Florence and Robert were outstanding sitters. We asked them to arrive a day early as our guests to learn the routine on our farm. In getting to know them we found them to be good hearted, down to earth people with a love of animals and diligent in learning our routines to care for our poultry, cats and dog as well as our garden and orchard. Not a typical or easy sit. We travelled with ease knowing our critters were being well taken care of. Arriving home, the house was very clean and looked well cared for. The animals were healthy as were the garden and orchard. Out pets missed them when they left – our dog stared down the driveway after them until their car was out of sight. It is nice to find sitters we would like to hang out with and we look forward to having them sit for us again.

If you are fortunate enough to have Anna as your sitter you will have peace of mind that your pets will be in very good hands. Anna is gentle and a natural with animals and seems to understand what they need without words. Willa, our golden retriever and Rosie, our cat were both enamored with Anna. They wanted to be near her, followed her around the house, lay by her feet or on her lap. We enjoyed Anna's company, her conversation, ideas and sense of humor. Lots of laughs! She asks good questions about the pets' needs and routines. She is very appreciative and is a compassionate person. We did not want Anna to leave!

We are thoroughly pleased with and impressed by Daniel's kind, generous, and careful care of our cat and our house. He is a committed and experienced sitter who completely understands his role and responsibilities and also how to gently win the confidence and affection of a pet. He is an excellent communicator, and he kept us regularly up to date on our cat's well being--sending us texts and photos at least once/week as we requested. Our cat who is a little afraid of new people, grew fond of him, and we have returned to a very calm, contented cat. We highly recommend Daniel, and we ourselves would be thrilled to engage him again when the need arises.

She's a local sitter and I wasnt' having any responses so I contacted her and she fit me into her schedule even during the holidays and right after another sit across the country. She took great care of my two cats and home and I very much appreciate it!

Sabre is a sweet, honest person who stepped up at the very last moment (after the prior sitter flaked out) to watch our dog and cat for 17 days. When there were a couple minor accidents, she informed us of them right away. One involved a burnt pan (easy to do if you’re not familiar with an induction stovetop) which she offered to replace. Sabre also washed the towels and sheets, and made up the bed before we got home. The yard was pooper scooped and litter box was clean. Pets seemed well-cared for. When she had to leave town for several hours one day, she made sure to arrange for our neighbor take care of the pets. Additionally, I appreciated how she didn’t assume that it would be ok to bring her cat. When we found out she was going to keep her cat in a kennel during her stay here, we told her she could bring him which worked out fine. Overall, I would confidently recommend Sabre to watch your pets and house.

Elisabeth was an excellent sitter for our cat. We were away for two weeks and received daily photos and notes from her about Catman's activities (i.e., sleeping and eating). She is definitely a cat lover and that was evident from our cat's calm behavior when we returned.

Oh wow! Everyone should be so lucky to have Nicholas and Veerle watch their house and pets. These lovely people are pros! They communicated early and often, were super accommodating to some last minute changes (it was originally going to be only our cats to watch but we decided to keep the dog home as well so that added to the schedule and care needs) and they left the house spotless and all set up for another sitter who came in after them. We didn’t get the chance to meet because my departure and arrival times but I dearly hope I get to in the future because they were just great! I even heard how nice they were from My neighbors who say them out walking our dog. :-) They also sent regular pictures of the pets which look like pro-photography! Cannot recommend this couple enough! Your pets and house will be in good hands!

Jenima is an excellent sitter! She is organized, communicative and flexible throughout the stay. We needed a sitter at the last minute because Jazz got sick, and Jenima saved us. We left a little worried about him, but Jenima took care of him really well and kept us informed. Cats love her! We definitely recommend her to take care of your pets!

Pennee and Bill were the BEST pet sitters and guests ever! I really wanted them to stay forever ! Our cat, Miss Kitty bonded so much to them, that she really wasn’t that happy to see me when I got home .Our cat is a finicky eater and they tried all different types of food and treats for her. They sent me regular photos of miss kitty and I knew everything was great when most of the pics had miss kitty on their lap. Our cat doesn’t take to many people but she immediately fell in love with them. Pennee sent us our mail and prescription meds on a regular basis , and went out of her way to take care of any issues . They fell in love with the neighbors and community and just made our lives so easy . We experienced the Covid 19 virus outbreak quarantine during this time and Pennee and Bill agreed to stay a month longer at our home . They were extremely flexible with their travel plans so that everyone would be safe. Upon our arrival home, we were greeted with a bouquet of flowers , beautiful hanging basket of flowers for outdoors and a beautiful bottle of wine . And our house had never been cleaner ! Bill and Pennee are a pet owners dream couple !I felt extremely lucky to have found such a great petsitter and new friend . We will be visiting each other in the future .

Our puppy Dexter (8 months) stayed with Supriya for 17 days in August when we were on holidays. Our dog Melody stayed with a Dogstays sitter and came back happier than ever! The entire process, from initial communication, contract, and final drop off/pick-up was super smooth and well coordinated and put my mind to ease. Our dog Bumble stayed at DogStays.lu for 2 days and we couldn't be happier. From the preparation, to the pickup and the stay everything was perfect, and we didn't have even for a minute doubt that Bumble was missing anything. Absolutely 5 stars for this team. The accommodation organized for the past couple years for our fur baby with particular needs has been amazing. Our fur baby has separation anxiety as well as other specific care instructions and is always given the 5 star treatment. Each sitter has their own personality and style, which gives a well rounded experience each time. With the instructions we are asked to provide and the sitter's dedication to those details, its the best comfort a pet parent can have.
This is probably one of the best dog boarding services in Luxembourg. Supriya is extremely professional, always willing to go the extra mile to find the right sitter for your pet. I have made some last minute requests, she was patient and more than willing to find a sitter for us. Very service oriented, and a go getter who rarely says no. I absolutely recommend dogstays, you can be rest assured your fur buddies are going to have the best time during the stay.

I warmly recommend the pet services provided by Anissa. I was lucky and grateful that she could look after my cat during my holidays. Having her to visit my cat every day, make sure he is eating and playing a bit, having videos with the cat really reduced my anxiety while away. Anissa took care of my two dogs while we were on holiday, and she was great. She came to my house to meet them in advance to make sure they would trust her when she came back on our absence. She was very patient and kind with them, she gave them food and water and took them for a walk on each visit. She also sent me photos and videos when she was with them, letting me know they were ok. Communication with her was great on every moment. I really recommend her!
Anissa is a great professional. Take a good care of our two English bulldogs at our home, giving them more than food and water, but also a bit of love in our absence. She show herself very patient, especially with the typical stubbornness from bulldogs. Also, she always send us messages telling how they were and showing pictures and videos.
