We had a great experience with Sit & Stay for boarding, daycare and light grooming. We were in LA for a wedding and needed last minute care for our 75 lb goldendoodle and the Sit & Stay team was able to accommodate us on short notice. The team was caring and kind and professional and our dog had a great time over the weekend! We would highly recommend them to anyone for boarding or daycare!!

This place was great and gave awesome care to my little fur baby. It was her first time boarding so it was important to me that I find somewhere that would give her not only physical care but love too! Sit & Stay more than exceeded my expectations.

I was in a stressful situation and needed a place for Bob to stay for the day and night since I couldn't take him to where we were going. Bob is an apartment cat and doesn't have a lot of experience in the outside world. Not only that, I've never really been separated from him since we started hanging out about 3.5 years ago. I guess the staff noticed all this when I contacted them to see if they had room for Bob on short notice. Not only did they have room for him, they sent me a pic of him a few hours after I dropped him off to show me he was ok. It was at that point that I realized I had nothing to worry about. Bob was in the best hands imaginable. The staff, Sara, Nicole, Mary, and six others I didn't get to meet, are amazing. Bob had a great time and was comfy. They took great care of him. Bob didn't get the chance to stay the whole time as we had to shorten our original plans and pick him up early. Once again, no hassle. I love this place. I wouldn't consider taking Bob anywhere else. Thanks guys. I'm telling all my friends!

I had to leave my senior pup while I was away here. I left worried and had major anxiety detachment issues. But everyone here at Sit and Stay put me at ease every day with an email of how he was doing and photos. He had so much fun, I dont think he wanted to leave his new friends.

We were so nervous leaving our 3 dogs at boarding for our wedding weekend but we could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Val and her team took the best care of our babies and kept us updated throughout the day. We always knew how they were doing from meals to walks and playtime. Despite them being anxious, they seemed to be enjoying their time. We already booked our next visit!

We enjoyed Uncle Jeff's Pet Sitting very much. We left our 2 small dogs and have never been happier. Uncle Jeff groomed both dogs and they looked great. We arranged for adult training for our older dog and puppy training for the younger one. Both displayed better manners when at home.We were also happy that both dogs were exercised and walked . We would definitely recommend Uncle Jeff's to everyone.

Uncle Jeffs is one of the best animal boarding and pet sitting services I have encountered The owner Jeff is very professional and really easy to talk to he fully understood all my concerns about my pets and assured me everything would be fine he is a former Vet tech so he knows how to handle any emergencies that might arise.which put my mind at ease because my pets are getting up there in age so I would want someone who knows what their doing taking care of them in my absence . I cannot say enough good things about Valley Pet Sitting. We have used them for several years now to visit our cat, Mr. Pudds, whenever we travel and the service has been outstanding. We just returned from three weeks away, and each day we looked forward to the full report and photos we received to help us feel connected with our cat. In addition to the daily cleaning of the litter box and feeding and playing with Mr. Pudds, they brought in packages, brought up the trash cans, and watered the plants. We have been using Valley Pet Sitting for the past 6 years and are very satisfied with their services. The pet sitters they send to take care of our kitties have always been cat lovers (which is essential!) and they follow our instructions to the T! We also find their prices very reasonable and their online portal easy to use. On a personal note, when my 16 1/2 year old cat died last year, I was too emotional to delete her as a pet from the online portal, and Sharon with Customer Service very kindly offered to do it for me. Those little touches mean a lot.

As a woman living alone with my young daughter, I take extreme caution with the people I allow into my home, especially in my absence. My two cats mean the world to my daughter and I, so it was no surprise that I have been apprehensive to take a getaway and leave them home alone. In researching my options, I came across VPS and talked to someone over the phone after reading through reviews on several different sites. They were so reassuring!! They completely understood how important my home and animals are to me and helped me every step of the way. I got detailed status reports after each visit and the BEST photos I have ever seen of my babies!! They are always fast to respond, even to the smallest of questions or even little comments about my visits. When I got back home, it was as if I had never left, everything was done as if I had done it, including not only my cats but by two fish tanks and several houseplants as well. Clean and tidy, no messes left behind and I'm pretty sure someone wiped down my countertops before organizing my mail in a neat pile! Very attentive to detail, and go above and beyond in their service. Unlike other companies, their office staff and pet sitters work together to make sure both you and your pet are taken care of. Other companies I looked into just send sitters alone and there is no one there to help them if there is an emergency! I highly recommend VPS to everyone with or without pets (they do home care too!) , if you are leaving on a vacation they are a must have option for assurance that everything and everyone at home is a-ok. We love VPS!

We have been really impressed and SO happy with how Vally Pet Sitting has taken care of our sweet kitty buddy when both of us are out of town. Our cat tends to have a lot of anxiety when both owners are not at home and has not done well with many sitters in the past. Vally Pet Sitting spends time with him, loving on him, caring for him and we have noticed a huge shift in out cat’s behavior when we come home from long trips. Highly recommend them! Their online booking is really easy too! Communicating and updating is seamless. We never feel out of the loop or unheard.

Reposting an old review, I still use VPS and will always use them forever! : I love this company! I've never used a pet sitting service before (I'm not trusting type and always used family/friends), but holidays and covid meant I needed to either hire someone to come to my home or board my two cats. I didn't want to board my little fur balls since that's stressful for them (one came from a shelter and has a fear of strangers/new places), so opted to hire Valley Pet Sitting for the two weeks I was out of country for Christmas/New Years. I'm so happy! They answered all my questions before signing up, they helped me figure out the app, price was reasonable, and super flexible when my plans changed (airline cancelled my flight so I had to change dates/flights). The sitters themselves were super friendly and definitely were animal lovers. I got daily pictures and a written updates (totally going to keep the cute photos of my kitties 😻). Everyday the cats got fresh food, water, clean litter boxes, and pets/cuddles. I liked how the sitters were able to gain the trust of the cats and one even jumped into their laps for cuddles. How cute! I'm definitely going to use this company again and I feel better knowing I can book them in future whenever I want to leave town for trips.

When it comes to taking care of my various fish tanks ranging from Fresh to Salt water, Plants, and Breeder tanks, Valley Pet Sitting Inc. is the most trusted choice. They are the only ones that can handle all the various conditions and feedings my fish need, and I know it will be done as well as if I had actually taken care of them myself! They kept me updated after every visit not only taking care of all my tanks, but also watered my plants, brought my mail and packages in, and took out the trash on trash day. John has been walking and taking care of my dog Brutus for the last six years. Brutus has a lot of energy and John is more than happy to walk and play with him. I have always known John to be responsible business owner who likes what he does and is friendly with every person and animal he works with. Once, I had him house sit when I had to go out of town at the last minute and he took very good care of both Brutus and my house. I cannot recommend Susan’s Pet Boarding and Daycare enough! For years, I have been taking my large, easily-excited (and dog reactive) 80lb American Bully to them every time I leave town, and I always leave them with peace of mind knowing that everything will be okay. They are experienced, know what they are doing, are easy to reach and effective effective communicators, and check in with me every so often to let me know how things are going. It is a tremendous relief knowing I have a good boarder to take my dog to when I need to leave town!

I had never boarded my dog before, but I needed a place for him over Thanksgiving and spent a lot of time researching. I chose Topanga Pet Resort because the staff seemed very professional and recommended a gradual daycare introduction to help my dog adjust. This approach worked wonderfully—my emotional dog felt confident and happy with their team. My dog also struggled with leash pulling and reactivity during walks, and I wasn’t sure how to handle it. Trainer Maxim gave me excellent advice and worked with my dog during his boarding stay. I’m so grateful and already noticing progress—I plan to continue training here.

I’m taking the time to write this for anyone who has struggled with their dog not doing well at traditional boarding and looking for the best place. My son 😅 has a lot of health issues and sepawation anxiety, along with doggybetes (diabetes). He has done extremely well with their style of care and boarding. These people really love dogs and know how to read them! My son looks forward to going here, whereas other places he didn’t want to leave me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Best place that we have taken our dog to for training. The trainers are great. Our dog is more obedient around other dogs and less reactive. They have also helped train me and my husband on how to better control our dog and will correct our mistakes. The staff are genuinely interested in making our pets better. We've learned a lot and will continue to take our dog there.

This place deserves 10 stars. I had an emergency and they were so helpful in taking both my Pups so I could make my flight. Everyone was so kind and warm and when I picked them up they had funny stories describing my Pups idiosyncratic personalities. Loved that!

Duke loved his time at Topanga Pet Resort. The trainers were professional, and his behavior improved a lot. The resort is conveniently located in Topanga Canyon, and the pricing is fair for the quality of service. Duke enjoyed the premium food and the large exercise areas.

Topanga Pet Resort has been our go-to place for boarding our dogs year after year, and they have consistently provided outstanding care. Even after a change in ownership, the excellent service and attention to our pets have remained above and beyond our expectations. The staff is extremely accommodating and goes out of their way to ensure our dogs feel comfortable and well-cared for. I found Topanga Pet Resort's service to be absolutely satisfactory. My dog received great care from the personnel, who also gave him lots of playing and lovely views of the surrounding area. I received regular updates, which made me feel comfortable about leaving him there. The facility was excellent, and my dog returned content and tired. It's evident that the group genuinely loves the animals in their care.

After boarding our pups there for several years, we will now find a new place. The service has gone down hill and when we picked up our pups last week one of them had had caked on feces on the back. It looked like it had been there for days. I hadn’t scheduled a bath before picking up because they were going to be groomed. We were disappointed to see our pups looking so bad. Also, we paid for late pick up, but were able to pick up early. They said they couldn’t refund the late pick up fee. We called and spoke to a manager and conveyed all of this. We have not heard back from them.

The potty training program was recently finished by my puppy, and I'm really happy with the outcome! The entire process was stress-free thanks to the staff's competence and patience. My puppy picked things up pretty quickly because of the training and the wonderful outdoor areas.
