Florence and Robert were outstanding sitters. We asked them to arrive a day early as our guests to learn the routine on our farm. In getting to know them we found them to be good hearted, down to earth people with a love of animals and diligent in learning our routines to care for our poultry, cats and dog as well as our garden and orchard. Not a typical or easy sit. We travelled with ease knowing our critters were being well taken care of. Arriving home, the house was very clean and looked well cared for. The animals were healthy as were the garden and orchard. Out pets missed them when they left – our dog stared down the driveway after them until their car was out of sight. It is nice to find sitters we would like to hang out with and we look forward to having them sit for us again.
I'm delighted to have found Lisa as a sitter and hope to have her back again! She was detail oriented and clearly cared about my cats' well being. She asked good questions about the cats' routines and needs and about the house to be sure she'd meet my expectations and have a comfortable and successful sit. She communicated very well before and throughout the sit and even though I was unreachable for much of the time I was confident everyone was in good hands. Lisa left the house in immaculate condition and the cats were relaxed and happy when I got home. What a delight!
Kristi was an absolutely incredible sitter -- I think our favorite one ever! She was easy to communicate with, kind and personable, and took great care of our pets and our house. It was the first time we had left both our dog and our cat with a TH sitter and Kristi went above and beyond. She was very self-sufficient but provided fun updates and pictures and our pets loved her. Highly recommend!
We are thoroughly pleased with and impressed by Daniel's kind, generous, and careful care of our cat and our house. He is a committed and experienced sitter who completely understands his role and responsibilities and also how to gently win the confidence and affection of a pet. He is an excellent communicator, and he kept us regularly up to date on our cat's well being--sending us texts and photos at least once/week as we requested. Our cat who is a little afraid of new people, grew fond of him, and we have returned to a very calm, contented cat. We highly recommend Daniel, and we ourselves would be thrilled to engage him again when the need arises.
Wow! Just wow! We cannot say enough about the care and compassion Trisha and John provided to our cats and our home. We are always somewhat nervous about a new pet sitter in our home, but that all faded when we met this wonderful couple. They provided daily updates as requested, complete with pictures, videos and personalized captions. Upon our return, we were greeted by happy and content kitties. There was no sign of anxiety in Tika! Yea!!! Our home was clean, the sheets and towels were washed and bed remade! They even left behind thank you notes and little gifts! What a breath of fresh air these two individuals are! We hope to have them back again soon.
Jinnie was an excellent house sitter for me and my cat Felix. Completely responsible and reliable and helpfully flexible. She was willing to work with me as I dithered on whether I was actually going to go on my trip (which was dependent on good weather), and when I finally decided on making my trip one day shorter. House was clean and organized on my return, and, more importantly, my cat was calm and relaxed on my return. I would happily have Jinnie come sit for me and Felix again.
Heidi was an outstanding cat sitter for my Luna! She was very communicable via calls or texts. She followed all my guidelines for feeding and care of Luna. Luna was very content when I arrived home thanks to Heidi! My home was immaculate when I arrived and she did some snow shoveling. She even pulled a large broken tree branch off my roof following a windstorm. I hope Heidi is available for my next trip because she is awesome. Jim
Tonya was great and filled in after our other sitter had to cancel. She was very self sufficient and navigated acclimating herself to everything since she arrived after we left. She gave thoughtful updates on my cat and I could tell she really enjoyed her, so that means the world to me! She left the place immaculate and we will certainly have Tonya back!
Steven was a great sitter for our black lab Souris and cat Pinot. They were well looked after and really liked Steven. Our house was in good order when we got back and Steven was kind enough to give us a lift to and from the airport. He was very flexible, arriving day early so we could show him around.
I whole-heartedly recommend Carly and her partner Fanny to sit for you! They were fabulous and reliable house sitters from start to finish. Carly was timely and thoughtful in all of her communications and let us know the state of affairs in our apartment with our cat and plant babies while we were away. They followed our directions to a 'T.' We came home to find a happy cat, thriving plants, a spotless apartment and laundered linens. We would definitely consider contacting them again to house sit for us!
Is it better to board cats or leave at home?
Veterinarians advising to leave cats at home with a pet sitter who will stay overnight in your home, boarding is not recommended for cats as they are stressed in a new environment, you can find a sitter who will care for your cats and home overnight at Sittsy.
How much should you pay someone to watch your cat?
At least 20$ per visit, $32/week per overnight watching in your home, otherwise you can find a free sitter at Sittsy.
What do people do with their cats when they go on vacation?
Inviting a cat sitter to your home, boarding the cat with a local business, asking a friend, family or neighbour to feed and check the well-being. The most efficient way to leave your cat during your vacation is with Sittsy cat sitters overnight, in this way, you will save cat sitting costs and make vacation not only for you but also for your cat sitter!
Love this facility! I have boarded my puppy multiple times (ranging from 1 day to 7ish days) because I travel for work alot. The staff is incredibly flexible with scheduling! My puppy is a rescue and is very scared of strangers but has grown to like the staff there. Would highly recommend!
Best doggie daycare. My dog doesn't like being locked in a kennel at night. He got to be at a slumber party while staying with Paul the night he stayed. We where in the bay to see the Giants and Dogers game and would highly recommend Puppy Love doggie daycare to everyone. Thanks Paul fir your patience and true love for dogs your the best.
SF puppy love is great! I took my pup there for daycare a few times when my job decided that we would be going in a few times a week. The owner, Mark, is exceptionally nice and friendly and he really made me feel welcome and safe leaving my fur baby there. Since then, I’ve switched to a remote job but I would highly encourage anyone in the area to come here! Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and your pup will have a great time.
SF Puppy Love is great, i got lucky to be living within same block. For daycare we did the temperament test which is great they check if your dog gets along with other dogs. After temperament test we used daycare services many days over the last 6months. My dog Harriet (1.5years) is always excited to go back. We also boarded our dog at SF puppy love for 10days, they sent you daily pics to update. I think the best testament to her time being positive is i took her back to SF puppy love about a week later and she was pulling me to get back in and say hi to staff. My dog can be cold to strangers and bark but after 10days of boarding she bonded with the staff. I was surprised to see Harriet stopped barking at the staff :) a friendly note about boarding is that I know most dogs still get sad while boarding, but here, it was really comforting to know she had a good time and that she wanted to go back to see the staff again right after
My dog loves it here! We went to this daycare when it was at the old location and called k9 playtime. Even though our need for daycare decreased significantly due to Covid/working from home, we still wanted our girl to have some fun with other dogs and get the type of dog socialization they absolutely need! We continue to take her 1-2x per week and use SF puppy love for boarding as well anytime we go somewhere without our little ball of fluff and completely trust the staff to treat her like their own! They are so sweet and caring towards the dogs!
7 MONTH UPDATE- 08/2022: My almost 11 month old pup has quite literally grown up with all of her friends (dog and human) at SF Puppy Love, and she loves it! From the moment we park outside, she practically pulls me into the building to see her friends while her tail is wagging excitedly. In the last 7 months, the team at SF Puppy Love has cared for my pup during near daily daycare visits and periodic boarding stays. I couldn’t be more grateful for how well they take care of her and how they treat her like their very own pup-relative. Original Review from 03/2022: SF Puppy Love has merged with K9 Playtime and they are now in a new location at 840 Harrison Street. So here goes: I'm a new, first time dog mom and was very nervous about bringing my pup to daycare. My pup has been coming to SF Puppy Love for over two months now, and I can confidently say that she has found her second home and second family with the crew at SF Puppy Love. I am a busy young professional with a demanding work schedule that frequently fluctuates but with SF Puppy Love in the picture now, it’s never been an issue—they’ve always been more than happy to step up when I’ve needed support for boarding or daycare for my pup. The staff at SF Puppy Love speak to, and treat, my little pup like she is their very own--I am so grateful to have their support. Honestly, it's not even just my pup--when I am dropping off my furry little one, I have met so many other dog parents who have bringing their pets here for many years who feel the same way I do. Give SF Puppy Love a try, I promise you won't regret it!
Went in for a temperament test. They were asking me if I wanted my dog in a medium or small room and I kept telling them that my dog (who’s a small sized puppy) gets nervous around bigger dogs, so obviously I’m suggesting a small room. They just pointed out that there’s an even smaller dog in the medium room and put him in there anyway. I watched through the camera so couldn’t really tell his temperament when he was in there. When one of the staffs brought him back to me, he said my dog seemed nervous, he probably thinks he’s at a vet. I’m sure he was saying that jokingly but that’s pretty inconsiderate and shows no concerns about my puppy being scared. Would not recommend this place for a dog that needs more attention.
Our Malamute Moose stays here for day care and over night boarding when we are out of town. Always a pleasant experience and Moose loves spending time here. Great grooming service available also on the last day of her stay. We always add it on so she comes home fresh and clean. Highly recommended.
We have been taking our dog, Moose, to SF Puppy Love since it opened and the staff has been friendly, accommodating, and caring. We sometimes drop off early or late and they always help us out on short notice. Moose loves visiting and always comes home happy and tired from a full day of play. Thank you to all who work there!
I've been bringing my small dog here for a while now and have had a good experience every time. The staff is friendly and I enjoy the flexibility and ease of drop off. My dog always is super excited to go in and is always tired when she gets home!
Natalie & Brad take wonderful care of my small petite French bulldog, Dot. My pup lights up every time she sees/hears Brad come to the door. She gets to see all of her friends and play in the sun while under great and watchful care and comes home ready for a long afternoon nap! I would normally be nervous with all the Frenchie robberies happening in SF but I rest assured knowing that Brad and Natalie are mindful and fully aware of their surroundings while with Dot. Natalie is very thorough and responsive and this team is full of incredibly trustworthy people. There is no one else I trust more in my home when I am not there and with Dot.
Natalie treated Bella like a princess. Bella can be super shy and scared but Natalie made her act like a new dog. So happy with this company changed my opinion of dog walkers. If you have a small dog Natalie Is your girl!
Amad is the best dog walker - my dog doesn't usually like strangers, but my dog has warmed up to Amad and really loves him. Amad is also very responsible with my dog (and other dogs), and interacts with the dogs throughout their walks - I know this because I've met Amad while he is walking other dogs just so my dog can say hi. If Amad has availability, you would be lucky to have him as your dog walker.
I can't overstate how great it was having Amad as a dog walker. He's always available and super responsive. I have an older dog (Bruce) that can be difficult to walk and Amad took him all around the city. He saved me on numerous occasions by watching Bruce on short notice. I couldn't have alone kept Bruce in the shape he was in after a couple weeks walking with Amad and the other pups. I truly believe he has lived longer (and has had more fun!) as a result of Little Buddha Dog Walking. I only stopped using Amad because I moved cities, but otherwise would have no doubt kept going. By the end Amad was akin to a family friend and made my life in SF much easier. I recommend Amad and Little Buddhas Dog Walking to anyone looking for a caring dog walker.
We have been with Little Buddha's for almost 5 years now and can without a doubt say they are without a doubt the the best dog walking and dog sitting service in the bay area. We first tried two other walkers that were highly rated but did not keep their promises. Amed is simply the best. He loves all the dogs as if they were his own. He has supreme boarding services as well. Amed provides adventures for all the dogs in his care daily and I also know that our little guy is in the best hands!
Little Buddhas and Amad specifically, made having a dog in San Francisco in an apartment a breeze! His passion for dogs and ability to successfully manage multiples at once is unparalleled. Our dog loved days at the park with Amad as well as overnight stays. Amad always returned our dog happy and sufficiently tired. Amad is caring, trustworthy, understanding, personable and flexible when it comes to schedules. We certainly recommend Little Buddhas to anyone seeking a dog walker.
Amed was wonderful to work with! He's very easy going and really spends a lot of time with your dog! It's wonderful that he takes them to a park for off-leash play. My dog always comes back happy and definitely tired! He's always excited to be picked up by Amed and you can tell they bonded. I would definitely recommend Little Buddhas Dog Walking to anyone looking for someone to give your dog some great exercise and it's definitely a bonus how flexible and reachable he is. Thanks, Amed!
Little Buddha's Dog Walking is the best place for your dog in the entire Bay Area. I have used both dog walking and overnight/kennel services in Sonoma County and San Francisco and Little Buddhas is the safest, most professional, and reliable of them all. I highly recommended, you should reach out on their website or Instagram. Our dog always comes back from his group happy, safe, and tired.
We have been using Little Buddha’s for a couple years and highly recommend Amed. Our dog loves his dog crew and they go on great adventures together in the park. The walks are long and Gus always comes back happy and tired.
BEST DOG WALKER IN SF! Major always comes home happy and exhausted. Amad takes them to a huge dog park to run around and play, rather than just walking them around the block. Unlike most dog walkers in this city, Amad is flexible with scheduling, which really helped when our dog was sick off and on for a couple months. Amad even texted me weekly to check in to see how Major was doing. Amad truly cares for the dogs as his own and I honestly couldn't ask for a better dog walker. Thank you Amad!
Amad was great with our dog, Zoey. He's very reasonable in terms of scheduling, and we had zero issues working with him. In addition, our dog was always very tired and happy after her walk. Highly recommend.
Ahmed is a sweet guy and really cares about his pack. He’s very knowledgeable about dogs, and knows a lot about first aid and what to do when dogs are sick or injured. Our dog always comes home tired and happy!!!
Amazing! I have used both the dog walking and boarding services for over 7 years. You won't find a more dog loving, knowledgeable, caring and professional dog walker/boarder anywhere! This is my super happy guy!
My dog loves his Walker SO MUCH that when I opened a Facebook posting of them talking and playing with the dogs he ran over to the window and jumped up on the couch to look for them. It’s been 30 minutes and he’s still intently waiting for them. I tried to tell him she’s not here but he won’t listen. Never have I ever seen so much excitement from my dogs for any other pet sitter. My dogs are like family to me and I wouldn’t trust them with anyone else.
Kayla is all-star material and the best in SF....our dog Coconut loves her!
My dog almost died after boarding at the Marin facility last week. I am afraid the SF and Marin locations are owned and operated by the same people. As a responsible pet owner and for the safely of all of our beloved dogs in SF Bay Area, this needs to be said. She contracted bacterial pneumonia at the facility per the radiologist’s report. When I picked her up I could feel all the bones down her back and her eye was so crusted shut I thought she had lost an eyeball. She hadn’t been eating for days and no one bothered to call me and alert me to this. I could have picked her up four days earlier but instead spent $8k on a weekend stay at the vet. This facility is completely negligent.
Tiny (1.5 years old) and Apple (2 years old) were so well behaved and peaceful after bringing them home from their Labor Day Weekend Holiday stay. The dogs looked genuinely happy and relaxed. The staff at The Grateful Dog work hard to maintain harmony and peace among the dogs. I can't imagine that keeping so many dogs calm while co-existing in a room day after day is easy but the staff are experts at this.
My dog Clark has been going to doggy daycare at the Grateful Dog for ~1.5 years and I can say with 100% confidence that this is the best daycare he's ever been to! Clark can be a little anxious at times but when he knows he's walking to daycare he nearly rips my arm off because he's so excited. Kate is an absolute angel and always sends pics/videos throughout the day and Clark is always having a blast in them. The entire staff is so sweet and you can tell they really love and care about the dogs. 1000/10 recommend this place!
My dog, Beau, goes to a daycare in Boston where we live and he is always a little shy or nervous. We visit SF often and recently enrolled Beau at Grateful Dog and he can’t get enough! He loves the staff, especially Edgar - he will literally run to Edgar. Beau is always so excited now when we drop him off at daycare. I can’t thank Kate enough for sending us regular updates and making us feel at ease with our normally shy pup. Edgar, Kate and the Grateful Dog team are awesome and love Beau like their own! This is such a great and caring place.
Started taking our pup here at 4.5 months. Although we socialize him quite often, he was still very nervous with us leaving him at daycare. However, thanks to Gloria and the rest of the team, our pup has now developed a comfort and love for the grateful dog! Gloria was so kind to keep us updated on his progress during the day and even send us pictures! Thank you Gloria and team! We really appreciate you!
My family and I decided to go on the Alcatraz tour and of course dogs were not allowed. I’m so glad we found The Grateful Dog! They kept our 2 dogs while we did the tourist thing. Our dogs were there for a day but were happy and seemed to enjoy themselves. The staff were friendly and loving toward our dogs. Would definitely use them again if in the area. Highly recommended
Our dog, Murphy loves going to the Grateful Dog. He practically drags me there in the morning when we start walking in that direction. Murphy attends playcare regularly during the week while my husband and I are working, and has boarded at the Marin facility (they are currently only boarding at that location due to COVID.) I’ve been very impressed with everyone at the Grateful Dog. The team is friendly, kind, and attentive. They post regular pictures and provide us updates that show how much they care (e.g. “Murphy’s friends, Tucker, and Leo were here today- they played nonstop!”) We are new to SF and feel very lucky that we have found the Grateful Dog in our neighborhood!
Convenient location and all the staff seem so friendly. My dog can’t speak English, but I think he has a good time when he is there. I appreciate that they require vaccines.
To sum up why I am giving The Grateful Dog 1 star in a sentence, our puppy, Biscuit, was killed while under their care. If there were zero stars, or negative stars or blacklists, that is where I'd place The Grateful Dog. The purpose of this organization is, essentially, to keep your dog alive while he or she is under their care and they failed at this. Biscuit was to be with them from Friday to Sunday,I called every day while out of town to check on her because I was worried about having her stay at a larger boarding facility rather than in someone's home. Despite telling me they would send pictures throughout Biscuit's stay, they never did. When I called, they would simply say, "She's ok. She's not really eating, but she seems fine." I had a bad feeling about the place all along, but once I was out of the state there wasn't much I could do about it other than calling regularly. On Sunday they called and told us that Biscuit had gotten away from the staff member who was walking her and other dogs near Lombard Street, she was hit by a car and did not make it. If you have a pet, then you can imagine how horrific it was to receive this call as we were on our way to pick up our 6 month old puppy we thought would be in our family for the next 10+ years. How someone could walk a nervous puppy near Lombard Street and not have a lock-tight grip on her leash is beyond me. I'm told the person who was walking her was placed on suspension. Since the accident we've been dealing with the company's insurance who has told us we will be compensated based solely on the "worth" of our puppy's breed. Given that she was a terrier mix rescue, it's doubtful that The Grateful Dog will be affected much in any way. The money they give to us is really beside the point, I would simply encourage people to board their dogs with in-home boarders who are well-trained and diligent in their care.
I left my dog at Grateful Dog the night of Dec. 19 since I was in SF and needed a place for her to spend the night. She had never been at Grateful Dog before but she has stayed at similar open floor overnight places before with no problems. When I went to pick up my dog, the attendant brought her to me with her leash in two pieces. It had been chewed through and chewed on in a couple of other places. A dog does not chew her leash in half unless she has been tied up with it for too long. I am convinced that my dog had been left tied up somewhere and left to chew her leash off. Also when I picked up my dog, the plastic bag of dog food I left for two meals worth was sitting on the front desk exactly where I left it. The attendant hemmed and hawed but then said that my dog just wasn't hungry. If that's the case, then why was no food taken out of the bag? And if they put the uneaten food back in the bag, why was the treat I left for my dog still on top of all the food just where it was when I left it? I am convinced my dog was ignored, unfed and tied up for some period of time at Grateful Dogs. She will never go there again.
Vicki’s Little Rascals is THE BEST PLACE for your dog. If you want a place that is fun, safe, and is totally committed to your dog’s needs and happiness, this is it. Vicki thinks of everything and she and her team are attentive, knowledgeable, and cared for my pup like he was their own. Vicki is very detail-oriented and it makes pick up and drop off seamless. Our dog is very nervous around new people and they worked so well with him. Every morning he is so excited to get picked up and is so tired when he gets home. It’s easy to tell that the Ranch is pure joy for the dogs. Vicki and her teams take awesome photos so we can see how much fun our pup is having. I really can’t say enough positive things, there is really nothing else that compares. 5 Stars!
We have used many different doggy daycares in the Bay Area and Vicki’s Little Rascals is the best BY FAR. They are so knowledgeable and sweet with the pups as well as professional and responsive. Our pup is always excited for a day at Rascal Ranch. We love them!
Vicki's Little Rascals is the best place for your doggy day care! Vicki has been taking care of my australian shepherd since 2014. Not only does she offer an amazing service, she exudes a level of professionalism and a passion for dogs that is very hard to match. And honestly after years of using her service, there really isn't anyone else I that I would trust with my pet. I actually first came across Vicki before she had the ranch. She used to visit the dog park across from my house with a few dogs each day. I would bring my pup out to play with them when I would work from home on occasion. After about two years, I ended up changing jobs and could no longer bring my dog to work with me, so I contacted her about taking my dog into her care. It was an easy choice since I was already familiar with her pack and how she handled the dogs. Once the ranch started up, it was amazing to have such a great service available for my dog! She has a huge outdoor facility and is able to separate dogs based on energy levels. And she really works to understand your dog's individual needs, to help make sure they have the best time possible at the ranch. Everything from pick up, to play time, and drop off; she is thinking about each dog and their behavior and planning accordingly. It is a real comfort to me to know that my dog gets to spend his time there playing outdoors and running free, rather than being inside some warehouse and getting shuttled from kennel to kennel for the day. Plus, I get to see all the fun antics my dog gets up to on social media! Since the COVID situation began, Vicki has gone above and beyond to make sure her clients are all comfortable with her operating procedures. Since she recently reopened, she has worked with every client, myself included, to establish a customized contact free pick up plan for our dogs. Her staff now wear gloves and masks (properly I might add! seen plenty a chin-mask going around...), and they follow our agreed upon pick up routine every time! Again, just a big thank you to Vicki's Little Rascals for providing a safe and fun play space for my dog while I'm stuck behind the computer each day! Seeing my dog's butt wiggle every time I tell him "it's a Vicki day!" is all the proof I need of a job well done out at the Rascal Ranch!
Love love love Vickis little rascals. The handlers take such good care of my pup; he absolutely loves going to “camp”! He comes home ready for a long nap and seems so content. Thank you Vicki and the entire team for all that you do to keep my fur baby safe and happy :) photo courtesy of Vickis Little Rascals
We send our pup here 5 days a week, and he comes home tired and happy every day with tons of photos to show off how much fun he's having. Vicki and her team know how to work with dogs and how to make sure that they have a good experience on her ranch, with carefully managed introductions and experiences to ensure they thrive. Her team is nothing but professional in picking up and dropping off our dog, and Vicki herself is extremely communicative, organized, and responsive. Very strongly recommend Vicki and her team to anyone looking for an excellent doggy daycare.
Vicki and her team are incredible! We were moving from the city and needed a new dog daycare. We chatted with Vicki and instantly felt at ease - she's passionate about her work and genuinely cares about creating a fantastic place for your dog to enjoy all day! Our dog is a small, anxious and sometimes challenging dog. Vicki came over to meet him, and assured us that she'd be able to ease him into the new experience. Sure enough, he had a great first day on the ranch and has loved it ever since! We're so glad to have found vicki and everyone at Little Rascals!
Vicki and her team are incredibly awesome! My dog has a blast everyday at camp with her friends. Her team picks up and drops off everyday seamlessly! They also send photos every few weeks to show us how much fun my dog is having at camp. I'd highly recommend Vicki and her team if you're looking for a professionally run day camp for your dog.
I'm really picky about where my dog goes to daycare. I researched and researched options on peninsula. What I love about Vicki's is how seriously Vicki and her staff take the business. Vicki is very open to feedback and requests. My new little one was nervous the first week or so and they made sure she was comfortable. They are excellent at reading a dog's behavior and will make changes on the fly as needed. This is what I want...people paying attention to a dog's signals and being adaptive, not just "tossing" them in a big pen and ignoring what's happening.
We love Vicki’s Little Rascals! Our high energy dog is such a wonderful dog thanks to Vicki’s daycare services. Vicki and her team are professional, responsive and communicate well. Pick-up and drop-off for our pup makes our home life run so smoothly.
Vicki's Little Rascals Petcare is an AMAZING place for pups to go to socialize, stay safe, and have fun (especially if you are working full time and need a way to get your dog exercised). The team is incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. They always reach out and message if you have specific needs or notes and they do their best to handle those specifics. I would recommend this petcare to anyone looking. They are truly incredible!
Diane and Prosh Pets are the best. Our dog is well exercised and well loved each day. Diane is easy to communicate with, very dependable, and takes great care of our dog. Our family feels lucky to have found her service. We love to see the photos of their adventures each day and are often jealous of their beach fun!
Prosh Pets is a great dog walking service! Diane walks our senior Lab and our Golden Retriever puppy. Both dogs come home tired and happy. Our puppy's on and off leash training has improved dramatically since Diane started walking him! She is reliable, communicates efficiently and really cares for the dogs in her pack! Highly Recommend!
Diane is AMAZING!! Our dog is 12 and has been with Diane since she was a puppy. Diane is truly her 3rd parent and we trust her unconditionally. She really goes above and beyond. She is so attuned to animals and really understands what they need. She alerted us to some health issues our dog was having and that was integral in helping us find the care she needs. I can’t say enough good things. Mike is also amazing — Finley adores him too!
Became rude when we asked questions. He became emotional and insulted that we did not automatically trust his knowledge. After we questioned his knowledge, he behaved as though we weren't good enough to use his services. We were also not appreciative of him preaching his political views. Although we realize he is free to share them, we feel there is a time and a place. That is not what we were there for. Not everyone wants to hear or discuss politics in every aspect of their lives. An overly uncomfortable and disatifying experience. We will definitely take our business elsewhere.
Terrible....rude and obnoxious . Never ever you will be hired by our neighborhood.
Excellent. Good man!
