If I could give more stars than 5 I would. Denise and Christine took care of our large and diverse pet family for a week after our pet sitter of many years recently moved away. The idea of having to have someone new come over was worrying because we have a lot going on and it’s not an easy task. Denise and Christine are AMAZING. They took time and patience to gain the trust of our very old and grumpy chihuahua who gave them hell the first few visits along with juggling multiple other cats, dogs and a indoor/outdoor pot belly pig. I got thorough reviews after every visit along with cute pictures and updates on each individual pet, they kept the house tidy and even took out the trash can to the road on recycling day. My old dog required medicine 3 times a day which made me really anxious but they even sent pics of him eating it so I could rest assured he was getting what he needed. They loved every single one like their own and I couldn’t be more thankful and impressed. We have definitely found our new pet sitters and now have no reservations about going away knowing our children will be loved and cared for while we are gone. Thank you so much Denise and Christine along with Bad to the Bone - you are top notch with the service you provide and I highly highly recommend.

I hired bad to the bone twice to care for my mini horse Fitzgerald. They always do a great job and follow directions. Bonus part is you can see the visit and where they walked which I love since exercise is critical to my horses wellbeing.

Doug was the best ever! he is so compassionate with the dogs and so calm with their owners. he kept us updated and sent pictures and solved problems on excellently. Can’t say enough good things! thank you Doug for driving my pups across the country.

Bad To The Bone is AMAZING! We love our little Olive so much and to trust a company to love her the same way can be a concern. But no concern here with Bad to the Bone! Bad to the Bone was recommended by another pet sitter and I'm glad they were. Caitlin, Mandi, and Melanie did awesome job taking care of our chickens while we were gone for vacation. Getting messages with photos of our girls and the completed care activities, which really brought a peace of mind while we were gone. I highly recommend them for your pet care needs, even chickens! We've already booked them for our next vacation.

I have been using Amber at Bad to the Bone pet care for the past five years to watch my four cats!! Best pet-sitting service ever! They have so many options - every need can be met. We hire for the half-hour once a day. Amber is our local pet-sitter, and she is the best! Full reports every day that are a delight to receive. Don't hesitate to hire them.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful and totally professional care given to my pups by Christine for an overnight stay while we were out of town. My dogs loved Christine and she loved her time with them as well. Three little terriers can be quite a handful at times but Christine managed the house and them with ease. At the same time she managed to keep in touch with us about the dogs and send us amazingly adorable pictures throughout the stay. It’s comforting to know your babies are receiving such good care and we will use Bad to the Bone again soon.

Have used BTTB and Doug Keeling since we first arrived to Jacksonville in 2016. They’ve been there and have helped us and loved our pets like we do - through sickness, health and death! They’ve always “been there” for us, and for each of them, through thick and thin. They’ve called us in the middle of our vacations to let us know that we had a very sick kitty and Doug personally has sat for hours at the vet with our kitty to make sure he got the best care. Doug and the caregivers each followed up for several days after we got home to follow up on Loki‘s and then Moki‘s health And treatment progress. They’ve taken Salem for her beauty come outs and trim treatment and taken her, Rocker & Sampson for nail trims (that’s quite a price cess with our three dogs). Will continue with BTTB until all pets have passed on. Give them a try - you and your pets - will appreciate it.

I don’t typically leave reviews but Ella and the team at Bad to the Bone are truly the best! After using them once, we immediately booked them for our next trip away. Ella treated our pups like her own!

We absolutely love Greenwich Canine Concierge! Whitney is the best. Our sweet girl loves going on playdates with her friends. She has lots of play time, snacks, & napping to classical music. Whitney offers pickup & drop-off during the week. Such a wonderful service!

Whitney is Coco’s favorite spot away from home - she absolutely loves going to hang out at Greenwich Canine Concierge, a magical spot in Murray Hill. Really happy with Whitney's daycare and boarding service. I was nervous about leaving my fur-baby for a long trip but he loved it and she sent great pics and kept in touch the whole time. Whitney is the best! My pug Penny absolutely loves her daycare. I started using daycare after my baby was born because I didn’t always have time to give Penny the play time to get out her wild 1 year old pug energy. Whitney is the best in the area because she also does pick up and drop off. Other daycares I tried, I had to bring baby with me, get her out of her car seat etc, it was a whole thing! But Whitney comes to my house and drops Penny off at the end of the day tired from a day of playing. I feel good knowing Penny is socializing and getting attention. Her place is beautiful and she always sends photos of Penny running around in the gorgeous yard having the time of her life with the other doggies. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for daycare or boarding!

We are in love with Greenwich Canine Concierge! Whitney is amazing and goes above and beyond with her services. She does pick up and drop off for day care and you always get lots videos and pictures to see what your doggy did all day. I. feel so blessed to have found a place where I know Millie is well taken care of and also having a blast!

Many of our neighbors and friends have used Whitney over the years so she came highly recommended. So when we needed someone to watch our stinker, Kiwi, she was the perfect person. She was prompt, respectful of our home and took great care of our kitty. Kiwi loves people and has a new friend with Whitney.

We have been very happy with Greenwich Canine Concierge! Whitney is so friendly and professional. The pick up/drop off service is super convenient and her yard is the perfect play space. Our dog, Huey, loves going and comes home clean and happy. The adorable photos and videos are an added bonus!

First time leaving my Stettson and Patches while we went out of town. I was so nervous however they embraced the moment and enjoyed every bit of 5 star service. They are the same price as the kennel at my vet and they have much more outside time. I have two large dogs and they came back tired and happy. They get outdoor time multiple times a day and there is a small and a large area with a pond. Both my dogs were allowed to stay together in the same run and since it was their first time staying there I called to check up on them and the owner even sent pictures. I am very pleased and will be back.

This is an awesome boarding facility. We have boarded our border collie with Marilyn several times and she and her staff have always been terrific. Our dog has always been happy and well cared for here. The first time we boarded her here, Marilyn even gave us some pointers on better and more effective training for our dog and she has responded very well. Marilyn and Rachel obviously have a terrific love of animals and dogs especially and it really shows in the care they take of their guests. Highly recommend!

Marilyn is great with treating each dog like they are her own! She has trained two of my dogs and worked wonders. She is flexible and always has time to answer questions about training my 15 month old Pyrenees. The property is beautiful, clean and welcoming! When I board Glory she is happy to return.

I have been bringing my dogs to Marilyn off and on for 25 years. First my golden retriever, who loved being there and now my Pomeranian, we trust and recommend Mandarin Pet Care to all pet owners.

This was my first time using a boarding facility for my dog and I decided to chose Mandarin Pet Care during Memorial Day weekend. My dog didn't display any abnormal behavior upon pick up so I'm guessing everything went fine. I am not sure how well the facility is kept due to the public not being able to actually walk in and is greeted at the door by Ms Marilyn. The price is by the day and not by the night and that can make a difference if travel plans are longer than a weekend. New customers are also given the first night stay free!

I feel absolutely terrible that I boarded my dogs at this awful place. I would rather cancel my vacation than ever leave my dogs here ever again. The only good thing about this place was its affordability, which in hindsight should have been a warning. The worst thing was that they definitely don't follow their as-advertised schedule, so the dogs are probably locked up in kennels the majority of the time. Our flights were delayed and we were there to pick up our dogs at 7:15pm, which is supposed to be in the middle of the 7pm-9pm final playtime. Instead all the dogs were already tucked in for the night in the unlocked kennel building, and there were no humans around. When a very salty Marilyn finally showed up to hand over the dogs, she simply dropped the leashes and they immediately ran to us. I was expecting to see how a professional dog trainer would handle 3 puppies on a leash, instead she tossed the leashes on the ground and went back inside without another word. They all had to pee immediately and all three were also all extremely thirsty. We were also given no instructions about dropoff when we called to make the boarding reservation, and their website lacks a lot of detail, so we received some cold shoulder when we dropped off our 3 dogs without having completed all their paperwork and without food (some places we have boarded at before provide food for free or for cheap). We had 3 puppies, 2 of which were very young, but they bought adult food with our money. It was the tiniest most expensive bag too, way more than what we usually pay, and the bag wasn't even half empty, when it should have been empty with the amount of food our pups usually eat. I am concerned that our puppies were fed adult food, were barely fed at all, were not offered enough water, did not get the 8 hours of advertised playtime, and did not have enough bathroom opportunities. Mandarin Pet Care was also very unresponsive to phone calls and to emails throughout the entire process. Their lack of professionalism was incredible. This was a horrible experience all around.

Our family recently went through a difficult time, and we needed an immediate place to board our 3 pups for an unknown amount of time. Marilyn and staff took great care of them, and sent me updates and pictures/videos via text every day. Great experience and I highly recommend! If this service is needed in the future, I will be bringing them back here!

I cannot begin to say enough about Mandarin Pet Care. Marilyn and the entire staff at Mandarin Pet Care treat our two beagles like they were their own. I have been using Mandarin Pet Care for about three years now and always without issue. The price even though it has increased recently is still about $10-$20 cheaper than I would get if I went to a traditional boarding facility. Medications, extra feedings, and a little extra attention to a somewhat sicker pet all come at no extra charge where as other boarding facilities would charge per medication administration or per extra feeding. If you ever have the opportunity to use Mandarin Pet Care do both you and your pet the favor of doing so, you will not be disappointed!!! Thank You Marilyn for always taken care of our two beagles.

We took our pups here for a few days while taking a trip. The pricing is affordable but the owner is not a people person and really didn’t care to ease my anxiety about leaving my dogs for the first time (ever!) She was very off putting when we showed up to drop off our dogs and rolled her eyes at us when we wanted to see the facility they would be staying in. She sent one video a day of them just sniffing in the yard which didn’t make me feel good at all.. She was very rude about my emotions & I worried about them my whole trip. After picking them up, we found that they were excessively thirsty as well as covered in fleas (& we treat regularly). When I addressed this to her she took no responsibility and brushed it off her shoulder. I am grateful that my pups are alive but I will not be bringing them back.

I had to board my cat for one night for a renovation in which she couldn’t be in the home. They are very sweet and took good care of my cat. Prices are great and the staff just seem to really care about animals. I will be bringing my cat back for any other necessary stays.

Great family business in A beautiful area on the river. Reasonable prices too. My dog has guarding issues and they understand him and he LOVES them! I drive from St. Augustine to take my Dogs there. Highly recommend this business.

What a great place to allow your dog or cat to rest as you complete a long awaited vacation or out of town Job trip. Friendly and kind, animal loving Family operated Pet Resort. I felt completely confident in their ability in caring for my cat for the second time we have used them while we go on vacation. Mr. Kitty (as my daughter calls him) was rested and happy when we picked him up. Although, I think he kind of missed all the other friends he made at Creature Comforts Pet Resort.

Creature Comforts is my fur son Rocco's home away from home. We've been boarding him here for a few years now and are so thankful we found them. The staff are super cool and kind people. I love that it's on a beautiful property in a cozy house/farm property. My lil buddy forgets I exist when I take him up there and always comes home clean and happy. The negative reviews seem to come from bougie ppl who want luxury spa "beaches jet set" treatment/ care or who have animals that experienced separation anxiety (which does happen guys) and want to take it out on these nice ppl. Take the negative with a hefty grain of salt. I read that someone called my side of town a low income bad area.... Y'all can stay away then cause we adore this place and our community!

We love this boarder. The family is wonderful. Diamond enjoyed the walks. They took care of her.

We recently took a 15 day vacation and needed a place to board our Bernese mtn. dog Lola. I am so pleased we found Creature Comforts. They took such good care of her. The staff were caring and looked after her like she was their own. They have a genuine love for animals. She was taken on walks twice a day and came home happy not all stressed out. They even bathed her which is a feat on its own. Thank you again to all the great staff and I can highly recommend to anyone it's well worth the 35 min drive from the island. Will definitely use again.

During our move from Virginia to the Jacksonville area we needed to board our six cats for 30 days. I couldn't be more pleased with the kindness and quality of care shown to cats! The owners and staff even still remember some of our more silly cats and their levels of affection. Everyone was very responsive and provided open communication. I really appreciate the layout of the cat play areas and the amount of Windows they can bask in the Sun. The property is beyond beautiful and is second only to the affordability! We are using their services again this weekend as a matter of fact...

They did amazing with our two dogs. Both our babies loved it there. They even had to say bye to the ladies before we could leave. We definitely love the come home with a bath idea. They are a little pricey, but if our babies are happy so are we.

Would not board my dog anywhere else, she thinks Creature Comforts is her second home and loves the staff. Besides boarding, they offer day care and bathing.

The lady was very accommodating and helped us even when they were closed. Very sweet lady and you could tell that she cares about the animals. They have a whole cat wing for kitties to hang out and chill out for a while. They also have that area for dogs. This business has been in operation for quite some time and the house that has the kitties is over 100 years old. Not too far from I-10 and I-95. They also have River Frontage which is pretty cool. I would definitely give these folks a try. They seem to really care about what they do. That's what really matters when were talking about our furry friends :-)

I took both of my dogs (yorkie & a mini golden doodle) to the grooming salon today at Ritzy Clips. I was called by the groomer because my golden doodle’s hair was matted. She told me she was going to have to shave some hair. However, she didn’t mention she was going to butch her hair and shave her all the way down to her skin 😡🤬😭😓😩. You can see in the picture where there is a boy in the background of what my doodle looked like before the haircut from today. When I dropped them off I specifically said that I wanted puppy/teddy bear haircuts for both dogs and showed the groomer pictures (see circled picture in red of what I wanted for my doodle). However, upon arriving to the salon I noticed my doodle’s hair was completely shaved to the skin making her look terrible. I asked Mrs Beverly (front desk lady) if I could speak to the groomer and she said that everyone was gone already and all she could do was call the manager, Vivian. I spoke to Vivian on the phone and she stated that the groomer showed her what my dog looked like and that she agreed she needed to be shaved down. However, I have never had anyone complain of my dog’s hair being so matted that it needed to be completely shaved. The only issue I had with my doodle before she was spayed was that she was in heat and required using a diaper which caused her to be a bit matted in the butt and back legs area. However, my previous groomer from Pensacola specifically said she could do one of two things. 1. Shave her down to her skin or 2. Take that matting out, but charge me extra for the work. I appreciated her giving me the options and being very straightforward with the issue. I chose option 2 and have never had any other issues with my dog because she is already spayed and doesn’t require diapers anymore. I am extremely disappointed in the way my dog’s hair was cut at this facility and how the manager, Vivian, handled the situation. They were charging me a $65 grooming fee and another matting fee. Why would the groomer charge me a matting fee when all she did was chop my dog’s hair? If I knew the groomer was going to do that, then I would have told her not to do anything and would have taken my dog somewhere else. Vivían removed the matting fee, but still charged me full price for having my dog’s hair butched by her groomer. I do not recommend the grooming salon to anyone that cares about their dogs. Please take them somewhere else that cares about them and don’t cut corners. Shame on you Ritzy Clips!

We have had the fun and the sad with 4 Paws and each visit has been good. We feel listened to each time, our questions answered, from a new puppy to holding our senior dog as she takes her last breath. Thank you to 4 Paws for always being available and flexible for our fur babies! Here is our most recent visit with a new puppy!

I have boarded my dog at Kozy Kennels for over two years. The staff is WONDERFUL. When I tell Gizmo (a 13 year old Pekingese) that he is going to the kennel he starts dancing around and is so excited. The staff gives him lots of love and attention. We are so lucky that our friends recommended Kozy Kennels to us.

The staff was so incredibly gentle and caring with our Rottie! I am always a bit hesitant to take my dog in for vet care because she’s so large and can be intimidating. The staff allowed me to keep her in the truck until it was time to take her in. We were escorted through the door without any pets. Our Rotttie was not muzzled as she didn’t show any signs of aggression with the staff. In fact she enjoyed the attention and was being insanely loving. Thanks again to the incredible staff for making us all feel comfortable and at ease and of course for the great care of our sweet dog!

Amazing people work at this clinic. Our dog doesn't trust people easily and she loved every person that handled her during our visit. We are so thankful for the staff for treating our baby with kindness and helping us get her the medication she needs. Communication is phenomenal and the everything is broken down into easy to understand terms. Pet care of Nassau goes above and beyond.

Follow up, they're great my babies and healthy and happy, and they work with you pretty darn good. We love bringing our babies there. Just good caring people that love animals. Super nice ladies and the doc did great with my 2 rescue puppies. Will be bringing my chawinnie in on the 5th. Looking forward to the visit and establishing all my kiddos.

4 Paws Pet Clinic declawed our two cats at an excellent price. No follow up was necessary but the vet came in and checked on them for me during a second set of vaccines they received. Vert good service and very good care of my pets. Very trustworthy and they're not going to rob you with their prices.

My senior lab goes for a monthly shot to help her arthritis. The last time she didn't want to get out of the car due to her mobility issues. The wonderful techs came to her. Made it so much easier.

We've been taking our dogs here for over 20 years. The staff and Dr. Norstrud are top notch. Our dogs excitedly run to get INTO the clinic. That says a great deal about the level of care and compassion the clinic has for animals. Prices are very reasonable, the staff is great and Dr. Norstrud is the BEST!!!

Everyone at this facility are very professional and great with my dog. have always had a great service here. My dog does well with all the staff. They keep you well informed of all that is going on with your pets.They also will fit you in where they can to help your schedule. Thank you for being so great!

Joe the owner he is very very kind to my dog. He is genuinely interested in making my dog feel secure I've been going to Joe and his wife for over 20 years many many dogs for me and I'm always satisfied and happy

I needed my dogs nails trimmed, she's under 20 lbs. I was referred to this mans business because it is local to Callahan. I walked up trash, and dirty cat litter all over the side of the building, the inside is even worse, and stinks of cat urine, I had a bad feeling about the place, but stayed and talked to the owner, who wasn't real friendly but, I let him trim my dogs nails, he goes in a closed off area that is sketchy, comes back and he had gotten bit, and I said I'm sorry, he said it's ok bring her back and we will get it done. He acted confident and I trusted that. He charged me $6 all had to my name was $10 , I told him I would give him all of it but, it's all I had and I needed the $4 back, he said just keep it and I'll get it next time you come, I said thank you and I really appreciated it, and left, I was impressed. Fast forward 3 months to current, I go in there against my better judgement because it's close. He comes out with kind of a bad attitude. He doesn't remember me, I told him I need my dogs nails trimmed and I warned him that she may bite and express herself, he said whatever and we will see what we can do. He comes back 5 minutes later hands her to me and said they got 3 feet done and touched the fourth and she bit him. He said have a nice day, I said I owe you money, he said "I don't have time for this", and walked away slamming the door. I understand getting bit is not fun, and it hurts but you are a groomer, you do this for a living and I'm sure that happens more then you would like, but you signed up for this, and I warned you. My dog isn't aggressive, she has never bitten anyone except this man, hmmm I wonder why. My dog judges character and has good sense about ones intentions and the type of person they are, for you to be the only one she's bitten it says alot about you. This man is in the wrong business and I would not take my dog there if her life depended on it. What a horrible place and experience.

Both pups got the VIP treatment from head to tail. They look and smell great, it’s a bonus that the groomers are real nice people.

New to the area and feel at home Callahan! Joe and his are awesome. My dog, Minnie has new groomer for life.

We took our golden retreiver here to get groomed. He was ecstatic, but he does love to get pampered. The owner came to greet us outside, as we were 10 minutes early and they open at 10:30am. The owner is very kind, professional, and informative. The price was very reasonable. His visit included grooming(cut & wash), anal glands expressing, nail trimming, blow dry, and 40-minute massage!! The service, communication, cost, and care were desirable. The entrance area could use a good scrubbing. If it is your first time, you could easily be detered. It has been difficult to find a place to go to when we need him cleaned up since leaving his groomer in Indiana. This is 15 minutes from the house, and we were happy with the outcome. Thank you for your efforts.

I absolutely love this place, I drive from Duval to Callahan just so my fur baby gets the best care. The owner Mr. Joe is a Jewell. Don't be alarmed by the outside appearance, it's the love & care that counts

Great work on all my dogs and they are knowledgeable and daycare.

My golden retriever came out smelling amazing! He was incredibly soft and looked very handsome in his new bandana. Prices were great and staff was very friendly. The building could use some updating but it is a small town groomer and a lot better than driving 40 minutes to another salon.

I've called three times, left message. New to area hoping to find a reliable groomer for my 3 dogs that normally groomed regularly. Not one call back, even to say, not taking new clients. I try to use small business owners in the area I live but, this business owner is so indifferent to people that I would trust my pets there. It gives small business owners in this town a bad reflection. If you choose to advertise your business then people believe you are actively in business to do business. If not, just don't.

Frieda took great care of my maltese Jersey for the weekend! It was difficult for me to leave my baby but Frieda made sure to keep me updated with plenty of texts and photos. She treated my dog just like family. I highly recommend Frieda's services and will definitely use her again!

I am so lucky to have met Frieda. My dog absolutely loves her and it’s so comforting knowing when I leave town or work long days that he is in good hands and happy. He is always excited to stay with her and is a tired boy when I pick him up from all the playing! I recommend her to anyone.

Frieda was a life saver! My wife and I had to attend my Father’s funeral out of state, Frieda was affordable, and she really made us worry less about our two mini dachshunds, whom we’ve never left with anyone before! Another thing that sold me on Frieda, was her daughter Claire! When she saw our pups, you could see in her face and smile that your dogs were gonna be loved during their stay! Highly recommend Frieda and Claire!

Frieda was wonderful! Never a worry! The dogs love her too! She always checks in during her visit with a photo, walks and feeds them. I could not have made it through the holidays, with my schedule, without her!

We just dropped our pet off for a week with Crystal. Prices were very reasonable considering other companies in town. She made us feel at home and comfortable watching our pet for so long. She has a large property and is very professional. She has the experience and loving attitude to take care of all your furry family members. My dog loves to come here and see Auntie Crystal! The dogs are well taken care of and get to enjoy a home environment unlike typical daycare and boarding establishments with concrete kennels. Great opportunity to interact with other dogs in a stress free environment. The prices are phenomenal as well. KEEN highly recommends!

Crystal is an absolute rock star. Our dog can be a bit of a rough player so we were nervous to leave her for 4 nights with other dogs. Crystal spent a LOT of time with us helping to integrate Bailey and before we knew it, she was perfectly joined in with the other dogs. Crystal sent us updates and pictures and even washed baileys bed and blanket the morning that we picked her up. Crystal knows every trick in the book to keep the dogs happy and behaved (including leaving action movies on in the living room all evening when there was a thunderstorm so the dogs didn’t even notice the thunder) Tons of play and outside time and undivided care from a vet technician? All for a fantastic price? Sign me up every time!

I wish I could give 10 stars. Crystal has been a lifesaver for us throughout the years, managing our dogs “particular” personalities and keeping them happy and safe while we travel. She’s literally a dog whisperer and if your dog has struggled in boarding elsewhere I encourage you to reach out to her. Shes flexible and accommodating while treating your pets like one of her own. Crystal watched our older kittens for a little over two months while we stayed with family waiting for our house to finish. She did such an amazing job! She kept us informed with pictures and videos, she made our kittens feel right at home! I will definitely reach out to her again when needed and highly recommend her :)

Me and my husband stopped in to see the sites of St. Augustine and needed somewhere for our dog to go. We called Crystal and she was more than willing to take our dog in for the night.. She was amazing and very friendly. Our dog was able to run free in her home and not be caged up. We picked him up and we knew he had been taken very good care of. If you ever visit St. Augustine and need a dog sitter for the day or night give her a call.... We highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Crystal for loving our dog like your own. You r amazing!!

No surprise that Crystal was the exceptional person and the quality pet sitter that I loved to give my happy crew to! She really cares for each family and pet so well, and I felt that the best time that my pets had were when they visited her home for two weeks while I was out traveling the country! So pleased with the amount of care and service provided. Crystal was more than willing to help me in a pinch and take my dog for the day for a few hours. Shes super friendly and is very knowledgeable. She cares so much about what she does and I felt so comfortable leaving my baby with her. I would recommend her to every single person I know. My family went on vacation and we left our family dog with Crystal at Preferred Pet Care in FL. Our dog was in her care until she cancelled on us, less than half way through our vacation. Let's back up - A few days after dropping the dog off at Preferred Pet Care, my daughter tried to connect with Crystal. After a few days went by and my daughter still hadn't heard back from her, she decided to send an email and Facebook message as well. About an hour after sending those notes, my husband and I suggested she call Crystal using a different phone number, one Crystal wasn't familiar with... This resulted in Crystal picking up and subsequently, yelling at my daughter, telling her she wouldn't watch our family dog any more. Why did she decide to stop watching the dog? When my daughter dropped the dog off at their house, Crystal told my daughter that she could text her (Crystal) to ask for dog photos. Our daughter was grateful for this and texted Crystal for pictures of our dog, no more than once a day, if that. Crystal then stopped answering my daughter's texts and wouldn't pick up the phone. However, once my daughter was able to connect with her, Crystal yelled at my daughter, saying she was the most demanding customer she's had, because she asked for photos once a day (if that). Again, Crystal said she could ask for photos... Crystal was: - Not responsive. - She was rude. - She didn't care about the wellbeing of the dogs in her care (no dog toys were ever present. - We spent a day of our vacation searching for someone to pick-up & care-for our dog. - We were concerned for the safety of our dog.

Crystal is a very knowledgeable and patient person with the animals. I needed someone that could care for a young energetic pup that has not yet been been socialized. She was understanding and amazing. She got him right out there in the mix. I look forward to having her watch my little guy in the future. Im so happy to find her!

Stephanie and her crew are awesome! I highly recommend them. Stephanie is so fast to respond to any questions that I have. My dogs loved her instantly when she came over for a meet and greet. Everyone is great at communicating and sending pictures from their visits which is something I truly appreciate. I don’t stress anymore about whether my dogs are being cared for or loved on because with Coastal Crew I know they are!

Stephanie and her crew have been great with my dog, Waylon! They are reliable and send photos during the walk. They even check my thermostat and turn on a light for me when I'll be home late! Stephanie handled it like a pro when a dog got out of his collar in my complex and ran up to my dog who is still getting socialized. The fact that she handled that situation so well really solidified my trust in Stephanie and her staff. Cant say enough about how great they are!!

Meg has set the standard for dog care services. She brings a ton of experience and clearly knows how to care for and work with dogs of all different personalities. She took excellent care of our foster Great Dane and helped her work through some separation anxiety and leash skills! She is so caring and sends the best pupdates while you're out of town! There is no doubt your doggos will be in the best of care with Meg!

Meg is amazing!!! We have used a number of pet sitters in the past and no one has ever loved our pets quite like her. She always follows our very specific directions for each animal and leaves our home better then how we left it! Everyday we get a super detailed note about each animal plus some amazing photos! Meg is also great for last minute hangs. My schedule is unpredictable so knowing that I can call on her anytime and she is able to pop by and spend time with our pets is amazing. Meg is a true gem and we are so lucky to have her!

Meg is the absolute best!!! I have a rescue who hasn’t been the easiest and Meg has been with me through every step! She allows me to relax when I’m at work because I know Ivy is in the best hands! Ivy loves Meg so so much! They play, go for walks, and get so many snuggles. She’s so good with animals especially difficult rescues like mine!

Meg does a great job taking care of my pets as if they were her own. She’s very attentive to their needs and plays with them throughout the day/ walks my dog frequently and gives updates consistently.

We have used Jax Dog Walking with Meg and I cannot say enough good things. Our dog is 95lbs and very rambunctious. He has even become more obedient with her walking him because she always practices his skills on walks!! She also sends us a “Pupdate” after every walk with the most ADORABLE photos of him and a recap of where they went and how he did on the walk! She is reliable, friendly, safe, so so caring, very organized and just a joy to chat with. Our dog loves her and so do we!!
