DOCC is amazing! They have been walking Molly for almost 4 years, and even had no issues with continued dog walks after moving sides of town. They always texts, give updates, help out last minute with my busy work schedule, and send photos. DOCC even send photos of my cat, even if they aren’t there to take care of him. Would recommend to anyone!

Our dog, Phil, absolutely loved his mid-day walks with Dogs of Charm City. He always looked so happy in the pictures they sent us and the walkers went above and beyond in making Phil feel loved and special. I have been using DOCC for their dog walking services for the last two years and cannot say enough good things about them. They are reliable, professional and personable! As a nurse, I work long hours and use them multiple times in a day for my pup. They let me know when they are on the way to my house, once they’ve picked my dog up, multiple pictures/videos during the walk and a wrap up text when they are leaving. My dog loves each and every one of the walkers and looks forward to them each day. Some days I request a shorter walk and extra play time and they are happy to accommodate! They treat Oliver like he is one of their own and I never have to worry while I’m at work. One time there were fire trucks out front of my building and the owner, Lyndsay, texted me to make sure Oliver was safe and asking if I needed her to get him. This was such a heart warming gesture and really shows how amazing this company is! I have requested walks last minute and they have always accommodated me. Again, Oliver and I can’t recommend them enough!!!

We cannot recommend Dogs of Charm City more! They have been such a huge help to us from the month we brought our puppy home with walks and training help and over the years with boarding and petsitting! They are truly the absolute best, no one out there is doing it like them!! Would give them 10 stars if I could!

My fiance and I used DOCC for 2 years while living in Canton. They helped us out by walking our dog, Kofi, 2-3 times per week starting right after we adopted him as a puppy. They were always flexible when we needed to make changes and never failed to pick up a requested walk. Every one of the dog walkers who came to the house was amazing! We were so pleased with their communication. Every walker texted us when they were 10 minutes away, and let us know how/what he did and when he was back in his crate. The best part of our work day was when we'd get the photo updates of Kofi on his walk. It was great to never have to worry about him while we were at work. We were so grateful to have this service while living in the city!

Nicole was AMAZING! We hired her to handle our dog Honor on our big day! Not only did she relieve my stress but she was extremely professional and you could tell she was very experienced with large dogs. She helped pose Honor, walked him, fed him, and loved on him. My entire wedding party was so impressed with Nicole and her dog handling skills. Because of Nicole I had my handsome boy with me for pictures and to greet guests. I cannot put into words how great this company and Nicole are.

Can't recommend Dogs of Charm City enough! They have been the perfect solution to keeping our puppy busy during COVID. We love their waking services and recently started using their in-home doggy day-care. Their team always keeps us updated via text and tons of beautiful pics + they maintain our training during their time with Lou. I feel so lucky to have found a safe, socialization option for our dog while she completes her vaccinations and can't wait to start using their pack-walks and dog adventure options! I completely trust them with the care of our dog, and appreciate how detailed they are in caring for each individual pet.

I am so grateful we found Dogtopia Canton. I feel extremely confident that my dog will be well looked after and cared for when I drop him off for daycare and boarding. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. I picked Dogtopia as they have highly trained staff to look after the pets. I feel confident my dog is safe at all times while still being allowed to socialize, have fun, and build confidence around other dogs. My dog, Charlie, who is often glued to my side, happily greets and goes with the staff members without looking back when I drop her off for daycare. My dog loves it there and it’s very telling! Today I took my dog for an evaluation . Although she did not pass (which I had feeling). I wanted to take the time and write a review because the staff members were so nice and informative . The place is very clean and seems organized . All of the dogs that came in seemed happy to be there and ready to play. Although my dog can’t be a part of Dogtopia I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking ! Big shout out to Hannah for feed back on the evaluations and suggestions moving forward ! <3

Such a great daycare experience here with my Great Dane. When I first started bringing him, he pulled me away from the building due to separation anxiety and was terrified to go inside. After a few weeks of regular visits, the staff had worked with him so much that he pulled me TO the door for the remainder of time using their services. We experienced the sweetest staff and really appreciated having Dogtopia so close to where we lived at the time. We would definitely go back if we are in Baltimore again.

Our Black Lab Puppy, had his first Meet and Greet on the 11th of December. I was able to view him on the webcams. He was having a ball with all the other dogs. Bruno was scared to be around other dogs and the barking. Now he hears neighborhood dogs bar and is not scared. He also approaches other dogs when he goes for a walk, where before he use to cower by me feet until we passed the other dog. The personnel there were friendly when they picked him up and dropped him off at the front of the building due to COVID restrictions. Bruno seemed happy to be with other dogs once he was in the Dogtopia dog environment. We signed Bruno up for 5 more visits and will see about getting more visits for him as we monitor his progress and demeanor once he gets home from every visit. First Meet and Greet session was very good and seemed to be a lot calmer at home for the next few days. We don't know about other Dogtopia sites but we would definitely recommend Dogtopia of Canton.

We cannot express enough how much we love taking our fur baby, Scarlett, to Dogtopia in Canton. The staff is very friendly and you can tell how much they love each of the pups that come through the door. We feel at peace knowing our baby is safe and having fun. Not only is the staff amazing, but Scarlett LOVES going! Highly, highly recommend trusting them with your pup!! Special shout out to Emily for always giving us a cute update of Scarlett’s day at daycare. We love you guys!!

Loved the cameras. And the team was very responsive on email which is important to me. Was able to see that the employees kept the areas pretty clean and even took the time to give a doggy report card and answer any questions at pickup. Dog came out smelling normal which is AWESOME compared to other places I’ve tried near college park where there are no camera and the dogs smell like straight urine

My shy and fearful dog is so happy to come here for daycare - everyone is so caring and devoted to the pups. He's matured and built up his confidence as a result.

I've just experienced the absolute worst experience and disrespect from the manager Hanna Lavel. Due to unprofessional behavior Dogtopia has lost a customer.

My dogs stayed here 5 days I was very pleased with their caring services. My two dogs can be a bit weird and reactive but nothing they couldn’t handle. My pitties were happy to see me, smelled amazing after their baths, and well cared for. My puppy lost a little weight from stress (as normal dogs do in boarding because they burn more energy) the employees reassured me they did well. All of the food I dropped off labeled was in perfect order and amount was correct for what was supposed to be left over. This is the only place I’d trust to board my pups.

My yellow lab spent a weekend at Woofs and Wags. When she came home it didn't smell like she just came from a kennel. She was very clean. Also I have had her groomed there and I couldn't believe how long she went without shedding. It was great. Very happy with Woofs and Wags.

Charged us $65 for a bath the day before pickup and did not inform us of the additional charge it would be by email, message on their site or phone call. The manager pointed to a area with signs nowhere near the front counter which the bathing sign wasnt even visible it was hidden behind other signs and he moved it to show us. Our dog doesnt even look or smell like he was bathed/brushed since it apparently happened late yesterday evening 9/16 and we picked him up at 2:30pm today 9/17; hair was coming off of him in clumps as shown in the photo. We paid for medication distribution and didn't even receive the rest of his medication back. I'm sorry but if we are quoted a price it should be that price nothing additional. I didn't choose the bath upgrade for that reason. Won't be returning. We just examined him due to other reviews and discovered that he was hurt while there!

Woofs and Wags is amazing! We use their boarding services for our dog - they treat her like she is part of the family. When we walk there, my dog gets so excited. Everyone who works there recognizes my dog as soon as she walks in, and lets me know how much they love her. Because of this, and their amazing treatment and care for her, I never worry while we are out of town.

I’ve been using woods and wags for about 2-3 years (post Covid) for my pup. He loves it, the staff knows him and greets him by name when he comes for doggie day care or for boarding. I love the ease of booking and the car drop off/pick up options too. It’s close to home, clean, and the staff is great. I highly recommend it!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE. I had made an appt with a groomer over a week in advanced. My dog and I came into the shop when we made the appt and there were NO CONCERNS while we were there. I have a German Shepherd, and she is well trained. We do have an e-collar because she is K9 off-leash trained. It is used more as a signal that she is in "work" mode and we rarely use anything but the vibrate button. We walked into the establishment and there were three people in the main area. I was not greeted by ONE person. They were all looking at me and my dog blankly. There were two women at the counter (one being the groomer I booked with) and the man was sitting in the corner of the lobby with VERY WEIRD ENERGY. If you know Shepherds or any kind of working line dog, if you have weird energy, they are going to react. My dog was sitting next to me and did not move from her sit. As the man began to suddenly speak and stand up (from a corner of the room which can be triggering for both people and animals), my dog barked because 1. his energy was off and she could sense it, 2. he was being rude towards me and could read his body language. He began speaking to me in a condescending manner, asking me if she is trained and if she is fine without the e-collar. I was taken aback by this, and I felt a bit "small" / judged by his demeanor. I said "She is fine without the e-collar". He proceeded to ask the same question again, "How is she without the e-collar?". I responded with, "She is fine without it, but if you have weird energy she is going to react". He proceeded to say "Nope I am not doing it, I am not letting her get bit by a Shepherd". I said, "She was fine when she came in last time, she only barked because of the energy you gave off". I was told by him they will not take a Shepherd with an e-collar, so I left. I took time out of my day to get my dog to this appt. She had her e-collar on when I made the appointment. If this was something they were not comfortable with then, they should've denied the service THEN instead of after I booked it. If you are a proper establishment, that knows dogs well, everything I said about good v. bad energy shouldn't have been a surprise, and you should be willing to take any dog without a history of bad temperament that is well trained. Also, if you are concerned about a dog because of their breed and form of training.... offer your customer to put a muzzle on the dog during the grooming session. I would have 100% been willing to do this and skip out on the facial grooming component if it made the groomer more comfortable and for a reduced rate. If you were scared and uneducated on the breed, just say so. A dog barking is a form of communication, not aggression. This place obviously doesn't know dogs, I highly suggest you stay away.

Great place to board or groom your dog. Sean and Paul are always so friendly and helpful with customers. They let you take tours of the boarding area and the dogs get lots of space to rest in. Free baths with overnight stays too!

Mr. Noodles has been well taken care of during his stays. We don't need to worry about our feline when we go out of town. Clean and orderly and our Mr. Noodles doesn't get stressed out. We can comfortably recommend Woof & Wags for boarding your dog or cat.

Last minute had to schedule my cats in for a day and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.

We cannot praise Baltimore Bark House enough. Prior to Bark House, our dog was shy and did not know how to interact with strangers or other pups. They worked with our girl so she would be more comfortable— now she’s a social butterfly! She loves going to Bark House and seeing her friends (both doggy and human). We have used the daycare and boarding programs. We love the enrichment she gets and that the playtime is structured so that she still gets her rest when needed. The staff is diligent and has contacted us with any concerns regarding her health and well-being (ex. hot spots, upset stomach, etc.). They create a fun environment and do special activities during the holidays. On days when she plays in the mud in their backyard or splashes in the pool, they take the time to clean her up so that she comes home clean. I love the report card feature that shows pictures from her day as well as a statement about her visit. I also like the camera access and find myself checking in on her and her friends just to bring a smile to my face during the long workday. I highly recommend Baltimore Bark House!

We couldn’t be more impressed with Baltimore Bark House! They go above and beyond to make our rescue pup Charlie feel comfortable at every visit. In just a couple of months he has shown so much progress in his ability to socialize with other dogs thanks to the patience and expertise of their staff. Some highlights: I love how they do a meet and greet session where you leave your dog for a few hours after the tour to make sure it’s a good fit. The daily report card notes and photos are adorable. We always enjoy reading the report cards and watching him on the playtime cameras. They have been incredibly accommodating with scheduling late pickups and drop-offs. You can rent their backyard after-hours, which was great for letting him run around and get acclimated to the space. When Charlie got sick right before his first scheduled boarding, we thought we would need to cancel our trip, but Bark House was able to arrange for an employee to care for him in her home. We are amazed at how much individual attention he gets during every playtime and boarding visit. Thank you, Baltimore Bark House, for taking such great care of Charlie!

I have two older dogs (Australian Cattle Dog, 10F; Catahoula, 10M) and this boarding and daycare facility is the most relaxed I have ever seen them. Especially for my female cattle dog. For those not familiar with her breed, they are very active, strong willed velcro dogs right under Huskies on the sassy meter. She has very bad separation anxiety when I leave her. At other boarding facilities, she gets put in a run or small room with her brother and she barks the whole time, sometimes being reactive to other dogs. I get her back with a hoarse bark and absolutely crazy with pent up energy. At Baltimore Bark House they manage her anxiety the second we arrive. There are multiple daycare areas for separate play groups, a big outside area, and daily activities that expend her energy. She must feel safe there because she doesn't bark endlessly, and she's never had a behavioral issue with another dog. The staff even seem to be surprised that she barks at all when I pick them up. She always gives me a telling off when I come back. My boy is pretty easygoing, but if he's stressed, he will refuse to eat. Sometimes up to two days. He has never refused a meal while boarding here. I look forward to their daily report card with pictures and stories of play time. If I miss them randomly throughout the day I can log in and watch her play group inside or out. I highly recommend you bring your dogs here for boarding or daycare if you live in the baltimore area.

How often can you give a place five star reviews? Because I would literally give them five stars every single time I drop off and pick up my dogs. I have a very nervous one and a half year-old puppy who absolutely loves it here. She’s very afraid of her leash, but if I tell her, we’re going to daycare, she sits right down and lets me put her leash on her. My other dog has a little bit of an attitude problem, and they do a great job of working with him and rotating him in and out of playtime so he get overwhelmed. I use their daycare a couple days a week as well as boarding my dogs there when I go out of town. Everyone on staff is phenomenal. This place is like Cheers for my dogs (if you’re under 30, she was a TV show and the tagline was something like you wanna be where everyone knows your name).

I feel so lucky to have found Baltimore Barkhouse! They have impressed me since the beginning. When I first fostered my dog Sky from BARCS, they were kind enough to board her for a weekend for free. Since we've adopted Sky, we've regularly done daycare for her and have even boarded her for almost 2 weeks. When Sky was tired of being boarded, they even had a staff member take her home for a night to give her a break. They always go above and beyond to take care of their pups. Megan and her whole team (especially Kellie and Jenna) are truly the best!

Our two dogs, Giggs and Gunnar absolutely love Baltimore Bark House! Our family has been to several other dog daycare facilities in Baltimore (each one is great), but this experience has been the best! We've never experienced a daycare with so much purposeful play dedicated to the dogs. There's truly intent behind daycare rather than letting the dogs wander around a big room, or outside together. Sometimes that's what they need... but at Baltimore Bark House, we truly see the dedicated attention our pups get. Whether it's agility courses, mind-stimulation activities, fun treats, or just cuddles... we truly see the care put in to all the dogs (not just ours). Something else we love is the dedicated report card we get for each visit. Our family often cracks up reading the report card, because it's just honest and funny! Plus, we get dozens of high-quality photos and videos of both dogs playing throughout the day. (You can download them from their app on your computer or via their app. Both are super easy to use.) Another thing we love about Baltimore Bark House is it has both a large indoor and large outdoor space. Their website has their outdoor plans (not completed yet), which we're really looking forward to once the temperature warms up. But, it's really nice in the middle of winter or the middle of summer to have a safe and comfortable place for them to learn, play, and enjoy. They offer additional training, classes, and other services here that we'd definitely feel comfortable with adding at any point (especially for our almost 9-month-old pup). He's been doing so well since taking him to Baltimore Bark House. We feel the staff and the dedicated attention he's getting are huge contributing factors!

I recently took both of my dogs, Millie and Marshall, to this doggy day care that recently opened near us, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. They provided regular updates and even sent pictures of my dogs engaging in various activities. It was heartwarming to see Millie and Marshall having such a good time. One of the best things about this place is the variety of activities they offer for the dogs. It's clear that they put a lot of thought into keeping the dogs entertained and engaged. Millie always comes back home tired out and ready to rest, which is a clear indicator of how much fun she had. I highly recommend this doggy day care to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable environment for their furry friends.

We absolutely love Baltimore Bark House! They truly love and understand dogs. My dog, Cutlet, gets so excited whenever we leave the house in the morning. As soon as he sees the plaza, he wags his tail and goes right for the door! I am so appreciative that they take the time to understand Cutlet and encourage rest breaks for him. I love that they upload pictures to their app and write a report card for his day. Their attention to detail is unmatched. We’ve tried several daycares (we’ve moved a lot or things happened at other daycares that I was not happy with) and this is the absolute best. I feel so lucky that Baltimore Bark House and all the people there exist and take care of my boy!

I don't have the adequate words to describe how IMPRESSED my husband and I were with Baltimore Bark House today. First, they were so accommodating allowing us to bring him in on short notice due to some work issues that came up for us. They processed his vet records in record time and made us feel SO taken care of. AND THEN we received the most thorough and lovely report card at the end of the day detailing our boys adventures. AND THEN they also included dozens and dozens of photos from his day, as well as a surprise birthday photo shoot because his birthday is tomorrow. I can't believe how incredible, warm, accommodating, and absolutely incredible BBH is, and they now have our loyal business for life. Not to mention, Perrin had the best day ever. Thank you BBH, truly! We could not be happier with the service, hospitality, and overall gracious hosting for our boy! I'm absolutely blown away.

Baltimore Bark House is exemplary,the staff,the cleanliness,the entire experience. Our Snuggles loves it ! I'll tell you he has horrible anxiety riding in the car but the last two times he was groomed he was so calm and showed no signs of anxiety what so ever. I can only attribute it to his experience while being groomed. Thank you so very much!!! He's definitely due in soon.

I'm very embarrassed that we've been clients of Luv My Pet for almost four years and only now I am writing a review. We got back recently from our longest trip since the great pandemic lock down of 2020 and Luv My Pet took care of our two young adult cats for ten days. We really appreciate that all pet sitters who visited and took great care of our cats, we were sent daily updates with pics and sometimes videos to show how the cats were doing while we were away and it really took a lot of stress off our minds so we could enjoy our vacation fully. I should note that our cats are still a bit nervous around people they don't know. One is an bubbly introvert who slowly warmed up to the sitters and in the end became quite chatty and loved the attention the pet sitters provided. The other cat is mostly asocial and prefers only interacting with me and my husband. I felt that the pet sitters navigated her personality very well, although as cats sometimes do she decided to "be lost" for a few visits and when found hissed at the pet sitter on duty. For this, I am sorry and I thought that all pet sitters assigned did a really great job of allowing her time and space to be the cat that she is. We were very happy to come home to well taken care of cats - they were fed, watered, socialized, their litter was clean, which is everything you want in a cat sitter. We will absolutely be using Luv My Pet while we are away on our next adventure. Thank you again.

We started using Luv My Pet when my German Shepherd was a puppy, and my dog had daytime walks for the past five years. The dog walkers were first Kim, and then Deb, and I had a great experience with both. And my dog loved them! I always felt confident that she was well cared for in my absence.

Outstanding all around! The daily updates (with photos) in our portal, texts to make sure a small issue that emerged was handled properly (and then a follow up to confirm all was still good), and their flexibility when our schedule changed made for a fantastic experience. We highly recommend this team and know our cats will be in caring hands when we travel again.

I have been using their services for almost 2 years to care for my cats while out of town. Jeff and his team are reliable and professional. The online portal is easy to use to request services, pay invoices, and get photos and updates for every visit that is completed in real time. Recently there was an issue with my door while I was out of town and this team went above and beyond to coordinate a locksmith while I was away. I can't believe how wonderful they are to work with and really appreciated the extra level of care. I have full trust that they are taking great care of my pets and highly recommend!

I've been using them since I moved to Baltimore earlier this year and they are wonderful! They take the time to get to know my dog and make sure he's comfortable; his usual walkers are Larry and Michael and he really likes both. I also really like the walk summary + pics I get everytime they walk him. Plus I feel like the prices are super reasonable.

I have been using Luv My Pet for i think over 3 years now and I feel very safe leaving my pets in their care. The dog walkers are always extremely friendly and take great care of my cat and my dog. I receive daily confirmation messages and pictures of my pet. So far i never had any cancellation over the time of my 3+ years with them, which is huge since i cannot just leave my job ad hoc to go home. Paying online is super simple and rescheduling and updating days is also quick with a response time of less than 2 hours. Would recommend to anyone i know!

We've been using Luv My Pet for almost a year now and they've been great. Jeff, the owner, was really nice and helpful getting us set up the first time and he's always very responsive and accommodating. We try to keep everything scheduled nicely in advance but sometimes things come up and they've always been able to accommodate us - Jeff even came out to walk Simon when nobody else was available. Overall I've been very happy with their services. Simon LOVES his walks too!

I don't use Luv My Pet for regular dog walks, just when I am going to be out of the house for longer than I like to leave my dog alone for. Jeff and his team are always quick to respond to requests. The walkers are always so wonderful to my pup and text me updates and pictures of him. I highly recommend Luv My Pet!

Our dog loves her walks with Nicole - she is great! Always on time and very patient with our energetic puppy. The app is easy to use to schedule and pay for walks. The pictures and report they send after each walk is great, too.

We highly recommend bringing your pups to the Woofotel if you’re in the Baltimore area and need boarding. Meredith and her crew are amazing with dogs! They offer doggie daycare or long or short term boarding for your needs. Drop off and pick up is pretty easy and flexible! We have been customers here for over 4 years and only trust them with our dogs. Meredith also fosters dogs and that’s how we found her! She was the foster mom for two of our pups and she treats all dogs like they are her own. Our dogs love it here because they get to socialize and play while we are away! 💚 the Woofotel 🐾

Woofotel is amazing! Meredith and her team take incredible care of my two dogs, Pumba and Ziggy. Pumba, who I adopted during the pandemic and was quite shy at first, absolutely loves Meredith. Ziggy, who can be a bit of a handful, gets the perfect balance of patience and attention. Meredith treats them like family, and I always feel confident they’re in the best hands. Highly recommend Woofotel for any dog owner!

We were absolutely blessed to find Meredith and the Woofotel in 2022 after getting our dog, Archie. Meredith and her staff treat Archie like family and he is always so excited to go stay with her when we make trips out of town, and he loves having other pup friends to hang out with when he’s there! I couldn’t recommend anyone more than the Woofotel for taking care of your pup, especially if you are looking for a place where your dog will be treated like one of the family.

We love Meredith and the Woofotel staff! We have used them for the last two years and I trust them wholeheartedly. My dog is a little older and not so up for a full day of play, and they are able to accommodate her and the other laid-back pups in a calmer space! My dog is not the most trusting of strangers but we have never had an issue here. They are also super flexible with scheduling and always able to work with us. Part of our trip planning now always includes booking with Woofotel :)

Woofotel, Meredith, and their staff are by far the BEST place to take your pups. We have been coming here for years and even though we live in Baltimore county now, we still make the drive to bring our 4 dogs here. Meredith is extremely reliable, trustworthy, and she has the most gentle and kind demeanor. Our dogs are NOT easy dogs—one is people selective and one is dog reactive. She and her staff do an excellent job managing each of their individual needs and I can rest easy while our dogs are in their care. For example, we were away for our wedding and an emergency happened with two of our dogs (not Meredith or Woofotel’s fault) and Meredith took care of EVERYTHING. I recommend Woofotel to anyone and everyone who is looking for a non commercialized, personal attention daycare/boarding.

Woofotel is a blessing to the Mount Vernon area. Meredith and her staff are truly attuned to the needs of every animal in their care. I often have to travel quite a bit for my work and knowing that my little girl is there, safe and secure, with people who care about her instantly sets my heart at ease when I have to leave her. This place is amazing! I was referred here by a family friend. The owner, Meredith is so good to my dog and me. Any time I drop him off he takes off running to her, which is a great thing. Meredith always has an opening for my pup and she treats him like her own. He's never returned home dirty or injured. One time he got a bit of anxiety I went to get him and Meredith offered some meds to assist. I loved this bc the vet is ridiculously expensive. Because of this I feel like a special customer and a part of the crew. So does my dog. This is the best place to board your dog. This place is safe and very dependable. My dog's most recent stay over Labor Day was almost cancelled due to my and my dog's comfort level. Due to the full house, my dog was crated upon drog off which drove him nuts. I forgot something for him, so I had to come back. That's how I know he was crated. When I heard him barking I knew he was very uncomfortable and unhappy so I comforted him. The staff member present observed this reaction and notified Meredith. Meredith literally text me as soon as I went to call her to ask if she was sure she had the space for my boy. I was prepared to cancel. She assured me she would never take an animal she couldnt properly cared for and asked me if she could move him to where she was for the moment. Of course, I agreed. She later sent me pics of him being his regular self playing and begging for food. This is an example of much she loves what she does. I read some of the other reviews and most of us are in agreement that this is a dog heaven. However, one user accused Meredith of being racist. I can assure you I am a black woman, my boyfriend is also black, and I have a black lab. Meredith, her family, and her staff all treat us exceptionally well. Meredith (owner) is the best person to board a dog in baltimore. We have an older rescue who isn't very friendly to strangers. Our dog easily fits the bill for being "difficult." With Meredith and Woofotel, we have nothing to worry about. She is very easy to work with a very professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable place to take care of their dog when they need to leave town.

Not only is Rey an awesome guy but he treats my dog like his own every time. Rey has watched my dog Duke (140 LBS. Cane Corso mix) over 5 times now and Duke is always excited to hear its time to go to Rey’s. Rey has extensive knowledge about dogs and even makes music to help dogs with anxiety issues, which has proven to work for my dog. Can’t say enough good things about Rey, his responsiveness, reliability and quality of service is unbeatable!

"Uncle" Rey is my dog's favorite person. She literally loves him more than me. Rey so reliable! He's willing to take my dog on short notices, she gets lots of play time with her long-standing dog friends who are often with Rey on a regular basis as well. P always has so much fun! I bring her EVERY week for dog boarding and wouldn't want anyone else taking care of my pup!

My pup Kuji has been going to Rey’s Roof for a little over a month now and I love it. I work from home and she’s been coupes up due to the pandemic from birth, so I wanted an opportunity for her to socialize and also give me some breathing room. She gets so excited to see Reynaldo and the other pups and I get periodic updates through social media. Reynaldo really seems to enjoy what he does and know that my puppy is being well cared for.

Rey took on the task of training my brand new Frenchie which was only 3 months. He train her to use the bathroom outside, crate training and also commands. I was really concern because she was and still is one of the smaller dogs out of his crew but he assure me she would be protected. He constantly updated me on her status and sent me photos/videos frequently. I was shocked to see my baby Frenchie name Kash interacting friendly with all the different sizes of dogs. He made sure Kash was friendly and knew how to interact with other dogs which will help me in the long run when we encounter other dogs outside. I’m a new dog owner and don’t want to over protect my dog to the point where she can’t interact with other dogs. Kash will be returning to Reys for additional training while I welcome my new baby boy into this world. Rey is heaven sent snd I love how well he handle pets. Kash and I appreciate you and love visiting you ❤️

Rey’s Roof is the best and super flexible. He recently took our dog with no heads up when I went into labor...and it was the night before Thanksgiving! And then he kept our dog until we were ready to pick her up (which we changed that time a couple of times). So amazing!

Such a hidden luxury in Locust Point ! Living in the city I always worried about my pup getting adequate exercise in a healthy environment that wasn’t over crowded like the typical dog daycares can be, but we finally found The Canine Club! The new ownership and management with the team that’s cared for the place for years, you really feel like your dogs are loved!

Our oldest dog has been going to SoBo since 2009, and as soon as we got our second dog he started going as well. Sobo Dog Daycare is almost like family to us. I never have any stress about leaving our dogs - and it’s great when I need to get them out of the house, or they need to get some play time. Below are the pups having a post-sobo dog daycare nap!

I use this doggy daycare often for my pup. I've used a few different places in various states, but SoBo is definitely my favorite. My pup stayed with them for over 10 days and I was able to view their online cam footage everyday. I just had him picked up today and not only is his fur soft, clean and smelling fresh, but his breath smells better than it did when I dropped him off. I love this place for taking care of him so well.

What a fantastic doggy daycare! Our dog couldn’t be happier going here. The staff is phenomenal. Takes care of our dog like their own. We can’t take her for a walk without her trying to run to daycare. Highly recommend without reservation

Thank you to the staff of SoBo for their excellent care of my best friend. She has been so happy ( and tired at the end of day) at SoBo. I love how the staff greets us in the morning and how happy she is to see them. The place is clean and everyone truly loves the dogs and it tells in their care. Best of all I can go onto the webcam and watch her play. Happy puppy! Happy momma!

We tried a number of dog groomers before settling on this one. Friendly employees, dogs groomed how you ask, good prices, and most importantly dogs come back really happy from here. Haven't tried their day care services, but based on how we see the dogs and employees interacting, will be our first choice when we do need any doggy day care.

My experience was only with grooming and it was very disappointing. We had a 1:00 appointment and were told the groomer was in traffic, come back at 1:30. At 1:40, the groomer still wasn't there and the staff person could not reach her by phone. I looked at Google Maps and it was just ordinary traffic. I suspect the groomer's excuse was a lie. Of course, it would have been nice if SoBo called us before 1 or before 1:30 to say the groomer was VERY late. We just moved one block away, and I desperately wanted to use and like this place. The staff was very nice and friendly. However, I have to go with other reviews about how this place has gone downhill (my daughter used to go several years ago). The place did not seem very clean. There are simply much better alternatives.

I've been to several Groomers around baltimore to get my 25lb Cockapoo groomed and until now I didn't know what great service was. Charlie (my pup) absolutely loved Nicole (red rocket status) even though it was his first time there. They went above and beyond to make sure he was properly cared for and bathed. At the end, I was called promptly (actually an hour before) he was scheduled to be finished so I knew when to pick him up. I don't write many of these reviews, but their service was impeccable.

My dog started going here weeks ago. Had no issues. He starts wagging his tail once we get closer to the place. This attitude shows he is well taken care off. I recommend.

This place is aweful, the crates are rusty and the building is falling apart. There's a reason they don't let you into the back rooms to get your dogs. The facility smells of dog piss and feces as soon as you pass that back lobby door. The employees are not kind to dogs at all and your dog is ensured to be taken care of while boarding at the facility when I personally seen dogs lose more and more weight being at the place in boarding. They're not given much water at night or personal attention. I would recommend best friends fur ever before I ever take my dog to this place. I know a previous employee. Taken it from the source.

We had a fantastic experience at Happy Dog taking our toy poodle, Max, for a grooming. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. They treated Max like a prince and made him look and smell amazing! The service was top-notch, and we couldn’t be happier with how he turned out. We will definitely be back whenever we’re in the area! Highly recommend!

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this wonderful place. I have an elderly dog, who is pretty much special needs at this point and there is NO ONE I trust more than the groomers here at Happy Dog. They TRULY care about the comfort and well-being of your dog. They go beyond the extra mile, are knowledgeable, skilled and help me, the dog mom to feel comfortable as well. I was really worried about my dog getting groomed with how frail she is, and they even called me half way through to let me know how she was doing and I can't tell you how much that means to me. This place is the best. I was quoted $2k at my vet to have my 13 year old chihuahua teeth cleaned. His teeth are now sparkling white thanks to Happy Dog and I only had to pay $300. Plus everyone was super friendly. He needs a few extractions so I called around and found Spay Now in Columbia, MD who will do simple extractions for $400. Total of $700 and his teeth are in tip top shape.

Milly loves getting groomed with Happy Dog! She’s a sweet, older pup who can be a bit anxious about brushing, so they recommended some calming drops to help her feel more at ease. Plus, they allow her some time to relax in between her appointment, which is just perfect for her. I wouldn’t dream of taking her anywhere else!

Rocky and I had a great experience. The staff are so nice and welcoming! My dog is quite an interesting personality, but he loved being in the pet salon. When I left my dog I felt confident and comfortable! There is a text feature which allows you to communicate with the salon staff directly, so helpful in such a busy world. We loved our experience and certainly will return.🐕🐕❤️❤️

Happy Dog is an actual dream! It was the perfect spot for our pups first groom. I felt very comfortable leaving him. The groom was quick, he came home stress free, and he looked and smelled great! (Great option if you want to avoid stressful grooming environments and interactions with other dogs)

Harrington had a wonderful spa day with Iesha! Honestly, this was the best he has ever been groomed (and I think I am picky). Happy Dog is amazing with my senior dogs that are “high maintenance” and need extra TLC during their spa appointments. The entire Happy Dog team are all so accommodating and patient with my dogs (and me too). It puts me at ease knowing my fur babies are in great hands. The groomers do a wonderful job and my dogs always come home looking fabulous! In addition to the Spa, the Happy Dog Boutique shop is a neighborhood gem! They have a great selection of dog products and even have things for dog parents too! It’s super convenient to pick up whatever you need for your pup or to grab a gift.

I just had my doodle groomed at Happy Dog for the first time and she has never smelled so good! We asked for her to be groomed like a standard poodle, and They were so thorough. She was extremely matted, and they managed to brush out many of the mats and remove the rest. They also showered her with love and treats when we came in. I’ll definitely be bringing her back for her next groom— in fact, it’s already scheduled!

After my cat had major surgery this summer for urinary issues, I was so afraid to ever leave him and didn’t know who I could trust with his medical needs in my absence. Yall Ron from Bmore cats feels heaven sent. He is a vet tech who has all the medical knowledge, can medicate, feel the bladder and assess for a block, and just overall is incredibly experienced and skilled with felines. He is awesome about sending cute update pictures, and I can tell my cat lovesss Ron. Thank you Ron! You are truly the only reason I am able to travel home for holidays this year!! ❤️

Bmore Cats was the perfect cat sitter for our two cats when we went out of town for a week! I was quite nervous leaving both of our cats for the whole week and Ron was very kind and patient with my concerns. He followed all of our instructions and checked in with us daily - including the cutest pictures! Our one cat is extremely shy around new people and by the end of the week he had her coming downstairs to eat and gave her lots of love. We absolutely love Ron! He’s responsive, takes great care of our cats, and is very professional. The cats adore him — one of kitties loves to climb all over Ron’s shoulders and back. We think she believes he is her Uncle Ron :-) Ron is also a trained vet tech. He’s comfortable giving our special needs kitty his medications and was able to quickly identify when another was on distress. Because of our cat’s medication requirements we really wanted someone familiar with them as our pet sitter and felt lucky to find him. We will utilize his services for as long as we live in Baltimore! I cannot recommend Bmore Cats enough.

For reference I'm located in the middle of Baltimore city--Bmorecats has now cared for my babies on several occasions of 2 weeks+ travel and I have had a wonderful experience every time. My cats get to stay in their home and keep their normal routine, and somehow they don't even seem grumpy when I get back! It gives a me peace of mind I don't get from asking catsitting favors from random friends. Ron is very knowledgeable about animals and specifically cats. It's affordable (even for a grad student like me) and more than 100% worth it. Your cats will thank you.

Ron with Bmore Cats has been watching our 4 cats whenever we go out of town for the last year, which totals 8-10 times. Each time we have been away he has done an excellent job with all our kitties. They have a range of personalities from very outgoing to very skittish. Ron has done a great job with everyone, we get plenty of picture updates and everything is neat and orderly when we return.
