When we started to plan a trip to Italy, I couldn’t get too excited until I knew who would watch our dogs. Our regular sitter could only cover the first several nights, so I had to find someone to cover the rest of the trip. I looked for hours to find someone who meets our high standards and could stay at our home, especially since we would be an ocean away. Once we did a meet and greet with Gabby I knew she would be perfect. Our dogs loved her and she sent us tons of photos, videos and updates. There is no doubt these pups had constant love and attention. I never had to worry about them which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. When we came home they were calm and healthy. I would not be able to say that if we left them at a kennel. We feel like we made a new friend and am so happy to know I can trust her with our kids. Our home was clean and all secure when we returned, what a great experience. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Salute!

I don't even know where to begin. Let's just say I have two high maintenance dogs, one being elderly and one being a Jack Russell (enough said on that one!) I always struggle to relax when I am away, because the older dog has separation anxiety, and at nearly fifteen years old, I know her days are numbered. It is hard for me to have peace of mind not being able to be the main caretaker of her. Then I found Gabby. I have never had a vacation where I was able to relax and not be worried about how everything was going at home. Gabby went above and beyond, even with the crazy medication and supplement schedule I have the senior gal on, and the demanding nature of a high drive breed. She sent updates and pictures every single day. I did not have to wonder what was happening or how everything was going. I honestly could write pages about how amazing our experience with Gabby was, but let's just say this.. BOOK HER NOW. I'm already looking for dates for vacation next year so I can be sure to have her in advance. Could not have asked for anything more from her at all. If I could give an infinite amount of stars, I would!!

I have 2 tiny dogs that have super sensitive stomachs and eat 4 times a day. I had to travel out of state for almost a week and was extremely preoccupied about leaving my 2 little ones. I found Melrose pet resort, and let me tell you that Gabby is the most amazing, comprehensive, and pet lover dog sitter you could found. She took care of my babies like they were hers, she went above and beyond to accommodate them so they could be separated from bigger dogs, as I asked, they could have their meals at their regular schedule and she also kept updating me constantly with videos and pictures of my little ones. They had such a great time with her, got to make a few little friends that were staying at her place, and even participated in a Christmas photoshoot!. She gave me piece of mind while on my trip, and I definitely will be using her services next time I travel.

I cannot recommend Gabby and Melrose Pet Resort enough! As a bulldog owner I’m always looking for the best care possible since our boy tends to need a little extra attention, and we absolutely found it with Gabby. She followed our directions to a “T”, and went above and beyond. She also sent us videos and updates throughout our vacation, putting my mind at ease about how our boy was doing. She also took great care of our home while we were away. Gabby is the best and we can’t wait to plan our next vacation and get on her schedule!

Gabby’s attention to detail is on another level. She did an amazing job with our dog, Remi. He is a creature of habit, and his transition from us being out of town to Gabby staying with him and taking care of his routine was seamless. She thinks of everything to ease your mind of what is going on. Her love for animals is apparent, and I appreciate that so much. Remi has specific medications that have to be taken, and I was not worried about Gabby covering everything perfectly. All the wonderful pictures she sent was a bonus, she should consider being a pet photographer! Thank you so much for taking care of our spoiled boy, Remi!

I cannot rave about how great Gabby and Kris were with my dog! Being a sitter myself I know I can trust them with my anxious little boy going forward. I have never left my dog with anyone but my family before and him being an older and anxious dog I was not sure how he’d do. But almost immediately Gabby and Kris made him feel so comfortable and right at home. He received all the attention and affection he needed and I also received all the updates and pictures I needed to know he was doing great. Talk about an AMAZING dog sitter and person, Melrose Pet Resort is a far better pet sitter that I ever came across. I came from out of state, and we were recommended to Melrose Pet Resort while we look for a home. Contacted her and immediately got a quick response. I never in my life have as much interaction with her as other dog sitters in the past. I have a Deaf dog and one with diet needs... Gabby constantly send photo's and video's of there activities, and I could see how happy my fur babies were. She is very personal and active with my pets and I am excited to have her again and as well as Chico and Bella. I am glad I am moving to Florida knowing when I need Gabby again, I will never have to worry about my fur babies again, knowing they will be in great care.... WOOF WOOF APPROVED

Hands-down, the best pet sitter I've ever had the honor to work with. It was like leaving the dogs with a family friend. If I even had the slightest worry about them or their care, it vanished in the rain of delightful photos and videos and the constant updates about breakfast, dinner, lizard hunts and games of Ball. It is just possible that my dogs had a better time than I did while I was on vacation. They stayed in their very own room, in crates for everyone's safety, but were out and about quite a lot of the time (certainly WAY more than they would be in a kennel or daycare) and they were treated like family. They got to "help" make dinner and cuddle on the sofa and watch TV. Obi even got to chase MANY BALLS AT THE SAME TIME. Heaven! Obi and Ursa can't wait to stay with Aunt Gabby again!

We recently put our baby Jasmine here after searching for a boarding facility for weeks. And I can't say how happy we are that we decided to choose Melrose Pet Center opposed to one of those facilities. Not only did she get personalized care, she got love and affection the entire time. We know so because Gabby sent us updates daily; mornings, afternoons when she could, and night. She sent Pictures and videos and Jasmine looked like she was having the time of her life. I also loved the cute bandanas she had while we got the pictures. We were even lucky enough to get a pic of Jas with Santa in their home (Thanks Kris!! Lol). Jasmine also enjoyed playing with her dogs, tiring them out all day! If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! Thank you again for treating our pup like she was one of your own!

Dianna & Co. are the best! They took care of our animals on several occasions. We are so sad that we had to move so we can't use her services anymore!! Our hounds have been kenneled in the past with our vets office and even private kennels but they never received the attention that Dianna & Co gave them. And her prices are so much better than the vet/kennel because of the special attention she gives them. Our hounds were able to sleep and play in their own environment so they seemed so much happier when we would arrive home. I can't believe we never used a pet sitter before. I just hope we can find a comparable sitter in our new location. Dianna was so sweet to come over and say good-bye to us and the hounds before we moved. We would trust her with our kids any day!!! We miss you!!!!!

Awesome service, Diania and her employees are amazing people!!! She makes sure your pets are cared of and more. When she agrees to look after your furry loved ones she goes above and beyond her duties. It just amazes me how she is with animals. I'd absolutely use Johnstown Pet Services in the future!!

Diana is just awesome with the pets. Boarding pets can be a hassle, and having to deal with kennel cough after your vacation is not fun. Diana cares about your pets just as much as you do. She just doesn't look after your pets when you are on vacation, if you have to work later than usual, she can stop by and let your dogs out so you don't have to rush to get home.

Unless you have a dog that gets let out and fed, don’t bother. They don’t like the smell of cleaning litter boxes.

My dog has gone here several times for grooming. Few few times were good. But this last time. My dog has been limping for 4 days. I can't see anything g wrong but I think his nails were trimmed too close. Not sure if it's his nails or not. But Doogie lodge will not answer emails sent. Will know more tomorrow when I take him to the vet.

Admiral Peary doggie lodge is a wonderful kennel. We have taken our two Jack Russell terriers there on several occasions. The staff there is very caring and take great care of our dogs. I would strongly recommend them for your fur babies. Also, their prices are very reasonable.

We have two golden retrievers who suffer from separation anxiety, so leaving them for a few days is very hard for us. From past experience when we would pick up our beloved pups from their prior kennels, our dogs always seemed traumatized for weeks after the fact. We decided to give this kennel a try and we are so happy we did! Not only were the prices better than anywhere around, I think they had much better care than anywhere else we have tried. This place has 24/7 supervision for their boarding and that put us more at ease. Not only were the staff incredibly kind, but I had called the day before pickup to see if my dogs could be groomed before we arrived to get them. Even with such short notice they were able to accommodate our request. Our pups came out looking happy and polished! And the best part - they weren’t traumatized from their stay! We don’t board often, but we’ve decided that when we do we will be forever using this place.

We are newer customers here and have used their services for both lodging and grooming our dog. The grooming went flawlessly and we were very happy with his haircut. This business has two locations and we were told our dog would be boarded at the same building as his grooming. When my wife went to drop him off for boarding they told her she was at the wrong place and he would have to go to the other location, where he was not groomed. Then there was some confusion regarding his shot records, as he had never been at that location. It delayed my wife's trip by about 45 minutes. We did get it sorted out and it was only a minor inconvenience, but it was worth noting. On a positive note, they took great care of our dog while we were away. We're planning on using both of their services again in the future. Grooming prices are very reasonable.

They took really good care of our two babies. Our dogs where in good hands. Our dogs seemed at ease when we dropped them off and when we picked them up. They were very happy.

Wonderful experience with my cocker spaniel. Maggie was a rescue from a puppy mill in Kentucky. She had little positive interactions with people. The staff was very understanding and compassionate with her. I was extremely happy with her grooming and would highly recommend them. was groom

Excellent! This was our first experience with the Doggie Lodge and we couldn't be happier! We have a great pyranese mix. He was bathed, had his nails trimmed and his ears cleaned and he smells fabulous. The staff were very kind, friendly, and treated our pup well. We were given a worksheet upon pick-up that detailed his experience from his behavior to recommendations for upkeep. This is by far the best grooming experience we've ever had. We will be back!!

The staff was kind and clearly loves and cares for the animals so well! Communication was fast and clear. This was Simon's first overnight experience away from home and he did great! I received pictures of him during off leash playtime with staff and at the dog park. Picked him up a week later and he was happy and healthy. Couldn't ask for more!

We did a lot of searching for a solid and good place for boarding our two dogs, after our former boarding placed closed. Sugar Run is great. Tried it out with an overnight, and my wife and I are very happy. Good people.

I will not leave my dog with any other kennel! The staff is great and the owner lives at the kennel so there is always someone available for the animals. I always see them out walking the dogs, cleaning, and the office smells like cleaner more than it does an animal which is something to be said at a kennel. They recently started doing dog grooming now too! I had my dog groomed and could not be happier with the way she looked! Coming home and having my dog happy, washed, trimmed is a great deal, and all at the same place! I highly recommend Winterset Kennels!

I have six chihuahuas, or rather they have me! Lisa came to my home , learned all their names and special requirements. She gave one his seizure med daily. I received pictures of all while I was away. Lisa offers a special service and I will highly recommend her to babysit your dog(s). I plan to use her service everytime I am able to get away . I will not worry about my fur kids.🙂

Such a blessing to have this service that provides our pets with everything needed. When we return home it's like we never were away. Both our cat and dog are peaceful and content with the love and care they receive.

This is easily the best pet sitters around. They have been walking my 6 month old puppy for the past couple of months for me and they have been amazing every single visit! We prefer not to board our Border Jack, as she is very home-oriented and we want to maximize her comfort when we're gone, and Lisa and her crew have been the perfect solution for us! I use Lisa's services to take my dogs to their appointments. I have found her to be very professional and pleasant to deal with. The service has been dependable. I am disabled, so when I found her services I was overjoyed. My babies are in very good hands with her. She arrived ahead of schedule came in got a aquatinted with the girls and made them feel comfortable with her before taking them. They were more than happy to go with her to the vet. There was no fussing they gladly went with her since she make the extra effort to make make them comforable. I would highly recommend Personal Pet Sitter & Pet Taxi and have done so to others.

Rebecca was the first person that we trusted with our Newfie. Her and her family were great with Cooper. I received lots of pictures while he was in her care. I could see how much fun he was having with her and her family. When he came home he was exhausted! When Rebecca left he watched her until she drove away. I suffer from migraines so Rebecca is a godsend! She comes and picks up my pooch and they run her all day. My dog is a Jack Russell and does NOT tire easy. Away From Home Pet Resort did an awesome job grooming my dogs! My little chihuahua mix is a screamer but he did great here and he looks perfect. My other dog just had a nail trim and a bath. They both smell so good now 😎 Great price and service, definitely the best pet kennel around! They even took beautiful photos of my dogs and sent them to me. Our very needy Maltese, Baxter, stayed for a week and a half and we were thrilled with the care and attention he got from Holly. He did great and she kept us updated. Would absolutely 100% recommend.

Rachelle was so fantastic with my crew! One of my dogs is very distrusting of strangers and can take a while to warm up to new people. Rachelle was very patient and willing to come over multiple times prior to our trip so that Charlie could get comfortable with her. All 3 of my dogs loved her! She was patient and gentle with them, even when two of them found a skunk and ended up getting sprayed while we were away. She was very apologetic and willing to put in the extra work to bathe and de-skunk them, and kept me updated throughout the whole process of it. Cats are inherently shy and distrusting of strangers, but Rachelle was able to give Punky a shot twice a day, every day that we were gone!! Recently, I started fostering a dog (in addition to my own dog), and Rachelle and her sister both jumped in right away to come spend some time with the new dog and assess his behavior so that when I needed the once a week visit there would be no issues. I have recommended Doggone Awesome to a couple of my neighbors who are also thrilled with the service. Rachelle typically does a meet and great with each new client free of charge. I will continue to recommend Doggone Awesome Pet Sitters to people and I will be a client for life!

Doggone Awesome Pet Services is amazing! They do in-home care for my husband's small terrier dog when we go on trips and they are also very quick to respond to emergency situations. They also send picture updates and communicate timely. We are very happy with our service from here.

I can't thank Rachelle and her Doggone team enough! We went away for 6 days and left our 5 dogs and 1 cat in their care. It was such a sigh of relief to have found such caring people to take care of our fur babies. We got daily updates and pictures, which helped the anxiety of being away from them for so long. Fantastic Service. Rachel and Bob have been so friendly and kind. Bob treats our animals like his own. We know that our dog Charlie is always taken care of. The computer scheduling system they use is top notch. It is so easy to add or cancel a dog visit. They are able to do vacations too. We don't know what we would do without them. We work a lot and would never leave our dog unattended too long. I would HIGHLY recommend Doggone Awesome Pet Services!
