Melanie and Ted took care of our cat babies so well when we went on a vacation. They precisely followed the caring instructions provided and let us know how the babies were doing periodically with cute photos. Once we dropped them off, we knew that they were in good hands. You don't need to worry anything about your babies with Melanie when you either enjoying your vacation or going on a business trip. They have so much love to any cat that comes to them. Even when a nervous cat bit her, she still loved and took well care like nothing happened. I have let Melanie take care of my cat daughters many times, and their top quality care and service is a hands down 10 out of 10.

Melanie cares greatly for all the cats in her care. We’ve used her inn on several occasions for our little guy. I highly recommend her and her boarding services to anyone who is looking for a place to leave their cat/s. She’s really helpful, communicates updates and shares photos during the stay. THE cat hotel to have your fur babies having the best time when you as human also have to go on a 2 week holiday then here your pets are treated with the most amazing care there is. Melanie and Ted are just amazing and so helpful bringing the cats to the hotel where I stay the night after landing back in Calgary. They even have more toys now.. 🫶🏼❤️🥰

To Whom it may concern, I want to firstly thank Melanie for all she did for my little fur baby. This passed summer I had a trip for 5.5 weeks to Europe. Not only did A Feline Inn have reasonable (or under the regular market) pricing but they offer pick-up and drop off for a very minimal fee. I loved how personable Melanie was and really enjoyed the updates I received while on vacation. Jerykho can be a bit skittish at times with new people and environments, but he took to her almost immediately. I had never received updates for my baby while going on trips from anywhere else, but Melanie kept in touch with me sending me videos and photos. I really appreciated that, as this was the longest, I would be away from my Jerykho so I was worried. I would recommend A Feline Inn to any Cat Owner; they truly are as good as all the reviews state! We have been keeping our cats with Melanie at her Cat Inn for more than 3 years since we had one cat until we finally have a new addition of Lulu. Melanie has been wonderful providing service for our cats whenever we need it. She is very passionate about cats and flexible to accomodate our need. Kammie and Lulu are well taken care and they just love her place as they feel like home and they are loved by Melanie. Strongly recommend Melanie's place and service for anyone who needs cat boarding.

We have been boarding our 4 (now 3) cats at A Feline Inn for over 10 years. Melanie and Ted are wonderful and we never worry about leaving our boys because they are so well cared for. Our senior cat has some medical issues and we are confident leaving him in the care of A Feline Inn. They are happy to deal with medication administration and any other medical needs. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our boys!

This is our second year checking Beansie into her Feline Inn. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give Melanie and Ted. So 5+ stars! Prior to her first stay at her five-star Feline Inn, she was an aloof kitty who wasn't interested in playing. Melanie worked her magic and she came home a new kitty, playful and affectionate! And she came home with a new toy! (Beans just popped up to help me write this review.) This year, we had to cut our vacation short so we picked Beans up a few days early. I fully expected to pay the full amount for her stay but Melanie wouldn't hear of it and only charged for the days she stayed! If you book your kitty into this lovely kitty hotel, he or she will have a wonderful kitty holiday while you're away.

As a cat owner of 20+ years, quite frankly, vacations can be scary to plan. If you're anything like me, the thought of leaving your fur babies in anyone else's care leads to an anxious spiral of nightmare. Will they get enough attention? Will a vacation for me lead to permanent stress and behavior change for my babies (like a bad visit to the vet or new fear responses after meeting a stranger)? In this case, I am delighted to report that 'A Feline Inn' is everything the 5 star reviews continuously state. My kitties came home and immediately fell into old routines. They were rubby and meowy and overall... happy. It was like we never left. Honestly, that's all the confirmation I need to know they were gifted excellent care. And it bears repeating that most clients say the exact same thing. On the first night away, Melanie sent confirmation that they were settling in very well and eating vigorously. This made me feel confident. Then, after their vacation, I received a small photo-set showing some happy kitties in various situations. They even went home with two new toys (and they genuinely go AFTER both), demonstrating that Melanie specifically gifted them toys that they enjoyed the heck out of. This is an easy 5 star rating, and I only wish I could give more. Instead, I'll provide my future business - happily and without anxiety. Well, maybe a little anxiety! Consistency is key, after all :)

Had an amazing experience at A Feline Inn. Melanie was absolutely amazing. I'm very grateful to her because she actually saved my cat's life. My cat stopped eating and because Melanie checks up on the cats all the time she noticed something was wrong and called us right away so we were able to take the cat to the emergency and get her the treatment she needed right away. If she was with us, we might not have even noticed but Melanie did. So thank you so much. My other cat stayed with her for 2 months and didn't want to leave that's how good she was. She sent us pictures of him to keep us updated. All the cats that are being boarded look great there. They have they own spot and taken care of very well. IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS 🌟 I WOULD!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! 200% RECOMMEND!!

We absolutely LOVE Dogtopia. My puppy gets so excited to go in the morning and she is so tired at the end of the day which is awesome. The people there are so friendly and truly love dogs. It makes me feel so at ease to know that my puppy is well taken care of during the day and is getting to burn off her energy in a fun environment!

We had our 8 month old dachshund, Frank, try out daycare at Douglas Glen as he was anxious and reactive with other dogs and people. After only a half day once a week for the past two months he’s been so much better, happier and his confidence is building… and the added bonus is that he’s wiped out when he comes home! He is happy to go and now he doesn’t want to leave! 😂 We couldn’t be happier with the care and attention Frank receives at Douglas Glen!

I can't say enough good things about Dogtopia. The people are attentive & kind, and they clearly love dogs. The facilities are clean, the event days are fun & engaging (and make for great photo-ops), and my dog gets genuinely excited every visit, and comes home exhausted & happy.

Our dog, Appa, loves going to Dogtopia so much that if we say the words "Dogtopia" or "Daycare" he runs to the door, ready to go. I couldn't ask for a better team at this location. Knowing that our dog loves being there and is exhausted at the end of the day makes this owner very happy!

The staff here are absolutely amazing! We had our senior dog stay with them and they took such incredible care of him. They went absolutely above and beyond in their care, including running him to the vet when he suffered a medical issue. I can never thank them enough and I would recommend them 110 percent to anyone looking for excellent dog care! Thank you! -Dale

We leave our girl here a few times a week, and she just loves it. She plays with the other dogs and comes home super tired. The minute she gets in the truck she falls asleep.

My dog Max loves Dogtopia DouglasGlen. They treat him so well, and i believe they like him a lot and vice versa(although he never told me other than he rushes to them on arrival). They were diligent to tell me when he had a seizure ( diagnosed with epilepsy soon after). I love how there is events for the dogs to keep them stimulated. Would recommend Dogtopia

Shoutout to Lori at Dogtopia Glenmore in Calgary! She goes above and beyond as a groomer, treating every dog with such care and attention. Her passion for her work truly shows, and it’s so reassuring to know our furry friends are in such loving hands. Thank you, Lori, for all you do for our pets.

This location is beyond amazing. Sadie has been going there for almost her whole life and I wouldn’t change a thing.. She has so much fun and so loved by her people there! I Can’t imagine Dogtopia not being a part of Sadie’s life. I truly believe they have helped with the relationship I know how with Sadie.! Highly highly highly recommend

Absolutely amazing services!! My pup is very shy and I was unsure if he would even play with other dogs. The girl that did the meet and greet went above and beyond! She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I left my pup there and was watching on webcams and he already made a best friend! He passed out as soon as I picked him up. Will be back!

Fantastic experience transporting our German Shepherd from yyc to London Heathrow. All the details of the trip were handled expertly and there were zero issues during drop off travel or pick up. Glenn in Calgary was wonderful about making me and my dog feel comfortable and I knew that she was in good hands. Thanks again!

Excellent service, Glen and Emily gave me all the information I needed, they helped change flight dates to accommodate last minute changes, they organized the vet "fit to fly" and other complicated controls required for my chihuahua to fly from Canada to UK. Overall, an excellent service, pup arrived to James Cargo at Heathrow the day before and was fed, walked and fussed. Thanks Glen!

All i can say is they’re simply awesome. They were a champ in handling Millie during our move to the UK. They sent me updates with photos that helped me calm down as she was not travelling with me ( she was on cargo). Even the team in Toronto did not disappoint. Such an awesome experience. Could not have had it any other way. Highly recommend

I had to travel back to the UK at short notice. I must have contacted about a dozen companies in Canada and the UK. Most didn't respond to me and those that did said I needed three months notice as Heathrow was backed up. Amazingly this company got my dog a spot when I had almost given up. When I dropped my dog off I was worried about the journey and impact but they kept me updated with photos. One of the staff members even had a similar breed of dog and I felt reassured. They got my dog back safely. I am very grateful and my dog seems to like being near the ocean!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! We haven't officially signed on with IAL as we are a long way out from moving, but we are trying to be proactive and wrap our head around the whole process of moving a dog from Canada to Australia. Emily has given us the best customer service from the moment I emailed for a quote. She has gone above and beyond and made me feel really calm about this nerve wrecking situation! 10/10 recommend!!!

They were exceptional taking care of our dog Brian on our relocation to Calgary. Brian is a giant breed 7 years old rescue dog, with so much anxiety, separation anxiety and very leash resistant. Glenn, Dean and Emily (especially Glenn) were very helpful to answer our questions, and kept us updated all the way of the process. They did way more than what was expected, and honestly, I know my dog and his issues, I know it wouldn’t be easy, but it worked out so much better than I thought it would. And they did a great job, I highly recommend them.

First things first. Glenn is a godsend! So we arrived with WestJet on the 16th of May. We had arranged for a pet transportation company to relocate our beautiful dog Bella (she's our pride and joy) over to our big move to Calgary. Went smooth UK side (she flew Air Canada we went cheap to make sure she had the best) but on arrival to YYC it was a nightmare. We needed to go from the airport to cargo for documentation, off to the terminal with the documentation to be stamped then back to cargo to get our girl. Glenn was there to meet us, calm us down, had a plan in place and had everything to a point. He went above and beyond to help us with reuniting us and releasing her to us. We will always be thankful for your help Glenn and we highly recommend your company and services to everyone. His shift finished well over an hour before he sorted everything. We brought a 12 week old puppy over from the UK to Canada. The team there at IAL Calgary were wonderful to deal with from start to finish. They handled the pre and post arrival formalities perfectly so we were able to show up at their facility at YYC and collect our pup with no issues at all. Megan was there to meet us and was so kind and caring... I totally recommend them !

Glenn and the team at IALYYC helped us move our Murphy from Calgary to the UK. Everyone was extremely kind and took excellent care of Murphy from start to finish. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us.

These guys are simply the best. Keeps my boy safe and sound AND he absolutely loves the place. Could not recommend this place any higher - but if there was a 6 star option… they would get it. It may look a little questionable on the outside, but a guarantee it’s is beautiful on the inside and the staff are second to none! If I am wrong, reply to my post and tell me I am wrong.

Our new puppy Lilly had her first visit with Paws Next Door. Mac was great and made Lilly feel comfortable right away. A great business in a great location. So convenient and so reasonably priced. Can't wait for Lilly's next visit.

Christine is the dog whisperer! She is great with my dog Jake and him and her doggo Jas are definitely long distance besties. If you are looking for a place where your dog will be treated well, Paws Next Door is the place to go!

My Pomsky Blu gets so excited to come here! The facility is clean, the staff are so sweet, and he comes home happy and exhausted! They post tons of cute videos all day so every time I miss him I can check out what he’s doing. Super responsive to texts if you ever want to check in during the day. They even monitor his nails for me and offer to clip them when they notice they are long. I don’t trust anyone with my baby other than Paws Next Door!

We take our rambunctious puppy, Gracie, here occasionally for daycare and the staff are always so great! They take the best care of her, always checking her over for unusual bumps and scratches - really appreciate their attention to her overall wellbeing. And of course, this wild child has the most fun every time she’s there! Haha!

Paws Next Door is by far my favourite daycare my dog has visited. Christine and her team have watched over my pup since he was 6 months old and have also taken such good care of him. They helped socialize him with other dogs during COVID when it was quite difficult to do, and he is so good with dogs of all sizes now. Christine and her team always provide me with updates on how he did and anything to keep an eye out for. Paws Next Door is also the most affordable daycare that I have seen. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a day off from their dog, or looking to socialize their dog - they will be taken care of!

Christine and her crew are AMAZING. The facilities are fantastic and their evaluation day allows your pup to get acquainted and situated into a new environment. They have done an amazing job at ensuring your pup and you have a great time and aren't stressed out. The updates made me miss my pup and feel confident he was having fun and was safe the entire time, plus being able to follow along with the fun on social media was AMAZING. 10/10 would recommend!!

This place is amazing! We had tried a couple of other places for our puppy - but Paws Next Door is hands down the best. Our dog is so excited as soon as we are on our way, and cannot wait to get inside. The people there are all super nice, and I feel like they really love our puppy and take great care of her. She comes home absolutely exhausted from having such a fun day. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Love Paws Next Door! Mauleé was going to another daycare, but I tried out their free evaluation day and she seems to prefer this one by far. She walks right in when they open the door and comes back exhausted after a full day of play. The team has help her socialize with other dogs of all sizes and she seems more confident. I feel like they really take great care of her and appreciate the two-way communications.

Paws Next Door is the best daycare in the city! My dog Argo always has the best day ever when he goes and I never have to worry about his safety because Christine and her staff are absolutely amazing! They have wonderful pricing options for both daycare and the grooming services they are offering and they have adapted well to covid restrictions and ensure everyone's safety.

Laurie B's Doggie Daycare provided outstanding service when I needed last-minute accommodations for my dog. Laurie was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and made sure my dog was well taken care of. I highly recommend Laurie B's Doggie Daycare for her exceptional service and genuine care for dogs. Laurie is amazing. This was my dogs first daycare since we rescued her in January 2021 and our dog wasn't completely socialized. . My dog obviously had a great time and felt safe and comfortable with Laurie and her dog as she continued to play with Laurie and run to Laurie for pets n love even after we got there to pick her up about 4 hours in daycare. Thanks Laurie. You are amazing.

Laure dog sits all my dogs. She is also a foster for CB Rescue Foundation for the last 5 years. Her love for the dogs is evident, she is caring and I trust her 100% with any dog we bring to her. Dogs love Laurie! I have only 2-3 people I trust with my dogs, and she is one of those people. I highly recommend Laurie!
