My Rosie has been going to daycare at Vetted K9 three days a week since she was about 5 months old. All I need to say to her in the morning is "Want to go see your friends?" and she knows that she is going to daycare. Socialization has always been a priority since we adopted her from a 10 pup rescue litter and there is no better place than Vetted K9 that I trust to care for my baby. Jeff is always willing alto take the time to make reservations for me because I always have a hard time with the app, it's operator error and not the apps fault. 😀 I'd give Vetted K9 10 stars if I could...Jeff and wife truly care about the pups as they were their own. 🥰

Vetted K9 is the BEST! Our two pups love spending the day with their friends running and playing at daycare! They are both cared for so well and are worn out when they get back home. You can tell that Jeff, the owner, truly loves dogs. We also love the photos that are posted online during their stays; it allows me to keep up with them!

I boarded my puppy here for two weeks, which included one week of training. When she returned, she was much calmer and knew all the tricks listed on his website! Jeff also posts the dogs on his Facebook multiple times a day, every day, and he always answers the phone when you call. :) 🩷 …

We found this wonderful place because Florida Wild closed their play dates. We were so fortunate to find Vetted K9. Jeff and their family/team are great with the dogs. Our Bella is so happy and we are Too!

We have been boarding our Shepherd at Vetted K9 for over two years now. There is nowhere else better to board your pet. They take great care of her and she loves going to Vetted K9. Jeff also did training with her when she was a puppy.

Jeff has helped our cavapoo puppy tremendously! Waffles completed the one week board and train and came home with lots of new skills. The boarding facility is clean and the online booking system is professional and easy to use. We would recommend Vetted K9 to any of our friends with furry family members!

I love taking my dogs here for boarding, I know they really love their time spent here, they always come home happy and wore-out. I'm so happy I found vetted K9, they do dog boarding differently. Most places we checked out would only let our dogs out 3 times a day from the hours of 8a-5p. Our dogs are used to going out several times a day from 6a-11p. Vetted k9 let's then out several times a day and for extended hours, which I really appreciate. They post pictures on Facebook of the dogs, which let's me know they're having a great time and being well taken care of. I will continue to take my pets here without hesitation!

We dropped one dog off for two week training. She did okay but was scared. A month later we boarded both dogs. They were well taken care of. They posted photos on social media for us to keep watch. The owner is very knowledgeable and was very helpful.

My pup LOVES it here! Jeff really loves these dogs and I feel my pup is very safe. Facility is clean and check in and out is a breeze!

Hands down, the best place to leave your dogs if you want them cared for and socialized. No better trainer, boarder or daycare.

Kim has been taking care of our two kitties for years. We love Kim and more importantly, our kitties love her. We never worry when we are out of town. Kim is dependable, caring and attentive. And some of the best photos of our kitties have been taken by Kim during her visits. You will be very happy with Kim's services. We are so glad we found her!

Kim does a fantastic job taking care of our pets. She send daily updates of how each was doing, including pictures, and confirmed each completed appointment in her app. She was easy to communicate with, friendly, and clearly cared for my dogs and cat. It was comfortable leaving Kim in charge of their well being.

We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. Kim and Debora were fantastic. There’s a difference between “thinking” about your pets and “worrying” about your pets when you travel. We didn’t have to worry about them at all. The app, visit updates, and pictures were so cool. Highly recommend.

I had the best experience with Kim! My dogs took to her quickly and she was wonderful with them. She let me know when she was arriving and leaving from each visit and sent pictures with updates so I knew how they were doing. She’s professional, responsive and made everything very easy for me. I’m so glad to have found someone I can trust with my pets and in my home and would recommend her to anyone!

Kim is outstanding! One of our two elderly cats is diabetic, and Kim comes twice a day to give him his injections when we are away. She sends pictures at each visit, and sends updates about the kitties. She cleans up their messes, leaving everything immaculate when we return. It’s great to know our pets are loved and well cared for when we’re gone. The cats love her, and I highly recommend her!

First time there, and based on cleanliness, friendliness, and calm relaxed temperament of my dog after 9 day stay, I'd say I'm pretty happy and will go back and use their services again. I would give 5 stars if they gave our dog the chance to play with other dogs. Still very happy, but the answer will be how excited Bentley is next time I pull up to drop him off. If he likes the place, he'll be very excited to get there and get out of the truck.

I have planned for my pet Coco to stay with you for so long and feel so confident and excited about your service that I still cannot believe that after calling you and confirming the reservation again the place was CLOSED. No One told me that I have to be there at a certain time or that you closed at 3 pm. Another thing that I don't understand is how there would be no one there if it was a Pet Resort. Who takes care of the pets? None no sense to me... So disappointed!

This place is awesome! Our dogs come home, happy, healthy and clean, no matter how long they stay. The vets and vet techs care and take good care of our fur babies. The facility is immaculate and we are grateful for their expertise. Highly recommend!

Got an appt for Sassy Ann's 3 night stay at the last moment The staff were excellent with all the intake setup for the short stay. They were just as efficient and friendly picking up my precious pup. I needed a last minute place for my cat to spend the night and came across this resort. From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed by staff. The resort is incredibly clean with many different suites to choose from for your dogs and cats. My cats suite wasn't a cage which made me very happy. She had a 3 floor cubical suite that was cat friendly by the sun. Each suite had a vent and a HEPA filter. You can tell the staff genuinely are passionate about animals and keeping them happy and safe. I called after hours to see how my cat was doing and got a prompt call back with reassurance. They follow medication instructions, they trimmed my cats nails and they even give you a report card to let you know how your animals stay went which was so cute. If I could give this place more stars I would. I would recommend this place to anyone with pets who are going away and would use again. Thanks so much for your hard work ladies!

So I picked up my dogs earlier and upon bringing them home they were much lighter. I thought well maybe it just me I haven't held them in my arms for a hot minute. Well I went to feed them like I do every evening and unlike them they RAN to there food when I put it down. It was gone within minutes. Now one of my dogs has very thin hair and I could actually feel and see her ribs when I couldn't when I dropped them off. The other has long hair so I can't see her ribs. But I can definitely feel how thin she is now.

My puppy was clean going in and clean coming home. I got photos of him playing outside. He was so happy and I will be using VCA Deland Pet Resort again. Our puppy deserves to be in great hands. Thank you VCA Feland Pet Resort. Thanks Darla!

Use to take my girl here for daycare when I first got here- their kennels are wonderful, they have inside and outside play areas that are great! The staff is so caring, very compassionate, and ADORED Fergie! She was always so excited to go to daycare every morning and see Ariel walkin up to the car to come get her. This place is truly amazing!

I took my dog here when I first adopted him. Since I was new to the area I forgot the name of this place. I loved the way they treated my pup and was upset to have lost such a great location for my pet. When I was looking for a boarding place because I had an emergency to leave, I found them again. I use them for my pet boarding and made sure I don't lose this place again.

It's not what it used to be...... They will feed your dogs, let them out (I Think).... Very Unorganized ..... On pick up I had to ask for collars and leahes.... Food & treats.... we had left.... i think they are understaffed for the amount of boarding #'s they are taking in.... 12/23/24- Took our 2 dogs back thinking maybe it was a fluke ........ nope, just as bad and worse.... they are way understaffed and just milking every customer for fees not advertised or told of.... the Exit bath is a joke.... my dogs were given to me like they had just went swimming, smelling like wet Dog.....& $17 each.....what a sham............... asked about food I had left, no asking anybody, said they had eaten it all.....?????. I do not recommend this place....... defiantly a last resort. ... it's a pound operating in disguise...... animal shelters are operated better....... don't walk away from this place. ....... RUN......!!!!!!

My dog spent 6 days there during spring break. They offer play time (and pool time). The staff was very kind and friendly and Maverick was happy when I picked him up. I will definitely be using puppy day care and grooming services soon.

This has been the best place for my German Shepherd, Bentley! He’s just under 1 and he has so much fun every time he goes. They give him lots of attention and he gets to interact with lots of dogs throughout the day. They also have a pool which is great for the summer days so the doggies can cool off from the sun. Their staff truly cares about the dogs, my dog hurt his nail while playing by the pool and I received a call immediately which I thought was awesome, and a couple days after I also received an email following up to see how my puppy was doing and I absolutely loved that! Bentley will definitely keep going back! Oh and also! They take great pictures with backdrops and props! I’m totally obsessed with my puppy’s 4th of July pics! Highly recommend Noah’s Ark if you need somewhere for your dog ❤️

Just took Buddy for a Nail Trim & Bath. Groomer is there on Mondays & was very thorough & explained everything he did including bath, scrubbed foot pads, nail trim, Brushed teeth, cleaned ears & removed excess hair. Buddy looks & smells Amazing! Great Job! $15 Nail Trim & $21 for Bathing. Friendly Staff & very clean facility on Marsh Road in Deland!

Customer service was terrible the owner talk down to us as we waited 45 mins. We called hours ahead of pick up ahead but walk-in new customers placed in front of the line , subpar not very friendly matter fact and overpriced. Bad experience from a long time customer since 1988 sorry to say will not be back.

I Took my dog to Noah’s Ark because I heard about the pool, it was close by and I didn’t really want her in the lake at the amazing dog park we usually take her to due to the heat possibly affecting the lake. I did question Owner Nathan and office manager London about a review I read about a dog passing from dehydration after going to Noah’s Ark. They advised me that was a 19’year old dog that had to be carried in and was on its way out. My first impression was not the best, it’s not too kept up, the urine wasn’t cleaned from the create in the front when I walked in and the smell was not great. I was told I could not tour without notice to be sure the floors were dry. I decided to give it a 4 hour trial anyway. NEVER again will I go against MY GUT! My dog came back SEVERELY DEHYDRATED, LETHARGIC and not from playing or being tired. From dehydration. My dog was out of it. Her urine color was dark yellow to where it looked like it could have blood in it. All which are signs of sever dehydration. We hydrated her and her vet advised if her urine was still dark in the morning to bring her in. In the morning after hydration through the night, her urine was fine and she was getting back to a mid normal behavior. By afternoon her behavior was totally back to normal. I waited to do a review after trying a different place today. A week later. I tried one I could tour without notice and that has cameras for me to see my dog as she played and how she was. My dog came back from PET PARADISE in Sanford after not 4 but 7 hours! Her urine was normal, her behavior was just as if she’d had a day at the park and she wasn’t out of it. This is when I decided my dog could have died left longer at Noah’s Ark, the dog that did die was most likely as mine and left not checked in and severally dehydrated. PET PARADISE may be a bit further but it told me all I needed to know and it’s well worth the drive. Beautiful pool, great staff and you get to watch your fur baby enjoy their day as well as the staff interact with them and they are checked on to make sure they are drinking through their stay. I will never take my baby to Noah’s Ark again. She still has plenty of life left in her and I want her to enjoy it and not die from Negligence and painfully from being dehydrated. If you love your pup, I suggest you don’t take them to Noah’s Ark. if your gut says this doesn’t look great, listen to it. After your dogs visit watch it. Their pee color says a lot, their behavior is different between tired and lethargic. Watch them close and pay close attention. I wouldn’t suggest Noah’s Ark to anyone and I feel awful my baby had to have that as her first experience and no it wasn’t anxiety as owner Nathan also tried to say. Our vet who is also our sister in law confirmed our baby was dehydrated and neglected. No excuse for it. They say they love dogs, they use to rescue them, they are looking at opening other facilities for them. They need to work on properly taking care of them first before they cause anymore to lose their life.

Would have given 0 stars but it is not possible. I'll be brief: if you value the lives of your pets, DO NOT take them here! To those who are passionate about caring for animals, DO NOT work here! We lost our dog after being rushed to the ER straight from picking her up. Nobody sought medical care to a dying dog laying on the floor unresponsive and barely conscious. Owner Nathan is a charm and his lack of empathy and consideration showed how much he actually cares about these innocent souls. I can just imagine what the owner's version to a review like this will be but in the end dated and timestamped medical documentation has but one version. Embrace your loved furry ones and please spare them and yourselves the suffering of such a hard loss. Research, research, research... You'll find other unfortunate stories... UPDATE 07/14/2023: As expected from an untruthful owner: 1. Dog was 18 but I don't care about age accuracy. All I care is that the dog was handed healthy and responsive with normal weight. The phone call that they allege is also false. We never received any phone calls. 2. I did not call Animal Control, I contacted Animal Services which is my right and I did not accuse the facility of abusing other pets. I accused the facility for neglect and abuse of MY pet. This is also my right and is indeed public record. If Animal Services decided to run an overall inspection, then that's per their own protocols but not per my request as falsely suggested by owner. 3. Animal Services did not ascertain that dog died of natural causes. Again, you want to talk about records I'll gladly provide all records that show and state from the ER itself that the dog was emaciated and dehydrated upon arrival among other very worrisome bodily states. As to her passing away from natural causes, again much facts owner is ignoring. The dog did not die in the ER, the dog die at our family veterinary. Since the family vet did not treat dog upon removal from boarding facility they were not the ones to state dehydration. Again, it was the ER. By the time we got our dog to the family vet we had already hydrated her at the ER and at home for days so of course the family vet had nothing else to add on record than died of natural causes. Would it had died on the ER the assessment would have been very different. 4. Animal Services has their hands tied due to archaic FL laws that regard animals as an object with fair market value at time of death. This accompanied by the fact that they'll investigate up to the effort that they wish to spend. Video cameras are in facility and I had requested to have these reviewed to counter my own claim and prove that dog was taken care of at all times at the designated office space and this was not done, much less handed over for review. Animal Services will not move a finger to get a subpoena for videos for not going through the hassle of establishing probable cause. Let a worker get their salary doing the bare minimum and that's what you'll get. And so, the very simple proof of a dog laying lifeless on the floor captured by their own very cameras is forever kept in the dark. 5. Upon an emergency common sense dictates that you seek medical attention regardless of communication with owner being made. This was never attempted. For anyone interested in all documents and records, including those that the very owner is citing here with untrue statements, feel free to look them up or request them and I'll gladly provide them. As to the great responsiveness of the owner, again, research for yourselves. You'll find plenty of harsh comments made by a person whose lack of manners is evidenced just at first glance. This is not a passion for the owner, its a matter of money so I dedicate myself now to facilities that, while earning a profit, truly care about their pets with care and compassion and whose employees and owners have basic decency, respect, and courteousness.

Wouldn’t recommend this place and definitely won’t take my dogs back. Not only did they close early without letting us know, resulting in us having to board our dogs another night we were not informed about these “exit baths” that they now require. Called and got quoted a price which was inaccurate at checkout.. told 3 employees one of my dogs was under 40 pounds, we got charged for her being over 40 pounds. Also was never told about how we’d be required to pay $15 per dog for a bath that they require because “they want the dogs to go home fresh and nice and clean” I don’t see how any boarding place makes it mandatory to give dogs a bath but seems like it’s just a way to make more money off of people. Also didn’t get told about these baths until I was dropping my dogs off so had no time to look for a different place to board them. Will not be bringing my dogs back here. After reading the response to my review.. we originally were coming back on the 30th and that’s what I told the employees. Not once did they mention closing early due to Memorial Day. Also what good does it do me if the signs for the bath are posted at the facility when I call to book. That is something your employees should be trained.. to inform customers of all costs especially when asking for a price quote. No one wants to be hit with additional charges the day of drop off because guess what! By then it’s too late to find a new place to board. After seeing how the owners reply to negative reviews, it really shows that you guys lack in customer service and I’ll be so happy to never bring my dogs back and to let anyone I speak with know not to come here as well

We used this company to look after our 3 cats in our home while we traveled out of state for a week. Their website was very easy to use to provide details about our cats and instructions on how to care for them. I was also able to request our desired dates for catsitting and pay our invoice through the website. Ashley did a great job caring for our pets and sent us daily updates through text. Our cats are very shy but she was still able to take pictures of them to send us, which gave me peace of mind that they were doing well. We have an unusual setup at home with specific instructions on how to feed the cats, and Ashley did everything perfectly. She also brought in the mail for us and kept feeding and litter areas clean. This company and Ashley are spectacular and I would 100% trust them with my home and fur babies again. If you live in the area, I would highly recommend using this service to care for your pets for any needs.

A1 care from a family company who are trustworthy animal loving people who care for your pet. I have scheduled and used their expertise pet sitting, feeding and walking services since Oct 2022 and they always make sure they can calendar you in so your pets are well taken care of. I can’t thank Kelly and her team enough for being our pet sitters when we are out of town! We have used them twice and they have been there for us and our pups! I have had several Rescue dogs who were timid. When I take them to Keri's they can hardly wait to rush in to say Hi! And, they come out looking "show ready" groomed. Jake comes home full of love. It's amazing! I love Kathy and Keri. They care about the dogs they serve.

They were able to trim my two dog's nails without an appointment! It was a great experience, even though one of my pups peed on their couch.

I've been using Kari Kares Grooming for several years. My doggie loves going to her. She went in today looking pretty raggy and came out just as cute as Dan be. What I like the best for me is: 1. My dog loves her 2. Cared for lovingly 3. She doesn't rush. Which is perfect for me so I can get some errands done. Highly recommend her.

My dogs have been going to Keri Kares Grooming since they were puppies. They always enjoy going there to see Keri, Kathy, and Matt. They make my dogs feel comfortable and feel like they are with family so they enjoy their time away from home. And they always come home looking so beautiful with their new haircuts.

I have an 18 year old Shih Tzu named Bella. I have been taking Bella and my Chihuahua Lulu to Kari for years and they are so kind, loving, and patient with our old girls, especially Bella. They come back happy and feeling sooo good! Kathy is so helpful and their facility is clean, stress free for the pets, you can really tell that they love every furry child that they groom and love. 💕🐶. I’m so grateful for Kari and Kathy🫶🏻

Our pup Kennedy loves going and playing with all her fur friends. The staff is amazing and the owner too. We have been using them for over a year now for short and long stays. We trust them with her, and the love and attention they show all the pups is amazing. They throw parties for birthdays and holidays it's awesome for them and the pups. They get to run free and interact, and Kennedy loves that! Can't thank them enough for always having room for her ♥️

I trust my dog to them for 10 days at a time. At $30-40 per night, food included, and the love the owners give your dog...you can't find a better value in the DeLand area. I've used them 6 times in the last three years with zero issues. My dog especially loves playing in the pool!!!

I have three dogs and I went to check out the facility after a terrible experience at another boarding facility. I was wanting to be impressed, and I was. I couldn't be more pleased, The pricing was great, and I absolutely love the no cages. I love how they can play together, and not be confined. Someone is always there. Huge difference from picking them up here versus the last boarding facility. They were so happy and carefree. The staff seems so genuine and caring. I have found my home away from home for my babies

Latitia, her husband and mom are AMAZING!!! They care for our fur baby as their own. They go above and beyond to accommodate us in anyway. The best part of leaving our fur baby with them is watching him get excited and run to them when he sees them. We found Funsize Pet Sitting 2 years ago and they’ve been a Blessing. We recently moved to the New Smyrna Beach area and feel so blessed to have found Bark n Purr Kennels for our 10 year old Rottie. The staff is wonderful, giving great attention and care to their boarders. The grounds and facility are immaculately kept. We recommend them wholeheartedly !

Our pups Aurora and Tatum had the best time!!! They stayed for about a week and this is the first time we picked them up from boarding and they weren’t acting weird!! They had a blast and Bark N Purr Kennels even bathed them before we picked them up!! Most amazing experience and we will be back!!!

Just boarded my pug at Bark N Purr kennels for the last week and he didn't want to come back home with me! Matt the new owner took me on a tour of the facilities and made sure my dog had everything he needed and more. The have 2 huge yards for the dogs and I especially loves the runs with the outside area. I follow the instagram account and they posted pictures of the dogs each day which I thought was a lovely touch. It was great to see my dog happy and having fun whilst I was on vacation. It was a bargain price for the area without reducing the care and attention they receive. I think my dog is looking forward to my next trip so he can spend another week at Bark N Purr! I had my border collie boarded for 5 days.. I would like to give this place another chance but honestly I’m unsure I would feel comfortable doing that. I wanted to believe this place was nice, it’s affordable and is on a nice property.. that’s about it.. the company lacks communication and reliability. I called multiple times before tropical storm Debbie came by and no one answered the phone, so I was completely upset for a couple of days not knowing if my dog would be okay..I called and called before and after and no one picked up the phone, the only time I got someone to answer was after I called 5 times and was 10 minutes away..I had finally got an answer, I asked for the total of boarding and she told me $133 on the phone. Got to the place and no one was at the desk, it said to call if no one was there, called three times, waited about 10-15 minutes before anyone came to the desk. This guy came to the desk, asked how long we were waiting we told him 10-15 minutes and then he proceeded to say “oh that’s not that bad”. He then told us a different total which was more than what I was told. The guy didn’t argue with me and fixed it which honestly I appreciated. Other than that.. I don’t know what happened, we requested 5-6 days of boarding and 3 frozen kongs(at check in) but it appears she only got one, I didn’t request a bath or trim but she ended up smelling like she got a bath and also got a trim. ( I dont mind but it wasn’t expected, I don’t let other people groom my dog, except for the groomer I have her set up with. She was due for a groom after we got back..) When we picked her up she has been acting absolutely crazy, and flinches when we go to pet her, nipping at us.. she isn’t the same.. I don’t know what happened but when we got her back she was has been different since. It’s unfortunate, but I’d have to see major improvements for me to come back.

Booked here last minute and they accommodated. We chose this place because of the great rating and reviews. Great service and communication when i had questions. Great prices. Already requested booking there again in December.

The owner, and employees of Bark N Purr Kennels have always come through for us. They go above and beyond to accommodate our boys Bear and Shadow. I wouldn’t trust any one else with our boys. We recently have had to use their services again due to a home renovation. Needing longer stays with last minute notice. The staff have gone out of their way to help us mange the care of our boys, and we are so grateful. Larissa & Tyler thank you for looking out for us and our boys Bear and Shadow. Thank you to the owner as well for allowing us to have peace of mind while separated from our boys for these long stretches of time. My husband Bill & I thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Just boarded Lola here for the second time & both stays were great experiences. Lola was calm & happy when she returned to us. I loved the photo they posted of her on Facebook showing she was having a great time during her stay.

Bark N Purr Kennels is fantastic! Brooke and the rest of the staff always take great care of our quirky Daisy doodle! Brooke takes the time to play with Daisy and since she can be shy, Brooke goes the extra mile to make sure our pup is comfortable and happy 😊 We love Bark N Purr! …

I'm adding to my review from last year because within the past year Bark N Purr came under new ownership. The new owners are as wonderful as the previous owners. We drive almost an hour to take our dog there. Mario is especially attentive and understands it's not always easy to leave our 4-legged family behind. I highly recommend Bark N Purr. Paula and the guys are great. We've been taking our dogs here for boarding for more than four years. Paula also does a great job with grooming. I highly recommend Bark n Purr.

Fantastic boarding experience for our 6 big dogs at fair prices! We fly 8+ weeks a year and have to board our dogs during these times. We know they are loved and called by name here. They are treated kindly with their individual quirks in mind. In photos, they look happier than they've ever been at other boarding places. The staff, especially Shelley, are super caring and professional. We highly recommend this place and will continue to use them.

One of the best Doggy Day Care places around. The staff is friendly and my dog loves it there. When we pull into the parking lot he gets so excited and drags me to the front door to go play with his friends.

My dog was so scared of groomers and getting her nails trimmed. Now she loves to come in and be pampered by these wonderful groomers . They do an excellent job and go above and beyond to care for my furbaby! Thank you to everyone that helped my doggie enjoy her baths and nail trims .

Initially brought my niece dog here about 6 years ago for boarding and she has been a doggie daycare (and occasional boarding) client ever since. The whole staff is kind, caring, and treats the fur babies like gold. Also having the groomer onsite is also very convenient. We can't say enough good things about the Pampered Paws facility.

Peanut always loves coming to Pampered Paws!! A group of people who actually get to know and love your animal is all I could ever ask for in a place like this. I love that she isn’t in a cage all day and gets to play with her friends. Getting Report cards and being able to see the cameras is so awesome!!

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I would not recommend this place. My senior healthy pug Yogi was only 13.5 years old. He was very healthy and active. My veterinarian was even surprise to hear the unfortunate news. He died while being boarded. I believe he passed away due to a heat stroke because he is an indoors type of dog. I’m sure the staff genuinely care about the animals however are very understaffed. I decided to board my pugs here while I was out of town for 5 days and on the 4th day I received the worst news ever over the phone. One of the reasons I decided to board my pugs there was because they advertised doggie cams. My pugs were kept in an area that did not have a camera so I was very disappointed. I recommend hiring more staff in order to have more one on one care for all animals there. Overall my experience motivates me to open my own doggie day care that will not neglect the animals.

J.J. loves Pampered Paws and is always taken care of by top quality staff. They made room for him last minute, and he never wants to leave.

My dog absolutely loves this place! He is so excited to go there and never wants to leave. I love that I can watch my dog anytime through cameras on the internet. I can see how much fun he’s having. They have a large yard for the dogs to play in. The staff is always so good with our dog. They are happy and excited to see him each time. They are also very flexible with boarding schedules. I have called with a 1 day notice to board our dog and they always accommodate us. I love the late pick up the next day without adding another day’s charges. I’m not charged for him playing with other dogs, like some places have charged me. You may not think the front of the kennel looks that special, it’s nothing fancy, but it is one of the best spots in central FL to take your dog for daycare needs or boarding!

Your staff was negligent in every aspect of taking care of Tuffy who was our family member. How in the world can you call your self professionals? Your whole staff should be ashamed and learn from this incident. At this point, we are going to do whatever we can do to make sure that Tuffy’s story is known, and to make sure that this doesn't happen again, No one should every board their loved ones with your business. RIP Tuffy…

Kim, Erin and Kristin could not have given better care than what they did. I had an emergency with my cat while I was out of town and they totally took care of everything so I didn't have to worry. I would definitely use them again and would strongly urge anybody else looking for a pet sitter to give them a try also. Five stars all around!

Used the for the first time and couldn’t be happier. The visit updates gave us peace of mind and we were thrilled to see our dogs happy during the visits. The app makes it easy to schedule, communicate and pay. We love the variety with the options for visits so that we can choose the time lenght that best fits our needs. Will definitely continue to use them.

So happy to have found them! I just needed a drop in this time, but it gave me peace of mind not having to worry about rushing home to let the pupper out to potty. Kim did an amazing job taking care of my pets. She sent picture confirmations of each visit, marked them as completed in her system, sent me notifications, and communicated how each pet was doing. There's a level of comfort to having Kim take care of your furry friends.

Kim and her crew are always so wonderful with my cats while I'm on vacation. When my dad would visit with his senior dog they were great with short notice dog walking. They have great rates and easy online scheduling. They always send updates while you are away and take care to note any changes or potential issues. They really care about your fur kids and it shows. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for in home pet services.

I have been using Fur Babies for several years. Kim is amazing! She takes great care of my dog and 3 cats! I love how she sends pictures and texts after each visit , it helps my anxiety when we are not home. I know my dog Paige looks forward to her time when Kim comes to hang out with her! Kimberly is absolutely the best! She takes care of our fish and also our 16 year old rescue kitty. Our cat, who usually won't let anyone else touch her LOVES Kimberly! She allows pets, chin rubs, tummy rubs, and brushing from Kimberly, and purrs the entire time! Kimberly sends pics and texts after each visit so we're able to see how happy our senior kitty is! Kimberly is extremely reliable, trustworthy, and professional. We feel confident and at ease when we know Kimberly is providing her special care for our feline and fish pets when we're away from home!

Furbabies is amazing! It's hard to leave your pet behind, but we no longer have to worry. Their care goes above and beyond. We love the detailed updates and pictures on the mobile app after the visits. It's so easy to get in contact with the owner (who is awesome) and the person caring for our pet through the app. You can easily book or modify appointments in the app as well. After a friend who watched our dog moved away we had always stressed over who was going to watch our dog. That is no longer the case! I'm so glad we tried Furbabies!

Amazing service, best pet sitters we've ever used. Kim is great to work with and they took care of our 2 kitties like those cats had won a lottery. Our little shy cat warmed up to the pet sitter better than we've seen her with anyone. Highly recommended!
