My dog Stella gets super excited when we pull up twice a week for doggy day camp. I can tell she enjoys being there and the staff always greets her with a smile. When I come to pick her up I hear stories about her day. This is an affordable safe place for you to take your dog while you go to work.

Mix up in appt time for evaluation by the business resulted in us not being able to use them for vacation. Unprofessionally handled. No response from owner as requested. But the silver lining is that we found an awesome pet sitter on Rover (for about the same price) who we now use for all pet sitting needs!

We have used them for 6 years ish, very polite. They definitely care for your dog. I completely trust them with my dog.

We regularly board our 2 Greyhounds at Delta. Only place they have been excited to be taken they happily march in with Kerry or other staff members. A special treat is a separate play area and time for Greyhounds with muzzles due to their thin skin. We drive an hour plus to know our hounds will be well cared for!

Mona and her team of walkers have been wonderful. I tried for two years to get my dog to walk on leash without pulling. After walking with professionals for a few months we we a huge difference in her. Her reactivity to other dogs while on leash has also improved.

Mona was fantastic! When she first greeted my pups, they instantly loved her! She welcomed them with open arms, and treated the pups as if they are her own. Usually my pups have a lot of energy and I was surprised that she was able to keep up and make them tired after their walk. I highly recommend Mona if anyone is looking for someone who goes above and beyond.

We are so glad to have found Namrata. Our dog stayed for 2 weeks. We got multiple pictures of her having a great time. Namrata was super communicative via text. She got daily walks and socialized with other dogs and humans. It was a huge relief to know that my doggie was living the good life while we were gone! I highly recommend happy pets and namrata!

We boarded our two year old rescue pup while we went to Vegas. The beginning was rough for our doggy because she was in a new environment and has anxiety. Namrata worked with her tirelessly, and after the first night, she was doing so much better. Namrata sent us updates, pictures and videos and set our minds at ease. This is the first time we’d used a boarding service and we will be returning whenever we need puppy care. Her rates are reasonable and the dogs have free access to the backyard as well as regular walks. We are very happy customers.

Namrata has taken care of Millie (my 3 year old doodle) for both dog day care and dog boarding. I have been dropping Millie off with her and her family since September 2023. Millie is always excited to see her when I drop her off. Namrata is very responsive and always provides picture updates. Her son and Millie have become best friends. I am so happy that I have found an amazing dog sitter for day care and dog boarding. This lets me go on my trips and into the office without worrying about her. I would definitely recommend Namrata for dog day care and boarding!

We have been very pleased with Happy Pets. She is very organized, and quick to answer by text for bookings, pick up time, etc. She will forward pictures to you during the time you are away from your dog if you request, and our small dog, Lola has always seen very well cared for. Lola can be temperamental, and whiny, and may not be the easiest dog to take care of, but Happy Pets has always done a great job of providing great care for Lola and understanding she is who she is.

Namrata did a great job boarding our 5.5 year old Jindo. She sent pictures and updates every day, making us feel comfortable being away from our pup. We would happily board our dog with Namrata again :)

I can tell that my dog loves going there and it gives me great peace of mind to know that my dog is so well taken care of when I am out of town. Namrata and her family took such great care of my dog Allie for one month. My initial plans for a dog sitter unexpectedly fell through, but on very short notice (just a few days) I was able to find Namrata who thankfully was able to take care of Allie for the whole month. I received photos and video and it was clear that Namrata, her family and her dog Albus were bonding with Allie and that she was very well taken care of. I’m thankful I was able to find Namrata and now feel confident that I have an excellent dog sitter for any travel in the future. I highly recommend her services.

Very helpful and kind staff. They took wonderful care of our pup and I love the daily photos we received and how happy our dog was. I love the service option for a bath before pickup, made coming home from our trip much more relaxing! Their facility is wonderful and I really appreciate the pup water play they had for our dog!

My first time I took my dog to just see how she would react to be around dogs for a full day. She did amazing, and the I boarded her last week since I went to my vacation she loved it kept calling for updates and I am amazed on how they took care of her for the time I was out. She loved the time she spent there with all the other dogs and the staff. The place has lots of areas where dogs can play and enjoy their time. Had my dogs boarded for 2 weeks. Received updates on how my furbabies were doing through out their stay. Staff were very kind and pleasant. Received my babies freshly bathe and smelling great. I can tell Bucky and Chase enjoyed their stay. Will definitely use Derty Dog again. Thank you.

We love Derty Dog for our fur babies. They take such great care of our dogs. I love the pictures and report cards they send. We never have to worry if they’re being cared for. If I could give more then a five star I would.

Great Service, Staff, and Price = WOW Experience ! This was my first time using this service and it was (1) week during the Christmas holiday. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use the boarding and day visits again. The facility was clean with plenty of options for indoor/outdoor exercise and spaces to accommodate various sizes and personalities. This was good for me because my dog is 60+ plus pounds. The communication was good for a holiday stay, I did receive replies per my email inquiries to how Bella was doing. Bella enjoyed as well, she cried when she was dropped off back home and moped for a couple of days. She is very active and plays well with others so I'm sure she made and missed friends. Yes, I said dropped off, my flight was delayed I sent an email asked if she could be dropped off that I was not going to make pickup time. I received a prompt reply of no problem. The owner dropped her off and to my surprise she was returned to me bathed and smelling great. The owner was very professional and personable as were all the staff. Rowan was my first point of contact when Bella and I took a tour, she was GREAT! and definitely was the key factor in my decision to try this service. Now I feel like I can travel and no Bella has a place we are both good with.

My Lab " Buddy " had fun! His first time out of the house and he made two friends over at the retreat which I am now calling it " Camp Snoopy " to my Buddy. From being a little monster at home he is now relaxed , calm and looks like he has even picked up some manners when brought home! I bought the package for 10 days because he will be going there a lot. I am so glad I found this place, and they even send you photos to your phone or email address of your dog having fun, I think more if you leave him for a few days but if you dropped him off for 8 hours I'm sure they will send you some photos if you ask. Excellent pick up hours! I do recommend the retreat to everyone!

Super caring staff! I use them to board my guy on trips and he seems to love it. They take notes of each visit so they remember exactly what your pup needs.

I LOVE this place! Most importantly my dog loves this place! I was so impressed with how I can tell that the owners love what they do and pay such close attention to all dogs under their care. You can tell that they really care and get to know each dog. As an owner of a pure bred cane corso, I really appreciate their ability to lead the dogs, read dog body language, and manage all the dogs. The biggest thing that impressed me about them was when I came back to pick up my Corso, she was walked up to me off leash and behind the gentleman. I've only seen her do that we me as she pulls everyone else like a lead sled dog. I really appreciate all of the attention and care that they give and they both are genuinely excited to see my dog when I drop her off. I've recommended her to everyone who is looking for doggie day care or boarding. Thanks for everything!

I’ve been taking my dog here for about 5 months now since moving to Concord and I have to say this is the best doggy day care I’ve ever taken him to. Despite having 40-60 days a day (on weekdays), Melissa and her colleagues remembered my dog’s name after just one visit! When I pick him up, they usually provide me with an update on who he’s played with and how he did that day. Also, Melissa helped me today with removing a tick off my dog, which I was grateful for! These people know their stuff! Love this place!

Such a wonderful place, I can’t say enough nice things about Dogs Will Play. The staff are so friendly and happy. The facilities are clean and plenty of space for dogs to play. We have an energetic GSP and he LOVES going to dogs will play. When we drop him off he is so excited and runs right back to see his friends, and never looks back to say goodbye. He always comes home happy and tired.

Best place for my giant puppy! She loves going here and she really loves the people that work here. She practically drags me across the parking lot to get into this place. She's a regular for daycare, and we have used the hotel service several times. She's always been a happy camper here.

This is hands down the best daycare/place to board my dog I have found. I've been taking my dog here for more than a year now. They really care about the animals and it shows. My dog is always happy and worn out when I pick him up. I love the stories I get about what he did and who he played with. When I had surgery they were super accommodating and helpful. When I couldn't physically take care of my dog, they gave me a place I could take him, where I knew he was safe and taken care of, and I am extremely greatful. If anyone from Dog Will Play reads this, thank you. 😊

Our doggie used to play here and sometimes we would also board him when we were out of town but he was rejected recently because the new gal said that he was aggressive. Maybe he thought you were the vet or maybe he just didn’t like the way you looked in a hoodie but whatever the reason he was a regular until recently. It was very inconvenient because we were going on vacation and we’re forced to look for an alternative at the last minute! Thanks a lot Dogs Will Play. There are plenty of better options for our little one.

Our fur baby has been going here since she was a puppy (she's 5 yrs old now) and she's still excited every time we drop her off. She's here at least 3x a week and she loves all the staff. We're so happy to have Dogs Will Play as her home away from home. Very highly recommended 👌 …

My dog has been going here for a year now and I feel blessed to have found this place! She and I have been through the changes since it changed owners and I can say I am as happy now as I was since I first brought her here. The staff is amazing...They are friendly, kind, caring and love my dog as much as I do. They truly feel like family to me and to my dog. I could never say enough kind words about all of them. Their grooming is amazing as well. My dog frequently gets her teeth brushed and she also loves getting baths here! Its so nice to pick your dog up, have her tired from a day of playing and clean from a bath!

We brought our pug puppy here for the first time two weeks ago for a "spa" treatment and he loved it! He's normally skiddish around strangers and shy of new places, but his tail was wagging throughout the whole process- bathing, nail trimming, etc. The staff is incredibly friendly, and our little guy seems to trust them and truly enjoy his time there. I'm happy to have such a nice facility walking distance from our house as well. We'll be bringing him back this week and next week for a full play date while we attend an event near the coast. I'm pretty picky about my dog's well-being, but I fully trust the staff at Dogs Will Play to take care of our furry family member.

We had an amazing experience with Pets Frolic Inn. They took such good care of our dogs while we were away. The prices are very fair and their service is amazing. We had our boys washed and groomed after their stay at Pets Frolic Inn and they looked and smelled better than they do when we take them to the groomers! The team there were friendly, easy to work with, and great at keeping in touch with us over the course of our trip. Our boys left there happy, well groomed, and even more mindful of their obedience cues! Five stars, definitely recommend them and will be coming back again for future travels!

***update on 8/26/24… the boys came back and boarded with frolic inn while we went to South Carolina. My opinion hasn’t changed. Kind staff and the boys came home wagging their tails. You can tell they had tons of fun. Highly recommend this business for your pups**** Wow! Great first impression. I dropped my dogs, brisket and chowder off at the frolic inn today for a trial run. They have to do a ‘test’ day to make sure they get along with other dogs & can be boarded for the weekend in the future. First impression is everything and from my initial phone call with the front desk staff member to being greeted… you can tell this place really cares about customer service. You can also tell they truly love animals. My dogs go wild for new places with excitement and the front desk staff member handled it so well. It’s obvious they’re used to high energy pups ;) When we picked our pups up at 1… you can tell they had a great time. The staff said they did really well with the other dogs. I’ll do an updated review once they stay the weekend for boarding. But so far, I’m very impressed :)

Good experience with staff at pets frolic inn. We have an elderly dog that requires special attention and when she behaved unusually Julia was really quick getting ahold of us and letting us know the situation in detail, and put us in touch with a vet. Highly recommend that team.

I found Pets Frolic Inn for my brother's cat when I was helping him and my mom move. They needed to be out of their place for nearly two weeks and it was really important to us that we found a safe and loving place for his cat, Honey. Pets Frolic Inn was the perfect place. The staff was so loving towards Honey and she had a nice, clean space and was happy and well-cared for in the two weeks she was there. And the staff was incredibly flexible as we had to add extra time at the Inn when the house was being shown to buyers. The staff was very friendly and patient. I looked at many other places and this was the only place I felt my brother would feel comfortable leaving his beloved cat.

Staff is very friendly, our 12 year old Shepherd stayed with them over a long weekend and by her actions and behavior we can tell she was well cared for. They have large out door runs, and for a dog use to running the hills and open property of Montana this was a great benefit.

Fantastic local boarder, not a chain. Definitely get the feeling they like the dogs and my dogs always come home happy. They even can wash the dogs. I’ve used them a few times and 5 stars

We love Pet Frolic Inn!!! Our 85 pound 8 month old puppy goes there for when we need a safe, loving, and entertaining place for her either over nights or when we take a long day trip. She is never nervous about going and enjoys play dates with a thoughtfully selected single companion pup. Cannot ask for more!

We dropped our dog off here for a 7 day stay and it was super easy. They have a bunch of outdoor space for the dogs to play/run. They also double checked we were all the way up to date on the dog's shots and stuff. Price was super good imo. Would use again for sure.

Heather and Levi are the best in the business I highly recommend them they are very caring and passionate about their career. They are very professional and there do you when you need them in caring for your pets. We have been taking our rotty pup here since she was 3 months socializing her and used to other dogs and environment. I can’t say enough about their curriculum and stance of outlook of a dog’s treatment and life. Pet frolic in is the best in CCC hands down price should not be a concern if you love your pets. My best friend, Rosie the labradoodle, is a high energy kind of girl, so I make sure she gets plenty of exercise and socialization. Recently I found the doggie daycare at North Main Pet Lodge, which also does boarding. The good news is that Rosie loves her stays there, and I have complete confidence in the owners and staff, who are both friendly and professional. The lodge is not fancy but both the kennels and the play areas are clean and perfect for an active girl like Rosie. Highly recommended.

This business used to be the best for your pet services, but since it's changed ownership, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We have a huskie, and before the change of ownership, our dog Dee loved loved loved this place, but since the change of ownership, the 1 time we took our dog, when we went to pick her up... she was crying and didn't even come up to us, and ran straight to our car 😞 this was heartbreaking for us. She was depressed for 3 days after we brought her home. Dee is usually a happy go lucky, fun loving dog, so this was disturbing for me. We miss the old owners....

I have been taking my dog Jasper to North Main Pet Lodge for 6 months and I’m extremely pleased with the quality of their services. Chris and Colleen have a lot of experience working with pets and it is evident by the care and attention they give each of their customers. I especially like that there are supervised play times to ensure everyone plays safely. I trust the care of my pet for both daycare and overnight boarding with North Main Pet Lodge!

We love North Main Pet Lodge and have used it for our cat for the last 8 years. The cat facilities are large and the enrichment provided by staff keeps our cat happy. We know he is safe and well looked after which gives us peace of mind. This is all besides the fact that the owners and staff are responsive, friendly and caring :)

Really pleased with North Main Pet Lodge, especially the good care and personal attention they gave our dog during his stay. This is a family owned operation, and they really know what they are doing. Will definitely be back -- this is now our preferred dog sitter! I especially like the upgrade options they offer for overnight stays, including 1 on 1 time with the dog, group play, various walks, and evening treats. We signed up for a couple of those extras, and they noticed which ones were effective for our dog and which ones weren't as effective. They proactively adjusted the play time so that our dog could do what he likes best (which also saved us some money). We also know exactly what to sign up for next time. The kennels are a very good size (4 ft wide by 15 ft deep indoor/outdoor area separate with a wall and doggy door).

We have been kenneling our dogs here for quite a few years. They have always been happy and healthy when we've picked them up. Owners are very nice and personable. They even managed to make my horribly unfriendly toy poodle like them. She hates everyone! They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them. Of note, when one of our dogs passed away from lymphoma in March, they were nice enough to send a condonence card.

Love it! Well taken care of. Great experience. We’ve been using them for almost 4 years. We have a old rescue cat. She needs a lot of extra love. Comes back very happy and adjusted. Owners are very personable and respond quickly. Great prices for the area.

Our 9 year old German Shepherd was recently diagnosed with intestinal cancer and we were afraid to board her. We left her at North Main Pet Lodge for 5 nights and she did fantastic!!! Chris and Colleen make you feel so at ease! We love this place and so does our dog!

We were comforted knowing that she was in good hands that truly cared about her. I really appreciate how professional, sweet, and kind Mindy was throughout our e-mail communication. She provided updates on my dog and reassured me that she was doing well. She responded very quickly and also kindly answered all of my questions prior to boarding. She also sent pictures of my dog during playtime when I requested. I also appreciate how sweet Lauren was during drop off and pick up. My dog is very shy but I could tell that she was comfortable with Lauren. My dog was happy and playful when we came home from pick up. I am so happy that I have found a lovely family-owned pet hotel in the area and highly recommend them.

We honestly can't praise Wunderbar enough. We found this amazing pet hotel while looking for somewhere for our dog Susan to stay when we went into labor. We have no family nearby and she's a reactive dog who wouldn't do well with a dog-sitter in the house or with other dogs. Wunderbar was the best solution for us as we know that she gets a private room, private toilet breaks and private play time. We started out with short day camps and built up to overnights. She's stayed with the team while we've been away on trips and has done many day camps with them when we've had to have workers in the house doing improvements. She loves her tris to the hotel and is excited for every drop off. She's got an amazing connection with Lauren at the hotel and she can't wait to see her every time we drive up. The hoptel were even fantastic in helping us out when our AC went down during the recent heat wave. We knew she wouldn't cope well with a worker in our house and we were glad that they had a last minute room available where she had AC and could be comfortable. We get the best happy photos whenever she stays with them and she's always so excited for her stays. I've lost count of the number of times we've used their services and we couldn't be happier to have found this dog hotel. Amazing staff and great facility. This is Susan's happy place - truly her home away from home.

We've been bringing Banjo here for almost 10 years now and have always enjoyed how over the top happy he is when we drop him off at Wunderbar. We miss him more than he misses us I am sure. I can’t speak highly enough of Wunderbar’s! Mindy and her team are always kind, helpful, incredibly responsive, and reliable. My anxious Australian Cattle Dog gets excited when he sees the employees come outside for him at check-in, and is always in a good mood after coming home. Keeping the dogs separate is a huge relief (especially as a dog mom to a dog-reactive herding dog), and speaks to the concern for safety and well-being of the dogs implemented at Wunderbar’s. I confidently trust Wunderbar’s, and am so grateful to have a reliable and happy place for my dog to stay when he can’t travel with me!

This place is truly incredible! I have a very energetic and intimidating Belgian Malinois in which the team of kind professionals handled her with the love and care that she deserves. I had a horrible horrible experience at Wag Hotels in Oakland and was scrambling to find an alternative as she can be a challenging breed to manage. Wunderbar didn't bat an eye and knew all the tricks to keep my girl tired and happy. They keep all dogs separate which is a huge stress relief. I trust them to play with her as often as they say they do, unlike Wag Hotels, who threw my 62lb dog in a small room for an extended period of time without walking her or playing with her (extremely cruel and I will never go back there). Mindy and team have a family approach and really make you feel welcomed and treat your fur baby with the utmost care. I will be a happy returning customer for years to come!

Our dogs love staying at Wunderbar and we can relax when we travel because we know they are safe and happy.

Weve been trialing a place for our dog to stay, building up to longer stays as were due to have a baby soon and will need somewhere for when we go to hospital. Wunderbar has been amazing, Susan loves going here and genuinely was happy to see staff on each visit. Last time we dropped her off she couldnt wait to go with her new friends. 😆 Unfortunately due to lockdown making it super difficult to socialise her too well and a nasty dogpark incident shes very wary of other dogs, luckily Wunderbar does offer private stay with 1-2-1 play times.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Wunderbars Pet Hotel and the staff. Our dogs love it here, and the staff go above and beyond. Mindy and her team are amazing and caring! We regularly board our 2 hyper dogs here and they are always thrilled when we pull up to Wunderbar! Additionally, Wunderbar did a long term boarding for a family member was in the hospital. They took amazing care of her 90lb German Shepard, including a special diet and even sent pictures and updates on her pup while she was recovering. I can't say enough about how dedicated Wunderbar is to their clients. So glad we found them!
