Really rude. I politely asked about coming to view - briskly asked in regards to what! When I said boarding my dog with them, I was sharply asked ‘when’? I said Jan (4 months away) and again I was told in a very harsh manner that they aren’t taking bookings for the New Year. Manners don’t cost much but I would not want my dog staying there now anyway, so future custom lost.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We used to have two dogs who happily shared a double kennel. We now have one dog, who was nervous at her first visit due to being a rescue. However, she enjoyed that first stay so much and, now she realises that we are coming back for her, she races up to the door with excitement at the start of every stay.

We took our Labrador to Treetops Kennels & Cattery for the very first time last weekend and we have been very impressed with everything. We could tell from Alfie's reaction when we picked him up that he'd had a good time. He was happy and relaxed and there were no signs of him being stressed or anxious - as was the case two years ago when we had left him for two weeks with a home boarder. Thank you to all the staff at Treetops for taking great care of Alfie - and Alfie says thank you too - woof woof! We will definitely be using Treetops again and will be recommending them to family and friends.

Staff are friendly here, dog always seems well cared for. £18.95 per dog if they are on their own. The reception area could do with update with an awkward sliding door and a smell of dogs. It really should be more accessible to wheelchair users or those with walking difficulties. Good overall experience.

Fetched Holly back today after 14days we have been using treetops since she was a pup she is now 8. I would not go anywhere else staff are really great with her . She doesn't even look back when I leave her. You get what you pay for . Holly has cancer of the mouth and I knew she would be well looked after and they would have phoned me or the vet if needed. Glad to have her back home. Thanks to all at treetops.

Treetops was recommended to us by our Vets, when their pet resort in Pride Park closed and we have been delighted with it. Marnie, our Bengal cat, always looks very well and has clearly been very well looked after, even if she does grumble at us the whole way home, when we collect her! Thank you so much.

Tried to book in my 2 dogs well in advance of my holiday. I let the female owner know the breeds of my dogs for her to say they had no availability for my chosen dates. Just before doing so I heard in the background her saying to her partner “we do have availability but should I just say no”. If you have a husky or a bulldog avoid this kennel at all costs as trey CFL early discriminate. Rude and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would!

This is the best place. Donnie can be really nervous, particularly around new people but Marcus and all of the staff are amazing with him. He loves daycare and staying overnight here when we are on holiday and is mega excited every time we arrive. Would recommend everybody gives it a go even if you're not going away, it's just a brilliant change for them and chance to socialise in a controlled environment.

I've been using Brinsley Pet Care for a few years to look after my ratty mischief. They have quite spacious multi level accommodation for their stays I've had several rats that needed multiple doses of life-saving medications and this has never been a problem for Sally. They have a great time and return happy and healthy. ❤️

Superb service by Sally and her family would thoroughly recommend. We first left our Parrot with Sally for a week after our normal sitter was unavailable, on first visiting Brinsley Pet Care and meeting Sally I felt comfortable leaving him, the set up is amazing and Sally had a nice confident way with the animals. After our Parrot visit we felt comfortable asking Sally if she would visits our old dogs and give them lunch and medication if we have to be out the house for longer than normal, they love her and she sends little videos of them in the garden having some fuss 😍. Such reasonable prices as well ~ Amazing ❤️

Sally walks Max for us periodically and he's just so chilled afterwards We trust her implicitly with him and have never had an issue. Sally has a gift with animals that I've never known before. We would absolutely recommend her 100%

I have been using Sally for the last 2 years to look after My Parrot Marley when I go away, he loves going and always comes home happy, I highly recommend them for all looking after your pets, it home away from home for them and they get the best care.

Just collected our two rabbits from their first stay with Sally after a long weekend and would highly recommend Brinsley Pet Care for boarding your rabbits/birds/Guinea pigs/rats/tortoise!! It’s a lovely setting and clearly a place where all the animals are well loved and looked after. The cost is also highly reasonable and very good value. Sally answered my enquiry and all my emailed questions straightaway before their stay which was very reassuring when using a service you only know via FB. Our dog had the best time staying with Mandy. We were apprehensive about leaving him but Mandy made us feel so confident that he was in great hands. We got regular updates and photos and he was treated to some special long walks. Would highly recommend.

Mandy at Melmo is an absolute God send to us. She was able to assess our puppies needs and tailored the care she needed. Our puppies is not so much a puppy any more but 11 year old recently blind border collie and leaving her for the first time in someone else care was stressful. Mandy sent updates and videos so I knew I'd made the right choice. I would highly recommend her especially like us if you want a more personal type of care for your fur baby.

Mandy and her husband were super with my 1 year old GSD. They followed his routine and sent us little updates during his stay. Seeing him enjoying his time and knowing he was in safe hands helped us to enjoy our time away worry-free. We will be using Melmo again!

Rachel has looked after our Cockerpoo Woody on several occasions over the past few years and quite honestly he loves going to stay with her. We get regular updates whilst we're away with photos and its clear he's having a great time with the other dogs. She's always very thorough and professional and ensures that the animals that she has in her care are harmonious together. Its great to have peace of mind to know that he's being looked after so well. We can't speak highly enough of Rachel and the care she provides.

Absolutely flawless service. We had a holiday to Florida and needed someone to come and feed our old cat twice a day whilst we was away. Service was great, communication was fantastic, kept us updated with photos. Whilst we was away we got delayed coming home and had to stay an extra 2 nights because of a hurricane. Was not a problem extending the service to carry on feeding our cat. I can't recommend this company enough. If you need a service they offer, don't think about it, just contact them and book. 5 star service. Thank you 💙😻

Honestly, Rachel has changed my life. My Assistance dog wasn't getting walked as much as he should, so we found these. She focuses on my dogs needs during the walk making it dog focused and allowing him to decompress. She has respected my wishes in terms of not letting him play with other dogs other than ones he knows. My dog absolutely adores her and gets so excited in the morning to go, she's so amazing with him and I can't recommend them enough.

Rachel has fed our two cats Rocket & Dixie on a number of occasions and has always looked after them incredibly well. She gives us peace of mind whilst we're away, both in terms of the cats & also our property, ensuring it's left clean & tidy. She gives regular updates about the cats and provides pictures/video which is lovely to see. Nothing is ever too much to ask. I would highly recommend her services.

RM Pet Care are fantastic! Rachel & Mark care deeply about the animals in their care. My Rommie rescue is very nervous around new people & Rachel spent the time getting to know her. This is invaluable for our sensitive souls & my dog absolutely adores both her & Mark! Highly recommended.

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful attitude towards myself and my wife. My dog came back in such an awful state we actually thought we would need to take him to the vets. Apparently another dog viciously attacked him and left him with a severed ear. The owner was damn right rude and aggressive. Would not recommended to anyone whom care she their pet.

Rachel has been doing pop ins and walks for our dog since she was a little pup, and is absolutely brilliant. She is extremely trustworthy, sends photos and updates and gives our dog so much love! It is really refreshing to see someone really love what they do. Even more so, the tail wags when we’ve seen Rachel on the street are probably more that what we’d get shows a lot!

Couldn't recommend Rachel enough! Our dog always has a waggy tail when he sees her and we feel so confident that he is being well looked after when out on his walks. He's also boarded with her, we get regular photo updates and her communication has always been great.

“We Love Pets Mansfield” and specifically Mandy & Jason recently cared for our two 3 year old British Short Hair cats twice a day whilst we were away for two weeks. Although outdoor cats, they remained inside and at home for the two weeks. Both cats looked incredibly well, content and had clearly been properly looked after once we arrived back home. Feeding stations and litter tray areas were immaculately clean and we were sent photos and short video clips of Belle and Blu pretty much every day. We could not have had two nicer people attending the property; both clearly love all animals, were attentive and spent time on visits interacting, entertaining and playing with our pets. Highly recommended; we will be using “We Love Pets Mansfield” again in September. Thank you so much Mandy & Jason!

Mandy and Jason looked after our young cocker spaniel for 2 weeks. It was our first time away from him but we felt at complete ease knowing he was safe and being cared for. He had plenty of exercise and fun during his time there and we got updates with photos. He fell in love with them on first meet and you can just tell they are great people. I'm so grateful to them both for everything. I would highly recommend them.

If you ever need a pet sitting service then Jason and Mandy at We Love Pets are definitely the people to get in touch with. We have had them pet sit both our cat Rio and our Rattie Norris several times this year and it’s less stressful for both of them being able to stay in their home surroundings whilst we go away. They both love Jason and Mandy and our Cat Rio who is not a peopley cat will always call us a liar and fuss round them both when they call in. Its also a breath of fresh air to have a pet sitter that will also look after a rattie as alot dont but they look after all different pets not just cats and dogs. I wouldn't have anyone else look after our Cat and Rattie ♥️

Dex came for his first holiday stay & I felt comfortable leaving him with Mandy & Jason. I received photos of Dex looking happy which made me feel at ease. Any queries they had they asked. They were great being able to give him his daily medication. He came home with no signs of stress(weight loss & stress lick sores) like he has when stayed in kennels which tells me he felt happier. I'd definitely recommend and visit again.

We absolutely LOVE we love pets. Darren has been so helpful and kind since the beginning, and our dog goose absolutely adores him. We get photos from his walk each day which is so nice. And it’s so reassuring to know they’re first aid trained. Definitely would recommend to anyone and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Used a dog boarding service for the first time and chose Mandy and Jason to look after Stan for a few days. Had a meet and greet before I went on holiday to get to know them, for Stan to meet them and discuss his feeding/walking routine. While I was away they sent pics every day which put me at ease. Happy to recommend their service and will use again in the future.

Lin has been our dog walker / sitter for the last 5 years and all we can say is that she is absolutely amazing. Not only is she a lovely person / now a close family friend but has bonded with our two dogs like you could not believe especially as one of them, lets just say is very much a handful! Lin stays at our house with our dogs covering all our holidays and we know we can totally relax away knowing they are in such good hands. We would recommend Lin without hesitation, we simply couldn't be without her!
