I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

"A relaxing and long time away from home made possible by the best pet & house sitters we could have asked for!" Judy and Steph went the extra mile over their entire one month stay at our home. Both our cats became fast friends thanks to the care and dedication provided for them. We were routinely updated with spectacular photos of our furry girls throughout our leave that helped us be anxiety-free the entire time. Even our older shy cat spent time sleeping on their laps or hanging out on shoulders. As for the house, Judy and Steph left it even cleaner than when they arrived! We had a few tasks to maintain the lawn and potted plants outside, which were completed perfectly. They even tended to our vegetable garden where needed! During a 'risk of severe hail storm' alert, Judy and Steph kept us in the loop and went even further to place potted plants under shelter out of harms way. In summary, we recommend Judy and Steph and would happily have them return again if our schedules cross paths.

There are not enough words in the English language to express my deepest gratitude to Teresa and all the amazing love and care she showed my sweet cat Milo. From the moment she met Milo, I knew there was going to be a very special bond. He instantly relaxed when he first met and already looked so happy and at peace with her. The bond between the two of them only seemed to get stronger and stronger with every day that I was away. This two-week trip was so important for me as it was the first real "vacation" I had taken in a few years. I was in desperate need of a mental and physical break and knew that in order to have a true "time off', I needed to feel completely at peace with Milo being well-taken care of. Well my prayers were answered as Teresa was the "cat whisperer" I was hoping for. I could not have asked for a better, more compassionate, self-reliant, and intuitive sitter ! Teresa was also so diligent in sending me her daily picture and video updates of my cat. With every picture and video I saw, I knew that Milo was so happy being with her and I never worried for one minute while I was away. What a gift ! Teresa was also a serious life-saver for me as literally an hour before I was leaving for my trip, I found out my cat's tracker app was not working and after a few emails and phone calls, we found out the tracker's server was down. Teresa took the initiative to follow up with getting the tracker to work again which was a HUGE stress-relief for me . She is not only wonderfully savvy with animals but also with technology as well ! I feel so fortunate to have Teresa in my life now, not only as an amazing sitter for Milo but also as a wonderful friend for life! Thank you, Teresa for everything.... Nia is a wonderful sitter - punctual, considerate, caring, and tidy, and also a lovely person, who I enjoyed spending time with before and after the sit. While I was away Nia sent photos and videos of my cats Tommy and Arthur every day, with witty updates and observations on their personalities and behaviours, and it was obvious that they adored her. Arthur has a mild neurological problem, so it was particularly reassuring to know that Nia feels especially connected to animals with specific physical or emotional needs, and knowing this contributed hugely to my peace of mind while I was away. I have no hesitation in recommending Nia as a sitter.

She's a local sitter and I wasnt' having any responses so I contacted her and she fit me into her schedule even during the holidays and right after another sit across the country. She took great care of my two cats and home and I very much appreciate it!

Sabre is a sweet, honest person who stepped up at the very last moment (after the prior sitter flaked out) to watch our dog and cat for 17 days. When there were a couple minor accidents, she informed us of them right away. One involved a burnt pan (easy to do if you’re not familiar with an induction stovetop) which she offered to replace. Sabre also washed the towels and sheets, and made up the bed before we got home. The yard was pooper scooped and litter box was clean. Pets seemed well-cared for. When she had to leave town for several hours one day, she made sure to arrange for our neighbor take care of the pets. Additionally, I appreciated how she didn’t assume that it would be ok to bring her cat. When we found out she was going to keep her cat in a kennel during her stay here, we told her she could bring him which worked out fine. Overall, I would confidently recommend Sabre to watch your pets and house.

Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). To say I felt confident leaving my pets and home in Justin's care is an understatement. Justin is a real adventurer and believer in the power of both human and animal connection. Without a doubt, I would recommend him as a sitter...and a friend! Thank you, Justin for a great example of how to wrestle so much more meaning out of zeewoi.

Jenny was an absolute delight, lovely to speak to and patient with last minute changes. I have had bad experiences with trusting people with my cats before so was really anxious as Jenny is the first house sitter I have used from zeewoi. But, I felt at ease as soon as I spoke to her, she has a lovely manner and she came round the day before the sit to male sure she had every detail right. But I think the thing that helped the most was her regular updates about my cats. I could see from the videos she sent they were given lots of love and attention. My cats don't usually play with people but my little girl seemed to love her! My flat was immaculate when I got back as well, I am so grateful to Jenny for all her help and really hope to have her sit for me again!

We couldn't have asked for better sitters than Pares and Mark. Since our initial contact, it was straightforward to communicate with Pares. We were lucky enough to get a chance to meet Pares with our dog Luna, and Luna got along with her immediately. During our time away from home, she kept us informed about how both our dog and cat were doing, and they were both cuddling with her since the first day. We got a lot of pictures and knew that they were safe and happy. The apartment was exactly as we had left it when we came back. Pares and Mark even ran the dishwasher and the washing machine for us. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter, and it made our trip very easy knowing they were taken care of so well. We'd have Pares and Mark back to our home without any hesitation.

What a relief to find a place where you can confidently leave your two dogs, knowing that they will not only be okay, but actually enjoy themselves! Our dogs' behavior says it all: When we arrive at Spoiled Rotten, they start to jump about with excitement. And when we get out of the car they have to be reminded to heel, or they'll pull on their leashes. It's all because they love Spoiled Rotten and Spoiled Rotten seems to love them.
Our family cannot say enough about Spoiled Rotten. Our dog is an anxious pup and we were not sure if we would find a place to love him as much as we do while we travel and for daycare. When we found spoiled rotten it was such a blessing- they love our dog and his quirky ways and he truly loves going. Their staff is amazing and attentive to all the dogs. It’s a great feeling knowing your pet is happy and cared for when you can’t be with them.
Our dog Snickers loves this daycare. The employees and owner care a lot about each pet coming through the door.
I rescued a husky who is, on brand, very dramatic, but I think likely has some abuse in her past. Spoiled Rotten Doggies has been so great working with me to help acclimate my pup to be comfortable in daycare and boarding. It’s such a nice group and I really appreciate them - they go above and beyond!
This place was absolutely amazing! We were visiting the area for just one day with our two mini Aussies and Spoiled Rotten made it soooo easy for us to bring them in for the day (we live on the road and they attend daycares regularly but never at this facility). We have had to do this many times and have never had an enrollment that went so smoothly! When we picked them up, there was this sweet lady at the front desk that had obviously been with them and loved on them all day - her love for animals was very evident and our dogs both loved her! Would recommend to anyone!
This daycare is amazing! Staff are friendly, and my dog always comes home tuckered out. Boarding here is what I love most, my dog is always made to feel comfortable and loved while she’s there. She’s not forced to sleep in a crate, and she loves snuggling the overnight staff. Highly recommend!
I strongly recommend you avoiding boarding your pets here. Both times I picked my dog up after his stay, he was either injured or sick. The first time was an infection on his paw that was so bad he was limping. The second time he was vomiting and had diarrhea as soon as he got home. None of this was mentioned to me nor was I notified it was going on while he was there. The medical bills on top of the cost to board your pet here is not worth it.
We really love Spoiled Rotten. Our dog is there 1-2 times a week and always seems so happy and tired after. They’re really flexible which is helpful for our busy schedules and definitely work hard to accommodate what you need on a day by day basis. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
In response to Natalie Mendez, I am the groomer at spoiled rotten the reason why I could not” look at/fix your dog” Is because I am having surgery in a couple of days and I’m going to be out of work for the next six weeks, I am completely booked solid! I’m doing the best I can,, not to mention my dad just passed away and I’ve had to reschedule about two weeks worth of dogs ,,,,, I have been working every single day last couple of weeks, so to basically imply, that I do not care about your dog is absolutely not true!!!!!! All of my 250+ clients will back me on this! They all know that I love each, and every single one of my dogs! So to basically say that I do not care about your dog is 1,000,000% not true!
My dog loves going here and the staff is very friendly and attentive to the dogs.

I was referred to the Danvers location from Beverly since they are currently at capacity and not accepting new grooming clients. They mentioned that Danvers just launched their grooming department on Monday and while I was a bit hesitant since it just opened, I took a leap of faith and gave it a try. Not only did they meet my hopeful expectations, they blew them out of the water! My dog Thor, a Samoyed, was in severe need of a grooming appointment. After many beach trips, park days and mini hikes recently his fur was not in peak condition. His groomer Macy went above and beyond to make sure he came out looking immaculate and like he could be entered as a show dog. His appointment lasted roughly 8 hours, and Macy took incredible care of him during his time there. She displayed the utmost patience, exemplary professionalism, complete attention to detail and genuine love for Thor! As a five year old Samoyed who I’ve had since he was 8 weeks, this is by far the best looking, smelling and feeling he has ever come back from any grooming appointment I’ve ever made. 10/10 will be back!! My doggie Beau was there yesterday for his first time. He came to me happy and tired. He played with the others and the people outside with him were attentive and the dogs all seem to love them. All the dogs I met were friendly and sweet. I now have Doggy Depot to be able to care for my pup when I have to be at work really early. They will take your pet at 6 AM! I'm Very happy with this whole new doggy daycare. My dog is now safe instead of going to the Danvers dog park and getting bitten and me getting bitten by dogs that nobody should have in a dog park.
Joel and Marie and the entire team at Doggie Depot have been so wonderful to me and my dog. I've used them for playgroups and boarding since my lab was a little pup. I just boarded him this weekend for the first time in Danvers and wow, what an amazing facility. Their team is top-notch and loves and cares for animals as if they are their own. We just started taking our dog Bandit here and absolutely love it. The location is so convenient and having a weekend daycare option is amazing. I love the outdoor space and how easy making the reservation is. They have been able to accommodate all of our requests so far, even a last minute daycare request on a holiday weekend!
We utilize The Doggie Depot for both boarding and grooming. Our Cavalier King Charles spaniel loves the staff! We're very excited to check out their new Danvers location this month.
The doggie depot is such an amazing place! The dogs are always running around happy and the staff are always super friendly! I recently switched to the new danvers facility and my pup absolutely loves it. Always comes home exhausted and always excited to go back. All I have to say is want to go to camp and she gets all excited and runs to the car.
My dog has been going to The Doggie Depot for years in Beverly Farms, and we just transferred to Danvers because it was closer to home. The facility is wonderful, and the staff is so kind. I am so excited my dog gets to go there!
A legit Dog Hotel, you must see the conceive desk in person to believe. I have left my older boxer there for several nights, and one off days, since they opened. It has been a great experience. I highly recommend.
When I brought my sweet baby Charlie here for the first time when there were no reviews, I just saw the signs. Holly cow! This is amazing. They treated my little Charlie like a prince. Trust me you haven't seen anything like this before. and to the one star reviewers, its probably just sad competitors in tears. Nothing compares to this on the east coast, I travel a lot and never seen anything close to this, wonderful experience.
Our dog has stayed here multiple times and always loves coming back! Thank you for doing such a great job boarding our dog!

I took my 2 sister kittens a few weekends ago and it was a wonderful experience. Brianna greeted us with a huge smile and was so incredibly sweet to my kittens. I have to say that Brianna was probably one the nicest people I have ever met and I trust her completely with my fur babies. The next time I have to board my pets I will back to see Brianna as she is just an angel. 😍
This all truth and fact ! I inquired my first time to board my fur baby in August of 2023' I was concerned for Staff and my dog because he is over protected of me. I have been going to Muddy Creek for years they are the best ! However I wanted to try a place a little closer to my home and have back up just in case. No one ever called me about my concerns today 11/1/2033 they called me to confirm my reservation for Possibly 2/2024' still never taking a moment to address my concern. Now today they respond they are too Busy to reply to Everyone Never have I ever heard that. Why would I bring my beloved Fur baby when I know nothing about them I still cannot wrap my head around their response. I was fooled by their Pretty exterior online. I care about my fur baby as much as my own children. !
We boarded our 2 Portuguese Water dogs while we spent 2 days in the Salem area. We had several conversations with the owner before coming and read other reviews. We felt this was the place for our dogs. The staff greeted us, took additional information and met our dogs. We picked them up two days later, they were happy boys and we got a good report on their experience with the other dogs.
I have been boarding my toy poodles here for about 8 years and recently have become happier than ever. Yes, there were a few months under a previous owner that left me dissatisfied, but with the new ownership (1/18) under Dr. Miles Borash, the place is back to a high standard of care combined with a healthy dose of heart & hugs. The staff is efficient with intake, dismissal, and personal attention to each dog and I find them extremely reliable in every category. You can tell a lot by how your dogs react when walking in the door; my dogs happily bound through the doorway and receive a warm welcome from the staff each time. Brianna is very thorough and very careful to note the personal needs of your dog, including medications, feeding, etc., and Doug lends a personal touch in his care that allows my ultra sensitive poodle to relax enough that he can even pick him up - something he doesn't let anyone besides me do! I'm very happy that Dr. Borash and his crew are at the helm now and I can leave the dogs here with not a worry in the world.
This pet resort is under new management....we have been bringing out cat here for 10 yrs. and have noticed a difference. Mainly, she is an outdoor cat and has the opportunity here to sit out on her private porch. She has her own room with a climbing perch. She is very well cared for and Dr. Borash noticed a problem with her teeth which I wouldn't have detected and did a great job fixing it. I would definitely recommend this place to board your cat or dog if you're going away on vacation. I also feel really comfortable having a vet on the premises.....just in case.
Extremely unprofessional staff and dirty premises. I had made a reservation in person, filled out all paper work and called a few times to make sure everything was in order. When I called to ask what would be latest time to drop off my dogs, they had lost all my paperwork and had no idea I had a reservation. The manager kept saying I had never gone to make the reservation and I did. I still had to leave my dogs for 5 nights and they didn't send pictures unless I called and asked for them. They promise complimentary showers and more walks for the dogs which did not happen. I did not get back all of the blankets I had dropped off because they mix them with other dog's. The staff had a horrible attitude and didn't get along. Do yourself a favor and don't leave your dogs in that awful place.
DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE, horrible customer service and a nasty manager Bree, horrible communication. I would give them a zero if I could, which is a shame because Dr Borash is the best. He needs to get rid of these money scammers
Really nice place, the owner is altruistic and extremely interested in animal safety and treatment. It's nice to find a service provider with such a really good attitude toward his craft ! Highly recommend them
I love this pet resort I was so worried about leaving my little guy anywhere, but they are all so nice, and there is a vet right in the same parking lot that owns the resort so if anything were to happen they would take him to the vet right there, I am so happy I found this place it’s the best.

Janelle is an absolute treasure! Easy scheduling, great communication and the best possible care for our Albus we could ask for! We have a special needs dog Albus and Janelle integrates with his care seamlessly and without us having any doubts that he is in the best hands when we are away from home. The biggest compliment I can give is that Janelle gives you peace of mind. Anyone who knows me knows that this is huge. A few months ago, we went away for two nights for the first time since the pandemic began, and when we returned, our cat Gilbert showed signs of having had a major anxiety issue with us being gone. Our pets are our children, so we knew we had to do something before we tried to go away again. We found Janelle and scheduled a meeting and found her to be professional, caring, thorough, and assuring. She gave off a calming vibe of "I've got this. Your pets are safe with me. Go and have a good time." She took careful notes about what needed to be done while we were gone (Gilbert is diabetic), and asked questions to be sure she got everything right. While we were gone, she checked in with us to let us know the cats were well, and it really took a big burden off of our shoulders and allowed us to enjoy our hard-earned vacation. We fully recommend her, and think she is a big step up from other pet sitters out there with her medical expertise and thoroughness. We will not hesitate to use her again and wish we could give her even more stars than 5. Thank you Janelle!

Janelle is an extremely reliable and prompt person. She always let us know how our dog’s walk went and we felt very safe letting her in our home.
Highly recommend. We've been clients of Janelle since the Christmas Holidays when we started traveling again, and we've been so incredibly happy with her services. We trust her and we know our boys are in good hands. She's extremely reliable and flexible, she provides updates on how the boys are doing, and she's accommodating when it comes to coordinating key pick ups. Her first visit is a walk through of the house and what she needs to take care of, and getting to know your pets. You can tell she really care about animals. We will definitely be long term clients of hers!
I have been working with Janelle for several years. She's been excellent! I had a senior dog that was in need of more care than just pet sitting. She required daily fluids because of kidney disease, which was more than most pet sitters had experience to provide. Janelle was professional, experienced and reliable. Since my girl has passed we've added to our pack. She's great with all my dogs and we trust her in our home and to care for our pets. We love working with her! Our dogs love her too!

We always recommend them to all our fellow dog parents; I really can’t say enough about how wonderful Kathy and the rest of the staff are. After having several bad experiences at other kennels, this is amazing. Our pup is nervous of new people and places, but after his first stay we knew he loved it and didn’t want to leave. We’ve unfortunately had some last minute family emergencies and they have been nothing but accommodating. Having K9 Edge has been such a relief to us because we don’t have to worry at all when we travel without our fuzzball. They let us call as often as we needed to check on him and get updates. Very reasonable pricing especially for 24/7 care and services offered. Ample parking. Other services offered aside from boarding. Check out the vaccines and other required paperwork on their website. Just give them a call for any questions, they are patient and understanding.

We brought our dog here for its first visit. The staff here are very friendly, training oriented, and certainly regimented. We found K9 edge after being recommended by a friend and it’s no secret way. The trainers here love dogs and know what they are doing. Know that your dog would be cared for here. I would recommend it to anyone.
I have been taking my dog Drago for roughly 4 months. I utilized the daycare training program initially and could not have been more pleased. I saw immediate results even after day 1. I continue to bring him for daycare based on how much he enjoys going there. I think he is happier to see Cathy than he is to see me on most days. If you are considering a place to either train or board your dog, I would 100% recommend The K9 Edge.

I have used Tina's pet services several times to care for my cats when I was away, She goes above and beyond, She left notes of what the cats did each day, brought toys for them to play with while she was there. She doesn't just feed and empty litter box, she actually spends time with them. She is the best.
Tina's done a wonderful job, she's taken great care of our cats (who need medication and have some other quirks around eating habits) multiple times now. Highly recommend!
