We had an amazing experience at Sunshine! We went with friends to try Dock Diving for the first time. The dock rental booking portion was so easy. We called and then got sent a link to view all the open time slots. Booked online. An hour lesson with an instructor (we worked with Tevin) was only $45, which I felt like was a great deal. Plenty of parking, the dock and pool were in perfect condition, everything was clean, there was a prota-potty, BBQs for grilling, seating and shade. 10/10. The lesson itself was awesome. Tevin was our instructor and spent the entire time with us, teaching us, helping our dogs, giving instruction etc. He walked us through everything, step by step. He's extremely knowledgeable with K9 behavior and made sure our dogs were set up for success. Our dog can be a little anxuous at times, so Tevin made sure to keep his boundaries in mind throughout the duration of our time there. We so appreciated him and look forward to coming back for a 2nd time. I wasn't sure what to expect going into it. Our dog enjoys the water but isn't toy motivated so we weren't sure if he'd actually jump. He ended up doing so well, you could tell he enjoyed himself and was feeling confident and comfortable in the environment.It was an awesome experience. One of the best feelings as a dog owner is trying something new with your pet, and seeing them enjoy it. Can't wait to come back! If you're on the fence, I'd say definitely just give it a shot and see how it goes. We were so pleasantly surprised. You'd be surprised at how big of a difference it can make to work with an experienced instructor!

Such a great place to have quality water time with the dogs. There us day care, boarding, training and they have all kinds of fun activities for say camp too. We went with a friend and rented an hour of pool time to introduce 2 of the 3 dogs to dock diving. (The 3rd was already a master and jumping and swimming). Water was a pleasant temperature and much cleaner than I had expected, especially for just wrapping up an event earlier in the day. Area was very clean and well maintained, even a nice picnic area to chill out in. There are 2 Porta potties on site for use. We had a great time, and the dogs did too. They were happy and exhausted after the hour. We are already looking to plan another trip down this summer to do it again.

Our first lesson was great! While my dog is a total spaz and fell in within his first 5 mins, Todd was so patient with him. Everything was so clean and everyone was so welcoming! We even got to see some pro dock divers practicing!!

Under new management and it shows!! Jess and Tevin are great. Friendly and helpful. The pools were clean, the area was spotless. They are doing a great job. Jess helped me to get my puppy to dive off the dock. She was gentle and never pushed him off the dock. Great experience. Even when we were there for a pool rental, no lesson, Jess made sure she came out to see if we needed anything. And, all of the heavy equipment that was all over the place is gone. So much nicer. Will definitely be going back.

Came to Sunshine Dog Park for a special function for Golden Retriever owners. Had a great time. The facilities were very nice. The pools and decks were clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Took my dog for his 1st swim lesson. Great experience! Super nice staff and his instructor was awesome! Can't wait to go back!

Jessica and her husband are such welcoming people. Have been here twice for group swims. My bloodhound Bumble absolutely loves it. I recommend to everyone!

I would not recommend this facility if you love and consider your pet part of the family. I left my dog here for a week when my family and I went on vacation. We were told that we would receive updates on his training and his stay ( boarded and trained ). I had to demand for updates and videos of my pet, because no one ever reached out to me. The owner was also very rude on the phone, extremely passive and nasty. She had also mentioned that she did not go to sleep thinking about my dog as its not her priority... When I got back from my trip I wanted to go check on my dog, since I was VERY WORRIED but was given a hard time to see him because he was not "ready" with his training. When they finally let me see him he looked like he was not taken care of, dirty, not well fed. He also had a spiked dog collar, which NO ONE informed me they would be using. I was aware though that due to his breed he would not train easily, and he could learn slow but I think if I would've gotten updates and if the owner and the staff members would had been polite. This would had been a different experienced. If you LOVE your dog and consider them part of your family. PLEASE do no bring your pet here.

Michelle is easy to work with and very flexible with her scheduling. She treats my two lap dogs with kindness and love. When she finishes walking or dog sitting Chloe and Coco, Michelle will update me on how their time together went. When I tell my babies that Michelle is coming today, they get excited and always wag their tails. Michelle handles my babies like they are her own, and I truly appreciate that! She is trustworthy and will ease any of your worries regarding pet care! She is a blessing to my family!!! Without hesitation, I recommend Michelle to assist you in your pet care needs.

If your looking for a loving, caring pet sitter Michele is the one you should definitely go with. Michele has been taking wonderful care for our dogs. Our first dog was Lady who was diabetic and required shots, which Michele was excellent at and Lady loved and trusted her. Years later we now have an another rescue her name is “Bailie” and she absolutely loves being with Michele. I just can’t say enough about how trustworthy honest & caring a person she is. Michelle has done a fantastic job for us. Super reliable, great with our fussy cat, sends us pictures while we are away. We wouldn’t use anyone else. I have someone real close to our house that hires teenagers to do the work for her. I don’t want strangers in my house. Michelle does her own work and I really trust her.

I’ve been using Michele for almost 10 years now. 6 years with my first dog, and now with my 2 new dogs. She’s reliable, totally trustworthy, and my dogs love her! I know for a fact that she really engages and plays with the dogs when she comes to your home. And she’s so willing to work around my changing work schedule with no problems. I highly recommend!

This was my first time using Michele for my cat, Flynn. She was good with him during my vacation. I appreciated that she sent me pictures of Flynn each day she was with him. She followed my Instructions and left my home in good shape. I'll use Michele again for future trips.

Michele was great! We needed a pet-sitter for about 5 days to take care of our troubled child-a black, feral cat with anger issues. She braved morning and evening rush hour traffic in order to give him 1/2 hour feedings twice a day, change his litter, and attempt to play with him. Unfortunately, he was often hiding when she'd come. He, also, attempted to bite her a couple of times, and growled quite a bit, but by the third day, her warm ways began to coax him out into the light. She sent us photos, so that we could see his progress. When we arrived back home, the house was in great shape with no destruction, and Batman was just as we left him, and maybe, a little less troubled. If you're looking for an exemplary pet-sitter, Michele at Tailwagger's Pet Sitting Services is the best, and she's beyond trustworthy. We'll definitely be using her again,, if she'll have us. P.S. Michele is an Angel!! We were so nervous to leave our 3 Pomeranian for two weeks but Michele took such great care of them. She notified us every time she went to visit them and when we got home they were clean, healthy and happy! Usually my Lacie (the smallest white Pom) has a rough time when we’re away and doesn’t eat but Michele worked her magic and Lacie had no problem. Had my adult Siberian Husky, Cascade, stay at joyful acres on two separate occasions this winter, great experience, they took Cascade on a trail walk to visit the farm animals. Very happy with the service, great prices- will go back

We wish we could give more than 5 stars because they absolutely earned more! The owners and staff literally saved our dog's life while she was staying with them! She had become sick very suddenly, the staff noticed right away and sprung into action contacting us and getting her the help that she needed immediately. If they had chosen to observe her symptoms to see if they improved for even 1 hour (which would have been a reasonable course of action had she not vomited right after drinking some water), our dog would not have survived. Joyful Acres owners and staff treat the animals in their care with the same love and attention as they do their own. If anything demonstrates that your pet is in good hands with Joyful Acres, please consider our story as proof.

Sadly, we are going to put our 14 yo chocolate lab down on Monday after he has begun to lose more and more body function. As I was trying to decide what to do to make his last days filled with joy, my number one thought was Joyful Acres. From the time he was a young dog, he would be able to smell that we were getting closer and would work himself up into a shrieking mess until we pulled up and he’d bound out of the car as if he didn’t care if he ever saw us again. This was his happy place. (When he was about two, he jumped out of the car window and was running next to the car, he was so excited to get there.) So last night I fired off a letter to explain my request: could I bring him in for a deep massage shampoo for one last time at his very favorite place on earth and of course they said yes. I originally found joyful acres after a previous dog lost 10 pounds while we were on vacation, and we’ve been happy ever since. So tomorrow Arly will get one last time with the crew he loves with his whole heart. Thanks so much for always taking such good care of our goodest boy, Joyful Acres Crew! We could not have asked for better people to love him as much as we do!!

This place has changed they have poop all over there place for us to walk in when you drop off ur pet the staff is not friendly at all I walk in and I’m never greeted just handed the bill which is never what I’m quoted on the phone it’s always more I only used them for 4 days it’s almost 200 dollars and I come home with 2 cans of food I sent 5 one extra in case I can’t get there so they never fed my dog one of those days . I paid for them to take care of her they also charge me for walks and it’s obvious that they don’t walk them they just charge u for it because the dog is extra hyper when you get them so I won’t be using them any more they changed alot from what they used to be which was nice

Our family is so grateful for Joyful Acres Kennel and all of the staff. On Labor Day weekend our Daughter-in-love went into labor. Our regular kennels in Northern NY we’re not available, so we called Joyful Acres which was close to the hospital. Joyful Acres answered the phone even on the holiday weekend! They helped us transfer our Vet records and were thorough which showed us they were professional and concerned the animals in their care. So, we drove our dogs almost 6 hours to Joyful Acres! Dog drop off went smoothly and our dogs seemed happy to go inside for their new adventure. I called multiple times to change pick up time and date and each time everyone was patient and kind. Pick up went smoothly as well. Our 4 dogs looked great and it was evident they enjoyed their stay as they were happy and playful. Thank you for going above and beyond to take care of our best friends, so we could support our loved ones in their time of need.

I boarded my lab mix here for the first time and I was so impressed! I emailed them while I was away checking on my pup and they kindly replied every time. They returned her all brushed and beautiful with trimmed nails (not even the vet can do that!). They took a lot of time to talk to me and ease my anxiety about leaving her which I greatly appreciated. Pup parents have the ability to choose different kinds of walks and 1:1 play times which I took advantage of. All around great experience!! All Creatures Pet Care is first-rate. Brooke has taken care of my golden doodle since he was a puppy, sometimes for up to three weeks when I have traveled. The care is exceptional! Best place for your dogs!! Whether you are boarding them overnight, for a few days or just a day for daycare.. your dogs will leave happy and tired :-) They have so much room to run around... and it's not too many dogs per dog attendants in the yard! Many places we've gone.. there are wayyyy too many dogs to keep track of. This place, not only has lots of room to run around, they always have different enrichment activities to keep your dogs happy. They offer so much for what you are paying for. Lots of different treats and services. My pups Chewy and Pandora are always so excited when we pull up. Love how the attendant know them to as they are pulling us in :-) They have great communication. We were in a different country when they needed to update us one time and getting in touch with them was easy. We highly recommend this place. Your pups will love you!

My pups stayed here for 2 nights in a flying solo penthouse to keep them happy as my one pup is dog reactive. I just picked them up and they are the happiest pups right now. I know they received the best care and were so loved while we were gone. The pickup time was SO well orchestrated. The workers all seem to love what they do and truly care. Thanks for everything!

It was Jameson's 1st time boarding and he had an amazing time! The staff always kept us informed of how he was doing, sent pictures and report cards. Fetch is the only place I will board our pup Wyatt. Their care is exceptional! We loved getting tailored report cards and pictures every day while we were away on our vacation to ease our mind. Our pup gets so excited to go to Fetch as soon as we pull into the parking lot! We recommend Fetch to everyone we know for boarding and daycare!

I have been using Fetch for daycare and boarding since we moved to Pitman NJ. I’m so glad we found this place. My dog Buddy gets so excited once he realizes where we are driving to. They are very professional and run a very controlled safe environment. I feel very confident in the care they give my dog , and Buddy is our whole world and we don’t trust just anyone with him. I also like that they have fun holiday activities that your pet can participate in.

Max had such a great time at his first day! He was knocked out all night from how much fun he had. The staff is so sweet and you can tell they truly care about you and your pup. I can't say enough good things about the folks at Cedarview Kennel. They are incredibly nice and truly know how to look after my two dogs, Oscar and Molly. Because of work, I've had to board them at the last minute a few times, and the team at Cedarview has always been accommodating and professional. From the moment we walk in, Oscar and Molly are greeted with smiles and pets, and it's clear that the staff genuinely cares about their well-being. The kennel is clean and well-maintained, and I always feel confident that my dogs are in good hands.One time, I had a family emergency and needed to leave town unexpectedly. Cedarview Kennel didn't hesitate to help, even on hour of notice. Knowing that Oscar and Molly are being looked after by such caring people gives me peace of mind, and I can focus on what I need to do without worrying about them. Highly recommend Cedarview Kennel for their excellent service and genuine love for animals. They have made a loyal customer out of me!

They treat my big boy Daryl so well. I take him to get his nails trimmed, and he goes right back with them happily. I see them petting him and loving on him while they trim. He loves them just as much!

I've taken my dog to this groomer a handful of times for a nail trim I've always call first because I need to request two people to keep my dog from jumping off the table and hanging himself which was never a problem for them.... until today. I've experienced my dog jumping off way too many of these tables and choking out. "All groomers tie up all dogs by the neck to keep control." The receptionist stated that only 1 person (not me) can be with the dog. I explained that I wasn't asking for me but my dog always jumps off these tables and he requires two people by his side. I asked if there was another employee there to accommodate him. I was told "we'll see if she's available when you get here." When I arrived the groomer took my dog then proceeded to pick him up to put him on the table. I stated again "you're going to need two people. Her response was "well let's just see what happens". I replied to her "I prefer we don't, I know what happens!" At this point the groomer was very annoyed that my dog required this accommodation. These two ladies (the receptionist and the groomer) made me very uncomfortable with the lack of professionalism and their obvious annoyance with us over this minor request. (It took them all of 1 minute to trim his nails.) What I learned from this visit was no matter what you say, they do not listen to their customers. I will not use this company again.

I have brought my dogs to both locations on multiple occasions. There seems to be a communication problem with the older woman at the front desk. She swears she says she told you things on the phone when you set the appointment up. When I brought my dog in today she told me my dogs shots records expired in January. I said when I made the appointment you never told me that. She says yes I did it’s written here. I told her just because she wrote it down that does not mean you told me. She kept saying yes I did. She has done this to me on multiple occasions. She told me one time to come back at 5 to pick up my dog after his grooming. Then I got a frantic call from her at 4:30 asking me where I was. I explained to her she told me 5pm. She swore up and down she didn’t.They even called me to bring the dog in early on my voice mail and never said anything about make sure you have up to date shot records. This is the second time she had done this to me with the shot records. I drove there for nothing I will not be going back. Communication and customer service are a huge part of business. If she would of admitted to her mistake of not communicating properly I would of been fine with that. Make sure you ask if there is anything you need to do before going in with your pet. She makes a lot of mistakes!

Spent 285.00 for 2 Goldens cut, bathed and nail grind. One looked satisfactory the other looked as if he was shaved in spots nails only cut and back never touched. For the amount spent plus tip, absolutely disappointing. I should've never paid for this. My fault. Would really love to speak with the owner of this place

I was calling around to see if anybody is able to bathe my cat & trim his nails. The receptionist said the groomer is able to do that and she scheduled me an appointment for the next day. When I went to bring my cat there, the groomer said to me “well what makes you think I can do that?” Um i don’t know this place is supposed to be a professional groomer & the receptionist said it can be done when scheduling? Very unprofessional I took my cat and my business elsewhere.

Great environment, professional and caring staff, beautiful facility for furry friends. They treat our four (4) dogs like royalty ... they are greeted with love and affection when they walk in. Clean accommodations and activities for the furry friends, our pups ADORE Chrissy Laun . Grooming available onsite - they do a fantastic job. Drop off and pick up is a breeze. It's comforting to know our dogs are in good hands while we go to our workplaces or on vacation. We like the fact that during our lunchtime and breaks we can dial in our computers and see our pups happily playing or simply just resting peacefully. Our dogs literally pull us down running into this place! They are the best ever! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Simply the best! We are very grateful to the whole staff for their excellent care and we HIGHLY recommend Halo House to everyone who truly cares about their pet's having a royal vacation while you vacation with your human family.

Always does a great job grooming my Keeshond Hobbs. Sometimes I let him go a little too long between groomings especially in the last 8 months since we found out my wife has cancer, and they still get him looking great. Hobbs really loves going to see AJ

Use 2 bring my 2 dogs 2 pedacure halo house bought them out .what a Mistake I took my yurki there .not only did they butcher my dog. He looks harandas I went there and complained and they said will your dog was moving around so if I cut him you will just have a vet bill on top of your glooming bill.. And it don't even look like they washed him He still has eye buggiess all over his eyes. Guess I have to find somewhere else to bring my animals to get washed & groomed

Halo House took good care of my reactive dog with their no-touch service. I was very anxious to leave my dog, but when I picked him up, he was happy as ever. Two weeks later, when I had to board him again, I was worried that he'd balk at going back to boarding, but when we pulled into the parking lot and let him out, he had no reservations about going back. The staff are very attentive and are helpful in answering questions and concerns.

I found Halo House on a Google search. After reading the reviews, I scheduled my Auggie to spend a week there while we went away. I was nervous because he's only 1 and had never been away from us. Halo House took such good care of him. The packages/extras they offer make pets' stay like heaven. Everyone is so sweet. They were responsive, and reached out after to check on our fur baby too!. Will def use them in the future and absolutely recommend.

They really sanitize their place there & really do a good job with my dogs grooming. My dogs get spoiled there when I bring them there. From the back kennel to the front suites the runs r nice for the dogs to run in and out as they pleased.

We recently rescued a 1 yr old terrier hound mix with known separation anxiety issues and Halo House came highly recommended. It was thankfully on the way to our vacay spot in N Wildwood. We were originally going to board no contact but changed our minds when he interacted with the staff because they were friendly and handled him so well. We also booked him for 2 sessions of play time (3 day stay) and instructed them to give sedation if needed. When we arrived to pick him up he was super happy to see us but we received positive feedback he didn't require meds at all. The workers are super friendly and I will gladly go out of my way to bring him back for all our future boarding needs. (We live 30 mins away) Reception area is clean and they are thorough with paperwork. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend.

Awesome!! Friendly grooming personnel. No caging It's been more than 8 months since I began bringing my babies to Halo House and they have been constant with their services, care and overall experience. I highly recommend them!

We recently boarded our dog twice at Halo House. They are a great place if you're looking for a safe spot for your pet. The front office is always very helpful in answering all of my questions and made me feel comfortable leaving my 4 month old puppy for the first time. I loved getting back the report card filled out by Nickey to let me know how my puppy did during his recent stay. Great communication and very welcoming!

We had always been loyal customers of Halo House - both boarding and groomer since the early 2000s. However, the last time we boarded our Shih Tzu there, she came home with a terrible infected rash on her stomach. She was lethargic and miserable. We took her to the vet right away and it took two rounds of antibiotics to cure her. The vet said she was likely laying in her own urine for hours. I called and complained and was ignored for weeks until I spoke to my groomer (also HH but a different location). She got me a refund on my vet bills after about a month. It's sad because they were our go-to kennel but never again. Somewhere along the line, they just stopped caring about treating the dogs well.

A year ago I took my German shephard puppy here so that she was not stuck in a crate all day when I go to work. She loved going here, she loved playing with all the dogs, everyone loved her and everyone knew her name. She was never a problem dog. All I had to say is let’s go to camp and she would run to the car. One day she came home from camp and while rubbing her belly I noticed a sticky spot on her fur and when I took a closer I realized it was dried blood covering a big wound from being bit. When I brought this to Halo Houses attention they had “no idea” this happened and had no idea what dog bit my dog. They said they would check the cameras and then told me they couldn’t look that far back. So whatever dog viciously bit my dog is possibly still at camp but who knows because the people that are supposedly watching your dogs aren’t watching them. They pretty much told me they don’t care and it happens and they don’t care about my money either if I decide to leave. We decided to let her continue to go here only when Sam was working because we trusted her and she enjoyed going here. We didn’t want our dog to suffer because of other ignorant and rude staff and management. We had been planning on getting a second puppy for awhile since she loved other dogs so much. We ended up getting another German Shepherd puppy after. She is only 5 months old and she is the calmest sweetest puppy and she also loves dogs. We were planning on enrolling her in camp again despite what we went through the first time hoping that she would also benefit from hanging out with other dogs like our other girl did. When I called to get started they asked me what breed and when I said German Shephard they said they don’t want to take them and that they can grow up to be bad and they need to check with management at this point I flipped out because I had a German Shephard come here already who loved dogs who wasn’t a vicious mean dog whatsoever EVERYONE loved her. What’s ironic is that they are worried about her breed but THEY COULDNT EVEN PROTECT MY DOG from a non targeted breed. Who’s the real problem here? Halo house is an example of what’s wrong with this world. Dogs need to be socialized so that when they are older they are good with other dogs but places like this turn them down so they don’t get an opportunity to become socialized. Afterwards they told me they will evaluate her but after spending thousands of dollars to have this experience and treatment from them I don’t want to spend a penny more! My German Shephards are the sweetest happiest dogs and deserve only the best treatment and this place doesn't give that. Some other dog got away with viciously biting my dog and yet my dog breed is the problem? YOU ARE THE PROBLEM! Get a load of this the owner doesn’t even like dogs. It’s great to have your dogs interact with other dogs that’s the only thing good about this place but certain people and the owner herself don’t give a damn about your dog or their well being! Come here and risk your dogs well being just to be told they don’t care. You lost great dogs and paying clients. Picture posted. (Edit in response to Halo House my complaint has nothing to do with your policies it has to do with the fact that Halo House was UNAWARE that another dog in the facility took a chunk out of my dogs skin and I was not made aware of this incident happening I found out on my own either Halo House doesn't pay attention to the dogs or you brush it under the rug in hopes that the customer doesn't find out that there was an incident. The policy also protects and allows a dog to remain in camp after biting a dog like this? Where are the policies for that? Second complaint is the fact that you give a hard time for allowing german shepherds in the facility and then brush it under the rug when other dogs bite. Incompetent company that does not take ownership for their lack of attention to your animals and for their lack of empathy. As far as protecting your clients I was a client that paid thousands to send my dog here for poor treatment so thank you.

Something happened to my Dog while she was here and no one ever called to tell me. She went in fine and came home limping and depressed. It took us many months and vet visits to figure out what was wrong. Maybe we could have figured it out sooner if this place had integrity and contacted us with what happened. So in the meantime my poor dog has been suffering in pain while we worked to figure out what was wrong and now are stuck paying thousands of dollars for surgery. Will never ever bring my dogs back here.

I take my Golden Retriever there every six to eight weeks for grooming. He’s always happy to Renee his groomer and he always looks great when she is done. I have never used them for boarding, however they truly seem to have your pet’s best interest in mind.
