Our dog Buzz was absolutely well looked after at Cork Paws! we were kept very up to date during his stay, Kristian and Stephen were very kind and phenomenal, taking great care of Buzz, I'd have no hesitation in recommending Cork Paws, if you are looking to leave your Dog in a friendly and safe environment.

I would absolutely recommend Kristian and Steven to anyone in need of care for their dogs. They have a beautiful home and 2 gorgeous dogs who were lovely relaxed friends to my little 5month pup and my parents 18 year terrier. Kristian sends lots of photos of them enjoying their holidays! Honestly think they’re great and so glad to have found them, it was like a home away from home for them both.

Absolutely reccomend this place, went to a wedding for 2 nights and with a 1 week notice, they were able to look after our dog Lexi for those days. Steven and Kristian are lovely, they had us bring Lexi over to get familiar with the house and them and their two dogs Buddy and Abbey who are adorable and very friendly, before we left. While away they kept me up to date with messages and pics of my dog to show how well and happy she was, playing with their own dogs. There house is lovely and they have a nice big back garden that is fenced off that they play in, so your dog cant make a prison break they also walk the dogs everyday. If you want your dog to be looked after in a family home enviroment, while you're away, rather than be stuck in a kennel with 20 other dog's and not looked after as much, Cork Paws Dog Boarding is the place to go. Next time I have to go away, I will be sending my dog here.

I didn't there was such a thing as the perfect dog minder for my pampered pooch Charlie until I met Kristian that is. Charlie is just back home from an amazing stay with Kristian Stephen and their two beautiful dogs. He was so well looked after and made one of the family and I got loads of updates and photos from Kristian. Charlie can't wait to go back! I would have no hesitation in recommending Cork Paws to any dog owner. Thank you so much Kristian!

I cannot recommend Kristian enough 😊 My Rosie can be nervous at times with new people but after her first day care with Kristian she was all waggy tails going again. Rosie recently spent 4 nights boarding with Kristian and she had the best time with walks and her friends Abby and Buddy. It was a huge relief to know she was in such good care. Thank you so much for everything we will see you soon!

My boy Toby stayed overnight in Kristians and I was very happy with everything. He sent regular photos and updates and Toby got on great with the other dogs in the house. He came home absolutely exhausted after a fun filled weekend! I would definitely use their services again.

Chico had a great day at day care with Kristian. He was well looked after and he was exhausted when he got home after a full day of fun with the other dogs. Highly recommend!

Elmo had the most wonderful weekend. He loved all the attention that he got and we got regular photos and updates. The biggest surprise was when we collected him and he was surrounded by three other dogs, and loving it. This was far from the dog we left three days earlier that barked at every dog he saw! Can't recommend Cork Paws enough. We'll definitely be bringing him back for his holidays!

Alfie stayed with Kristian recently while we were away. We were delighted with the updates daily and the photos sent on to us. Alfie looked like he had great fun there. It was a relief to have Alfie looked after in a home environment and with their own dogs there for company too. We would not hesitate to use Cork Paws again.

We've left our cat with Tony a few times and can't fault his service! Tony is great to deal with, very understanding and so natural with our cat Max. Max is always content when returning from his time in Wags and Tails. Will be definitely returning to Tony again! Thanks :)

My cats have stayed with Tony at least 4-5 times since they were kittens and never had a problem. He sent updates on their well-being while we're on holidays for our peace of mind. The facilities are designed with cats in mind and it´s spotless. Even he has two different areas for the colder months. There are plenty of areas for playing and climbing too. Tony is passionate about animals and knows how to treat them. Always it´s been easy to deal with him and had excellent service, he even offer pick up and delivery. I could not recommend more

My two cats seemed to enjoy their first holidays at Wags & Tails and they've returned happy and healthy. Great communication from Tony from the start. Will definitely be back.

Found Tony really rude when collecting our cat. He became very angry when I mentioned I would like to be allowed in past the driveway gate when collecting, to see where she had been staying. He refused. He said no viewings June, July, August. When I said I find that very unusual he became quite angry I had to ask him to stop shouting at me & all he said was go on away woman with your cat. I do not recommend, very odd, made me feel they were trying to Hide something, when they should be trying to instill confidence. Paid €280 for 3 weeks, no receipt provided either!

Great experience. I left my cat here for over 3 weeks while I was on holiday. He was well cared for by tony and is a lot more sociable and confident after the experience

Can’t recommend collins canines enough. Molly, our timid golden retriever pup, seems to be scared of all humans except for Aidan and she can not wait to get out of the car and let me go to work so she can spend the day with him!! It’s so lovely to see how much Aidan loves the dogs and how much the dogs love him. It’s also so nice to know that while I’m working Molly couldn’t be left in safer hands. Even the weeks I’m off I’ll send Molly in at least once a week for her own entertainment

We love leaving Mina with Aidan and the girls, and she loves going there, wagging her tale as soon as we arrive! They're all amazing with the dogs. They're professional, reliable and they really are looking for the dog wellness and positive experience! Is a peace of mind leaving her with them!🐾🐾💚 …

I dropped off my bouncy, energetic, crazy puppy Bruce today! I brought home a calmer, happier, more mentally and physically stimulated puppy. I can't thank Aidan enough, this is exactly what my boy needed. Such a wonderful place for dog socialisation. Aidan is fabulous and really knows his stuff. I really appreciate how he is so clear and precise about what you can expect and the best schedule for the dog in respect to days, duration etc. Can't wait for the next day! Would highly recommend to anyone bringing a puppy into their life for the benefit of their dog in the long run! So much thanks!

Aidan, Rosin and Hilary are just amazing! My little rescue is changing for the better every day, gaining confidence and learning how to play! Aidan and team clearly adore the dogs and I know I'm leaving my one in safe hands - and the daily photo's are just the cherry on top! Couldn't recommend enough!

Contacted Aidan as saw he had mostly good reviews. Completely rude and unprofessional. Was told “he doesn’t take stressed or crazy dogs” and told to go elsewhere. When asked where would he recommend he said he didn’t know anywhere for me. I’ve heard before that he’s not a people person but didn’t believe it until I saw it. Wouldn’t recommend getting in touch with this guy.

Collins Canines team are amazing and have been an integral part of helping my once nervous rescue dog adapt to being a happy healthy dog :- she loves her time here. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Our 8 month old Labrador Retriever has been going to Aidan and his team for a few months now and he absolutely loves it...it's great for socialisation in a controlled safe environment. Max loves going up to meet his doggie friends on a weekly basis. He jumps out of the car and runs in for his days fun.

Was with Collins Canines for about 2 months end of 2020 and as rude and unprofessional as I thought Aidan was, he was my best option at the time and did seem good with my dog. After a 9 month break, he claimed to have no recollection of either myself, my dog or any whatsapp messages, he didn't seem interested in my business when i asked him for dog minding 4 times a week but eventually did allow a test booking for a few hours. Within 30 seconds of me handing the dog over at the door to me getting back to my car, he could apparently tell that she was very aggressive and not used to other dogs. I had just come back from a week holiday where the owner of the day care didn't charge me full price because "she was such a pleasure and got along with every dog". I fully understand that he knows his animals, but from the get go it seemed like he didn't want my business. He said he would follow up on places i could bring her but I didn't hear anything from him again. Would not recommend for lack of friendliness and professionalism alone.

We managed to get our dog in while we visited cork for a graduation. During both the trial day, and the full day that our dog was there, we got photo updates via WhatsApp which was so lovely! Collins canines/ Aidan are very professional and he and the staff clearly love what they do!

Aidan is the only person our boxer has ever been happy being left with outside of our home! He’s amazing with dogs! Would highly recommend Aidan and his services!

Would highly recommend these Kennels. Very easy to deal with and our Bichon was given lots of care and comfort. We will definitely use again if staying Cork City.

Couldn't be happier with our experience of Dotey Pets. We have had our miniature Yorkie, Levi, for just over 2 years. He's a rescue dog, and is approximately 12 years old. I was a bit nervous putting him into day care, but I needn't have worried. Audrey put me at ease straight away. Levi went for a trial first, and got on very well. Audrey is so professional, but at the same time so loving towards the dogs. No hesitation in recommending this wonderful Doggy Day Care.

My pup Bandit LOVES going the morning puppy club, and he's always chilled and relaxed in the afternoons once he gets home. The team here are great, we always get greeted with a smile in the morning and you can tell they have a true love for dogs. Would recommend to anyone seeking a doggy day care.

Very friendly and professional. My dog was very timid and a bit frightened going in to be groomed but was quite relaxed when I collected her. A high standard grooming also Would recommend to friends!!

Didn't go here. I had wanted to, but before you can put your dog in, she has to 'settle' first which entails going for 3 half days at 20e each. A full day costs 25e, so putting a dog in for 20e for a half day seems to be a waste of money! So you have to spend 60e after which your dog could be turned away. Waste of money. There is a place called the 'Bark Park' on the north side of the city where it is much easier (and cheaper) to put your dog in!

Fantastic groomers tried a few different groomer's over the years and this is definitely the best place for our dog "Happy"

Fantastic is all I can say, our dog hates going there to be groomed, like many pets, but is absolutely happy, content and beautifully groomed upon collection. Staff are great our pet, who has a skin condition, and take extra time for her needs. Very knowledgeable and caring, well worth trying out.

Just brilliant, my 2 shih-tzu’s (one of which is a very tough cut) love going there for grooming. My other chap was fostered there and they really looked after him before I took him. The just love dogs and it shows. Highly recommend.

I've been using little paws for 12 years. Joyce and co given the best of care to my dogs all down through the years. You couldn't find a better place to leave your little mischief makers while at work or on holidays.

This is such a lovely boarding Kennels and Joyce is so helpful. We were going on holidays and the kennels we had booked into fell through at the last minute and Joyce at Little Paws was very kind to take our dogs Cooper and Ralphie for 10 days. They both had a lovely time. I would Highly recommend this as a boarding Kennels. Thank you Little Paws.

We have 2 dogs that having been spending their doggy holidays with Ger Mills for years now. He is absolutely delightful & obviously loves dogs, our 2 are always nicely looked after & happy & love the fact that all the doggies can see each other & sniff each other in neighbouring kennels through the mesh pens. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

Tony was great with our dog Bella. She wasnt there in nearly 12 months but she ran into Tony and was happy too coming home. Great service as always, Thanks Tony.

We dropped our beloved little Yorkshire Terrier, Rex, in for a few days at Ballyorban. It was our first time using the kennel. All his vaccinations were up to date and we gave written permission that should he become ill that he should be brought to the vet, When we brought him in he was happy and healthy. When my father picked him up he was clearly very sick. The staff at Ballyorban said he was “constipated”. However after my father rushed him to the vet he died. So to be exact he died exactly 90 minutes after he was picked up from this kennel. Three experienced vets outlined that his death was totally avoidable. Needless to say we were devastated. To anyone bringing their pet to a kennel I would urge them to get a personnel recommendation...like most people we chose this kennel based on the great reviews it had received to date. Our vet outlined that Rex would have been in considerable pain during his stay at Ballyorban.

For Purrfect Cattery: Helfpul, friendly, affordable. The accommodation was clean and nice, out cat was happy and Tony wad great at looking after her (she needed medication and special food after a vet's appointement and all were administered correctly).

Tried calling this guy and literally had to draw the info out of him, he was so rude, hardly wanted to give out any info, eg pricing etc, and when he did, was so rude about it, i told him his customer service was appalling and he actually didnt care! Just basically told me "ok". Imagine how hed look after my dogs! First impression?? I would never bring my dogs here! I normally never leave a review unless its positive, but he was so rude i just had to!

Fairly priced and a friendly service. Our dog was better behaved in return.
