Highly recommend Sam and Small Paw Adventures. Our cavapoo, Millie, had a wonderful two-week stay while we were on our honeymoon. We loved the regular photo updates, and to our delight (and surprise!), Millie returned with an improved appetite. She’s always been a fussy eater but now eats twice a day! Sam’s incredibly professional and knowledgeable - I wouldn’t take Millie anywhere else!

Sam is absolutely wonderful! Our Australian Labradoodle Dougie attends day care regularly and has such a wonderful time. The relationship Sam has built with him is lovely to see and we trust her completely. Knowing he's cared for so much and has so much fun in the secure fields with the other dogs is so reassuring when we are at work. We would recommend Small Paw Adventures to anyone without hesitation.

Sam looked after our special boy in her home away from home for a week whilst we went on holiday. This was the first time we had left him with someone other than our immediate family. He got two walks a day and a lot of fun company. Safe to say he was tired and utterly content each day. Sam was great at sending through pictures and letting me know how he was getting on. Our hearts were at ease knowing he was being looked after by a loving and safe pair of hands.

I've been using Sam for our puppy for a while now and would not trust her with anyone else. Sam is always helpful, knowledgeable and above all caring. Molly loves going to stay or just going for a walk with her and her other doggy pals. I feel safe in the knowledge that she is well looked after and above all having fun.

I highly recommend Sam and Small Paw Adventures. Our cockapoo has been going at least once a week for over 18 months and has boarded a number of times. He absolutely loves it! Our cockapoo Nala has been going to Small Paws for nearly 3 years. As soon as we met Sam she put us at ease with her passion for dogs and we knew Nala would be happy at day care with her. Sam is friendly, reliable and will always do what she can to be flexible if needed. Nala is so happy when she gets back from day care and we always get feedback on how she has been doing. We highly recommend Sam!

Our Cavapoo Theo has been going to Small Paws since he was 12 weeks old. Sam is amazing and always makes sure Theo has lots of fun, exercise, learning and eats well. Sending Theo from such a young age really helped with his socialisation and training. He recently had his first experience of boarding with Sam for a week and had the best time. We never have to worry about him as we know he’s safe and having fun with all his friends!

Sam has been amazing with my dog, Bailey loves her days with the Small paw gang. I feel relaxed and safe knowing Sam is looking after Bailey while I am working. I work shifts and Sam is always accommodating at short notice.

Figo has been going to Sam for a few years and it’s safe to say she is the only person we fully trust with Figo. It’s truly his home away from home and we just know he has the best time with her and his friends when he goes to stay. Sam goes above and beyond in every way, from communication, the care she gives to every dog and thinking outside of the box with play time! Thank you Sam for everything so far and for all of Figo’s great memories to date (and for making him ability Olympic champion)!! Kim and Ross x

Sam is thoroughly reliable, and will endeavour to accommodate at all times. She has taken such great care of Pluto, our 2 year old miniature Labradoodle, since he was a very young puppy. He always has such a fulfilling lovely time and comes home after a stay with Sam filled with happiness! 5 stars

Grace was so kind and helpful, our cats adored her. Getting the updates and photos was amazing it made us feel confident that our cats were well and happy.

We've had nothing but excellent service since Nancy and Grace started looking after our cat when we go away. The online booking process and account management makes it easy to use, and the daily email updates with photos give us great peace of mind. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for pet sitting services.

Nancy and Grace were very professional from the beginning to the end. We had a daily update about our two cats and some pictures which was great. Would definitely recommend them and we have booked them again.

The team at Petpals are second to none. Nancy, Grace and Billie are so good with our cat Maya for home visits while we are away and we are always able to relax and enjoy our breaks thanks to them.

Nancy and her team have looked after my puppy Lola since she was 10 weeks old, firstly with puppy visits and then onto socialisation and group walks. Nancy has gone out of her way to accommodate my varied requests and every single person I have met connected to this team have been genuine animal lovers and very knowledgeable about pet care.

Petpals recently looked after my 2 x guinea pigs. Their service was polite, friendly and caring. I got daily updates on my girls and I felt completely assured that they were well looked after. Highly recommended!

They are reliable and flexible, which I love, and booking is easy. The photos of the visits are lovely as I can see my cats are happy and eating well every day of my holiday, it makes it so much easier good away.

I highly recommend Jo and her walking service, she's been fantastic with our spaniel who had some reactivity issues. Jo made sure our boy was compatible and comfortable with the other dogs in the group and gave us updates and advice which was very appreciated!

Fantastic dog walking service. Our dog Lola absolutely loved Jo and the walks they went on. Jo walked Lola every day for two weeks whilst we were away. Very reliable and caring of Lola. Lola is a strong dog. Jo kept us updated with lovely pictures which was wonderful. Strongly recommend Jo.

I have an older husky X and younger rescue dog who Jo walks twice a week for me. She is responsible and reliable and they get very get excited when she comes to collect them. She took the time to get to know their personalities and makes sure if they are walked with others that they will all get along. Would definitely recommend her !

First time using a kennels and got to say couldn't be happier. my dog went in with no issues got updates and photos of him while he was there honestly no issues collection went with out any issues. amazing place and amazing staff :)

A really good kennel experience for our dog. We have a German Shepherd who is always well looked after and has no fear of staying. We have used the kennels twice now and would highly recommend it. She received individual care when she got over excited due to being surrounded by other dogs.

I cannot commend Jo enough. She is wonderful person and takes such care of all the dogs under her charge. I am deeply saddened to hear that Five Acres will be no more. Our entire family wish Jo the very best of luck and we hope that she and the team find somewhere else to continue doing what they care about so much.

Due to unforeseen circumstances my dog had to go to Five acres twice in 4 weeks. I thought he would resist going up to the kennels on the second occasion but he trotted up very happily. Each time we collected him he was happy and in good condition. The kennels coped with giving him his daily medication and keeping him on his restricted diet, which he happily ate whilst staying there. The kennels are also kept very clean, no smells when we have visited.

Our cat feels comfortable and calm here with it's relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Great service that is flexible and caring, they spend plenty of time with your pet too, giving them lots of attention. Would highly recommend. P.s. They also send pictures of your pet too, if you want

The team at Five Acres are superb! We dropped off our two little ones for a 13 day stay and they were treated very well! Jo and her team are clear animal lovers and provided excellent service to us and our dogs! We would be happy to use them again next time we go on holiday. The only downside is that they were a little inflexible with drop off and pick up times, but only a minor problem. Still 5 STARS!

I have used Five acres for 10years + and i wouldn't send my dogs anywhere else. They treat your pets like their own, lots of love, treats and a kick about with a football! Its like a holiday for my dogs and they come home happy.

Nikki is absolutely lovely and so great with our dog! She very kindly brought our dog along to our wedding in September and was brilliant in keeping him calm in such a high-energy environment! We were able to continue enjoying the day, knowing that our precious boy was in Nikki's capable hands. Thanks so much Nikki!

I chose Nikki as she offered £5 drop in pet visits which is perfect for people who have timid cats that won't play with just anyone. she's very friendly and did exactly what was needed and was available on the phone while I was away. Great knowing they are being looked after and put my mind at ease. she even hoovered up around the litter trays before I got back. I would definitely recommend nikki and will use her again when I go away.

Anna is a very kind and friendly person and a very experienced pet sitter and dog walker! She went the extra mile with Woody and he absolutely loves her! Can't recommend Type's Tails enough! Woody can't wait for next time!

Anna and Stan looked after my very fussy and particular cat for two weeks. They were amazing and went above and beyond what they promised. I received updates and photos of cuddles and games and lots of love, affection and connection was apparent on both sides. They don't live far away from me and I know my cat still visits them. I couldn't recommend more highly - Especially Stan, he was awesome.

What a lovely place my cats were looked after to the highest standards. They feed them what I asked. What an owner he attended to animals needs when required. My cat didn’t want to leave.

If i could i wouldn't give this cattery any stars. You won't be allowed to have a look, yet the cattery we ended up booking showed us round. We left our details and dates with the owner who said they had plenty of availability and would get back to us. This didn't happen, so we phoned, emailed, but heard nothing and finally got through on Monday to be told they had no availability. So I wouldn't bother with them

Nice location in the woods, quiet for the cats...people who run it are very friendly... Cats are kept seperately in a cattery facility... Our cat was there, and from what we can tell he was great, collected the cat, no stress, cat was happy 👍 Would I use them again, yes 😊 Remember vaccinations are needed to attain a place

The best cattery around, 5 star hotel for cats. Very well looked after, I always know my fur babies will be safe and well cared for when they visit.

Cora has stayed twice at Mink Farm and we have been very pleased with the place and especially the staff. Her recent stay involved an incident resulting in an injury (they can happen anywhere with animals) but Mink Farm were brilliant, we had constant updates and pictures and everything was handled extremely well through Gabby and Rose. I will 100% use them again and wanted to write this review to reassure anyone using them that even if things don't go quite to plan your pet is in very safe, capable and most importantly caring hands with the Mink Farm team ❤️...thank you guys for looking after Cora so well x

My 14 month old Labrador Teddy stayed at Mink Farm for several days. He’s certainly had a good time. The receptionist and staffs are all very friendly and helpful.

Our dogs are always so happy to come and stay here. They come home happy and relaxed. We wouldn't use any other boarding kennels.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a top quality dog hotel for there holidays. We have a very hyper boxer puppy that we had left for a week and was worried about how she would get on. We picked her up and once home a total different dog. Although we are not dog experts she was so chilled and affectionate it was so good to see. The team at the kennels were very good and thorough. Having booked another holiday we have already managed to secure a place. Highly recommended!!!!

We trialled this facility recently for our dog, he stayed for 2 nights. We found the process smooth, stress-free, and very easy. The facilities are clean, spacious, and very well taken care of. We didn’t realise that we could request photos/updates so we’ll definitely do that again when we book him in later in the year.

I left my dog here a year ago and have only gotten round to leaving a review as it popped up on my reminders and if I remember correctly the customer service was lovely, aswell as the hospitality and catering of my beloved dog. Thank you very much 💞 …

If I could give more than 5 stars then I would. This place is brilliant. The staff are fantastic, they are all great with animals but are super friendly and kind. Used a couple times now and both times my dog has come back happy, healthy and not wanting to come home. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for boarding my doggie. They give me peace of mind knowing my dog is safe and looked after when she’s away from me and bonus they are extremely reasonably priced. Great work guys!! 💜

We took our 5 year old terrier cross Miley to Mink Farm for a trial stay. Because of his temperament, he couldn't take part in the Play Day activity but was happy interacting with Megan who looked after him for the day. As this was the first time Miley had been to 'kennels', we were anxious as to how he would get on. There was no need to be worried and we shall certainly use Mink Farm again. First class care from start to finish.

We boarded our recently rescued Alaskan Malamute, Johnny for just 2 nights to see how he would get on. Johnny can suffer with seperation anxiety, but he seemed to love his stay! We were so pleased to see how happy and relaxed he seemed after taking him home. We looked round many boarding kennels before boarding Johnny at Mink Farm. I am delighted we chose them. It is good to feel our beloved pets are being cared for in our absence. From Johnny and us, thank you, will see you again in the future and highly recommend.

Its important to know that your best friends are happy and safe when you are away. Luna and Clarence love staying with Natalia and are so well looked after they have a holiday as well. Highly recommended

Our dog has been going to Basil's for 2 years now and she absolutely loves it! We wanted to make sure she was in a comfortable and loving home environment as she can be nervous, and Basil's ticked all the boxes. Natalia cares for each dog as if they were her own and our furbaby is always super excited to get to daycare in the morning, and suitably worn out in the evening!

Mylo goes to Natalia for his holidays when we go on ours. The minute the door is opened he is through it!. We have used Basil’s boarding services quite a few times now and love the regular updates and pictures we get. Natalia understands each dog has its different needs and ensures their time at her house is as comfortable and stress free as possible. If they want the couch, they can have the couch. 🐾 I cannot recommend her enough and am never worried about leaving my ‘third child’, just maybe a little guilty……🐾

Natalia and Basil are great! Our dog attended weekly daycare for two and a half years, and he loved it. Early drop off and late pick up hours made the schedule really easy with working hours. Natalia works hard to ensure dogs are a good fit together and adapts to the needs of individual dogs. The small group and home environment means every dogs gets special attention.

Fantastic care for my nervous dog! I highly recommend Basil’s Doggie Daycare to anyone looking for daycare and boarding- I use both of these services. Natalia is so knowledgeable and excellent with dogs, I know my dog will always receive the best care with her. She has so much fun and gets lots of attention. Last year my dog spent over a week boarding here while I was away, she came home happy and relaxed. I received daily updates, photos and videos of all the fun and had no concerns or worries at all. I have a booked a further boarding stay.

Natalia is not only knowledgeable and professional but has a true affinity with the dogs in her care. Tilly is happy and contented when she has a holiday with Natalia and we are happy and contented to go away leaving her in safe loving hands.

Fantastic experience of day and overnight home boarding care for our lively sprocker spaniel ‘Woody’. Woody has stayed with Natalia and Basil every year for the last 5 years (except during Covid) for our annual 2 week holiday and has also stayed numerous weeks, weekends or odd days. He is always very well looked after, well-walked and Natalia even cooked dog biscuits for him during his stay on his Birthday. Really appreciate all the personal photos and videos Natalia sends during his stay with reassurance that he is having a great stay! Highly recommend

Our doggie stayed for a few nights and when we picked her up she did not want to come home she was so happy. Very well looked after. Will be using basils again in the future for over night stays and weekly walks

My dog Inca loves Natalia very much, rushes into her place every time. She takes good care of Inca and send us pictures and video of cute moments of Inca and let us know how's Inca doing that day, give advices when needed.

Our 2 year old saluki cross has just come back from a 3 week holiday with Natalia and we couldn’t be happier with the level of care and love that Natalia provides! Natalia is so knowledgeable and professional, and clearly loves all the dogs in her care. We’ve used Natalia for random daycare and the odd weekend before this and every time Natalia keeps us up to date with how the stay is going. As soon as we pull into the road Luna recognises where she is and is excited to get inside and see Natalia.

Bright Days/Andy is a passionate dog walker , he takes my dog once a week and she runs out to greet him with a wagging tail and big lick , Andy makes sure she has a great walk as the dogs are well matched with other dogs on the walk. She does get muddy, but it’s worth it, because she loves it so much! I get pics/videos and the dogs have plenty of exercise in the countryside! My cockapoo always comes home tired and happy! Andy is equipped with treats, balls, and first aid to deal with any situation and he has even delivered homemade dog biscuits at Christmas which was a lovely surprise.

Andy has been walking my two dogs, 5 days a week for a couple of years now, he is very reliable and my dogs love him. I am confident my dogs are safe with Andy as well as getting a good walk at a variety of locations. I have a mud lover, Andy always hoses him down and dries him off with a towel I leave out. I would highly recommend Bright Days dog care.

Andy has a calm, caring personality and loves dogs. Our dog, who is selective in who she bonds with, absolutely adores Andy and his family.
