Best care and service you can tell he loves his job

Took my dog to get a hair cut. The groomer not only cut my dog on both ears but also over pushed inside his ears. Had to take him to the vet and ended up paying $850 for visit and treatment of his ears. Owner was very rude and was not helpful or understanding. Overall Terrible Experience

Been here 2 times and both times they made me wait over 30 min and both times they said they couldnt help my dog. They just do vaccines and groom. They are not doctors.

Absolutely the best pet place ever. Anna, owner, is amazing amd full of love and devotion for our furry children. The facility is immaculate, smell fresh and clean. Not a sign of poo or pee anywhere. All the dogs are amazing from huge to tiny, and their quarters are clean and organized. Left our Max boy in loving, secure hands. We will never go anywhere else as long as Anna Anderson team are around.

Anna and her staff Michelle, Gaby, Robin and others take impeccable care of our Doggie Pants at daycare. He was very nervous at first but he now loves his home away from home with all the pawties and playtime he gets it keeps him energetic and social.

Well, I've never had to leave my 2 English Bulldogs behind on any family trip, but this last trip, I had to consider it. Knowing the constant attention they require and trouble they tend to get into, Pawsitive Vibes Pet Resort made me feel comfortable to trust them. Thank you for sending me pics and videos of my babies daily. It was comforting for me and felt joy for them. I knew they were very taken care of and given attention. I would bring my puppy Leo who recently has passed away to daycare. He loved arriving at the facility. As soon as he would see Anna, the owner of the facility, he wouldn’t contain he’s wiggles and you could just see how much he loved being there. I couldn’t trust my baby to any other place than Pawsitive Vibes Pet Resort. I cant express how thankful I am with the Anna for helping me with my puppy and his social skills. I know Leo always had such a great time at daycare, made so many friends. Thank you for the great memories I now hold of my baby being in your videos of the birthday, Christmas, valentines, and all the other parties he had attended to during daycare. I’d also like to thank the girls and Leo’s groomer Robin, always gave him the best care💜 this is really a place where their energy has gone to the dogs. I never saw this place as just daycare or just a groomer for my baby if not his second home.

I am a very anxious cat owner and was afraid of leaving my baby alone for the first time. I have never left Loki with anyone, but I felt like I could trust Pawsitive Vibes with my Loki! He was a little nervous but that’s not uncommon with a cat. I’m glad he was safe for the few days I was gone. They gave him treats that I had packed him! I loved that they were open for pickup on a holiday which other boarding places were not! I recommend this place 100% and will come back here if I ever need to! <3

Whether your dog is aggressive or social, Anna will work with your dog to see what works for them. Our fur baby has grown so much working with Anna. I know my baby is always in good hands when she is at Pawsitive Vibes. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for boarding or trying out doggy daycare.

My Lola has been going to Pawsitive Vibes Pet Resort since she was a 5-month-old puppy and she’s 2 1/2 years old right now. She loves going to the doggie daycare. And the staff are excellent with the doggies. She’s a happy doggie there and that's all that matters to me!

I left out of town for work for two days. When I got my dog back she smelled bad she was covered in pee & poop. I had just taken her to the groomers before I left her for overnight boarding. I left her a blanket & her favorite toy. She slept without the blanket I left her & her favorite toy at night. When they gave her to me they handed her to me without her blanket & toy. Even though I asked for the blanket & toy the employee had no idea. Employee didn’t even ask me for an ID or anything when I picked up my pet. I noticed something was wrong with my dog right away. She kept crying & was getting stiff. She threw up in my vehicle & had diarrhea. I had to take her to pet 911. Under the agreement policy form I signed. If my pet was to get dirty they would take her a bath & extra care. Also on the policy form if her blanket or bed was to get dirty one would be provided for her. She was never given a bath or extra care. She came back sick & employment had horrible pet service. I highly do not recommend for overnight boarding.

The love, attention, affection that Pawsitive Vibes provides my babies leave us at ease knowing our babies are well taken care of when we are at work. I can’t say enough good things about them and the activities our babies get to do. They’re tuckered out after daycare and they love going thank you for being so amazing and loving our babies as much as we do!!!

Very accommodating and easy to talk to. When you inquire, you’ll be talking to the owner themselves. You can really see the dedication and their love your dogs! Their hours are perfect for those who work in the medical field. The grounds are so open and my babies had so much fun! I’ll definitely go back if I need any sitting in the future

We boarded our puppy at Fazzio for two nights and couldn't be happier!! Rosa is super responsive and answered all our questions before we decided to leave our pup there. She gave us a tour and we knew instantly that our pup would be safe and HAPPY while we were out of town. We were right! Rosa sent photos and video of our pup hanging out and having a blast. Prices are amazing too! We will definitely use Fazzio for more overnights and will even use the daycare option so our pup can run around and socialize with other dogs on our busy work days. Glad we found Fazzio!

Our family is very protective of our dog. We had not found a better place anywhere. All other places we visited would just keep the dogs in a kennel the whole time. Fazzio has a big yard where the dogs play with other dogs and enjoy their stay. Owners are very protective of animals and pay lots of attention to them. Very clean. We are definitely going to keep using Fazzio for future sitting. Highly recommended!!!!

I got photos and videos the whole time, our dog was safe and happy, and payment is easy! You can leave even the biggest dog with Fazzios. Registration is straightforward and can be done online. So incredibly happy with our experience with the Fazzio family! During our fur babies stay Ms. Rosa sends us so many videos of our pups enjoying themselves & our boys always come home so happy & exhausted. We just finished our first time with Fazzio, and we were thrilled with the experience. We have 2 older shih tzus that have boarded elsewhere and can be settled in their ways, but we saw the sign close to home and gave Fazzio a try. So glad we did! The intake process was easy, the pricing was great, and the dogs were so happy being there.They loved the ability to socialize and be outside and in. We got tons of updates and photos/videos which made me feel much better when we were far away. They're still exhausted now :) We'll absolutely brimg Roxy and Walter back!

I can’t recommend Fazzio’s enough. My dogs had a great time and I was updated daily on how my dogs were doing to include videos. The property is large, clean, and well equipped to handle any dog. The mother and son duo were so professional and you can tell they genuinely love and care for all the animals. I will be using Fazzio’s anytime I have to go out of town.

They took good care of my baby Molly. She was there for a night and did great! They get outside playtime with other dogs if you allow it which is awesome. Puppies get their own designated area and crate with AC for these hot summer days.

Very kind people! My dog got off his harness when I was dropping him off & one of the men who worked there drove around helping me find him. They were quick with responding when I asked how my dogs were doing while I was out of town. 10/10 service. Would recommend!

If your dog/s are outdoor/indoor and can do well in an outdoor setting they will do great in this location. If your dog is more of an indoor-only then perhaps this location will not suit them. This location is more of a ranch/outdoor setting. Our dogs stayed in this location for 9 days, they were well fed, text messages were answered promptly, phone calls were returned and the office staff was patient with questions. Despite changes in traveling plans the owners remained professional and tried to help out as much as possible. For an additional cost we requested grooming; their fur was very soft and clean and they smelled great. I will continue to leave my dogs under their care in the future.

I left my puppy with them for four days and he was very well taken care of. All they asked for were his vaccine charts and his own puppy food. 25$ a day and they let me pay when I came back to pick him up. I called twice during my trip and they answered quickly letting me know my pup was doing great. I payed a little more to have him bathed before being picked up. When I got there he was super excited to see me and looked really happy. I’m very impressed and grateful to have found this pet motel.

I've been coming here for years now to have them help me care for my cats specially during winter since they are stray cats that I care for. Through conversations with them and seeing the hard work they do daily I know they care and feel responsible for every animal in their Pet Motel. Everyone is always super nice and down to earth.

They are a clean facility and great care is taken to treat the premises for fleas and ticks. Your pet's needs are taken into consideration if they take medication. In the event of an emergency, they are quick to notify you and will take your pet to the vet of your choice. The prices are reasonable and hours of operation are convenient. They are willing to work with you if you need a special pickup time. I encourage anyone who is looking for great pet care to go and check them out. They are great people who love and own pets themselves, so you can guarantee the love they give their own pets, will be the same they give to yours.

Jamie is incredibly personable, before she even greeted our dogs (and fish), she had a friendly vibe that eased our nerves/concerns at the door. She takes her time and has a very calming yet lively vibe that is hard to go unnoticed. Jamie is very sweet, patient, caring and thorough. I was impressed at how quickly and easily she was able to get on our dog’s level, (literally and figuratively). She shows tremendous respect for the pets she is greeting during a consultation. She sent photos of our dogs each day we were gone and stayed long enough to snuggle them on our couch. Jamie made sure our pets were loved, fabulously cared for and protected. We were out of town for a family wedding and I felt that I could wholeheartedly trust her to make sure all was well back home while I was unavailable. JB Pet Care is the only company I would leave my dog in the care of if I am going out of town and can’t take my dog with me. I’ve used them For years and wouldn’t trust anyone else. Jamie truly cares about animals and makes sure my Loki is taken care of if I am away. I love the fact that he gets to stay in the comfort of his home instead of locked in a kennel, and she visits multiple times a day, plays with him, walks him, is skilled at administering medications (had a previous dog who was diabetic and she would give him his insulin injections), and most importantly she keeps me updated with pictures 😁

They were great with my Mastiff, rescue dog, and kittens. They have helped me out in a pinch, lock out and last minute travel, like a family member or close friend. Our boys were in JB Pet care while we traveled out of state. Jamie is extremely caring with pets. They were loved and well taken care of. We even received a few pics of our boys. One cocker spaniel is diabetic. Injections were not an issue.

My dog loves it here! Right away Lisette was very welcoming and loving towards my little poodle. I frequently leave for work and I often forget to ask if she could dogsit for me, so I ask last minute and have never been turned away. I know my furbaby will be fed and taken care of. Not to mention my dog has never picked up bad habits being here. She stays days and sometimes a week long. And thankfully she has never returned to me with any ticks or fleas which is such a huge relief. I love that they don't put my doggy in a kennel or cage her up. This is a great place for your dog. We have a Aussie, and he has an indoor outdoor run. People are great. We were using them with the original owners. The new owners are younger, of course, and have done a great job. We are happy with the service and care our dog is given.

I haven't been a client yet but did receive a tour and really liked it! If you want to book here you definitely need to do it about 2 weeks in advance because they're pretty busy. I visited today in hopes of having my furbabies stay this upcoming Thursday night and forward, but they were booked. Gentlemen had me note my number so he can call me in case there's a cancelation, so I thought that was sweet too.

My husband and I were looking for a place that accepted our staffordshire terriers and we found much more here. They are a friendly and welcoming staff that treat Astro and Ghost special. My dogs love going to this day care and playing with other big dogs. And the perk- it is affordable! Perfect second home for dogs and cats.

Paws and claws has been extremely wonderful with my pig and I really appreciate them for taking good care of her. Majority of places in the valley don’t take care of pigs and it was very difficult finding someone who would but I’m thankful for finding this place. Scott and all the other employees are very kind. My wife and I are thrilled with High Happy Pet Resort. We've had some horrendous experiences with other local boarding businesses in the past. We were very nervous dropping off our lab mix Midnight for boarding because he is very undisciplined and tough to manage. He's our wonderful boy but he is beyond a handful to handle. Not only did High Happy do a great job managing him, they kept us updated with pictures and videos as an extra service that we gladly paid for. This helped make our vacation so enjoyable since we weren't consistently stressed out about Midnight. Thank you, High Happy Pet Resort. I felt this was the right place to leave by dogs because when I called they answered every single one of my questions and they offered to give me a tour of the facility. We boarded our 2 pitbulls for 8 days and the staff was amazing. They sent us pictures and videos daily of our dogs on their walks and playtime. I could tell by the videos that my pups were happy and they really liked the girls there! Every time I sent them a text with any questions, they would answer within 30 minutes. High Happy was able to fit in our dog last minute over Thanksgiving week and they took great care of him sending us pictures and videos daily! Very reasonably priced and we will definitely use them again in the future.

My dog LOVES High-Happy Pet Resort! He stays for day care and always has a blast! If you want a place that will love your dog like they are theirs, this is the place for you. The staff is amazing and very attentive to all your pets' needs. They go above and beyond to make every visit a special time for him and even incorporate social time with other dogs. I love it here, but more importantly my dog loves it here.

Tigger was not too happy about being placed into Cat Daycare. After a few minutes, he started to sniff every inch of his temporary shelter. He was let out to sniff the whole area. Staff was organizing the place since they had recently opened this location. Staff were professional and very gentle with Tigger.

I think my dog's picture says it all lol! Me and my wife were super nervous about leaving our husky anywhere or with anyone that's not us because he is a little escape artist and is such high energy and nobody else could handle him, but High-Happy Pet Resort did an amazing job taking care of our baby while he was there for boarding! The photo attached is actually a photo I recieved while he was in their care and he looks so happy! I definitely recommend getting the media package to recieve video/picture updates of your fur baby because it was well worth it and definitely put our minds more at ease. Everything was very smooth and easy from filling out forms, payment and checking in our baby to checking him out. We will definitely turn to High-Happy Pet Resort for any future daycare or boarding needs for our baby!

I am beyond happy that I chose High Happy Pet resort for my little Tito! My dog Tito has epilepsy and has to take medicine at the same time every single day, so leaving to my first family vacation since finding out about Tito’s epilepsy was hard, but High Happy made sure he got his medicine and would even send me daily pictures and videos of him! In every video, Tito looked happy and excited to be around the staff, which reassured me that he was doing more than okay. Thank you High Happy Pet resort for taking care of my Tito, I now know where to board him if needed. I am extremely grateful for the love and kindness you showed him.

Left my active Coon Hound with High-Happy for 10 days. Very nice facility and staff. They actually stayed a little into the lunch break to allow me to pick up my dog without making another trip. Reasonable rates and my dog came home with some improved behavior modifications so I know they worked with him and gave him the attention he enjoys.

My family and I have to attend an event out of state in March. I have not boarded my 13 year old dog Ginger since before Covid. I began looking online for a place 3 weeks ago and found Hi Happy Pet Resort. I decided to get Ginger used to the resort by taking her for daycare 3 times a week. She goes in and she is very happy to be able to play with other dogs. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful and caring. On Valentine's Day I bought the grooming package for her, and she came out smelling so good! Her hair was shiny and had stopped shedding. I have a reservation for boarding in March and I think the daycare is making her feel comfortable so she won't have anxiety when boarded then. The staff has assured me that she will receive plenty of attention and care, so I will be able to enjoy my trip.

Since the first time we took our dogs with Adelle we were very impressed; from the moment that we walked into the building we are received with a smile We have goldendoodles, maltese, Yorkis all have their grooming challenges, either their hair is very soft yet knots easy, or they have very curly hair, with all this in mind I think that all the ladies do an amazing job on our dogs. Everytime we pick them up they look adorable and smell sooo good. They are happy to stay and spent the morning sleeping after their relaxing treatments. The little touches were so sweet and very special, love their little bows, Thank you for alI the care and love. We will continue to bring all our dogs and I shall recommend you to anyone else looking for a top quality dog groomer. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! They don’t know what they’re doing! My mother took her Yorkie to get groomed, showed them a picture of the haircut she wanted, but instead they did as they pleased. Her poor baby came out with NO style at all, that she doesn’t look like a Yorkie at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND taking your fur babies to this place!

We have had the pleasure of leaving our dog here a couple of times so far and always feel comfortable doing it. We really like that we can get her a bath before we pick her up. But we also like that as long as you get your pet in before 2pm you don’t have to schedule an appointment. Our girl is a bit nervous around new ppl but she always seems comfortable when we are picking her up. Thank you Perfect Paws for caring so much!!

I used to love going here. I recently took in one of my dogs and she came back very cute however, she had a lot of fleas. My dogs are indoor dogs who do not go outside. I was able to maintain the flea issue but when I brought her home and she wouldn’t stop scratching so I immediately had to bathe her. The fleas practically fell right off. Today I called twice to talk to someone about it because I was considering taking my other dogs even though I did not have the best experience recently. I wanted to talk to them about it because I paid around 80 dollars for a dog that I had to bathe as soon as I brought home from this facility. Unfortunately I did not get to because I was left on hold for 20 minutes then I tried again but the rep just hung up me. I don’t know - I wish the customer service was better. Now I need a new pet salon to go to.

amazing business, genuinely kind people who love dogs. i brought my two year old husky here after adopting him from the shelter two months ago and they loved him and he loved them!! he smelled amazing after and he loved being pampered! they were so kind to send my picture updates of my baby boy, i've been recommending them to all my friends and family since! definitely coming back soon, thank you lucky dog spa!

Lucky Dog Spa was the best doggy day care experience my 8month pup ever had. I was visiting McAllen just for the day and needed a last minute daycare while i ran errands. I called the place to inquire about services and they immediately accepted my pup Luna. The owners were so kind and responsive—you can tell they really love dogs and take good care of all their clients. They took excellent care of her, made sure she socialized with other dogs (they made sure to ask first if it was ok and also gave me the option to isolate her in her own play pen). They have a lovely outdoor space where the dogs can run around and get some exercise. This was perfect because I had to do a four hour drive with my pup back home so I was glad she got all the energy outs the owners even sent me pictures of my pup throughout the day. I don’t live in the area but visit often and now that i found this daycare service I will definitely visit more often with my pup. They even gave me a great recommendation to pet friendly restaurants to grab a bite to eat before our journey home 10/10! Thank you Lucky Dog Spa.

My Pixie miniature poodle has been groomed only by Isabel since she was 10 wks old and is now 9 yrs old and Isabel does a fantastic job grooming my pretty girl. I love this place so much! The owners are great and so friendly, they really do go above and beyond to please and care for my baby. I've brought my Gusgus a handful of times and each and everytime he's looking so handsome and smelling so good! They even do photo shoots which is my favorite! He's always a happy camper when I pick him up. I so trust them with my baby. Will not go anywhere else.

Excellent boarding service! I went on vacation and received daily pics and dog behavior updates. My dog was so happy didn’t want to come home. Limited amount of dogs boarded by appointment. Highly recommend!

Hands down this is the BEST of the BEST!! I have gone through so many groomers who do not take the time my precious dog needs. My little Fluffy is so beautiful but I have my hands full with work and my family, then life happens and we all get busy. I don't get to brush her as much as I need to. I know she loves to go outside but sometimes she wonders because she's an adventurous dog and she gets dirty. No one has ever even tried to actually groom her until I found this facility. My dog came in very matted and filthy from head to toe. The staff was very kind and courteous and did not make any judgment. Look at my beautiful girl 😍 thank you thank you to the owner who is quite the delight. She is absolutely phenomenal, professional, and does the best work possible with your little. God bless you hun. I have been trying to find a day care place for my Foster dog, he is just a puppy and needs to play. I went to one the smell was so bad, even after 4 hrs my dog came out smelling so bad. When I arrive here my dog had made a dump at my back seat and spoil himself. The owner was so amazing she took him in and said she clean him up. When I pick him up she had bathe him cut his nails n deshedded him. Not only that the soiled blanket I gave her to throw away she washed it for me. She never even charged me for bathing my dog. My dog had such a great time playing n came back tired and that is what I wanted. My foster dog became attached to the lady that brought him out, he did not want to leave her side and he has never done that before. He was always a fearful n anxious dog and would not go to anyone. He love her and did not want to leave. I could tell from his reaction the people here adore dogs and gave the best service taking care of the dogs under their care. They r so generous and kind and went way beyond. I am going to come back bec my foster love his this place n the people. Thank u for making his day and mine

If you need a place for your pets this is it! We live out of town and needed a place to board out pups in April while we visited family and Lucky Dog Spa delivered! They truly are THE best! They took care of all 3 of our pups and made the transition super smooth for both us and them. Daily photos and communication were shared and attention to detail was amazing! Will definitely board with them again!

I left my dog Emma Olivia there for five days while on vacation and was very satisfied with the service at Frienly paws. She had a great time playing with other dogs. Will use their services in the future.

Excellent service and care! Pick up hours are excellent for working people. Daily updates and pictures are given during stay at no additional cost. Staff treats dogs as if they were theirs. 5 star boarding!

Staff is very friendly and reliable. We use their services often, and both check in and out are easy. Our dogs love spending time with their boarding buddies.

We have taken our German Shepherd there several times, and she LOVES it! We like the open space concept, and it has really helped with her socializing.

Careful! This place is not in condition to be a daycare and they also mistreat them, they leave the dogs in the sun dying of heat and dehydration, do not take your pets to this place!! The police will be called for this.
