Cat Sitters in Callala Bay

New to the area and needed someone to feed my cat while I was away. I've used Robin now twice and would recommend Robin if you want to keep your cat at home rather than using a cattery.. thanks Robin for taking such good care of my Elsie cat

Robin is a lovely and kind man who took good care of our groodle Maxi for several sessions of daycare while we visited national parks and did some cycling on our Jervis Bay holiday. We definitely go back to Robin again if we need our dog minded again during holidays in this area.

What a wonderful carer Robin is. Such short notice and he was welcoming. Roxy had never stayed with anyone before. I quite think she made herself at home with her new best friend. So glad we found him.

Robin cared for my turtles and furry friends while I travelled interstate. Robin was very dedicated, caring and lovely as well as being very professional and flexible. On my return my animals were relaxed and happy, showing Robin"s caring and skill with animals. I have no hesitation recommending him as a kind, lovely and trustworthy pet carer. He also went out of his way, by sending photos and messages twice per day, ensuring I knew my animals were cared for and happy while I was away. Robins was happy to look after my two poodles from 9am till 8pm last Thursday as I had to go to my nephews memorial at Balmoral Beach in Sydney it gave me peace of mind to know they would be safe , Robin is very calm & caring. Robin helped us out immensely with our very last minute request to have our Cavoodle, Charli. Robin's service was outstanding and we have no doubt Charli was well looked after and she had a wonderful time in a home based environment.

Karen is absolutely amazing, I have a special needs dog of 13 years old. She is blind and diabetic so she needs an insulin injection twice a day. I had commitments that I could not get out of for 7 days and no one would accommodate the dog as she was deemed too hard and put into the “Too Hard” basket. Karen asked for a meet and greet and did not hesitate to look after my girl for the week. When I picked her up I didn’t think she wanted to come home, Karen is an amazing carer and I can not recommend her facility enough. Thank you again Karen and Didge is going well.

Karen is really nice, our bunny has stayed a few times during holidays. It’s easy to book and drop off and pick up is a breeze. A great local service and I know our Bun is safe and well looked after while we are away.

We chose Bay and Basin boutique pet boarding because our usual kennels were fully booked. The website looked nice, so I took a chanch. Both me and my husband and daughter did not get good vibes the second we walked into the place. It was not clean and her greeting was rather frosty. These feelings were confirmed when she would not let us see where our cat would be staying. She did say we could see when we picked him up, however again, when we asked during pick up, she said no, we could not see the kennels. Our cat normally comes back from boarding happy and relaxed. He seemed visibly stressed for a few days upon return. Will definitely not be returning. Not being able to pick your cat up on a Sunday afternoon, I also think is a money grab. Most people who go away for a weekend will come back on a Sunday afternoon, but you have to pay for an extra day because of this rule.

Karen is a beautiful soul who looks after our fur babies whenever we go away. I’d never leave them with anyone else. The accomodation is spotless and safe and I can go away knowing my cats are well looked after.

In my short experience just making a booking for two cats, Karen was very friendly. Very evident she loves cats. Karen was also very accommodating to special dietary requirements. The accommodation was clean and airy and it's really local.

I had no hesitation in boarding Gladys at Karen's home for another holiday. Gladys ( my parrot) returns home, loved with a clean cage and still talks to me. As we know birdies are prone to sulk. In fact on her last stay she had added to her vocabulary and learned to bark! Apparently this was the doing of Banjo the Princess Parrot and no blame was laid on the doggies running around having fun. I can recommend Bay & Basin Boutique Pet Boarding highly.

Our 2 frenchies have always had anxiety when left at kennels, this time the boys were happy and healthy and even git a good review of their behaviour! All of the staff made us feel reassured that our boys were in safe hands. Thank you all so much, we will always be happy to drive 3 hours to The Pet Ranch so we can enjoy our holiday without stress.

My 7mth old puppy holidayed at The Pet Ranch for 2 weeks, when I picked him up he was happy, healthy and had been well looked after. He is an energetic handful to say the least so I was very impressed with all the staff for the care provided.

We checked our beloved dog Frankie into the Pet Ranch for over 3 weeks while we were away overseas. We were incredibly anxious leaving her for so long but from the moment we dropped her off, Belinda, Ian, Vicki, Cody and Maddy made us feel at ease. They made sure to send us video/photo updates and even went above and beyond throwing Frankie a little birthday party! They are real 'dog people' and understand that dogs are family members and not just pets. Frankie had a great time and made some new friends while she was there, running around constantly. We wont hesitate to use the Pet Ranch again and will highly recommend to everyone! Thanks again team.

I highly recommend The Pet Ranch. Lovely people, Vicky, Ian and the team all provided me with excellent customer service from my initial enquiry until picking up my dog. My young dalmation absolutely loves visiting and has had a couple of short stays now. The second time I dropped him off he was so excited once he realized where he was. I can’t thank Ian, Kerry, Vicky and the team at this wonderful facility for taking such good care of my two boys while we were away on holidays at very short notice. By far the most amazing caring animal lovers I’ve ever met! They were honest, down to earth and you can totally see that caring for animals is their true passion, my mums cat spent two wonderful weeks at the pet ranch and I can’t thank them enough for all the love and care they showed little Sally, fantastic customer service and just the best people in the industry!

Tip is 15 years old and is quite fussy, however she loves staying with Debbie and the team at The Pet Ranch. She is stress free when she comes home and I wouldn't be surprised if she would rather stay there than come home to her normal life. Can't recommend The Pet Ranch highly enough.

Louie loves seeing his friends at Pawfect Pets when he is at Daycare. Blaire is just so good with my naughty, miniture dashhund! He loves going there and I know that he gets stimulated and spoilt. Blaire loves dogs and I couldnt think of anyone better to look after him!

We can’t recommend Blaire from Pawfect Pets Shoalhaven highly enough! We don’t trust anyone with our fur babies but Blaire is exceptional. She is kind, caring and very knowledgeable! We have used her services for Doggy Daycare and Wedding Assistance. Our dogs always have the best day at Daycare, they come home happy and exhausted and we love the updates during the day! For our wedding, Blaire ensured our dog was groomed and ready, she looked after her and assisted with photos! Blaire is the best!

Roxi always has a fabulous time at Pawfect Pets and I have absolute confidence she will be well looked after attentively, she has been going since puppyhood and I know that has contributed in her becoming a happy, confident and sociable dog.

Blaire was wonderful looking after our shih tzu pups at my daughter’s wedding at Merribee. They were so happy and relaxed with her and I knew they were in good hands. Was so nice to receive photos when she had taken them back to our air bnb and fed and settled them for the night. Highly recommend Blaire for wedding service and so happy we found her :)
