Julia was an amazing sitter and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From our first contact to when we arrived home after our trip, communication was excellent and we were able to enjoy our time away with complete peace of mind that our pets and our home were in good hands. We particularly appreciated how clean and tidy everything was when we got home with the linens and towels all washed and dried! Our cats clearly didn't miss us a bit - they were relaxed, their coats brushed and were giving us side-eye "oh, so, back to normal then? " looks as we unpacked. Thanks for everything Julia!

I never met Joi because due to her work, she arrived after I left and was gone before I returned home. This wasn't a problem at all. She was very self-sufficient and seemed to find all that she needed in my house. The house looked exactly like I left it and my cat seemed very content when I returned. Apparently they had a nightly routine of Luna getting brushed. Joi is a very experienced sitter and it shows.

I'm delighted to have found Lisa as a sitter and hope to have her back again! She was detail oriented and clearly cared about my cats' well being. She asked good questions about the cats' routines and needs and about the house to be sure she'd meet my expectations and have a comfortable and successful sit. She communicated very well before and throughout the sit and even though I was unreachable for much of the time I was confident everyone was in good hands. Lisa left the house in immaculate condition and the cats were relaxed and happy when I got home. What a delight!

Hannah and Joseph housesat our three kitties for a week and a half while we were traveling for the holidays. They were very communicative and conscientious. We received daily updated on our cats with cute and funny pictures. When they noticed our 17yo cat, Amber, wasn’t eating very much, they let us know and we were able to resolve the problem quickly. They were also very resourceful and understanding when we ran out of some cat supplies. Hannah and Joseph took great care of the house. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived back, and we had a short time to get to know them on our arrival. We would be fortunate to find more house sitters like them, and would of course love to have them back in the future! We wish Hannah and Joseph luck in their travels!

Ruoyi was the perfect sitter for our cat Toni! We would highly recommend her to any pet owner, and hope she can sit for us again in the future. Ruoyi was very thorough - she made sure there was full alignment on all the specifics of her pet duties, and she asked thoughtful questions regarding details we forgot to include in our guide. She always provided us timely updates at the agreed cadence, and gave us a ton of photos. From the photos, it's clear she got in a lot of play time with Toni, which we really appreciated! :) We were able to enjoy our entire vacation stress-free knowing Toni was in such good hands. Ruoyi left our apartment completely clean and offered to wash linens.

Ruthee was a fabulous pet sitter for our three cats while we were gone for a month. Prior to the sit, she was consistent and communicative; she even came over early for a meet and greet to learn the routine. During the sit, she took great care of our three cats by playing with them (she made a fun cat toy!), scooping litter, feeding and watering them, and sent us text updates and pictures. We came home to happy fur babies and a clean home. She left the place very tidy which was greatly appreciated! We are so thankful for Ruthee and would recommend her should the opportunity arise. Oh wow! Everyone should be so lucky to have Nicholas and Veerle watch their house and pets. These lovely people are pros! They communicated early and often, were super accommodating to some last minute changes (it was originally going to be only our cats to watch but we decided to keep the dog home as well so that added to the schedule and care needs) and they left the house spotless and all set up for another sitter who came in after them. We didn’t get the chance to meet because my departure and arrival times but I dearly hope I get to in the future because they were just great! I even heard how nice they were from My neighbors who say them out walking our dog. :-) They also sent regular pictures of the pets which look like pro-photography! Cannot recommend this couple enough! Your pets and house will be in good hands!

Steven was a great sitter for our black lab Souris and cat Pinot. They were well looked after and really liked Steven. Our house was in good order when we got back and Steven was kind enough to give us a lift to and from the airport. He was very flexible, arriving day early so we could show him around.

The only kennels I’ll use! Hamish loves his visit every time. He gets so excited to go, and he’s always happy when I collect him. My mind is at ease knowing he’s being looked after - despite his occasional behaviour issues - the staff are wonderful.
It's hard to find somewhere you trust with your pets when they're rescue dogs and a bit nervous but Brumley Brae have been brilliant. They even took my diabetic dog straight to vet when he wasn't looking well and definitely saved his life. My other dog Rebel is very scared of people but is always so happy to come to stay and goes with all staff with a very happy tail and no looking back!
We have arranged for our 2 cats to be boarded here for 28 days whilst we relocate from overseas back to Scotland. The staff here have been very helpful, professional and caring throughout this difficult process. The cats are housed in large separate runs with cat flap to external areas again separate. The cattery / kennels are in extensive grounds conveniently located just outside Elgin. Opening times are restricted to ensure care for animals. Highly recommended as an excellent cat / dog boarding facility..not cheap but worth every penny for the care and peace of mind. We can readily make regular visits during operating hours.
Just got my dogs back and can clearly see they were looked after, they haven't put any weight on at all and are their usual lively selves. Their stay was also fairly short notice and the friendly staff were more than helpful and communicative. Will use again for sure! Thank you!
Looked after our Vizsla for a week in October holidays. She is shy being a rescue dog and we lost her brother Max middle of the year so we're quite apprehensive about leaving her. Staff were very reassuring and we left her and felt at ease. Staff even kept in touch whilst we were away to give us an update. Dog was exercised regularly and given one to one interaction. Our cat Felix has been going there for the last 8 years. I won't take him anywhere else. The staff are lovely and friendly and care a lot about all the animals. Very reasonable priced too. Would definitely recommend this to anyone for their Pets.

Picked up our dogs after a couple of nights away for a family wedding. Dogs are normally nervous around fireworks and I dread bonfire night. Took them home, had them fed, watered and settled for the fireworks to start. They slept the whole evening, including fireworks in the next street. Their adventures in kennels had caught up with them. I'll have to think about booking them in next year before the fireworks. They love going to Groomlands, it's like their 2nd home
Groomlands did an excellent job with our inexperienced nervous young collie Fly. They were very kind and patient giving us text updates on how the grooming was going. Turns out he wasn’t that nervous, it was us haha! And then when we picked him up we couldn’t believe how amazing he looked and smelled. Thank you so much! Just the best experience. Highly recommend.
Really happy with the service Groomlands Kennel provided. Our dog managed to gradually break out of her shell towards the end and we're really happy with the care provided. Will return again in the future.

Took our very nervous rescue dog to get her nails clipped today, the groomer was absolutely fantastic with her. We've had numerous failed attempts at getting her nails clipped by ourselves and also via the vets/other groomers. But she was in and out within 5 minutes today. We were driving home quite shell shocked by how easy the whole experience was! 😅 This kind of level of service is absolutely invaluable for rescue dogs that need someone with confidence and experience. We will definitely be using Groomlands for all Doras future grooming needs. Highly recommended by us and our little rescue pup Dora! ❤️
Great kennels! Very well organised with large purpose built spotlessly clean units - but more importantly such caring, experienced dog loving staff! I have complete confidence in them as they coped so well with my difficult boy and picky girl who had loads of exercise and cuddles and came home tired, relaxed and happy. Cannot recommend highly enough.
My westie had a great time at Groomlands. He was very well looked after. The kennels are lovely and a great lay out and so clean. He was played with. got out to paddock with other dogs and walks. H also gets groomed there where he is hand stripped. The staff are wonderful to, so welcoming and friendly.Groomlands is by far the best kennels i have used.. I fully recomend them
