Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.

I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. Hilary played so much with her and took the best care. She was communicative, easy to coordinate with, and left everything super clean for us when we came back. Wow! Just wow! We cannot say enough about the care and compassion Trisha and John provided to our cats and our home. We are always somewhat nervous about a new pet sitter in our home, but that all faded when we met this wonderful couple. They provided daily updates as requested, complete with pictures, videos and personalized captions. Upon our return, we were greeted by happy and content kitties. There was no sign of anxiety in Tika! Yea!!! Our home was clean, the sheets and towels were washed and bed remade! They even left behind thank you notes and little gifts! What a breath of fresh air these two individuals are! We hope to have them back again soon.

Ruoyi was the perfect sitter for our cat Toni! We would highly recommend her to any pet owner, and hope she can sit for us again in the future. Ruoyi was very thorough - she made sure there was full alignment on all the specifics of her pet duties, and she asked thoughtful questions regarding details we forgot to include in our guide. She always provided us timely updates at the agreed cadence, and gave us a ton of photos. From the photos, it's clear she got in a lot of play time with Toni, which we really appreciated! :) We were able to enjoy our entire vacation stress-free knowing Toni was in such good hands. Ruoyi left our apartment completely clean and offered to wash linens.

Anna was a wonderful sitter for our furry friends. My dog, Luke, bonded with her and was sad when she left. My cats would crawl under the covers and curl up with her at night. Florence is everything you want in a cat sitter! We have two cats that need a lot of human attention. One takes multiple medications twice a day and they both are used to eating on their own schedule and having people around so it is always very important to us to find a pet sitter that will be spending a lot of time in the apartment and that doesn't mind being very attentive. We were able to meet Florence before our trip and felt 100% confident that she would take great care of our cats. Florence is comfortable giving medication, she sent us photos and updates and left our apartment spotless. We were so happy that we had her come back the following week when we went away again for a short trip! We will definitely contact Florence again whenever we travel and hope that she is available!

Jenima is an excellent sitter! She is organized, communicative and flexible throughout the stay. We needed a sitter at the last minute because Jazz got sick, and Jenima saved us. Greetings Pet People, I am a bit late leaving my review for Kristine who is local to us and has taken care of our kitties Max and Luis a few times this year. After COVID-19 was announced in March, our travel plans came to an abrupt halt. We had to cancel a lot of trips we had planned but decided that it was safe to go camping a couple of times this summer. We called on Kristine as one of our favorite sitters on this site. We discussed safety protocols and agreed to cleaning that we would do to leave the house safe for her to enter. She shared protocols that she had taken with other homeowners and had sound processes to make us feel safe leaving our cats and our home in her care. She even purchased batteries for our automatic cat feeder when it failed to let one of our confused kitties to eat. Kristine is a smart, humorous and a thoughtful person. I would not hesitate to recommend her for your sit. She truly loves animals and taking care of your home. Highly recommended! Thanks Kristine!

Tonya was great and filled in after our other sitter had to cancel. She was very self sufficient and navigated acclimating herself to everything since she arrived after we left. She gave thoughtful updates on my cat and I could tell she really enjoyed her, so that means the world to me! She left the place immaculate and we will certainly have Tonya back!

Took my dog there to get groomed And all she got was her face.Trimmed her butt hole trimmed and her feet trimmed All of this cost me seventy four dollars. To say nothing of the smell that is still raking on my dog that I cannot get rid of. She smells like an old lady's perfume And I did take her back and make them give her another bath and she still stinks. I told them that we were going on vacation and that she needed a haircut because she was gonna be hot.We were gonna be in Florida.Yet they did not touch her hair on her body not one millimeter. When I called and complained that I did not offer to give me one penny of my money back. I will go buy a pair of clippers and shave my dog myself before I take her back to that place
Since our dog who is 75 pounds, looks forward to his day at day care! What more can I say, if our dog doesn't like it, then he wouldn't be going. He enjoys his day. They are friendly and they love animals.
My dogs are currently boarding there. They have sent updates on them when requested. Will update when I pick them up. The staff is great and you can tell they love the dogs and their jobs.

We took our 11 month old Golden Doodle Cheyenne, for "the works". We were amazed when we picked her up later. They were super friendly, professional & helpful with deciding the style of grooming. We most definitely be back for her next cut!
We get our dogs groomed here and they are always clean and happy when they are done. They have a daycare and they stay all day and play while they are waiting to be groomed. We have boarded with them as well. They treat our dogs so well!!
This place is a LIFESAVER. We have two dogs. The oldest one gets so nervous and hates being anywhere other than home (not aggressive, just very nervous) and they were able to keep her while we went on a trip for several days. They even groomed her, and I have no idea how they managed to get her to agree to that. My puppy destroyed his crate so we couldn’t leave him by himself at home while we worked, and they were able to take him last minute. It’s affordable and I trust them with my dogs. They don’t put them in cages, they keep them in rooms. And if the dog wants to play with other dogs, they can and will have a great time. If the dog doesn’t want to be around other dogs, they keep them separate. Will continue to use them!
We brought our 100 lb Rottweiler in for a bath because we don't have a good way to bathe her in our RV. They did a fantastic job! Not only was she clean, but she doesn't shed anywhere close to the amount she has since we began our trip. I strongly recommend this facility and believe all their services will be professionally handled.
Jasper Jinglepaws likes to smoke cigars when he is on vacation. However, this establishment does not offer smoking rooms. As soon as he kicks the habit, he will be back.

We boarded our four terrier mix dogs at Somerset Pet Lodge this weekend, and we were so impressed! Check-in and check-out was fast, friendly, and so convenient with the Sunday pick-up hours. The facility was very neat and clean, and really spacious. The staff seemed to genuinely care about us and our dogs, and went above and beyond by sending a follow-up note through the mail, which we received today! The pricing is competitive and fair with no hidden fees. If you get a chance to take a tour of the facility, do it! It will make you feel very happy and secure about boarding your four-legged family members at Somerset Pet Lodge. Definitely recommended and definitely boarding here again!
Any dog owner knows how difficult it is to find a groomer you can be 100% satisfied with. You always have to compromise. My terrier/schnauzer has never had a hair cut I've not regretted (usually because her nails are bleeding at some point after the appointment which over the years have scarred her, and it's sad) This literally was the first really great haircut that was evenly cut all over, and was near exactly what I wanted after the first visit. Her nails were not cut to short, and did not bleed. They were smooth and I was happy with the results. I loved the hair cut!! The groomers here have went to school for grooming and gotten a degree/license which most groomers do not have. Also, my Chloe cannot be in a cage she tries to dig herself out, cries the whole time, and hurts herself. The Somerset Pet Lodge do cage the dogs, but they worked with me, and did not cage her as long as I had her first in/first out which was great !! The staff are really friendly and understanding. I'd recommend everyone to go here. I'll definitely be taking her to this groomer from now on!
