Florence and Robert were outstanding sitters. We asked them to arrive a day early as our guests to learn the routine on our farm. In getting to know them we found them to be good hearted, down to earth people with a love of animals and diligent in learning our routines to care for our poultry, cats and dog as well as our garden and orchard. Not a typical or easy sit. We travelled with ease knowing our critters were being well taken care of. Arriving home, the house was very clean and looked well cared for. The animals were healthy as were the garden and orchard. Out pets missed them when they left – our dog stared down the driveway after them until their car was out of sight. It is nice to find sitters we would like to hang out with and we look forward to having them sit for us again.
Kathy and Ron have sat for us several times in the past and have always been excellent. They are our "go-to" pet and house sitters and we always check their availability before we post a sit. They are trustworthy, organized, communicate very well, and take great care of our cats and our house. We hope they will continue pet sitting for many years to come!
We are thoroughly pleased with and impressed by Daniel's kind, generous, and careful care of our cat and our house. He is a committed and experienced sitter who completely understands his role and responsibilities and also how to gently win the confidence and affection of a pet. He is an excellent communicator, and he kept us regularly up to date on our cat's well being--sending us texts and photos at least once/week as we requested. Our cat who is a little afraid of new people, grew fond of him, and we have returned to a very calm, contented cat. We highly recommend Daniel, and we ourselves would be thrilled to engage him again when the need arises.
Stefany helped me out big time by stepping in when I asked. She's a local sitter and I wasnt' having any responses so I contacted her and she fit me into her schedule even during the holidays and right after another sit across the country. She took great care of my two cats and home and I very much appreciate it!
Becca was fantastic - we cannot say enough about how great she is as a pet and house sitter and as a human being! Becca committed to the sit 8 months in advance and was great with her responsiveness in communication during the long lead up to the sit. She arrived early and got the low downs on the animals and house stuff prior to us leaving. She woke up crazy early to help us get to the airport and picked us up when we returned, which made the traveling so much easier on our end. She left the house spot-less (and this is no exaggeration), with the linens cleaned, and a wonderful meal waiting for us upon our return. She is an absolute gem of a person with a great sense of humor and a kind and compassionate nature, and she really enjoys the animals in her care. Our dog and cat were very well cared for and totally at ease upon our return. If you are lucky enough to have Becca sit for you, you will be very pleased at how well she does the job!
After seeing the numerous positive reviews, I knew Cung would be an easygoing and professional cat sitter and house guest, and he was :-) Easy communication, prompt updates and clear concern for Boz & Artie's wellbeing, and pictures of cozying up on the couch together all made our time away secure and stress free. Upon returning home, the cats were chill and the apt was left spotless, as though he hadn't even been there.
We literally cannot say enough positive things about Susan and Miranda! They are the best! From start to finish, they did an amazing job communicating with us, giving our 3 (somewhat needy) cats extremely high quality care and tons of attention, and keeping our house clean and plants watered. They took adorable pictures of the cats and sent them to us several times a day, played with them and gave them so much love and affection, and when we got home the house was even cleaner than when we left. We even asked them for some tips on how they were caring for the cats because our cats seemed happier and more relaxed than ever when we returned home to them! This was by far our best cat/house sitter experience to date. We hope Susan and Miranda are available again in the future to sit for us and would invite them back without hesitation.
Elyse was one of the best pet sitters we've ever met! Couldn't recommend her more. We hope she stays at our place again. She sent many pictures of our beloved cats throughout our absence. We returned to our cats seeming relaxed and happy as ever. She also left our apartment sparkling clean. 10/10 :)
Oh wow! Everyone should be so lucky to have Nicholas and Veerle watch their house and pets. These lovely people are pros! They communicated early and often, were super accommodating to some last minute changes (it was originally going to be only our cats to watch but we decided to keep the dog home as well so that added to the schedule and care needs) and they left the house spotless and all set up for another sitter who came in after them. We didn’t get the chance to meet because my departure and arrival times but I dearly hope I get to in the future because they were just great! I even heard how nice they were from My neighbors who say them out walking our dog. :-) They also sent regular pictures of the pets which look like pro-photography! Cannot recommend this couple enough! Your pets and house will be in good hands!
Caroline was a fabulous sitter and looked after our cat and the house beautifully. She is sensible and very self-sufficient but also kept us informed. We came home to a happy cat and a tidy house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others and hope she will sit for us again in the future!
Is it better to board cats or leave at home?
Veterinarians advising to leave cats at home with a pet sitter who will stay overnight in your home, boarding is not recommended for cats as they are stressed in a new environment, you can find a sitter who will care for your cats and home overnight at Sittsy.
How much should you pay someone to watch your cat?
At least $30 per visit, per overnight watching in your home, otherwise you can find a free sitter at Sittsy.
What do people do with their cats when they go on vacation?
Inviting a cat sitter to your home, boarding the cat with a local business, asking a friend, family or neighbour to feed and check the well-being. The most efficient way to leave your cat during your vacation is with Sittsy cat sitters overnight, in this way, you will save cat sitting costs and make vacation not only for you but also for your cat sitter!
We use Moggill Pet Motel (AAA pet resort) every time we go away and trust them to look after our Border Collie. He loves going there and is treated really well. It feels like the staff actually care for the animals. We'll continue making use of this great business.
Thankyou to all the staff and owners of the Moggill Pet Motel. Your care and concern for my two doggies (Lulu and Nikki) who had never stayed in a kennel before, far exceeded all my expectations. Staff worked with my friends (while I was in surgery), to ensure they were safe, comfortable and loved. Thankyou again!!!
My dog can be quite anxious and reactive, and was very nervous first going here. But he has now stayed there three times, and is noticeably excited when we pull into the Motel to drop him off for another stay
This is a great place to board your pet while you’re away for both short and long term. The grounds are spacious, the staff are all friendly and interactive with the annimals and it has a really good vibe.
I would strongly advise all potential customers to read Moggill's (AAA Pet Resort) Terms & Conditions before leaving your furry friends with them. They accept absolutely no risk, contractually deny all liability and responsbility and do not include a single statement on their duty of care, or their service offering. RESPONSE TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: I have just re-ead your terms and conditions as your reply indicates I have got it wrong. I haven't.You have. To be clear; there are 18 paragraphs in your T's & Cs and not one clause includes any details of the service you agree to provide. In so far as you stating that you take full responsibility for the pet, this is specifcally contradicted and at odds with clause 2 that states the absolute opposite. Not only does the agreement state that you do not take ANY responsibility, you go on to state, in clause 8 that you may do whatever you wish with the pet, without the owner's prior consent - and that the pet owner then becomes liable for any & all costs as a result of your actions. Furthermore you will use the pet as "lien" untill all monies owed are paid - and if they are not paid (clause 12) in 14 days you may "dispose" of the pet as you see fit. I am sure you are sad to see this 1 star review but I doubt it would be close to the sadness shown by a pet owner returning from holiday to find a severely injured pet accompanied by a large vet bill, assumiong you havent decided to dispose of the injured creature, and a kennel that failed in their duty of care. If you provide a great service and take full responsibility for the animals in your care - then reflect that in your terms - dont hide behind a contract.
I brought in Po (the Westie) and my two girls, Frankie and Grace (Cayuga ducks) for a 6 day stay and Po acted like it was just yesterday that he saw me when the ladies brought him out. He had such a great time, he was calm and happy. The girls had a great time as well judging by their behavior. Thank you so much for looking after my fur and feather babies! I am definitely making this my go-to destination!
We have relied on Moggill Pet Motel to look after our needy nervous little dog for periods ranging from two days up to two weeks, sometimes several times a year, for many years. We can tell by his uncharacteristically relaxed (even eager) behaviour with the Moggill Pet Motel staff, and when he comes home, that he is happy and relaxed with them, and that he enjoys staying there. We have also seen such behavoiur from other dogs, large and small, in their care. He always comes home clean, happy, healthy, exercised, well socialised and well fed. He is happy to be picked up and returned home in their per taxi, which has been very reliable and saved us a lot of time over many years. Having tried others previously, we are able to highly recommend Moggill.
My babies were in good hands! These guys love animals and take the best care of their furry and feathery guests!!
Highly recommend Moggill Pet Resort !! My husky stayed for 3 weeks in these beautiful grounds. He was relaxed and happy throughout his stay. Very friendly professional staff. Do yourself a favour and call Moggill first as you will not be disappointed. Thanks again and have booked for Christmas.
Please be aware that the quoted price for dog boarding does not include GST.
We have had our 4 girls, 2 dogs and 2 cats looked after while we were on holidays to Europe. Peace of mind, no stress, lots of updates and communication throughout. What a relief to know that the house is being looked after at the same time. We highly recommend the business and thank Maree for looking after our fur babies!
Centenary pet sitting is the best in Brisbane! I I would always chose the lovely girls to look after my precious puppies and feel at ease leaving them in excellent care ! Thankyou so much ♥️
I have had such a fantastic experience with Centenary Pet Sitting. They have looked after my two cats and house sat for us on three separate occasions and I would not trust my house and pets with anyone else. I get daily updates and photos and know everything and everyone is doing great. It makes it so much easier to relax and enjoy my time away when I know my cats are being taken care of so well. I highly recommend them.
10 days care Cat and Home - Machelle moved in and looked after both home and our furry son. Our boy was given plenty of attention and home left spotless. Highly recommend Centenary Pet Sitting, and particularly Machelle.
Machelle did a wonderful job with our 2 cats. One of them can be really timid around strangers and she managed to relax him from the first minute. We loved getting the updates each day with what the cats had been up to. She also took lovely care of our home, watering the garden, checking the mail, putting the bins out, etc. She also went to the trouble of stripping the bed, cleaning the toilet, and making sure the house was very tidy before she left. Thanks Machelle and Centenary Pet Sitting for the great service!
Recommend these guys 100%. Have used them over the years for my smaller terrier (now passed away) and young german shepherd cross. Thank you for being reliable and providing regular updates and pictures. My dogs have always been well cared for. Highly recommend.
Our dog Spike loves his dog sitters, we've used Centenary Pet Sitting multiple times and they do a great job.
Tracey did an amazing job taking care of our five month old kitten while we were away for two weeks. I was worried to leave him as he was so young but she reassured me he would be fine and he absolutely was. Tracey visited twice a day and sent photos and updates at each visit which was very reassuring. We returned home to a very happy kitty - I 100% recommend Centenary Pet Sitting and Tracey!
Absolutely 5 start service from the Centenary Pet team! Nathan was our pet sitter for our two dogs and fish (marine fish tanks) and we could not have asked for better care. We were constantly updated and knew the pets were in great hands. Great work as always team. We highly recommend their services.
The wonderful team at Centenary pet sitting have been looking after our cats for many years now. We love the daily updates and pics they send us, and always feel assured our cats are well taken care of while we're away.
After a questionable experience at another local pet resort, we were so happy with how well taken care of our fur babies were at AAA Pet Resort. The staff were so warm and welcoming from the first phone call (we had to book our dogs in at short notice unexpectedly). We picked them up happy and freshly bathed. The photos we were sent were great!
Our little dog has stayed here several times during the last two years. He is very old and has various health issues. The kindness and care shown to him during each stay was always above and beyond what we expected. We cannot thank the staff enough for all they have done for him. We thoroughly recommend AAA Pet Resort 👌 …
Our mini daxie pup Otto is loving the doggy daycare. Thanks for taking such good care of our little pup.
We've been taking both our dogs Ryka and Ziggy here for years. They absolutely love it, they are always very well looked and they staff are always so friendly and welcoming.
I have been taking my dogs to this dog motel for 15+ yrs, however since this place was renamed AAA Pet Resort/new management I notice they feed our dogs much less than they used to and last 2 occasions have come back to us very thin. Won’t be going back to this place anymore unfortunately.
Our cat has stayed here a few times and the staff are always caring and accommodating. Each animal is different but taking our cat to AAA Pet Resort is always easy and you have complete peace of mind that the staff love your fur baby as much as you do.
Awesome place for your pets! They provide nature walks and treats.
Amazing staff, friendly, trustworthy would definitely use again
Nothing but praise for the friendly staff and facilities. Our woofy was happy, healthy and full of energy when we picked him up.
Love this place, Thank you girls for looking after my frenchie Romeo very impressed with the service as my baby is a bit of a diva lol.
Trikstar has been going to Oz Wagtails for years for daycare. Amazing service, staff are so friendly and absolutely adore dogs.
Regarding the reactive dog class: if your dog is REALLY reactive, this is not the right class for your dog. Prefer 1:1 classes. Before starting, all exercises and lessons from the classes were practiced at home and during walks between classes. We started taking our dog to the classes beginning on May 4th. Explaining our dog's situation, she is a rescue dog where she lived in a cage and was used solely for breeding, literally used by other dogs. Naturally, she has trauma from being near other dogs, being defensive, barking to keep them away, and sounding aggressive, but she behaves very well with puppies and also when given time to get to know the other dog, even interacting and playing with them. The first day of class was as expected: our dog barking at all the others, behaving aggressively, and when not, trembling with fear while the other dogs, surprisingly, behaved very well. Were we in the wrong class or was it just our dog being reactive there? In the first class, as expected, our dog didn't follow the lessons very well, including not eating the treats we were offering. At that point, the head trainer took the leash, said I was doing it wrong, and showed me how to do it. Fail, she couldn't get the commands through to my dog, who also wouldn't take her treats. At the end of the class, she said our dog needed medication. Yes, without asking how her behavior was at home or her background. She concluded our dog needed medication in a 1-hour class with only 2 minutes of direct interaction with her. We also went to the vet to discuss medication. After checking all the information about my dog, where there's no anxiety at home, no aggression towards people or self-harming behavior, and the issue is purely behavioral with other dogs, the vet gave us the option of medication just for specific situations, meaning to take it two hours before a stressful event. On the second day of class, when my dog was medicated, we arrived a few minutes late and all the other dogs were already there. Again, my dog arrived barking, and to my surprise, the main trainer started rolling her eyes. Yes, she rolled her eyes at me and my partner when we arrived, completely ignoring us during the class, leaving it to the assistants responsible for us—who, by the way, are very good professionals. At the end of the class, the only time we had interaction with her, all she said was that if our dog failed this course, she would give us another course for free. No, thank you. Third day of class. This day was indoors because it was raining. Again, when we arrived, there was that eye-rolling from the main trainer. On this day, she was more attentive to us. At the end of the class, the main trainer came to talk to us and asked about the medication. We said our dog was medicated at that moment, and the vet prescribed that medication just to take before stressful events. At that moment, the main trainer again rolled her eyes, saying she knows the vet clinic, that they are terrible -completely unprofessional, and that our dog needed constant daily medication because she was suffering. At that moment, I wondered to myself if it was my dog suffering or if it was her, because a medicated dog is easier to train and makes her job easier. I decided to intervene, saying I disagreed and then told her the whole background and history of my dog, which was the first time she had listened because she had never asked. Fourth day of class. We didn't attend because we were completely disappointed with how the class was going and the behavior of the main trainer, and also because it would have been a waste of time. Guess what? We didn't receive any calls or any contact from the place, asking why we were absent from the last class or inquiring about any feedback from the class. They simply ignored us. Now, we have a fantastic trainer and our dog has improved 10x more in one session than in that reactive dog class and without meds. The trainer spent two hours just talking with us and identifying my dog's behavior to then create a specific program tailored to us.
I would not trust my dog with anyone else. Oz Wagtails have cared for 2 of my fur babies for boarding and we have never had a bad experience. Both fur babies are completely different in personality however, they always come home healthy and happy.
Great dog daycare. My boy Baloo gets so excited to attend everytime and leaves so happy and content from his day. Love the beach trips they take the dogs on. Get lots of videos and photos which is awesome.
BEYOND PUPPY CLASS was good. Dakoda was wonderful and always very helpful with both classes, as you can see Ruby-Rose had a Ball. Dakoda was patient and helpful.
Gabbi went above and beyond with my standard poodle's groom last week. She was very patient with my husband and I as we were trying to describe the modified German clip that we wanted and researched more about the clip.
Disappointed with their grooming service. Have been going there for the past 10 months. My cavoodle came home with red patches in his both ears (last time they told us to take to the vet) noticed again after this groom. Can’t imagine how rough they are in close doors with your love one. Secondly, he was smelly. I thought it was some treat they gave him, but instead he had poo on him. ( I don’t how it got there, you will expect that you pay $115, you expected to get quality in return, i had to wash him again to get the smell off. Noticed his was shaved in patches in certain part of his body and his ears hair was cut extremely short, where we gave them specific instruction to keep it long. The response received when I collected him was due to knots on his hair and they need to cut it. These knots can be easily brushed out. I do it all the time but cause I know he was getting groom, I will leave it with the professional. I was so so wrong, they just went and shave it and cut it. Seriously, I don’t mind paying for the service but please deliver. Absolutely not professional with the groom part of the business. No more returning, for sure.
Tabitha is a great and very experienced trainer! After being struggled for 2 years because the leash reactivity of my border collie, we are very lucky to find her to help us train Kong Kong. We love her positive training method and Kong Kong is much more confident and happier than before. Her training is very effective and we can see improvements every day! My Labrador loves the group training as well, he learns new tricks and self-control around other dogs every Saturday. They are both enjoying their training sessions every time. I highly recommend the Wagtails, their staff are all very lovely and kind to help. And thank you Tabitha, we feel really grateful🥰👍
The people here just really seem to care about the dogs. It’s the best place I’ve had my girl at. She’s always SUPER keen to go. They take great care of the dogs and the place is always spotless or being cleaned. Loved the beach trips the done. It’s just been amazing. Wish I found them sooner!
My Japanese Spitz Kaison has been coming to Wagtails for 2 years. Services we have used are their puppy day care, dog day care, boarding holiday stay, grooming and level 1 Obedience! They really do have it all ! Ive never had an issue ever, my pup has always loved coming in and has always fallen asleep on the car ride home. He absolutely loves it here and we both love all the friendly staff members! Ive never taken him to another groomer and I will always use Wagtails when we go on holiday. I know he has fun, he is safe and all the staff truly have a passion and love for dogs!! Definitely recommend to all! 5 star service in all aspects!!!
The Links pet centre is amazing! Despite being 30 minutes away from where we live, this is our pet boarding of choice. We have 2 cheeky frenchies who have had a few stays here now and they love it. The staff are wonderful and responsive and we couldn’t be happier with the care they provide our pups. Strongly recommend!
Was taking my Jack Russell, Snow, here for doggy daycare. She absolutely loved it & had the best time ever. We recently moved to other side of Brisbane so are devastated we won’t be able to take her back here for doggy daycare. But will definitely book her in for boarding if we go on holidays. Jo was always lovely & always seemed to enjoy having Snow for the day. Snow would come home exhausted & happy. Thank you for making her transition as an only dog a lot easier.
My one and half year old boxer lost a significant amount of weight during a three-week stay at this kennel and was unresponsive to calls when we picked him up. It took him a full month to recover. I’m writing this comment to warn others to avoid this place. When we booked, we were promised that we can add on service of private walks and swimming sessions, but on the drop-off day, we were told these services were unavailable due to staff shortages, leaving us no choice but to proceed. I strongly advise against leaving your puppy here.
Lemmy has spinal myelopathy which means he will lose control of his back legs and it will work its way up his body. It is a genetic condition and is heartbreaking to see. Lemmy has been coming to Links Pet Centre for a year and getting first class hyrotherapy treatment from Sean. Sean has been a God-send for Lemmy and because Sean cares, Lemmy gets to swim each week. Earlier in the year when Lemmy could still walk, he stayed at the Kennels as we had to go overseas. The love and attention he got was phenomenal. This Pet Centre is the best!!!! We don't know how long Lemmy has left but Sean and the Links Pet Centre have ensured quality time for Lemmy. Thank you Sean.
Awesome place to get your doge trained. Sean is a cool dude. He is really patient as well knows his shiz when training dogs. Highly recommend the boot camp for anyone serious about their training. There is follow up sessions as well included in the cost which trains you on how to be a better handler. The links have many different services such as doggy day care, hydrotherapy and boarding etc. as well. Would recommend to all my friends and family and even recommend to people I meet at the dog park 😊🐶
DO NOT TRUST THIS CENTRE WITH YOUR DOG! All the 1 star reviews are the best representation of this centre, the most ignorant place ever that will return your dog in the worst condition possible. My lab stayed here for 4 nights and after picking him up and returning home he was not himself. A once joyful, high energy, food motivated dog was not moving from his crate, refusing food and in obvious distress. He had small new sores on his arms and most significantly a sore on his neck with hair loss. We immediately took him to the vet and he had to have his neck totally shaven down due to a hotspot (secondary skin infection) and 2 infected ears. He is now on 2 different medications and topical cream and is still in such distress, not himself at all. After contacting the centre for an explanation all the staff said was “there are no notes on Simba’s file”. SO IGNORANT. After emailing the owner Barbara she said that the photos I had sent looked like a hotspot which she was well aware are more common in labs and how moisture ect. can cause them yet she said the staff had bathed him and put his collar back on per policy while he was wet knowing this would cause an infection! IGNORANCE. If the owner had the knowledge why would she not train her staff to prevent harm to our pets. Have been provided with no compensation whatsoever and left emotionally damaged as our beloved dog is in so much distress and not himself. Beware!
I got to the dog park every day and different times of day, and not once have i seen the dogs "walked around the property" like they talk about. Not ever. I have however seen this ute parked outside with dogs inside in cages getting air? You decide. The hydrotherapy pool seems nice and the trainer for it is a good guy, but would I ever pay to board my dog here? No. But the guy with the dogs is a stellar trainer!! If you ever get to see his dogs in action, you'll be amazed
Such a great place for my baby boy to swim! Sean and Barbara are very accommodating and staff are also great - friendly and good with pups. Links has the best facilities for pups to swim without having to come into contact with anyone. The pool has a shower at both the entrance and exit with warm water, grass by the pool side to take a breather and even various sized life jackets. I could not recommend enough- not that I want this secret out there haha There is even a large and small dog park just outside for a quick run around with - or even without pup friends. Ps. I'm sure you can tell by a certain smile how he feels about it!
Just picked up my dog after his first overnight stay at Links. Prior to boarding, I attended the property and the staff seemed friendly. The day park area and hydrotherapy pools looked well maintained, however the boarding facilities are very dated and were not as welcoming (understandable given age of the facility). Small dogs are kept inside while bigger dogs are kept outside in concrete pens. My dog being outside in winter was not ideal, but benefit of the doubt was given based on previous reviews. On pick up, the front office lady (different woman than the the one who provided the tour) was not very friendly or welcoming. The woman kept saying 'she', not 'him' which did not give me confidence that she even knew which dog she was talking about when I asked for details of his wellbeing during his stay. The most details we received was "he was fine". We provided bedding (as recommended by staff) and on pick up my dogs blanket wreaked of pee and so did my dog. I understand accidents happen while boarding, but there is no reason for a dog to be covered in pee on handover. This did not leave a good impression for our first time stay. If a bath was required, no contact was made to inform us, instead just left him covered in pee. Overall, the experience was underwelming in customer service. Although convenient to our location, would likely not stay again.
This is my dog, Bailey’s second stay at The Links as his first was pleasant. This time, it was a total disappointment. Bailey, a golden retriever, checked into The Links with a beautiful fluffy tail (I do have video proof showing him wagging his fluffy tail when led into the retreat by a lady) but checked out with the feathery fur on his tail cut off. It was a straight cut at the tip and some cuttings was spotted around his tail. We were totally shocked seeing this and the lady who was with us didn’t know how this happened but promise she will investigate. I sent an email requesting for an answer but there was no reply. I wrote a follow-up email on the next day and finally got a reply saying my mails had gone to their junk mailbox. I don’t believe as we have numerous emails communication before but it’s ok. What’s more disappointing is the way they reply after their “investigation”. This is what they reply: “no one has cut or touched the feathering on Bailey’s tail whilst he stayed with us. It is not something we even engage in with the animals whilst with us. The only scissors on site are kept in the office for office stationary purposes. Thank you for understanding” What a joke! No proper investigation and not even an apology but want me to understanding this just happened unfortunately and mysteriously.
We had a wonderful experience with Don't Fret Pet! Our dog has separation anxiety, so we didn't feel comfortable leaving him at a kennel while we went away. Don't Fret Pet asked us detailed questions in order to find the ideal home for our dog. Pam did a perfect job looking after our dog - she took him out on walks, played with him, and sent us photos and updates each day.
Lee cared for our Elly May so well. It's a pleasure to find your pupper has had a happy experience. After a shy start day 1 with the other dogs on the afternoon walk I believe she was the life of the party after that.
Don't Fret Pets were an excellent service. They got back to me straight away after I put in my website request. Dianne kept me informed every step of the way when finding a minder for my pup. Setting up a meet and greet with Terry was smooth and Terry was a lovely man who took excellent care of my dog while I was away. I am very happy with the service I received from Don't Fret Pets and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
I am a first time user of the service. Managed to get a wonderful carer to look after my 3 month old puppy. The carer was kind and I couldn’t have asked far anyone better to care for my puppy. Will definitely be using again
This was the first time that our 11 year old Beagle Florence was left with carers. I was recommended by a friend that also have a senior dog to No Fret Pets. There service was professional and caring. The booking process is easy and straightforward online. It was wonderful to meet Angie and David with Florence. Florence had a fantastic stay and she came home a happy pup. Thankyou again. Richard, Kym and Florence.
Cheryl and Family did a wonderful job looking after Ralph. We couldn’t thank them enough for treating him like their own.
Used Don't Fred Pet's service for our recent holiday. Initial registration was easy and was contacted promptly to pair us up with a minder. Location of minder was close and she was experienced, friendly and couldn't fault her. Very professional and truely committed to giving the best for your furbaby.
This was our first time leaving Salty with a petsitter. I felt reassured by the thorough vetting process Don't Fret Pet uses to select their petsitters. They called me to talk through the process, and having a meet and greet with the petsitter in advance was great. Knowing that there was a team of people behind the scenes who could assist if there was a problem was also very reassuring. Salty had an excellent time with Pam, and came home relaxed and happy. I would have no hesitation using Don't Fret Pet again, and have already pre-booked for another two upcoming holidays. I know Salty is in the best hands, with carers who love what they do.
I was very stressed about leaving my boys, let alone with a stranger, but Carol was just wonderful and spoilt them totally. Such a caring lovely lady.
Don't Fret Pet were efficient and thorough. A pet sitter was found quickly and our sitter, Marissa and her family were wonderful. They looked after our dog so well, kept us up to date with photos and messages. I would highly recommend this service.
Only a true doggy lover could set up such a safe, caring and fun play centre for your well loved dog. You can be gauranteed that your dog will be well cared for supervised and kept busy and active with the bountiful choices of toys, doggy pool and company.
Our 3 yr old mini poodle has been a regular at Pup Play dates pretty much since they opened. He absolutely loves going there. The minute we turn into the street he starts to get excited & can’t get out of the car fast enough. The lovely ladies there have a genuine love of dogs & it shows. Pup Play dates is like a second home, it’s very welcoming & homely and the ladies treat all the dogs with such affection & kindness. We LOVE Pup Play dates!! Thank you for opening this fantastic space ! 💜
Janine and Renee are beautiful and friendly people who treat our dogs as they treat their own. We couldn’t be happier with Lexi and Louis’ visits to the daycare and wish they could come more often! (Pic of Lexi getting some special attention.)
Pup Play dates is my go to for my fur babie Jeremy. I’m so grateful to have someone like Janine and Renee, who fill Jeremy’s days with nurturing enrichment and endless cuddles. I value this small business immensely, helped me out with my busy work days. Located at Riverhills which is convenient
A big thank you to Janine and Renee for looking after my furry bundle of joy. Poppy loves her days at Pup Playdates and I feel reassured knowing she's in such caring hands. Highly recommended!!
Highly recommend pups playdate. Riley loves going. He is so excited to play with his friends and is exhausted at the end of the day. Janine and Renee who run it are so caring towards him. They even groom him for me 😀 …
Love this place. Such a beautiful environment. The owner and staff treat the dogs like their own and they come home happy after every visit. Thanks Janine for creating such a wonderful space for our fur babies.
Really nice and safe place to leave ur dog for the evening. 10/10 recommend, will come back!
Friendly staff, dogs have a great day, come home exhausted, money well spent!
Donna was an amazing & experienced dog sitter. She was very calm & attentive to my puppy. She included fun, good care, compassion & toilet training into my puppy’s stay & followed up communications with me on a daily basis which was very reassuring to know my puppy was in good hands. Donna is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a genuine & committed person whom thoroughly enjoys taking care of your pet. Donna took caring for my puppy named Billy in her stride. I would recommend Donna due to her excellence & professionalism at all times. Thank you for ensuring my puppy was very well cared for…you certainly put us at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Donna again in the future.
Absolutely useless customer service. Was charged twice for a week of house visits because their terrible app doesn't work. After trying every way under the sun (ringing, emailing, using the website, screaming into the void) to contact them about it, still nothing. You can book a call back, but they just ignore it. They need to be reported for shady business tactics because I can see I'm not the only one who has lost money with no clear recourse to get it back. No shade to the pet sitter though, she's amazing. All shade to the shitty app with shitty customer service. Edit: Thank you for the concern about my eyesight, but I'd rather you put your concerns towards being helpful to my situation. No, I have not received any emails about this issue from your accounts team. I have checked all folders, and I still receive emails about my payments for the service, so my email is definitely in your system. Secondly, I booked 2 callbacks for specific times because I am usually unable to answer my phone at work. I was not called on either occasion. If you are very busy right now, I suggest making sure that the callback booking system does not allow people to book in, if you don't have staff to fulfil these bookings. Finally, I looked through the knowledge base for answers and could not find anything for my situation, nor is the escalations email on your contact us page. In any case, after trying several methods of communication and receiving nothing back, I would likely not have tried another email anyway. Please genuinely let me know if any of these criticisms are not valid, as I am happy to admit when I'm wrong. I appreciate any actions you can take to help resolve this issue.
Booked 2 months in advance , the sitter cancelled 2 weeks before the due date. PetCloud kept $150 of the $530 booking for a service that we didn’t receive. So not only did we have to find a new sitter that we felt comfortable with at short notice we are $150 out of pocket for a service that we didn’t receive and they had our $530 for months. Expensive lesson learnt. Within 24 hours of posting a one star review our disputed $150 has now been refunded and Petcloud has asked that I take down this review.
I couldn't be happier to have found PetCloud! The whole experience of using PetCloud has been amazing. They really put me at ease knowing that my dog is in safe and loving hands. I was able to find a reputable sitter during the holidays when every pet resort / kennel were fully booked out. It also makes me happy to know that I'm supporting individuals who love what they do as pet sitters. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends and family. I hope everyone at PetCloud has an amazing year ahead!
OMG Kristy is just fabulous! You can tell from the first time you meet her that dogs are her world. I felt so comfortable leaving our Scruffy with her for 12 nights. Kristy provided lots of pictures of Scruffy enjoying his time with the other dogs as well as with Kristy. Kristy provided everything that Scruffy would have had had he been home with us. Will definetly be using Kristy again.
Jasmine and her family were very loving and affectionate to our Obie. He was relaxed and enjoyed his time and got along with Jack their dog. Highly recommended and comfortable worth his experience
Jo-Anne M (Adelaide) was fantastic! Her love of animals, knowledge and experience stood out above other pet sitters we’d met, and we felt comfortable and confident right from the start. She treated our pets and our house as her own, and we got daily updates and photos to keep us up-to-date with how they were. They were getting their own holiday at home and were well cared for with lots of love. Our house was immaculate when we came home, and our pets relaxed. Everything ran smoothly and all was easy to arrange. Highly recommended - gets the top ranking from us. Thanks so much Jo!
Have used Pet Cloud on a number of occasions and have always found trustworthy sitters for our dogs and house.. To compare, I had to use another service once before because there were no sitters available at time. Pet Clouds streamline system of sending out jobs to available sitters is so easy to get responses. As the other service, I had to go through each sitter and find one, which was the worst and antagonising experience. Pet Cloud wins hands down. I can contact pet cloud and get a response, as other service it was only through delayed emailing. Thanks Pet Cloud.
Simone was a fantastic pet sitter. From the time of the booking she was very easy to deal with, super accommodating with any requests and made the effort to come out and visit prior to commencing the booking. She was a great communicator, very friendly and most importantly fantastic with our dog, even taking the time to lay with her and pat her through a late night storm (very anxious during storms). I couldn't recommend Simon more highly.
My fur kid stayed at Joy’s for a week, she enjoyed her stay with lots of other friends. Joy was really friendly, looked after her really well. Thank you so much, we’re coming back in Dec but maybe some more daycare sessions before then. ❤️
