Great shop for all dog supplies. Really good knowledge of the owners on pet foods, toys, etc. Also started a loyalty scheme for frequent buyers which looks great value.

Amazing shop! They LOVE dogs and you can tell :) got some really helpful advice about our pup who’s a very fussy eater and it’s worked!!

Your shop is always very well stocked, prices are great plus stuff friendly and helpful. I have moved out from the area almost 3 years ago and still visiting the shop, when I am around. On many occasions I have asked friends and family to go there and buy goodies for my 3 dogs. Now I am also your online customer :-)

I ordered a gorgeous harness and lead, unfortunately the lead was out of stock but I was contacted straight the way to make arrangements for when it was back in stock a couple of days later. I then had my order posted out as promised on an am delivery to make sure I still had them for my weekend trip! Thanks so much guys, that’s choosing a small business for you 😊

My puppy goes to daycare at carefree Canines and he loves it. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and happy to help with anything. I had a great experience getting a new harness and lead for my pup, it was fitted in store and I got to try a little walk outside to get a feel for it before buying. I always recommend to everyone to use carefree.

Fantastic place! They are full of helpful advice and so patient with my endless questions. It's great being able to try different sizes of harness, coats etc too. The online shop means I can order the big bags of food to my door too!

As it's getting near holiday time I thought I would let you know about Boggs Dogs. Like most dog owners your holidays are always tinged with a bit of sadness, as usually you must leave your dog behind and put them into kennels, but the last time we went away we found Boggs Dogs. It is the most wonderful place to board your dog, be it for a short or long stay. You couldn't board your dog anywhere better, Melaney who runs Boggs Dogs is amazing, when we left our dog we knew she would be so well looked after, lots of space to run around in, and best of all, no dogs shut up in kennels. Melaney and her family treated our dog as if it were their own. I therefore give Boggs Dogs 5 stars as they give your dogs a 5 star stay with them, so look no further this is THE place to board your dog.

Spot has been coming here for years and he absolutely adores Mel and the team. The location is perfect and the facilities are top of class. The dogs get tons of (supervised) freedom and proper exercise, ie genuine walks, and they all seem so happy together. Really good value.

Emma has been walking our labradoodle Bramble for nearly a year now and we honestly couldn’t be happier with her service. Bramble is a very large dog with lots of energy and Emma is brilliant with her. Bramble waits by the door each week for her walk and is always so excited to see Emma - she loves her! We would 100% recommend Emma to anyone!

Our dog Maisie has been going on walks with Emma for over a year now and she/us couldn’t be more happier. When Maisie hears ‘Emma’ her tail just starts wagging. We can always count on her and she’s been so accommodating and helpful. Couldn’t recommend a better dog walker in East Lothian!

After a change of circumstances at home, we needed to find someone we could trust with our boy - and we came across Adventure Paws. From the very first minute of our meeting - I knew Emma was the person to walk our lovely Louie. Louie had his first walk with the gang in May, and he’s now more sociable, confident and he waits on her at the window. He loves her, and his time on his walks. We are so happy that he’s happy.

Due to a return to the office and looking for local dog walkers we came across Adventures Paws. From the first meeting with Emma, she totally put my mind at ease. My dog was really nervous as he’d suffered a bad back injury. Rocky is so much more confident when meeting other dogs and people, he’s totally changed for the better and feels like his old, happy self again! After his walks he is so chilled and clearly had the best time, which I also get to see on the Instagram videos. Emma and Adventure Paws has been the best thing for our dog in the longest time!

Emma has walked our boy Charlie for several years now and there is no one else we would trust with our pooch. She is professional and so friendly. She provides fantastic care and loves him as if he were her own dog. Charlie waits at the door for her every morning and you can see his excitement whenever she picks him up. I would highly recommend Emma to any dog owner who wants a reliable, trustworthy dog Walker who provides the highest quality of care.

My dog Holly loves her walks with Emma and gets really excited when she sees her van outside the house. After her walk Holly is tired but happy. Emma is kind and caring and totally dog centred. She is reliable and trustworthy. Keep up the good work Emma!

Emma is an absolute star! Friendly, easy going and absolutely great with our dogs who range in age from 8 weeks old to nearly 17 years. Our 6 years old Schnauser is out with Emma and he has an absolute ball, and comes home happy and worn out from his stimulating energetic walks. I can totally recommend Adventure Paws!!

Emma (Adventure paws) has been our dog walker for the last 2 years. She is so accommodating to our ever changing plans and our boy Ollie absolutely loves her to bits. I have no hesitation in recommending Christine. She has looked after my dog from puppy to the old senior dog he is now. Riley loves Christine and is always waiting at the door for her pick ups. She is reliable and trustworthy and I know Riley is in good, safe hands when he is with her.

Christine is a trustworthy and extremely reliable lady. Our dog absolutely adores her. Christine keeps me up to date on his progress, and sometimes sends photos of their walks. She keeps him calm, as he is still a puppy. She offers sound advice if I have puppy questions. I would highly recommend Christine.

Lucy has walked and home boarded My dog Lucy for 11 years. She is reliable, honest and looks after my dog extremely well whilst she has her in her care. Very reasonable when needing extra walks and understanding when the dogs are unwell. Dogs health are Christine’s priority! Would not use anyone else!!

Christine has checked on and walked my boys since they were pups. They go absolutely wild when they see her, it's clear that they adore her. One of my boys was paralysed and had back surgery and a long recovery a few years ago, Christine was fabulous throughout the whole recovery, changing our walks to home visits when he couldn't walk, and then back to walks when he had recovered well - always keeping me updated on how he was getting on. I was (and still am) so lucky to have someone I could trust. Flexible, friendly and reliable, can highly recommend

Christine has looked after our dog Alfie and last dog Jenny. She has always looked after them brilliantly and they both adored her. She has gone the extra mile on numerous occasions including going and rescuing a terrified Jenny from our house during a thunderstorm and comforting her till we got home. Both dogs were rescued and being Jack Russells they are on the stubborn side, but Christine has taken the time to get to know them so well, kept them in line and won them over- no mean feat! Simply could not ask for a better service.

I moved into the same area as Christine almost 3 years ago and she has looked after my bulldog Luna when I am working since then. Christine is by far Luna’s favourite person in the world and you you can tell she is well cared for and Christine loves Luna back just as much! As well as an awesome dog walker I have also found a friend in Christine with our shared love of bulldogs. Highly recommend 💚

Christine has been walking and dog sitting Dougal since we moved to Musselburgh over a year ago. Dougal hit it off with Christine from day one and loves his walks. She goes absolutely above and beyond and has saved me at the last minute on a number of occasions due to last minute work changes. I was nervous leaving Dougal over night for the first time but needn't have been he is in the best of hands. Thank you Christine!

Christine is a superb dog walker and my dog is exceptionally well looked after by her. The comments in this review from Paul and Yvonne should be ignored, they are obviously a couple of sad people who spend their time hanging about watching hard working people go about their business. Interesting that they regularly provide reviews on the same businesses, I have a suspicion they are actually the same person. Christine does a wonderful job looking after her dogs, Paul and Yvonne are clearly a couple of very strange people.
