I took my puppy Dottie to Paws Stay and Play for the first time being away from home. I really appreciated the cameras so I could have ease about my puppy's stay. I looked at her throughout the days. I had as much anxiety as, l think she had. Dottie was able to interact with other little puppies and seemed to enjoy herself every day we were out of town. I called daily to check on Dottie and I was given details of her day. The facility was clean and all staff are really nice and welcoming. I am glad, I now have a place for Dottie to engage with others while we are away. Thank you all for the care provided! Great job! Dottie says, hello and until next time!

We had them take care of our two frenchies, Tibby and Tabby. They had a some trouble with Tabby being snappy but they were able to get past that and took care of our dogs. I would say that they went above and beyond in taking care of our 2 precious babies. Special shout out to Roya for being patient with Tabby.

We are new to the Santa Clarita valley and just used Paws Stay and Play for the first time and they far exceeded any expectations. I was nervous because we have a big dog (90 lbs) and wanted to make sure he would get enough attention/supervision while we were away for 11 days. We paid for him to stay in a Presidential Suite and it was definitely worth the extra money. Naomie and Lars were frequently in contact with me via text and even FaceTimed me so I could see my dog while we were away (we were also able to check in on him through the cameras anytime we wanted). When our dog was in the play area with other dogs, there weren't too many packed in there (it was the perfect amount) and they were always supervised. Whenever Naomie or Lars were on their phones, it was because they were sending me photos/videos. I cannot recommend this place enough -- I haven't been able to find anything close to it in the SCV. They are attentive, professional, very clean (they request vaccination records for every dog before they can enter), and treat the dogs exceptionally well. It's a smaller doggy daycare so they always have enough people to pay attention to the dogs. If you're looking for a doggy daycare or somewhere to board your dog, I highly recommend Paws Stay and Play (trust me, I did research for weeks before we ended up choosing them as well as doing two walk throughs).

Our dog Boomer loved his boarding stay at Paws Stay and Play. We were out of town for a couple days but I could see through the cameras provided that he was being well taken care of at all times. There is also constant supervision during play time. Roya and her staff are accommodating, courteous, and professional; you can tell they love your pets just as much as you do. I will be choosing Paws Stay and Play for my dog's boarding and daycare needs from now on!

We searched so many places to leave our puppy including far out to even the Valley area and decided to finally trust and leave him for boarding at Paws Stay and Play. My wife and I were so glad and amazed at the care and love they put in for our puppy while we left for a week. The best part of this place is that you can see your dog through a mobile app 24/7! They keep the place very clean and safe and we couldn't be happier! We will definitely come back for our Saint to board if needed! Thank you!!!

Roya and her team are the best! This was mine and my family's first time here and we are VERY pleased. We left our 4 dogs while on vacation and had peace of mind knowing they were in great hands. Our girl Bailey stayed for 2 days at Paws Stay and Play for the first time and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, it was evident Bailey was in good hands. One of the features that put my mind at ease was the ability to view Bailey on cameras throughout her stay. This transparency allowed me to see firsthand how well she was doing and provided a reassuring glimpse into her day. The daily pictures and updates I received were great and they truly warmed my heart. The dedication of staff and their genuine love for animals was evident in every interaction and service provided. We are so grateful for Roya and everyone at Paws Stay and Play! They were extremely helpful in helping us figure out what vaccines he needed updated prior to his stay and also sent us videos while he was there. We have a high energy dog that needs a lot of fun and love, which is why she gets very excited when we pull into Paws Stay and Play. They take excellent care of her, we can watch the cameras when we miss her (super convenient), and she comes home with the best manners and energy depleted after a stay - you really can’t ask for more from a great boarding / day care!

Fantastic place with people who truly care. My dog has a lot of separation anxiety, but had to be boarded while we were traveling for the holidays. They took excellent care of her, even hand-feeding her since she was so anxious she wouldn't eat. They kept me constantly informed on how she was doing, and all the cameras were very helpful so we could check on her any time. Highly recommend!

Jaquel was sent from heaven for us! Our pet sitter canceled two days before we were leaving for vacation.. she made time and came met our sweet Chloe that same day! I was blown away by her kindness and attentive nature. She watched her for 5 days providing us with pictures, videos, and updates. Please enjoy one from after a walk. We had such a great experience we continue to use her weekly to come let her out, and walk her which is such a blessing with our busy schedules. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I found Jaquel through a neighbor who was using her for weekly dog walks. I spoke to my neighbor and she spoke very highly of this company and encourage me to reach out to see if we would be a good fit. I used Jaquel for an emergency service that required me to leave immediately and she was able to help me out at the very last minute. She took very good care of my Bella, who can be such a hassle at times. I will most definitely use her again in the future and would recommend using this company to anyone else!

1 of my good friends told me about Jaquel and her pet sitting services. I trust my friend but I also REALLLLLYYY love my Chihuahua and dont know if I trust people. So I gave Jaquel a fair chance and started with just a walk. It went great! I have since used her for overnight sitting on 2 different weekends. Her rates are reasonable and affordable. Amazing! I have been using this company for several years and they are fantastic. They have always treated my dog so well and I trust them completely to take care of her all the time. They are truly lovely people to work with as well.

I found BCK about 2 years ago after one of my dogs was attacked at boarding. I decided no more daycare but a facility where my dogs had some space, care and did not interact with other dogs. I did try another place and my dogs came home stressed. But after the first time boarding at BCK they were very relaxed upon return. Every time I brought them they were excited and greeted Jessica and the crew with excitement. Aug was a brutal month for me workwise and they were boarded almost the whole month. It was great knowing they were being cared for and safe. I did get an email when they noticed the dogs were not eating like normal and they wanted to know if there was something they should do. I loved that they kept me informed and I told them it was probably stress and sure enough, it passed in a day or two. Unfortunately I won't be boarding there as I moved out of state, which is part of the reason they were there so much in August. I had a whole house to pack up. I want to thank everyone at BCK for the great treatment of Toby and Max! They will miss you guys and so will I!

We have been taking our dogs here for many years when our dogs were young and now old. Our dogs LOVE this place. The staff is extremely caring. They treat our senior dogs with love, kindness, patience, and compassion. They go above and beyond what other places provide. The owner is very knowledgeable about breeds and different temperaments. She has always been able to provide quality advice when asked. We love that they are constantly evolving. They keep learning new techniques and striving for ways to be better instead of sticking to old ways. We highly recommend them for boarding needs.

My boy LOVES coming to Bouquet Canyon Kennels. If dogs could speak, mine would say this is his second family and that he likes coming here more than hanging out at home. We do day boarding and overnight boarding anytime we have a vacation planned or if I’m traveling for work, since my dog cannot be left alone yet. I have a 18 month old GSP and he is wild and requires a lot of attention. Every time we pick him up he is so tired, which means he played hard and got lots of love. I refuse to take him anywhere else, especially since he has made so many friends coming here. We are so thankful for Jessica and her staff for taking such great care of our dog child! ❤️

We’ve been taking our German Shepherd here for a while now, she’s had several stays, everyone is so happy to see our dog, but more importantly our dog is happy to see them. Wouldn’t take our dog anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Owner takes no accountability for issues in their kennel. A good friends dog got his tongue sliced during grooming. Mistakes happen but the lack of professionalism this facility demonstrates is alarming. They refused to even comp the grooming or even to help with 1/2 of vet bill that resulted in the issue (he needed stitches). I’m unsure how they are still in business since numerous people have had bad experiences, specifically with a lack of proper emotional regulation & professionalism. Just be aware, if they are at fault for an injury or escape, they will not do their part in helping fix the situation. Hopefully they take it as a learning opportunity and it never happens again, for the sake of the animals

Great family owned and operated kennel. I could tell they truly took care of our dogs. After a 3 day stay, the family understood each of our 3 dogs personalities and remarked on behaviors. Most kennels aren't as aware of their visitors. Great communication too. When one dog had loose stool they emailed us immediately.

Our dog absolutely loves it here, I highly recommend them!!

Amber has been such a blessing to me and my dog Jack the last few days. She was so patient and loving toward him. She was very sensitive to his anxiety and ended up earning his trust in a very short amount of time. He was excited to see her every day. Using Fetch! I have had to travel a bit over the course of the last few months and can’t always find someone to watch my two pups. I am SO lucky I found Fetch!!! Fetch! has been a life saver for my kitties and I!!! I used to bring them to a kennel which they hated everytime, until one of them got sick and I had to think of other options while we were away. My kitty recovered and I looked into pet sitters which I had never done before. Suzie accommodated our family within the same day after learning that our original car sitter is not able to care for our two cats during our vacation. Maria took care of our babies, updated us daily through pictures of how they are doing, and we felt peace of mind. Will definitely use them again when we travel! Updates: Suzie is AMAZING! She is taking care of our fur babies while we’re on an international trip. Even our reclusive cat who never likes anyone but us allowed Suzie to pet her. Suzie is so detailed and trustworthy. Suzie and her wonderful staff took care of our 3 dogs while we were away at the holidays. They were amazing. Suzie is the best! I have used her services several times this year to watch my dog Jasper. I feel safe leaving him in her care, she provides daily updates through the app which gives me peace of mind when I’m away. She even logs their walks, feedings and bathroom trips. Every time I pick him up from her care he is in a great mood, I can tell how well he was spoiled during his time with her. The boarding costs are a bit spendy but she is by far the best dog boarding option in Santa Clarita, I will definitely be utilizing her services in the future.

We've had to travel quite a lot over the last two years, and each time we relied on Fetch to care for our cat Chester. The daily photos and journals helped ease any concerns we had about needing to go away and leave Chester. We've used the service at least a dozen times; it's always been professional, reliable, and clearly the people who work with Fetch like pets. We're extremely grateful for Fetch and highly recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to put their pet in a kennel.

Susan was absolutely amazing in taking care of our kitten Miza. She spent there half a month when we were on a long trip overseas. She was updating us everyday with pictures and videos. She looked very joyful in her cat's paradise) Very good ratio of price and value. We were very happy with their services and definitely will make this our permanent place for Miza to stay when we are away!)

Susanne was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly and took great care of my cat. I had to increase the boarding dates last minute a few times due to my flight being moved around and she was more than willing to accommodate the extra days. She sent pictures, videos, and updates on my cat every day and was quick to respond to my texts and calls. I highly recommend her and would have her watch my cat again should the need ever arise. The room she set up for the cats has a few cat beds, a cat tower, toys, pillows, and a tv playing nature videos on it. My cat was nervous at first being in a new area away from home, but he quickly settled in and started enjoying the environment. Thanks again, Susanne!

Suzanne was the best sitter for my cat tuna. She provided images and videos everyday and took time to make sure tuna was comfortable and in the best care. It is great we can leave our three cats in a home with a dedicated and passionate caregiver. Susanne provided a great space, excellent care. She kept us informed and sent pictures and videos. She was also flexible for pick up and drop off. Highly recommended!

Susanne has been an angel in taking care of my kitty. I have used her services twice and been very happy with the daily photos, videos, and overall love she has shown towards Miyuki. As all cats are, Miyuki was shy the first trip. The second trip, Miyuki is now a best friend. I will use Susanne and her services every time when needed in the future and 100% recommend.

Best boarding that we have found, our dog Mickey loves to stay there and of course play in Susan's house pool when is hot, she really cares for him, ours is a Golden Retriever and he is very active, we never felt disappointed with Susan care, she really cares for our pets.

My pup has been going there for awhile now. They always give him lots of love and attention and they have a backyard which is great for even more exercise and playtime. He is always safe, happy, and healthy there and they love him like a dear family member.

Kennels are super nice! Dogs have access to temperature controlled indoors and outdoors at all times. There is also a large turn out area for dogs to run around. They are always clean. Joe treats your dogs like one of his own. He is attentive and loving. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.

Joe is amazing. He loves dogs and REALLY understands them. My dog goes to 2nd Home twice a week for daycare, as well as staying overnight when I go out of town. She can't wait to get out of the car when we get there. She adores Joe and has a great time playing with other dogs. Joe even sends me texts, photos, and videos, so I know how she's doing. What a relief and a joy to have such a perfect place for my baby. It truly is her second home!

We were delighted to find Second Home Boarding. Our rescue Golden Retriever, Sam, can become quite anxious at times and a little feisty towards other big male dogs. Joe’s knowledge of dog psychology and behavior ensures that Sam is calm and relaxed during his regular visits to the boarding kennels. As well as taking great care of Sam, Joe has also provided us with good advice about how to deal with Sam when he becomes anxious at home or while we are out walking. Joe’s great service ensures that we also always relax while Sam is at the kennel, knowing that he is very well cared for throughout his time with Second Home Boarding.

We were super pleased with the great care 2nd Home Dog Boarding provided for our dogs! We rented the “Guest House” for our three large dogs, which included a good sized air conditioned shed and a large, private, shaded yard. Joe is a dog whisperer, and all three of our pups took to him immediately. Joe sent us text message updates throughout their stay which provided us with peace of mind while we were away. Our pups were happy and well when we picked them up. We will definitely use 2nd Home again!

Joe is awesome! He took excellent care of our Ruby while we were away. He was very communicative and friendly. He is not just a "babysitter", he truly understands dogs and their behaviors. Ruby was well taken care of from the moment she arrived and we were worry-free on our trip. When we picked Ruby up, it was obvious that she was at ease and happily exhausted from playing and running around! We will definitely have Ruby stay at 2nd Home again and I'm sure she'll be excited to go back! Thank you, Joe!

2nd Home best place to leave our doggos! Joe is very professional, friendly and energetic. He took very good care of our 2 boxers while we were away for 6 days. We enjoyed Uncle Jeff's Pet Sitting very much. We left our 2 small dogs and have never been happier. Uncle Jeff groomed both dogs and they looked great. We arranged for adult training for our older dog and puppy training for the younger one. Both displayed better manners when at home.We were also happy that both dogs were exercised and walked . We would definitely recommend Uncle Jeff's to everyone.

Uncle Jeffs is one of the best animal boarding and pet sitting services I have encountered The owner Jeff is very professional and really easy to talk to he fully understood all my concerns about my pets and assured me everything would be fine he is a former Vet tech so he knows how to handle any emergencies that might arise.which put my mind at ease because my pets are getting up there in age so I would want someone who knows what their doing taking care of them in my absence . I've taken my dog here for daycare 2 days a week for the last 3 weeks. Life. Saver. Life Saver! Our doggy sitter has a car situation can't come by. Tried a dog walking service came once canceled 3 times. Ok that's out. Called dog daycare by work and home...some didn't take big dogs, most closed too early or were full. Pawparazzi was one of the first on the list of ones to call by work. Never called the rest. The website said we'll send you pictures on how the day is going 😃. Called back that day 😃 they take big dogs 😃. They have plenty of staff for the amount of dogs there. They offer training classes and other perks and benefits, they have movie time (so jealous). She loves it there! I have the pictures to prove it! They're so good with her, they handle her nerves so well...she already has favorite people there. They responded quickly, had an immediate opening for the behavior test, and were in budget. Thank you all for taking care of my 4 legged kid! Happy German Shepherd dog mom❤

PAWparazzi is the only place we board our dog! We drive from Culver City to board him since they provide such amazing, personalized care when we are out of town. They provide us frequent updates and make us feel at absolute ease. Our dog is a key part of our family and we love him so much. We only trust him with PAWparazzi. Been taking my Aussie, Sylvie, here for several months. Sylvie loves her doggy daycare. She gets so excited to play with her pawparazzi pack friends. Staff is incredibly friendly and caring. Have 100% confidence and trust leaving my dog here all day. There are lots of enrichment and activities available as well. I 100% recommended Pawparazzi to anyone looking for an amazing doggy daycare facility.

We are new to the area and were looking for a safe and responsible doggy daycare/boarding facility and we definitely found that, and more at Pawparazzi. Krista, the owner and founder, works there full-time and actually did the first initial call/check-in with me. They do a temperament evaluation for all of their dogs, so you're able to relax knowing every dog is safe for your pup to play with. They also have three different day cares for dogs that prefer a lot of play, older doggos, and small dogs! On top of that, they only allow 15 dogs per daycare (if I remember correctly), which is super small compared to some of the major pet retail boarding/daycare companies. Additionally, they were so aware of the hot weather, which was in the high 90s, and cut off outside play after 11am. You can even request add-ons to your boarding/daycare package, including doggie enrichment actives, pupdates of your dog (images and text from the day of your pup), frozen kongs, cuddle time, and more. I could go on and on about how much I love them there, but you will have to check it our for yourselves!

Pawparazzi has been such a great place to have nearby, would have definitely missed this place if we had to relocate. Freyja loves coming here and can hardly contain her excitement once we turn the corner onto the street. The staff is friendly and I feel so secure knowing freyja is in good hands. It's never a boring day for her and they are always adding fun activities, like pool parties and this upcoming super bowl party. And OF COURSE they take photos of your pet and you get to capture moments you may have missed at home! I really appreciate everything they do for my pup and highly recommend this place to anyone needing some care for their dogs and cats!

We had an outstanding boarding experience with PAWparazzi! Their safety protocol, exceptional communication (daily texts, photos, and videos), interactive enrichment classes, and evident care for our dogs made our vacation worry-free. The staff at Pawparazzi are wonderful! We took our newly adopted dog in for an evaluation and daycare. We were provided with an update within the first hour, and then a debrief with video at the end of the day. Although this was his first time attending daycare, our pup was relaxed and happy when we picked him up. Truly appreciate the attentiveness paid to the dogs, who are actively monitored to ensure their safety and well being.

I cannot recommend Adler Stein at all. My dog was devastated by his experience here. I suggest you turn around and run the other way—find another kennel, even if you need to search hard to find a place that will take reactive dogs. I brought my German Shepherd Dog to Adler Klein for a week of boarding. My dog was fairly reactive to strangers, but otherwise perfectly behaved at home. Anne seemed to know what she was doing upon drop off—but it should have been a red flag that she did not raise the question of walking or exercising him, even though I had told her on the phone that I would want that added service. I had to call back after drop-off to remind her I wanted him walked, and she seemed to be hearing it for the first time. (Frankly, it's a red flag that regular exercise isn't the default at Adler Stein.) But when I returned to pick up my dog after a week, he was obviously horribly traumatized. I can't be sure exactly why. Anne was not talkative and was a bit gruff upon my arrival and during the pick-up. My dog looked like he'd lost weight in just a week. Later we found that he had an injury on his snoot; I couldn't tell what from, but it may just have been from him constantly seeking attention through the cage fencing because he wasn't being cared for. When I arrived, Anne was hosing down all the dog yards with the dogs still in them, spray-cleaning everything including the dogs with a high-powered hose (the dog holds are just like old-school zoo cages—all cement, a caged outdoor area and an inside space in the rear). My dog was so scared, he didn't know how to react to me when I first arrived—for a moment he cowered and growled; then he realized it was me and was beside himself. The moment he came out of that cage, he sprinted towards our car, which was not at all his usual demeanor. All the way home, he was cowering and looked to be very weak and shaky. Thankfully, my dog has now recovered (with much love from the whole family), and his reactivity with strangers continues to improve with the help of our expert trainer—so I am lucky that I won't need to find another kennel that claims to be "experts" with difficult dogs. But if your dog needs a kennel that takes reactive dogs, I advise you to keep looking.

We have a large mixed breed who was nervous of his own shadow, and did not care for new people or other dogs. We worked through Alder Stein's eight week program and had great results. His confidence is up, he is more comfortable around people and other dogs, and is far more attentive to us. We had worked with several trainers before this, and never got anywhere. Would recommend Alder Stein to anyone.

Anne is a fantastic trainer. I took her 8 week training course and it helped a great deal. My dog is afraid of everything and reacts with aggression, and Anne taught me how to get my dog to trust me. We are now finished with the training, but are still using Anne's techniques and improving every day.

We have been taking our boxers to Adler Stein for over 10 years. We had previously tried many other boarding facilities and the dogs always came stressed out. We know when our dogs are with Ann at Adler Stein that we don't have to worry, even if we are on long trips. We won't even consider taking our beloved boxers anywhere else. The kennels are spotless and our dogs never come home stressed -- they are calm and happy. We love our dogs and only want the best for them and Adler Stein is the best.

This is a place where you can drop off your pets and rest assured they will be well taken care of and safe. The kennels are always clean and there is a range of kennel sizes available and the prices are more than fair. I also highly recommend Anne's training services, she is very knowledgeable.

Been trying to inquire for months about having my black german shepard stay here for boarding and training. However its clear due to the poor communication that I will have to look at another facility that is actually open and taking new clients. Everytime you call Adler Stein, nobody picks up or calls back. You email them and don't receive an email back. I even tried going to Adler Stein twice in person during their open hours of operation and it appears like they were closed and nobody was there to open the gates. Disappointing as it looked promising that Adler Stein would be able to watch my over protective shepard.

Finally a place that will take the problem dogs! So nice to be able to go places without worrying that my dog will be handled by inexperienced people and possibly hurt someone. I only wish he was a bit less nervous when there so he could take advantage of their one on one exercise! Maybe in future stays. Reasonably priced, safe enclosures, climate controlled indoor/outdoor runs available, and above all else experienced personnel. Have already scheduled my dog's next stay!

This place is my go to! I thought the hours were weird at first ( this is my opinion) but I get it! You have your pick up/drop off times everything in between she’s probably busy tending to the dogs. When I picked up mine she was happy &cared for and the kennels were all clean. I have no complaints

Ann is awesome with all different kinds of dogs I felt comfortable and safe leaving my agressive dog with her. The facility is clean and looks very secure! I will definitely board my dog here again!

Anne is the most experienced handler and trainer for GSDs. She keeps my boy safe and we trust Adler Stein.
