We tried Happy Tails and Trails for our dog Honey when she had pups. Happy Tails and Trails took Honey out for walks to give her a break from the pups but also made puppy visits for us once they were self-sufficient too. They built up Honey's walks gradually so that she wasn't away from them for too long at first and they have since (bravely!) taken on the daytime walking of the two pups we have kept too - quite a handful all in all! The level of service we get clearly displays a real affection for dogs and that is very much reciprocated by our dogs too - they really enjoy their trips out and really seem to benefit from the variety of locations used by Happy Tails and Trails. We are delighted with the care our dogs receive and have already recommended them to friends and colleagues.

My miniature cavapoo has stayed twice now at posh dog boarding and I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more! Their communication is wonderful and constantly sending you updates. I am an anxious dog mum but posh dog boarding puts me at ease as I know my dog is safe, very well looked after and having a lot of fun.

So glad we found Posh Dog Boarding, we were so nervous after a past experience with a local Kennel. We shouldn’t have worried as the second we arrived they made us feel at ease, we had videos sent twice and Ziggy had a lovely time playing with the other dogs, he’s looking forward to coming coming back in the Summer in July for a couple of weeks. He enjoyed the journey home too 🤣

Posh Dog Boarding has been a saving grace. The staff are professional and my dog adored being there. With his most recent stay, my dog has become more social and almost refused to come home he loved his stay so much. We got constant updates and when I mentioned it was his birthday during his stay, Posh Dog Boarding made his day special. My miniature dog always looks happy and healthy on the video updates and when we go to collect him. I would definitely recommend Posh Dog Boarding to anyone.

The first time my 10 year old fur baby was left in a kennel! Well I’m delighted to say she’s still a happy bouncy little ball of fluff! We have been using Posh Dog Boarding for several years, our two dogs has always loved the staff, and are wagging their tails at every drop off, something that is very heart warming for any dog owner, especially when one of our dogs is very scared normally. The staff are always kind to share videos throughout the stay which is always so comforting. Warmly recommend!

We were anxious to find a nice place for our miniature dachshund Bailey to stay while we were on holiday. We saw Posh Dog Boarding online and loved the look of the place and the great reviews. We went over and met Carolina who was very welcoming and she gave us a tour which we loved. The place looked spotlessly clean, well run and with a nice room and area for each guest. Another thing that appealed to us is they only take a small number of dogs at one time so it’s not crowded. Carolina sent us plenty of video updates during Bailey’s stay and he always looked happy interacting with the other guests and was made a nice fuss of. We also booked 4 walks during his stay which he really enjoyed and also got video updates of those. We would really like to thank Carolina and all the staff at Posh Dog Boarding for taking such great care of our little boy and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for nice safe clean friendly boarding for their beloved furry friends.

Love Posh Dog Boarding! I was visiting from the US on holiday but also spending some time in my company's London office so I needed a safe & comfortable haven for my little princess, Billie. She's not the easiest of pups - a territorial and highly-protective-of-me mini schnauzer, so I was a bit worried leaving her for 4 nights. But she flourished. I can't thank the team at Posh enough for taking such excellent care of her! And I won't hesitate to bring her back next time I'm over! Posh Dog Boarding absolutely rocks!

This is the first time we have ever left our Pug other than with a family member since we got her at 10weeks and she's 7years this year. From the moment of booking through to dropping Ebony and collecting her after her stay at Posh Dogs Rosaleen was brilliant. Rosaleen made us feel happy, comfortable and confident in leaving Ebony in her care. Updates daily were great and showed Ebony was happy and comfortable in her surroundings. We booked Ebony in for a groom and on collecting her she was happy and beautifully turned out. We have used Karen for over a month now to walk our dog and she has been brilliant! Super trustworthy, punctual and provides us with regular updates. Our dog absolutely adores her and comes home worn out ready for a welcomed nap. We will certainly continue to use Happy Hounds for the foreseeable future.

My dog Lulu can be a bit tricky and with my wedding coming up, my usual carers won't be available. So I turned to Home From Home Dog Boarding to start building a connection with a capable carer. We were introduced to Monika and Alessandro who turned out to be more than perfect. They have great experience with bigger and stronger dogs. Lulu had a great weekend and I didn't worry once whilst I was away for the weekend. They sent great updates and took Lulu out for day trips and were so accommodating when plans changed and I needed to pick her up later than planned. She had a great time and is already booked in for more holidays and I can know that I can focus on my wedding next year and not worry about Lulu enjoying herself as well!

We have used home from boarding twice now and both times they have been excellent. We have you two different carers for our dog Skye and both times they have been brilliant! Ive used Home from Home dog boarding for years now and can honestly say they are the best. The usual carer they went to wasn’t available so they stayed with Natalie and her husband H. Such a lovely couple, who adore dogs and have lots of experience. I got daily updates and went away knowing they’re being looked after. If anything happens to one of them there’s 24 hour support from Home from Home. Staff in the office are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

I had a tricky challenge to sort. Having secured a hard won place on a round the world yacht race who could look after my precious pup for months? I found the answer with Home from Home. We cannot thank Home from Home Boarding, and especially Nicola, enough for the amazing care she provided for our 7-month-old dachshund puppy, Remi! This was our first time leaving her, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Knowing that Remi was in the hands of someone who genuinely cared for her and gave her undivided love and attention 24/7 was such a relief. Nicola was FANTASTIC! She made us feel so comfortable from the start and kept us updated with the most lovely ‘pupdates’ that brightened our days while we were away. It was clear how much Nicola cared for Remi, and it gave us complete peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands, if anything Remi has been returned better behaved than when we left! This is the second time Eddie and Vera have looked after Tiago and despite there being a year in between stays he was so excited to see them and return to their home. We visited the family first before committing to the booking, and that made us confident our dog would be in safe hands and well looked after. We delivered the dog with all the bedding, food, toys, meds, treats. And when we collected her after the boarding, it's clear there was an affectionate bond between the dog and the family (both ways). She was very well cared for, and I'd say she had a fantastic time. Wendy send us a few photos over WhatsApp too — lovely to see. Will be booking again next year.

We recently moved to the country and had previously had pet sitters for years, and were anxious about finding someone that we trusted to come into our home and take care of our cat, Shiloh. Andrew’s reviews encouraged us to reach out to him, and he came by to meet with us prior to using him for pet sitting. We are so glad that we did, as you can really tell that he’s an animal lover. We've had many cat sitters in the past who just were not up to par with Andrew. We found Walton cat sitting after advertising on Facebook and Andrew received many great comments. He took the time to get to know my very anxious cat honestly I get so nervous about leaving her but Andrew reassured me every step of the way with updates and pictures on whatsapp. Highly recommend.

He is so attentive to our two cats, spends time playing & interacting with them, as well as feeding & we love our daily photo updates that Andrew sends! Lovely quiet farm based kennels, with lots of green space!

Our boys Woody and Lucky stayed here over Christmas (2019). Lovely staff, heated kennels, 3 walks a day.

We took our gorgeous Alfie who is a boisterous golden labrador to Bluebells for a weekend back in the summer and was very pleased with the friendly staff and the location. X

Bright Days/Andy is a passionate dog walker , he takes my dog once a week and she runs out to greet him with a wagging tail and big lick , Andy makes sure she has a great walk as the dogs are well matched with other dogs on the walk. She does get muddy, but it’s worth it, because she loves it so much! I get pics/videos and the dogs have plenty of exercise in the countryside! My cockapoo always comes home tired and happy! Andy is equipped with treats, balls, and first aid to deal with any situation and he has even delivered homemade dog biscuits at Christmas which was a lovely surprise.

Andy has been walking my two dogs, 5 days a week for a couple of years now, he is very reliable and my dogs love him. I am confident my dogs are safe with Andy as well as getting a good walk at a variety of locations. I have a mud lover, Andy always hoses him down and dries him off with a towel I leave out. I would highly recommend Bright Days dog care.

Andy has a calm, caring personality and loves dogs. Our dog, who is selective in who she bonds with, absolutely adores Andy and his family.

Left my two cats here for 16 days in December. One has to have insulin and special dietary requirements. The other has never been in a cattery before. I have boarded my previous cats here a few times now. Jens and Wendy did a fantastic job with both my cats and I will be boarding them again when I go away.

They are amazing and really look after my cat magic. They are extremely communicative and considerate. They have a real passion for the welfare of animals and they put them first. I have used them multiple times and I will continue to do so. The only shame is I can’t give them more stars because they deserve it. First experience of taking my cats to a cattery. The staff were very lovely, even let me go see where the cats were going to be for the night to put my mind at ease and collecting the cats was easy and as soon as they came home they all fell asleep and looked happy. Will definitely use again in future.

Appletree looked after our 2 cats for some building work and they were extremely flexible with timings. In the end they had to be in for 5 weeks and they were clearly happy cats that had been well looked after and they’re now settled into our new home. Would definitely use again.

I have been taking my cat's to Apple Tree Cattery for many years now and always feel happy about the kind way my cat's have been looked after here. It's good to know that whilst you are away your pets will be kept safe and sound till you return.

I have been taking my cats to Appletree Cattery for over fifteen years and have recommended them many times as my cats have always been well looked after and I have great comfort in knowing they are safe while away. They have also been very accommodating when booking at short notice!

We use this cattery every year and the staff and accomodation for cats are both very good. Cages are clean and our elderly cats who have specific dietary requirements get well looked after

My pup George has been going to Bruce’s for years. He is eager to be picked up by Lewis every morning. His carers adore him and I know he’s getting up to mischief in a safe environment. George uses all the facilities from daycare, grooming and boarding. An absolutely invaluable service.

Our dog has gone to Bruce’s for many years now. She really seems to enjoy it! Friendly staff, flexible booking system and lots of activities for the pups. Would highly recommend!

As soon as Hector sees his treats by the front door in the morning he’s waiting to see the Bruce’s bus pull up. Or rather he is waiting for Eric to knock and he can’t get out to him fast enough. Rain or shine Eric always brings the fun factor. And in the afternoons he’ll return with an update from the field and what Hector has been up to. Hector simply loves seeing him as he does Mia and his other carers . They are a great team together and I couldn’t ask for better care for Hector.

Our pup Inca has been a regular for 3 years and loves it - plenty of space, field with dogs her size and lovely staff. The carers in her field are fabulous - she adores them and my mind is at rest knowing she gets to spend all day with such a caring group. A special shout out for Inca’s driver, Eric. He’s reliable, a great driver (manoeuvres the van better than anyone else on our tricky drive) and safety conscious. Friendly and chatty, but not intrusive; we’re very comfortable to have him in our home. Inca’s rolling around on the floor “performance” every time he arrives to collect her speaks for itself at how much she loves him :) Eric goes above and beyond - checking in if she’s been unwell and doing little things to make Inca feel like the most special dog and we’re beyond grateful.

Burt and Fifi attend Bruce's - and it has made the world of difference for them. Before they used to get worried about other dogs but now, with the awesome team at Bruce's, topped by the undoubtebly awesome Pete, they are now both much happier. With the doggy bus picking them up and dropping the off, it leaves us humans able to get on with the day knowing the dogs have had a run and a hug from all the fantastic staff at Bruce's. I think it is one of the best things we have done which benefits both myself, wife and the dogs. We are all most impressed with Bruce's.

Mila joined Bruce’s when she was 4 months old. She grew up there and it’s where she learned to socialise with other dogs. The best thing about Bruce’s were their drivers. Each of them so lovely, attentive and caring. Mila would be so excited to see them and I wish I could bottle those moments for her. Big shout out to Eric who was the last driver and most amazing and kind human. Mila misses you a lot. Why 4 stars? The ending was bittersweet and I think the management team could have done much much better than they did. It was not at all the service you would expect when you pay so much for care for your fur babies. We tried not to let it impact our overall view of Mila’s time at Bruce’s as we have met some fantastic driver carers along the way. We thank Eric for making the end so much nicer for Mila. She plays with her monkey all the time and we have named him Eric ☺️.

Astra previously attended Bruce’s and her favourite part of the entire day was her bus driver Eric. Astra doesn’t take well to many people but she absolutely LOVES Eric. He always treated her as if she was his own dog and they built a very special bond, it was comforting to know that someone at Bruce’s loved Astra as much as we do. :)

Our 6 year old Labrador has been attending Bruce’s since he was 12 weeks old. He loves it, we love it. He’s collected each booked day by Cat Smith, his fabulous, doggy bus driver & dropped home safely if we’re still at work. Bruce’s has helped with his socialisation, we have had 1:1 obidience training, we get weekly photos, we get him groomed at their doggy parlour & each summer they hold a pawrents open day for us to see where he plays, snoozes & meet some of his friends (human & canine!). Bruce’s is the best!

Bruces its such a blessing in busy lives. The staff, communication and attention to detail (and fun) are real highlights. Everyone is so excited to see our driver Dominika in the morning. She has been wonderful and epitomise’s the Bruces caring culture, where everyday is a fun day.

Theres no where else we'd take our pup, he loves it. The staff are all amazing, especially Peter who picks him up in the morning and Rachel one of his field carers!! They take such care of him and clearly love him just as much as we do. Thank you all :)
