Cat Sitters in Cherry Heights, OR

We live in Hood River and when a family member had to unexpectedly enter the hospital, we had to find boarding for her dog right away. A nearby kennel agreed on the phone to take her, but when we brought the dog in, they declined to accept her, requiring a fecal test which no other kennel we have patronized have required. No effort was made to determine whether they could make an exception due to the circumstances. We scrambled and found Eagle Caves. They were very understanding of the urgent nature of our need, and took the dog right in. They took great care of her, and gave us regular updates. They were understanding when we had to extend the boarding. The true nature of a provider is made evident when you have an emergency. We are very happy with Eagle Caves. Fees were very reasonable as well.

Great place in The Dalles to drop off Max. I like it because you can take your dog on a long ride from pdx and then leave him in The Dalles. Both times max was well cared for. The second time we came to get him he didn’t want to leave.

Upcharges after you've already paid. Doesn't put them in the area you pay for. Trimmed my dogs nails without asking and charging me for it. And the icing on top was a shock collar being on my dog without my permission which I would never permit, he said "She barked to much"..... will never go here again!

We had a wonderful experience with Eagle Caves Pet Resort. We had a situation come up and had to leave town for a week and Greg and Annie took in our dog Ripken not only on very short notice but with patience knowing this was his first time being boarded and away from us for so long. They offer a great experience for both pet parents and fur kids and are very affordable. when we picked up our fur kid he was happy, healthy and in great spirits! We will be using them for all our future boarding needs. Highly recommend

Good place for a short stay. Had to find a kennel near my lodging and this fit the bill. Real decent boarding prices but beware of any extras 'cuz it'll cost. The dogs seemed content when I picked them up but were glad to get outta there. Who's dog isn't though, no matter how classy the digs!?

Our two big canine boys seemed to have a great time here. Greg was very responsive, empathetic, and knowledgeable. He even let us know of a great place to go play after we all left the resort. It was great the dogs were able to get a large room together and some time to play. I’m sure it made them feel more at home. Our boys were well cared-for, and I would use Eagle Caves again.

Eagle caves was able to accommodate our 2 big doggos very last minute and they were very well taken care of! Our younger dog has never been without our older boy and they were able to put them in the same kennel (it's larger I believe) so they could be together. They played with the other dogs every day and even got groomed while they were there! I've never seen my shepherd mix fluffier!! If I need a boarding facility again, you'll be the first I call!!

We have been sending our dogs to Eagle Caves for close to 10 years. Greg & Annie love animals and our pups look forward to staying with them. They provide a wonderful home away from home for our fur babies!! Their facility is clean, air conditioned and has a beautiful outdoor play area for the pups to have lots of fun!! It’s nice being able to leave town knowing our pets are being well cared for.

I boarded my pup here for a week and was very pleased. I have never boarded my dog before and the owners were sure to answer all of my questions and show me their facility. They were both very professional and passionate about their business. My dog was well taken care of and came back to me in a happy condition. I wouldn't hesitate coming back.

We have boarded our small dog here a few times and have been very happy with the great customer service, grooming and health of our dog after his stay. We especially love the dog report card, which details the activities of our dog's stay, as well as the friends he has made during his stay. (We also appreciate the updates on how he is doing during extended boarding times.) The kennels are also much roomier than any other place we've used, and the facility has been very clean each time we have been there. We have only good things to say about Eagle Caves Pet Resort. A special thanks to Greg who takes a lot of time to answer questions and alleviate any worries you might have about leaving your pooch!

This place is....is.....AWESOME! I own 8 Yorkie's and I am from out of town....and the staff squeezed my dogs into the schedule TWICE :) I REALLY recommend this place....as far as price goes, for me average.....I was not bothered by the price for the quality of work which was done.

I take my dog here for nail trims because he will not tolerate me doing it. They do a great job! They are very gentle and quick and very reasonable price.

I had an amazing first experience here and so did my fur babies! They went out of their way to make sure that my dogs were comfortable, and not scared the first time going there. I've done boarding for both my dog and my cats. Friendly people. Since I can't take my dog with me all the time, it's nice to have a reliable place to care for my pets.

She saw me as a walk-in, even though she was all booked up when I came in with my 18-year-old dog to get his nails trimmed after they were getting caught. Great prices too.

Great place to take your dog for any grooming needs. She dose a great job on my 3 dog nails. And also grooming my sister 17 year old cocker spaniel dog.

I am giving the the highest praise. But when someone request a certain few things. They get cussed out. Well ok. I only tried to talk to Dena. Either way it's all good. She will NEVER GO BACK. ITS a shame cause y'all in the past have been AWEEOME!! She looked totally butchered. I have been screamed at and cussed. Thas t really professional.

The best experience!! Everything was top notch from drop off, daily updates, pictures, and pick up; Bridge of the Paws will forever be where I bring my fur babies. I drove from Hillsboro and the drive is most definitely worth it all. My girl was returned to me so healthy and happy. The whole experience was wonderful! Lawson was kind and gentle with our dogs. We have an unpredictable dog and Lawson allowed our dog to warm up to him at his own pace. When we picked them up it’s like they had been friends forever! Lawson sent pictures of our dogs throughout their stay. His prices are great and he’s easy to work with. The best dog care experience we have ever had!

We sent our rather rambunctious Young Bernadoodle to Lawson and he did great work for us. He taught her to look at us while going on walks and he helped immensely with her jumping up on people. What we gained was invaluable control of our dog as she is now 65 lbs at 7 months of age and quite strong. I appreciate his professionalism as a trainer and his flexibility with schedules. OMG!! The absolute best dog boarding company ever !!! I found this gem on a Google search and they are awesome! They treated my dog unbelievably! The owner Lawson and Megan treated my dog like he was Royaltyl! I got pictures every day and I felt that he was loved and cared for! If you have to board your fur family definitely take him to Bridge of the Paws!!! Unbelievable experience !!!

We took our little guys to visit Lawson while we spent the weekend at Carson Hot Springs. They got to hang out with other pups, and explore the miles of trails. Great experience! Highly recommend.

Our new favorite boarding facility. Management has an exceptional understanding of canine behavior. The owner is flexible, easy going and dedicated. BOP offers a very natural and tranquil atmosphere, where our dog can still be a dog.

Bridge of the Paws was a fantastic experience. Curtis was professional, communicative, and most importantly great with my fur babies. He gave us peace of mind so we could focus on our wedding. Lea’s Pawsibilities is wonderful. Lea has been taking care of our dogs for 3 years now at our home for long weekly periods and most recently our elderly little one has been boarding at her place for a month. We couldn’t be happier and more comfortable leaving our pups with her. When we leave them at home, Lea visits them at our house twice and sometimes three times daily to play, walk, feed and just plain get loved. Lea makes sure they are well and that the house is in order too. Boarding with Lea is perfect! Lea manages to have all doggie clients getting along and being well exercised. She sends pictures daily and makes us feel like our dogs are truly a part of her family. I highly recommend Lea’s Pawsibilities for your family. We are at ease traveling when she’s in charge ♥️

If it were possible to give Lea 10 stars, I would. Over the years I have had many house and pet sitters for our dog and three cats - none have come close to comparing with the professionalism and attention to detail that Lea provides. We have a very complex house with many indoor plants, a hot tub requiring routine maintenance, and animals that go in and out a lot without access to pet doors. 2 of the 4 pets require daily medication and all get different food for various reasons. This is not an easy gig! Lea is unflappable and consistently sweet. She communicates regularly and sends lots of pictures of our critters to reassure that they are doing well. I highly recommend Lea for your house and pet-sitting needs!

Lea did a great job with our three dogs during the week while we were at work. She stopped by daily to let our dogs out mid day. She played with them and gave them extra special attention. She is very professional. She always sent a text when she arrived and included cute pictures of her visit. I definitely recommend her if you need someone to take care of your fur babies when you can’t be there.

I am new to town and was needing a dog sitter to watch my dog while I flew across the country for a trip. I am so grateful I found Lea through Google maps because she was a true god send. I appreciated that she wanted to know as many details about my dog as possible so that she knew the best way to care for her while she stayed at Lea's house. I cannot say enough positive things about her and her family. If you need a pet sitter or dog walker in Hood River, I definitely recommend her!

I boarded my dog, Zoey with Lea and her family for the first time and I cannot say more fantastic things about the experience. Lea was excellent with sharing clear instructions and updating me with photos of Zoey and status updates throughout her stay. Zoey loved the care and attention she received, and she was warmly welcomed into Lea’s home. I highly recommend using Lea’s services! She’s very kind and has warm energy. Zoey gives 5 stars too!

Lea went above and beyond for my dogs and us to make sure they were taken care of during our wedding week. Lea sent tons of photos, gave detailed updates, and loved our dogs like our own. She was so accommodating including bringing our dogs to our wedding day of and picking them up so they could be in the ceremony. I wish Lea lived closer so we could use her all the time! 10/10 recommend!

Bizzie, our mini Australian Shepherd, arrived at Lea’s all hyped up and barking over my leaving him. I wasn’t down the road an hour before Lea texted that River, her daschund, and Biz were getting on famously— such a thoughtful thing to do, as I was then able to relax and enjoy the drive. Each day I received pictures of the two of them together, or just Bizzie relaxing. When I picked him up, instead of the barkfest I expected, a very calm Biz met me at the door. The entire time I was there he was so quiet, and his serenity continued through the ride home. Once home he just seemed so relaxed, and this morning I swear he is still behaving like he’s been to the spa, all anxiety washed away!!! We had a great experience with Lea who watched our dog a half day. She was very flexible, quick to answer any questions and provided us great updates throughout his stay. She was very sweet and welcoming, the dog loved her immediately, he was happy tail-wagging when we picked him up. We are happy to have found someone reliable and look forward to hiring her services in the future.

Lea was super responsive and professional. She remained flexible over the course of a whole week and helped to make our holiday vacation so much more worry-free. Even with bad weather and last minute changes, Lea kept us up to date. It was so good to know that our pets and our house were in good hands! We will be calling on Lea again.

Lea watched our two cats for the first time during a recent trip out of town. The cats are shy, but she found them in their hiding spot to take photos and send every day (which my wife REALLY appreciated). She is reliable. We will hire her again.

Tom and Elyse have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They're down to earth and treat all dogs with lots of love and compassion. My significant other and I have been taking Pepper, our German Shepherd mix, to their day care for several months now. They have been very accommodating when it comes to schedule changes and when we have last minute trips out of town. They are also very attentive to many medical and dietary restrictions. They take many precautions to ensure new dogs are integrated properly and safely. I was wildly impressed at their ability to manage several dogs (all with different play styles and tempers) at one time in one area. Pepper has loved every minute when she's at daycare and has made several new dog friends. I would highly recommend Elyse's Doggy Daycare & Boarding to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to take their fur babies.

Bear, our Pyrenees-Lab mix, loves Elyse's Doggy Daycare up much that when he hears their notification sounds on my phone, he breaks into a smile and runs for the window, wagging his tail, and looking for the Doggy Bus! Tom & Elyse treat all of the dogs in their care with love and respect, while guiding them all in socializing with every breed. They are a trustworthy business, and my dog can't wait to see them-which gives me confidence that he's treated very well. Definitely recommend!!

Our dog is really happy to go to the Doggie Daycare. Elyse and Tom genuinely care about the dogs. They even will do baths, grooming, and some training. We feel they understand dog behaviour very well. Our dog seems to feel like part of the pack!

I was worried about one of my 2 dogs as she was starting to show social aggression. Elyse made me feel comfortable and she was able to help my dog socialize better. When ever we board, my pups get in the car and fall asleep for like 2 days!!!! They ❤️ visiting & we are so thankful for them in our community!

This is the absolute best boarding facility I have ever taken a pet to! My partner and I have a 11 month old puppy that we needed to board for the first time ever while we went out of town. We were both skeptical and nervous about how our little guy would handle it. Upon arriving all of our worries and fears were instantly calmed. Both Elyse and her partner were so good with Rocky! He immediately clicked with both of them and settled into their home instantly. They took the best care of him and treated him like family. They always kept us updated on how he was doing and sent plenty of pics. 10 out of 10 stars. ⭐️ We will definitely be bringing our boy here again and will be singing their praises until the end of time 😄.

We had such an amazing time at this doggy day care. Tom and Elyse are amazing owners, they care so much about every dog and treat them so well. The facilities are new and well designed so that each dog has enough space. The dogs are so well taken care of and well behaved. We came to visit with small children and all the dogs were very respectful!

I can’t speak highly enough of Elyse and Tom…I was a bit apprehensive the first time I left Rosie but Elyse kept me posted throughout the day on her and even sent me pictures to reassure me she was doing just fine. I wish I could take her more often because she really enjoys the playtime. I recommend their services very much😊

We started taking our four dogs to this wonderful place when we first located to Goldendale . Elyse always sends photos and keeps in touch about how the dogs are doing. Our dogs always feel right at home and have a wonderful time. I am so thankful to have found this wonderful place.

I had a great experience with Elyse's Doggy Daycare! I was in the area and needed somewhere for my dog to hang out during the day. Luckily, Elyse's was conveniently located nearby, and it turned out to be a fantastic spot for my dog to have a blast and burn off some energy. By the end of the day, he was completely worn out from all the fun he had. Elyse even sent me some photos of him during playtime, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was in a secure and fun environment. I highly recommend Elyse's for anyone looking for place for their pup for the day!

Kelsie (& Kind Animal Services) is incredible. She is as compassionate and caring as she is insightful and educated. After a 4 thumbs down experience with another trainer in Bingen, WA, we engaged Kind Animal Services to help build/rebuild our traumatized & timid rescue puppy's confidence, and teach us how to best blend him into our household and lives. She took time to know Wylie and his unique challenges while slowly gaining his trust, first. During these one-on-one sessions we learned a lot about Wylie and gained tools to support his growth. A month-long board and train at her private facility sealed the deal. Kelsie's business name says it all, but don't mistake "kind" for being a "softie". She has been thoughtful & savvy at every step. We highly recommend Kelsie and Kind Animal Services! - Heidi, Tim, Foster and Wylie 🐾

Kelsey is an amazing dog trainer, and was a god~send for us! We were looking for a trainer to help with very specific issues for our 2 farm dogs and feel so fortunate to have found Kelsey. Not only do we really resonate with her approach (really tuning in to the animals, and not using shock collars, etc), but in 1 session she made a ton of progress with us and our dogs on issues we have not been able to figure out for years! She was extremely generous with her time, essentially staying for "as long as it takes," and gave us wonderful follow-up instructions and reminders. And maybe the most important thing is the feeling I had after the session (and that's remained with me) is one of feeling hopeful and encouraged, that we're going to be able to do this with our dogs. We feel so very grateful to have found Kelsey and will continue training with her as needed.

Kelsie has been amazing for our dog and family! She listened to our concerns, came to our house and modeled ways to help our dog who has anxiety. She is very knowledgeable and in all things canine and shared tons of information and tips. She had us practice ways to help our dog that had our dog thinking she was playing games. We have faithfully played our games and incorporated the strategies and ways of doing things that Kelsie taught us and have seen vast improvement in our dog's behaviors. I just started working with Kelsie for my Goldendoodle puppy and she’s been a great resource so far. She has given me confidence as a first time puppy owner. She is very responsive and provides me with clear and effective tips to get my puppy on the right track to being a well behaved dog.

Kelsey is fantastic to work with. She came to our house to help us with our reactive, anxious and very sensitive dog. Our dog immediately responded to her. Her presence is calm, confident and clear which is exactly what our dog needed. Most importantly, she shared her knowledge and insight(which was spot on) with us. We were able to see her model interactions with our dog but more importantly, she gave us tips and things to think about that would help all of us change our relationship with him. Since her visit, we have been working on the things she talked about. Our dog has learned SO much, is less reactive and much happier. Kelsey loves her work and it's evident that she is authentic and genuinely cares about her clients. She teaches you how to train your dog. I would highly recommend her services.

Leaving my dog Sadie in Kelsey and Ty's care was felt like a warm blanket around my shoulders. Sadie is extremely reactive, and despite medications and seeing another trainer, nothing seemed to be working with her reactivity. Kelsey was able to see Sadie's behavior at every angle and truly assess possible origins of Sadie's behavior and why things I have been trying weren't working. Before leaving Sadie in her care, I felt like I wasn't good dog mom. Kelsey helped me realize the mental state Sadie was in was the reason she wasn't receptive to training. The medications weren't doing anything because they were the wrong medications for Sadie. I learned that most vets prescribe Prozac for every dog with anxiety, depsite every dog having different needs. Kelsey just seemed to "get it" at a level that spoke to me and Sadie that no one had been able to do before. I've been in endless loops of failed attempts of training for the six months since bringing her home from the shelter. It was incredibly valuable that Sadie was able to stay in Kelsey's care in order to determine why these attempts were failing. I was given a list of protocols after picking Sadie up targeting Sadie's individual needs, and for the first time in six months I know without a doubt that this personalized approach is exactly what Sadie needs in order to heal from her past traumas and live a more happy, relaxed, and fulfilling life. I feel confident in a future where Sadie comes with me on backpacking trips or backcountry skiing without getting triggered, among a multitude of other activites I really want to experience with her where I didn't have confidence before. Not to mention, there were multiple boarding places I called to try to have Sadie cared for while I was on a 10 day vacation, but all of them rejected Sadie due to her reactivity. I was in a panic until the day I needed to leave, and Kelsey graciously offered her services just hours before I was set to leave town. Not only that, she also knew exactly what to do in order to care for Sadie as soon as she met her. I was so worried it was going to be another rejection of care, but instead I got more than I could have ever asked for. Thank you so much, Kelsey. You have a forever client for sure. 🙏🙏

K.A.S.- Kind animal services Rocks! Kelsie is an outstanding trainer! The time Anubis (6month old King Shepherd Puppy) and I spent at the school house was great. Kelsie spared no time educating me and Anubis about confidence building and positive reinforcement training. If I could have stayed the entire day to learn more from Kelsie I don’t think I’d be enough time to soak up how knowledgeable she is in her career. You can definitely tell she’s experienced and most of all passionate about her work with dogs or any animal for that matter. I would recommend K.A.S. Time and time again! I look forward to our next session at the school house!

Kelsie was so generous with her time and knowledge. I wrote to her in anticipation of getting my new rescue dog and she offered up so many helpful tips and resources! When I ran into her at our local dog store she took the time to meet my new pup, advise on, and fit him into, a harness for leash training. Again, she offered many tips and tricks - that are working! Kelsie is a very animal trainer. She has a true gift for reading and understanding animal behavior (and their humans!) Kelsie formed a great relationship with our pack: a puppy a millennial and a senior!

I have taken my labs to train several times to Kind Animal Service. From basics to more advanced training, Kelsie brings a positive, informative, light hearted style. My dog learns, I learn, it's a win win.

Dave loves dogs and is wonderful with Dawkins. Easy to work with and very accommodating even with medication. It’s a great spot to be able to leave our dog and know he’s in good hands.

My dog and I love the personalized care that each dog receives, that my dog gets exercise every day he is there, and that the owner, Dave, knows, cares, and loves each dog that comes to him. My dog isn’t too experienced with other dogs, but his experience at Happy Tails has made him better with other dogs. He is happy when he gets there, and happy when he comes home!

We recently made the switch from a larger boarding facility to Happy Tails up Snowden for our dogs. We are very happy with Dave and his operation. My high energy shepherds were given extra large kennels and a fenced in run to themselves. He gave them plenty of attention and exercised them as we would at home. On top of that all, it was extremely affordable! Will definitely continue going to Happy Tails, thanks Dave!

Dave was great to work with! He put us at ease, showing us where our pup would be staying and talking about all the fun she'd have. The care was great and the rates were reasonable. Highly recommend.

Great stay for our pup! Dave is friendly, responsive, and clearly a dog lover. Our dog is a nervous fellow around others, but Dave made sure he was comfortable and well cared for. So happy to have this facility in our neighborhood.

Susie's is absolutely amazing! Our Kono loves it there! Everyone there is so sweet and take such wonderful care of our little princess. Drop off and pick up is easy and smooth. She was excited to see us but didn't want to leave either! I highly recommend Susie's I'd give a 10 if I could!

I'd never boarded my dogs before. I always had house sitters. I tried Susie's and I was pleased. My dogs seemed happy when I picked them up and didn't smell. When I took them back the second time they seemed happy to be there, so obviously no hard feelings from before. The folks were easy to work with and the check in, check out process was smooth. Nice job folks!

I was helping friends while they were on vacation in Greece. I had to pick up and drop off Barnum, their dog, several times. The staff that work here are so wonderful. You can tell right away how much they love all the pets. I would definitely recommend Susie's and if I had a pet I would not take it anywhere else. You guys are the best.

If I were a dog, I would want my owner to board me at Susie's. Joking aside, I've used Susie's to look after my 3 dogs many times over the last couple of years and have had a consistently excellent experience. I have no doubt how much the people who work there love animals, it shows, and it gives me total peace of mind leaving my boys with them. Additionally, they are wonderful people, kind and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough.

This is the only boarding facility where I wasn’t worried about the well-being of my 3 pups while I was away. Adorable and thought setup. Friendly owner. Extra clean facility. Fair prices. The only kennel we’ll use in Vancouver. Make sure you book early- they are popular and space is hard to come by!

I NEVER leave my dog! However I had to board him for several days & I'm so fortunate a friend told me about Susie's. Welcoming, clean, wonderful staff, excellent care of my baby and reasonably priced. Years ago I had a bad experience leaving my dog so I am very critical of any facility. Susie's ticks all the boxes. You can safely entrust your fur baby to their care.

Susie is a fantastic trainer and she runs an excellent, clean facility that cares about you and your dogs. We have had to leave town fairly frequently and Susie has been dependable, her staff is friendly, the drop-off process is thoughtful and clear. I can't say enough about the facility itself; it has a great vibe. It's welcoming and professional. I know my pets are safe. We feel so very fortunate to have Susie and her team to care for our pets when life takes us out of town. Would recommend, thank you.

I had been searching for someone to drop by a couple of days a week to give my dogs some exercise and potty break while I was at work. Happy Tails has been my go to! Lisa, has been really easy to work with and accommodating of my schedule that can often change. My dogs are excited to see her and I know are well taken care of.

Lisa has been walking my pup Charlie twice a week for several months now. She is reliable, easy to work with and always texts me with any important updates. We are very grateful to have her help during the day and would definitely recommend her services.

Lisa went above and beyond when taking care of our 5 month old Bailey. She not only took wonderful care of him but also continued the training we started, continued socializing him and the house was spotless when we came home. And when I say above and beyond I mean it! We love Lisa and her team! Always super reliable and she loves our dogs like her own. One of our dogs, prior to her passing, required timely medication for seizures and I felt so comfortable knowing I could leave her and know that she would be well cared for if she were to have a seizure while we were gone. Lisa is wonderful! We moved to the area recently with 2 high anxiety dogs who can not be alone. So running errands have been hard on us. But with finding Lisa we are now able to do errands on our days off. And my dogs enjoy her presence. I highly recommend her and her business!

Hot Diggity Dog has been an invaluable resource for our family. I always know our senior boys are in good hands for their walks with this company. We appreciate that the walkers connect after each walk, and I love that we get to see photos of our boys out and about in the neighborhood! Our regular walkers are incredible, and genuinely care about the well being of our pets.

Hot Diggity Portland serves Cats too! I owned a pet sitting service myself for 17 years, so I know what to look for in a great pet sitting service. It's very important to hire a real business (with a license, workers comp, bonding & insurance), credentialed (affiliated professionally), organized (sophisticated scheduling/billing), with plenty of backup (enough staff to truly have someone available is something happens to your assigned sitter). Never hire a friend or a sitter who works alone. Anyway, my two sweet kittens needed service while I went to visit my grandson. I prefer twice per day visits, am and pm. Hot Diggity was there as promised, sent sweet messages and photos, and clearly did what they were prepared to do. And, despite having most of their marketing materials focused on dogs, they have Sitters who love cats as well. Thanks Hot Diggity! My kitties think you're the best!

We've used Hot Diggity a few times this year for weekend/overnight petsitting for our senior pup after being referred by a friend, and it's been a mixed bag, unfortunately. The sitters were friendly, but details have been missed. I was surprised by some of the extra charges (ie, charged per sitter to meet sitters). Since invoices are processed through the app, there's zero follow-up from management. Our diabetic pup experienced low blood sugar seizures during our last overnight and had to be taken to the ER. Our sitter was wonderful, but mgmt reached out only once to let us know they had added additional charges for the emergency visit - not one question about the dog or incident. Terrible.

Owner is a crook. Employees make 1/4 of what they charge for services when they are the ones caring for your pet. They do not pay their employees for overnight stays, period. This company relies on kind and naive animal lovers who accept the lack of pay without question. Go to a private contractor or any other company with integrity.

The Hot Diggity team has been cat sitting for us for probably 6 to 8 weeks a year for the last 3 years and we are always extremely happy with the service. The daily photos give us peace of mind when we are away. The team has also gone above and beyond to help us out either with last minute trips that popped up or taking care of a specific issue at our home while we are already away. We trust them and are so glad that we found them!! The process is also really easy for repeat bookings once the key drop etc is taken care of. Highly recommend!!

We have 8 pets in total in our family & often are fostering pets. Hot Diggity always handles this with ease & puts our anxiety to rest when they watch our pets. They are obviously avid animal lovers & their team is always amazing. I can tell by the way my pets react to all of them that they are excellent people who know what they are doing when it comes to pet care. Their prices are INCREDIBLY affordable considering how wonderful their service is & it is absolutely amazing that they do not charge per pet. It feels wonderful to be able to leave for holidays, trips & vacations knowing that Hot Diggity has our back. It's also so nice we have trustworthy people staying in our home while we are away, as that can be a bit of a leap of faith at first! We are very over-protective of our pets & completely trust Hot Diggity Dog! You should too.

Professional and reliable! I had to leave my 2 dogs home for several days and they were well taken care of. Each sitter showed up on time and took great care in walking and feeding them. Even my dog who doesn't like strangers became comfortable with them. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend.

This team gave us so much peace of mind while we were on vacation for a few days. They reliably provided us with pics and updates at each visit, and were always responsive to us! Bringing Arty, our Silver Miniature Poodle to Stay Pet Hotel was a real game changer for us. Arty was a young dog with confidence issues, but once we got him set up at Stay, he became a new dog! He no longer needs his anxiety medication and in fact loves going to Stay, and can hardly wait to get out of the car! We are very grateful to the incredible staff, especially his very favorites; Heather and Elizabeth! Can’t say enough good things about Stay Pet Hotel and their amazing staff.

Our rescue pup Barry went for 1.5 years. Best doggy daycare in Portland hands-down! They’re incredibly friendly, responsive and professional. The staff treated my pit mix (from a nervous puppy to an energetic teenager) so well - helping with training and tiring him out with indoor and outdoor play. Just going to daycare weekly improved his demeanor and our home life dramatically. We moved but hope to bring him for boarding soon. I only wish there was a SE location. Thanks SPH! You’re the best.

Stay Pet Hotel is THE BEST! My pup is OBSESSED with this place and would probably never leave if she could. She ADORES the staff, the other dogs, and the facility. This is our go-to place for doggy daycare and boarding. Thank you Ava, Sami, Leland (sp!), Kim, and the rest of the Stay staff for taking care of Nyx!

Has been the only place we trust with our dog for day care and overnights. We love that there is someone up with them all night and they do not crate our girl.

How hard can it be to get something correct After multiple emails and phone calls, over an 1 month period We show up to have the dogs evaluated so we can board them in another months time. They say that we do not have an appointment to get an eval but an appointment to look at the facilities. That after this they can give us an appointment to be evaluated in another month, after the date we are supposed to have left on vacation. Worst of this is we show up to where we were suppose to and they send us to another location. When we arrive they tell us that we are suppose to be at the original location. I believe that this place needs to get a manager that knows how to run a business. I would not leave my dogs anywhere that has this bad of communication both internally and to the public. I want to be assured my dogs are safe, not lost because of some communication breakdown inside the business

If I could give Stay Pet Hotel 6 stars I would. I have complete trust in all of the staff with my leash-reactive German Shepherd with separation anxiety. They spend a significant amount of time to learn about each dog and “interview” them to ensure positive pack interactions. They have the knowledge and skills to handle various types of dogs and behaviors. My dog has been coming here for 3 years, and he seems to love the staff like second family. Even with his separation anxiety, he LOVES coming here. I feel so at ease (and thoroughly enjoy my vacations and days away) knowing that Waffles is at Stay Pet Hotel. The absolute only downside is the parking situation - it can be tricky to pull out of that driveway during rush hour. Thank you Stay Pet Hotel for all that you do—keep it up!

Our husky has bad anxiety issues. They take great care of him and have staff at the facility 24hrs a day. Still the best dog kennel/boarding/daycare in the Portland Metro area. Update: we have been coming her for about 2 years now. This is by far the best kennel/boarding in the area. The staff is super friendly and my dog always looks forward to coming back. Thank you!

This was my first time boarding a dog ever, and I was so nervous/anxious. Luckily our puppy came back well-fed, happy, and sleepy! I appreciated the ease of check-in, and think it’s a great value for the price. My only complaint is that drop off times are pretty rigid. My flight wasn’t until 7pm and I had to drop my puppy off before noon (earlier was recommended!) and I was so sad to not spend my last day with her.

Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. My dog loves it and so do I!
