Auf Wiedersehen Pets are exactly what you need to take care of your pets. They are friendly, reliable, reasonably priced and above all, care about every animal they look after. I have used them for the past 5 years since the birth of my daughter, and the arrival of our Springer Spaniel roughly at the same time, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Laura was absolutely brilliant at looking after our fur babies when we went away. She went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and that she saw them both at each visit. I had loads of updates and photos which was lovely and returned to happy cats! Utterly brilliant service. Right from the initial meeting, it was so clear that so much genuine love with professionalism goes into this business. For the first time ever, our boys were so happy, active and energised when we came home. The fact photos were sent when we were away just showed us how happy they were, and made us miss them lots, but reassured us that they were ok. Our boys are very picky and can be shy but they were acting as if we were home and handling them - a clear indication of how good and experienced Henry and Laura are. Cannot recommend enough.

I was really impressed with the professionalism and communication of the Home and Pet Visit Company. Henry took great care of my rat and two guinea pigs while we were away and I felt really confident that they were being well cared for. Plus he sent me great, detailed updates to let me know everything was okay with my babies. I would definitely recommend Henry to anyone looking for some knowledgeable and experienced holiday care for small pets

I cannot recommend Henry highly enough. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure our cats are well cared for whenever he comes. His attention to detail, proper love, care, patience and clear passion for animals makes him just brilliant at the job. Communication is always immediate, he sends us a message after every visit, often with photos - which has been such an important thing for us, as one of our cats isn't very well and incredibly picky with her food! He is incredibly experienced at giving medicine, both pills and liquid and always spends proper time with the cats, giving them cuddles and love. He also takes very good care of the house and often closes curtains, turns on lights for us if we’re not there. I would give more stars if I could!

Henry has been fantastic looking after our cat and guinea pigs, for a week, whilst we were away. His daily updates and pictures were so reassuring and he did such a thorough job, for instance calling and checking on the whereabouts of our cat and playing with her etc. I really felt we were in safe and professional hands. Our cat really seemed to take to him which was great. Thanks Henry!

Henry has been looking after our cat over the Christmas period and has been excellent - very reliable and trustworthy! He updated us frequently, which gave us peace of mind. Will 100% be using The Home & Pet Visit Company for future cat sitting!

I highly recommend Henry - the dog whisperer! He has taken care of our big labrador several times at short notice. I was a bit anxious initially as he is sometimes unsure of people he doesn't know and wasn't used to people coming into his space. Henry made time to meet him beforehand and he warmed to him immediately, like I've never seen him do with anyone before! It was so reassuring to see and he's always very happy to see Henry! He is a genuine animal lover and a total natural with dogs. He is professional, personable, flexible, and it is so lovely to be able to relax whilst away, knowing that our dog is in excellent hands. I can't recommend this lady Michaela enough. So efficient and my dogs loved her. Sent beautiful photos of my dogs whilst sitting with them, followed all my instructions for their care.

Michaela looked after our 3 cats whilst we were away and we are so incredibly grateful to her for the care and love she showed them. She updated us with photos which gave us huge peace of mind knowing that they were happy. She also took care to make sure their litter trays were clean which was great for them but also for us on our return! We’ve already booked more dates. Thanks Michaela 😊

Our labrador retriever has stayed twice with Indigo and she loves it. She was soooo excited and pleased to see them the 2nd time we dropped her off for boarding. A great tell tale sign that she really enjoys staying with them! Thoroughly recommend!

I've been using Indigo Pet Services for several years for my rescue dog, Penny. This is a family-run company and everyone is wonderful - they are so caring for our dog and they are the friendliest of people! Penny goes to day-care twice a week and is picked up from our house in Witley - it's the most excited she gets when the van arrives and it's great to see the bond she has developed with everyone at Indigo, and how much she enjoys the experience. What's more, in these times of Covid they are going above and beyond in making sure everything is hygienic and sanitised, and I have 100% confidence in them. Fabulous service and we'd be lost without them! thank you!

Looks after Stella when we take her for her holidays. She is always pleased to go there and mix with the other dogs. Is great for us when away knowing she's in safe hands with plenty of safe space for play and exercise

Unfailingly kind to me and my dog. He gets to play with other like minded dogs and always leaves me without a backward glance. Indigo is always my first choice when we have to leave the dog. I get his food from there too.

Looks after my dog Jasper amazingly , he is always so excited to get there and is shattered afterwards. Wonderful calm and loving environment.

Amazing! We've been using Dirty Paws for years with our boy Archie and couldn't rate Georgia and her team highly enough.

I brought both of my cats to Mrs Coles and they stayed there for over two months last year from late July to early October. Both were clean, well fed and loved. I do strongly recommend this cattery.

My three working cocker spaniels had a wonderful time staying. Very easy to book, very accomadating and freindly. Will be booking again for sure!

We left our two rag-dolls at Upper Ridgeway for two weeks initially, which was then extended to three weeks. Upper Ridgeway was recommended to me by a colleague, and even though we are quite a distance away in Kent, we chose to come here, and we are really pleased we did. Our cats came back completely happy, and it definitely looked as if they had been well cared for. Arguably, they were better groomed and brushed when we collected than when we left them :-) When speaking to the owner you really do get the feeling she and her staff care about the cats - it definitely doesn't feel like "just a business". If and when we are next on holiday, we will most likely take the cats here again, even though the cattery is 1.5h away by car.

My cat Shackleton used to really struggle in kennels, we started bringing him to Upper Ridgeway last year and have just been delighted with the service received. Shackleton always comes back with his coat looking shiny, he’s happy and settled. He’s clearly been well loved and fussed. I highly recommend this lovely, caring kennels/cattery

I took my cat to Upper Ridgeway cattery recently and ended up having to leave her there for around 1 month. She was so well looked after and loved, I was so happy. The best cattery I've found - such friendly staff who really love the animals. My cat was in great condition when I picked her up and although she often has a sensitive stomach, she was perfectly fine for the entirety of her stay here which goes to show how happy she was. I can't recommend enough!

My ginger boys (Jasper & Carrot) and (Harvey & Nix) love it at the Upper Ridgeway Farm Cattery. The ladies are truly magnificent. They tell you stories about your boys, they cuddle them and make it a home from home. The boys love their runs...their heated maisonette and come back in perfect condition. Mind you it is now getting far too popular and busy...so don't take their space over the summer holidays.

We've used Upper Ridgeway twice this year. Lovely people and peaceful, rural location. Our cats always return well groomed and chilled.

The most wonderful kennels you will ever find; certainly nothing like it anywhere near London. Owner Pat Coles a delightful character and proper dog lover (reminds me of Prince Philip; marvellous sense of humour). His loyal staff are similarly considerate . Nothing ever a problem. You can go away and be rest assured your dog will have a lovely time. Why is it so different from normal kennels (dog prison)? Space. Your dog will be let out to play with other dogs of a similar size and nature five times a day. Of course there is someone watching them all the time. Also, if you like, you can ask for your dog to share her/ his pen with another dog. This is perhaps the best thing for me as i have a Setter (English) who just wants company. She can't wait to get out of the car every time we arrive. No fuss at all if your dog is not neutered or spayed. They will take care of everything. Worth the long journey from London. It's so beautiful in the Surrey Hills

It was our first time leaving our kittens with anyone but ourselves and we were a bit nervous, but Upper Ridgeway made us feel at ease. When we returned after a week’s holiday, our kittens seemed as happy (and naughty) as usual!

Nikki is absolutely lovely and so great with our dog! She very kindly brought our dog along to our wedding in September and was brilliant in keeping him calm in such a high-energy environment! We were able to continue enjoying the day, knowing that our precious boy was in Nikki's capable hands. Thanks so much Nikki!

I chose Nikki as she offered £5 drop in pet visits which is perfect for people who have timid cats that won't play with just anyone. she's very friendly and did exactly what was needed and was available on the phone while I was away. Great knowing they are being looked after and put my mind at ease. she even hoovered up around the litter trays before I got back. I would definitely recommend nikki and will use her again when I go away.

Percy loves his 'holidays' to the kennels! Staff are friendly and we don't have to waste any stress when away thinking about if the dog is okay!

Probably the best kennels we've taken our dogs to - they listened to every small detail we discussed about our two fussy dachshunds, and genuinely cared about giving our dogs the best experience while staying with them. The dogs came back the happiest (and cleanest) in many years of kennel visits - all of the staff seemed professional and invested in the dogs in their care. Very much recommended, we'll be back for sure.

Jane has been fantastic looking after my two cats. She is reliable and has been very patient will my timid girl. Jane is very flexible and has helped us out at short notice due to a family bereavement. Nothing is too much trouble and she is always available when needed. I highly recommend Jane.

We have a gorgeous but very large DDB puppy and a 4 year old Frug we spent ages trying to find dog walkers who could accommodate both of them. We are so so lucky to have found Jane, Meg and Andrew from Welovepets Guildford. Not only do our dogs love them they are reliable, great communication and take our puppy for the best walks, they both listen to what you need and want and absolutely accommodate this. Our Frug is very difficult to walk so we do that but they give him so many cuddles, play and wee stops. We couldn’t be more grateful too them all.

Jane and her team have been fantastic from day 1 and throughout, managing the changing needs of my dogs and everything from regular walks, pop-ins, late feedings, overnights/housesitting - really anything you and your pup might need. Initial sign-up process was extremely quick and efficient, they started straight away and they have been reliable, efficient and flexible throughout. Forgotten to book in? Needed to book extra bits last-minute? Need to cancel or add in extra walks? It's never a problem. I get photos as standard after every walk, it's cost effective and reliable and has given me such peace of mind. Jane and the team have been absolutely fantastic for me and my two dogs. Honestly cannot recommend highly enough. Would give six stars if I could!!!! Eleven out of ten! I know I have said it before but thank you so much again Jane for EVERYTHING what a lifesaver. I don't know what the boys and I would do without you. Gill & Gus & George xx

Jane from We Love Pets Guildford supplied a fantastic twice daily service to our cat whilst we were on holiday. She also watered the plants, collected the mail and took the bins down. It was a very reassuring feeling knowing she was there and attending to our cat's needs and our property - we would definitely use her again!

We have been using Jane at We Love Pets Guildford since our puppy was 16 weeks. She has been great, going above and beyond to make sure our little boy (who was quite nervous initially of new people) was comfortable and happy. Alvin absolutely adores Jane and is so excited to see her every week.

Well what to say, We Love Pets Guildford were a life saver for me when we were let down with a dog sitter for an event we were attending. Jane was quick to respond and organise a lovely lady, Meg, to look after our Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy for the day. For me, what stood out the most, was the time Jane took in ensuring all parties were happy. Jane & Meg came round a few days before to meet our dog and get to know each other. It is clear that Jane is extremely passionate about what she does, and her love of animals, and I felt completely confident in leaving our puppy for the day (bearing in mind this was the first time he had been left without us). I had never used We Love Pets before but I will not hesitate in using them again. The service was impeccable and our puppy was so well looked after, Meg made sure he was walked and had lots of cuddles throughout the day. I’m so glad to have finally found a reliable dog sitting service!

Jane has been a real find, allowing us to be away knowing that our cat Herbert is well cared for. She is always willing to help out in other ways e.g. sorting mail and watering plants. And what’s more Herbert seems to like her more than he likes us! A very reliable and friendly service.

Fantastic and personal service... Jane walked our Lhasa Apso (Laurie) prior to us moving house this year, and was amazing with her. They really bonded, and you could see the happiness in Laurie when Jane arrived to pick her up. Since moving home, we have used Meg as a dog sitter, and Laurie was instantly at home with her. The pictures and videos that they both sent of Laurie out on walks or relaxing at home are a wonderful touch.

Jane has been cat sitting for us for around a year and we throughly recommend her. She has made every attempt to befriend our extremely timid elderly rescue Mainecoon cat and keeps us upto date by video and photos whilst we are away. Jane always confirms prior to our travels and is flexible, recently additionally taking on feeding our pond fish. We find her reliable, affordable and friendly and will continue to use her services.

I've used Burntwood Kennels for many years now and can highly recommend them. Infact, I had a family emergency this morning and needed help for my dog Ted. They bent over backwards to assist, and I can't thank them enough.

My dogs have been day boarding here for the last 3 years - they absolutely love it and are well cared for, they are walked on leads at least twice a day so are not in kennels all day - plenty of fuss from the staff which the dogs absolutely love and are so pleased to see them all. They have such a lovely time during the day - when I pick them up they are tired out and sleep all evening. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The best kennels on the planet, the only place I'll take my pup,the staff are amazing and look after the animals so well, I cannot stress enough how much we love this place, thank you for caring for my fur baby the way I would when I can't be there.

Our dog boarded at Burntwood Kennels for six weeks. She was so well looked after that it made our separation from her much easier. We are very grateful to Burntwood for their excellent care.

Very caring, helpful kennels. Our dog has been visiting since he was a pup and always enjoys arriving and meeting the staff again. We generally take up the offer of two walks per day and can see that our dog is very happy there. Highly recommended.
