Ipetsit have been amazing. From the moment we met Karen we knew that she was the right person to look after our boy and they haven't once let us down. Baxter our 14 month old Labrador has been going now four days a week, for three months and the transformation in him has been truly brilliant and heartwarming. He was so shy when I first took him and it was hard to leave him, but Karen is so reassuring and professional. I could tell she knew what she was doing 100% and that made everything so much easier for me and within a matter of days maybe a week he was truly loving it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ipetsit. The peace of mind I have when Baxter is with them is worth every penny.

We have been using i pet sit for our mini schnauzer Murphy since he was a puppy when we first moved to Salisbury 18 months ago and have never looked back since! Murphy absolutely loves spending time with the i pet sit pack and I think he would probably spend all of his time there if he could! He has built a lovely bond with Karen and it has become a home from home for him, which is so important to us, especially as he has quite bad separation anxiety. When I drop him off for the day he can't get through the door quick enough to meet the other dogs and I can always tell he's had a good day from the lovely updates and pictures I receive, as well as having a very happy dog when I collect him! I pet sit have always been really accommodating and have helped me out many a times at the last minute when I've needed doggy day care, especially when I went into hospital to have my son and had to stay in for a few days. I also work long shifts with early starts but never too early or a problem for I pet sit to collect Murphy at a convenient place for me, as well as offering longer hours so that I can pick him after work, which is a great help and I know Murphy is more than happy with this! I can't recommend I pet sit highly enough to anyone looking for a pet sitting service in the area, as you won't find a more friendly, caring and professional service. Murphy is a part of our family and there's nowhere else I would trust more to leave our dog in the care of. Thank you I pet sit, Murphy can't wait to come for his next play date! :)

I Pet Sit have literally transformed our experience of owning a dog. Not only is it our dog's favourite place in the world – and she comes back happy and tired – but we feel incredibly reassured when leaving her there, she's cared for incredibly well, they really take the time to get to know each dog and their personality, and they take safety extremely seriously. We couldn't recommend I Pet Sit any more highly.

Awful. I thought it was just my dog who came home terrified and very thin after being in her care for a week. I have since found that other dogs have had the same experience

Amanda did a wonderful job looking after my menagerie and gave me complete peace of mind whilst we were away. She went above and beyond what I required and I would recommend her for anyone looking for care for their beloved pets. She kept me updated with a daily video so that I could actually see everyone was well.

We feel so lucky to have found Amanda! She is absolutely wonderful with our dog, who clearly loves his outings with her. Amanda has also checked in and looked after our cats whilst we have been away and it was great to know that they were being so well cared for. Always understanding when there have been changes to our weekly schedule, we really couldn't manage without her.

Amanda has been fantastic for our lab Jago. She is always careful about which dogs she walks him with - he can be anxious around other boy dogs. Amanda never compromises on his safety or well being. He is always very pleased to see her and he always comes back happy & relaxed. The walks are varied and interesting. Can’t recommend enough!

Amanda has been a life saver! She is very trustworthy and looks after our cats beautifully, also occasionally watering plants and putting out the bins. She is easy to deal with and responds quickly to any texts. We particularly like the videos she sends to let us know all is well. We can thoroughly recommend Pawpals and vouch for Amanda’s professionalism.

Amanda is brilliant and we can’t recommend her highly enough! She has walked and cared for our dogs for four years. Amanda’s communication is excellent not only for dog walking times but also if she notices anything untoward such as lameness. Her advice is fantastic. Amanda is our to go to person to take care of our cat when we are on holiday. She is so kind and caring, gives you frequent updates and sends pictures that make you laugh. I cannot recommend her enough, she is simply fantastic and our little king of the household is very well taken care of.

Amanda has cared for our cat, Emma, for over a year now, from when she was just a little kitten. We feel relieved when we go away knowing Amanda is there to make sure Emma has everything she needs. The most important thing to Emma is play time and Amanda always ensures there is plenty of that. I sometimes wonder if Emma would prefer we go away more so she can have more Amanda time! I also love the updates, photos, videos, while we are away and missing Emma. It’s all so easy to deal with and the communication is outstanding. I can’t recommend enough!

Amanda is great with our dog Jasper. Fantastic communication and plenty of notice for upcoming holidays etc. Feel confident that Jasper is safe and well looked after while he's out, especially with Amanda's customised car to keep the dogs safe. Would highly recommend

Excellent cat care over Xmas 2023. Fantastic communication with texts and videos whilst we were away was really reassuring, and it was a huge peace of mind to know someone was popping in to the house every day too. Wayne at The New Forest Dog Hotel was absolutely fantastic in looking after my dog, Casper, for a week while I was away. I loved receiving the daily updates with videos and images —it was so reassuring to see how happy and well-cared-for he was. Thank you again, Wayne.

What a fantastic place to leave your dogs. Wayne is so good with the dogs. We left ours with him for 3 nites to go to our daughter's wedding. Within half hour he was sending us mini videos. We got updates twice a day. Would highly recommend him. Thanks Wayne - you are a star.

I was looking for somewhere that would be home from home for my German shepherd , and I certainly found it here. Wayne sent me photos and daily updates, and Tillie looked so happy and relaxed I was even concerned that she wouldn't want to come home! She came home looking well, happy and healthy, ( and nicely groomed 😃) Tillie loved staying with Wayne and the other dogs at the New Forest Dog Hotel, and will certainly be checking in again soon. Thanks Wayne , you made me and my girl so happy.

A fantastic place to leave our puppy with confidence that he would have a great time including the beautiful countryside for him to enjoy. Wayne was so friendly and his daily updates were welcome reassurance. Highly recommended!

Our labranese just spent 4 nights at the New Forest Dog Hotel and she loved it. We were kept informed by Wayne about how she was doing and from all the photos and videos she was very well looked after. We would highly recommend

Our German Shepherd dog Bear loved his stay with Wayne, he was well looked after, daily photo updates and messages.

A great relief to find a friendly and professional hotel for our beloved pooch Big Max. Wayne and Scott are lovely hosts with a fantastic set up. Max stayed 1 night as a trial before longer stays later in the year and we have no problem recommending The New Forest Dog Hotel.

Superb place. Great facilities too. For my dog max, it's his home from home. Wayne and scott are caring, dedicated and very knowledgable about Max's needs. Max has such a good time there, that when I collect him and drive off he audibly pines till I'm halfway home!

Our two Newfoundlands found the whole experience of staying at The New Forest Dog Hotel very relaxing , from the cooling paddling pool to the relaxing sun lounger and exercise area , they cant wait to go back! We could not fault the level of service provided .

Sue is the best person who you can trust to look after your dog. She is kind, caring and a very nice lady. Our dog loves her. I recommend Sue to whoever looking for a safe and happy place for their dog x

Would highly recommend Sue. Our pooch recently stayed for a week and he was made to feel right at home. He had the most fantastic time playing with the other dogs and enjoyed the lovely walks. We really appreciated the updates and felt so relaxed knowing he was in such safe and caring hands.

We have a rescue golden retriever who is anxious with new people and dogs. Sue has cared for her several times for short stays and we have just returned from a week away where she has been so settled with Sue, enjoyed the lovely regular walks, made new doggy friends and clearly had all her needs met. We were able to relax and not worry about her as we could see from the lovely updates that she was very happy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sue to other dog owners looking for care.

We would absolutely recommend Sue to look after your dog. She was amazing looking after our Cockapoo at short notice after we’d been let down. You can see how much Sue loves all dogs and we felt very reassured and comfortable leaving our dog in her capable hands. He had a lovely time! Just wish we lived nearer so we could use Sue more often!!

Highly recommended Sue. She looked after our pooch whilst we were at a wedding for the weekend, there is a big garden space for the dogs to run around and they get regular walks in the nearby field. Sue was lovely and made us feel comfortable leaving the dog with her.

Sue is a lovely lady & really cares about the dog,s in her care . My cockapoo has just stayed with sue for the first time & loved being with her . It really is home from home at sue,s doggy days - I highly recommend her .

Wonderful place for your dog to stay for both day care and boarding. Top rate care with walks and care as if at a family home, which it is. No kennels or caged runs. All comforts in a secure environment and individual needs catered for. I will always ensure I can book my Cocker spaniel in there. Good to book in plenty of time.

My dogs have been going to Jans for the last 5+ years. I have used weekly day care as well as holiday cover. It’s so reassuring when they jump out the car all excited to be there and run down the garden for a play and sniff about. It means i can leave them assured that my doggy babies are in good hands. Jan has always been a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation recommending her and have done so to friends who now use the service.

Jan is absolutely fantastic. From her knowledge, to her clean, spacious, calm home, she is welcoming and caring. We have left our 10m old Reggie with her 4 times now and he LOVES IT! When he returns, he is happy and relaxed. Have taken him to a dog day care previously but Reggie comes back exhausted and extremely thirsty. It's like he hasn't been able to relax. When he comes back from Jans, he's a lovely calm happy do. Jan has excellent knowledge of dogs and has shared some really useful tips with me. Fair to say Reggie has a friend for life with Jan. We won't go anywhere else!

Mel has been fantastic with my boy George. Very reliable and flexible and George goes nuts when it is walk time. Love the constant communication and seeing the walk photos on Facebook. Thank you for all your hard work Mel & would not hesitate to recommend you.

Karen is so kind and knowledgeable and her own dogs are absolutely beautiful and a real credit to her. I would 100% recommend them for dog care / dog walking. I'm so glad we found out about Karen as I felt so comfortable knowing our dog Finn was well cared for the week we were on holiday. It was clear how happy and relaxed our dog was was upon collection.

Karen is clearly extremely knowledgeable with dogs, you just have to look at her own. Karen was extremely easy to deal with and although we only booked our dog in for a couple of days whilst we were on holiday in the area she was lovely to us. I highly recommend her services.

Wonderful service! Karen and Steve has been brilliant right from day 1 with our young dog and acknowledged he was a playful and excited so have done a brilliant job and making sure he is settled in which he has thoroughly done now. Our dog enjoys going each week and always comes home happy and exhausted. We have even trusted them enough to leave him overnight there with no concerns at all. We feel our dog is so very well looked after with Karen really a home away from home! Would recommend to anyone :)

I was recommended Karen by a good friend and our local vet.Our two little working cockers love going there for the day, and we have been extremely happy with the service. I could not recommend her enough!!

It’s become a home from home for my dogs . Karen is so professional and in demand though that she tends to get pretty fully booked up . But I appreciate the security of being able to go away and know my dogs are so well looked after . Dog and animal welfare are always at the top of her agenda

Pup/dog was there for a couple of days, when picked up the owner(s) were obviously stressed, he’d been a little bit of a pain, keeping the family awake apparently which I told the lady who took him (he’s an anxious dog, nothing major). He came back with a couple of marks one on the knee (looked worth away) & a scratch/Bute mark on the leg. I’m more than aware how a pack of dogs can play etc & I’m more than aware that the marks were not there when he was dropped of at the house. The owner/manager just denied any responsibility, not that it was a huge deal but since then we have not been able to settle him in another boarding house/kennel. I’m pretty certain he had a run in with one of the many smaller nippier dogs & as he doesn’t react to violence etc would have just dealt with it. Far from happy about the service & after specifically saying he was a liability around open doors & roads it was a little worrying when we turned up to pick him up & the front door was open due to her daughters boyfriend (I believe). Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, quite the opposite. Edit & response to ‘Steve’. I live in Amesbury, Steve I have a 7 year old Doberman, I doubt you get many of them so I assume you know who I am. Feel free to pop round to varify the marks & don’t just flat out deny it as Karen did. She was quick to tell me how he’d disturbed you for the majority of the night, sorry about that, I made Karen very aware of his anxieties. Don’t use the old ‘it’s some competition’ etc you know fully well that your service is a) not top notch for any large dog (imo) & b) you’re running it from your house, this isn’t a professional kennel/stay over for a dog. I do not know who posted the first review, however i can assure you they obviously either do not know Karen, or have a negative agenda in their review, because Karen and her business cannot be faulted! Would not trust anyone else with our dogs!

I was fortunate enough to have another dog walker recommend Rachael to me when looking for someone to have our 13 year old slightly deaf, slightly cantankerous Patterdale terrier for the Easter holidays. Rachael is warm and welcoming and has taken great care of my boy. He came back so happy that I know he had lots of care and cuddles whilst we were away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rachael in the future and Archie’s looking forward to coming back for another stay at the end of the year!

Rachael offers a very reliable and caring dog walking service. Our dog needs a little bit of extra care due to a back problem and Rachael has sure that all of his needs have been met. I have no worries at all when she walks Milo for us and I can thoroughly recommend her.

Charlie looked after our two miniature dachshunds , Pablo and Tulip for 3 weeks. It was their first time having a sitter but I knew they were in safe hands. Charlie is very experienced and professional who kept me updated regularly with adorable photos of the dogs cuddled up with her on the sofa. I don’t think they missed me at all! I returned home to two happy dogs and a spotless, immaculate house filled with daffodils! I highly recommend Charlie and will definitely use her again in the future. Thank you so much Charlie x

Charlie looked after our two dogs, six chickens, one robin and home for the first time recently but hopefully not the last! She coped brilliantly with our very difficult, nervy cocker, giving her time to get used to a new person and they were great friends by the end of the 2 day sit! I really hope she will be able to come and look after everyone again as we feel 100% confident and nothing is more valuable than that! Thanks Charlie xx

Charlie is AMAZING. She looked after our Bedlington Whippets Billy and Dolly so well, and they absolutely love her. Charlie kept us up to date with all their hilarious shenanigans while we were away, and it was so reassuring to know that they were being so well looked after. Not only that, but our house was spotless on our return which was such a bonus. If Charlie is available you should consider yourself very lucky and don't hesitate to book!

Not sure why we are doing this as we want her for our own and don't want to share her. Charlie has stayed numerous times....and is staying again next week. Always arrive home to happy contented cats and beautifully kept home, having been updated with lots of photos whilst away. A true pro.

Charlie took care of our house and cats while we were out of town, and did a fabulous job with both. Our cats loved her and we felt very comfortable leaving them in her care. They are fussy pets with distinctly different personalities and individual needs and Charlie provided excellent care. We came home to happy cats and a clean, well taken care of house. She is also a very pleasant person with great communication skills. We would absolutely seek out Charlie's services again!

Charlie is simply the most perfect housesitter. She came highly recommended by a friend. Charlie took the time to visit us before the house sit which we really appreciated as this involved a lengthy round trip. We were immediately impressed by her engaging, sincere and responsible manner. More importantly, our dog bonded with her straight away. Being a GSP, he is super sensitive, intuitive and since lockdown, particularly needy. Charlie’s paperwork was very professional and comprehensive. Whilst we were away she sent us frequent photos and updates to keep us in touch. She also made the effort to replicate our dogs routine by walking him with his canine mates which was much appreciated by them all. The house was immaculate on our return, even down to the laundry. We recommend her with absolutely no reservation. We really hope she will come again soon.

Charlie looked after our beagle and our home for eight days. We came back to a happy dog and an immaculate house. Charlie was professional, friendly, gentle and caring. She did a fantastic job. I would use her again and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Having Charlie come to look after our lovely British Shorthair boys was a great experience. I often feel nervous and guiltily about leaving the boys, but Charlie put my nerves at ease immediately. Communicating with Charlie was really easy and stress free. Charlie certainly must give off loving vibes to cats. Tony can be shy with new people and keep out of their way, however, he immediately connected with Charlie as shown by the photos I received of him cuddling up to her feet. I’d highly recommend Charlie to look after your adored animals and home.

Charlie is so lovely. She looked after our Cat Pickle and 2 chickens for a week while we were on holiday. She also looked after our home so well and kept it spotless. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone if you want someone to look after your home and pets while you're on holiday! Our Cat doesn’t do well staying in the cattery so Charlie is a godsend! We have Pre booked her in again for our 2 week holiday next year.

You'd be the luckiest if Charlie can sit for you! She is a great communicator, reliable, super-clean and tidy, and such a warm and lovely person. I felt so calm and reassured the entire time I was away, because Charlie made me feel like I had a good friend looking after my cat Elio - who took to her immediately and was relaxed and happy. She kept me updated and sent gorgeous photos of Elio regularly. Charlie was absolutely fantastic and took wonderful care of him and my flat. I honestly cannot recommend her enough, and will most definitely be a returning customer. Thank you so very much Charlie! <3
