear that our dogs were spoiled with love and likely didn't even notice our absence. They also left our house absolutely spotless. I highly recommend Waggin' Tails and we will definitely be using them again!
Jessie and Curtis were amazing! Our pup had an awesome sleepover and came home tired and happy. They are extremely accommodating, kind, and make you feel at ease the moment you meet them. I was not worried for a second leaving our dog with them. Thank you again and we will be back!! :)
Now, I know most people probably feel the same- but we are truly obsessed with our dog. So it is hard for us to leave him, and we take careful consideration in choosing who he will stay with. Jessie and Curt (and Lizzie) looked after our guy for two weeks- and we couldn’t have chosen better. I think he may have actually been happier with them! He had many walks, lots of playtime and soo many cuddles! We got updates a few times per day, which allowed us to relax during our time away. Waggin Tails Co is the best decision for your pet care needs!
Highly recommend! Jessie and Curtis are great with our dog Ray. They give him lots of exercise and cuddles and send us lots of cute updates. We are very happy to have found them!

Ryder is displaying an amazing change after receiving instructions from Paul with only a few lessons. The stress I experienced walking Ryder and meeting other dogs on our walks have lessen and, I am sure Ryder is much more happier during his walks with me. They are very easy to work with - always super friendly and are well organized in their communication and execution. The Dogz Lodge has gone above and beyond with their training and walking services to help me with my 9 month old golden doodle, Leo. Elevate your pet's life with The Dogz Lodge's passionate training, leading to an effortlessly positive transformation! We needed their help with our 2 dogs Harley(2) and Davey (10mnths) who accidently Harley's tooth got stuck in Davey's collar after that everytime they got together they were in deffnce mode. Paul started working with us quickly and for 10 days. I am very happy to say that I no longer have to do twice the work doing things one dog at a time, they are friends again. Paul has helped me in so many ways with my new addition! the puppy didn’t need the training I did and together over the last 3 months he has become family I highly recommend The Dogz lodge to all dog parents young and old we also have a17 year old and 11 year old as well and the help with the pup and the oldies been going so well it’s going to be hard saying good bye and the end of our sessions
Paul and his team were absolutely fantastic! We adopted Lola, a 3 year old rescue that had some aggression issues. The training we first took her to at a doggy training centre helped a little, Paul took her to a completely new level way beyond our expectations in such a short period of time. Within the two weeks of training she went from a dog that lunged at other dogs, joggers and bikes no matter how far away, to having her first visit to Cabela’s and Home Depot. We will be forever thankful of Paul and so proud of Lola for being able to show the world how genuinely sweet she is.
Paul, head trainer at Dogz Lodge, has a very special talent. Paul’s knowledge, experience, confidence and kind, calm nature made him the perfect trainer for our unruly pup. Over a few sessions, Paul worked with us to be able to have our dog off leash in our yard, to respond better to recall, walk without pulling on the leash and to improve general obedience! Private training proved to be much more effective over the many group classes we had tried prior. Highly recommended Dogz Lodge for training/walking/boarding!!!
Paula and Paul are passionate about what they do, and have been awesome to work with. They have been walking my dog for more than a year and have showed him so much love and care. They go above and beyond, and have superb communication with us. Could not recommend them enough!
From the moment we first met to the end of our training was an absolute pleasure working with Paul (& Paula of course!). We had tried every training tip possible and watched every video you could think of but still no luck with containing the crazy that is Ruger! With their help, We are now able to take him to public places (still a work in progress) but we never thought we'd be at this point. Would not have been possible without these two! Extremely grateful to have been able to work with Paul. He is kind, compassionate and genuinely wants to see the dogs (and parents) succeed🫶🏻 Would 10000% recommend to anyone that is looking at personal training

I found Avery and I’m so grateful! My 11 1/2 year old Boston Terrier Luna went for her first appointment today! Avery is lovely, professional, knowledgeable, and her place had such a holistic scent when you walk in! Luna was nervous, but Avery said she did great! I can’t believe the difference in her little teeth and I loved the information she passed on with her suggestion that there is two teeth that need to be extracted. I will be contacting Lunas Holistic Vet tomorrow for further instructions. I would recommend Avery to anyone with our very precious soul furs, as I call my Babygirl! Avery is absolutely amazing, would strongly recommend I had my 13 year old Max here over the weekend, it was his first time staying in someone's home he didn't know. We set up a meet and she made myself feel comfortable that Max is in great hands. During the whole weekend i was getting updates on how much max was enjoying his time there with texts and pictures. She even cleaned his teeth which was much overdue. I was shocked how much of a difference it made and they look incredible!
