Cynthia was a perfect pet sitter for our little kitty. We knew from her extensive experience with cats that Nala was in good hands. She was extremely responsive via texts when we were away, ensuring us that the 2 of them were having a great time. She went absolutely above and beyond by scrubbing our bath and toilets to remove our mineral deposit rings that we haven't been able to get rid of! She even left the name of the product she used so we can get more in the future. The house was cleaner than when we left. We'll have her back anytime!
Hilary was a fantastic pet sitter for our cat - you would be so lucky to have her care for your pet and home. She took exceptional care of her and our home. Hilary played so much with her and took the best care. She was communicative, easy to coordinate with, and left everything super clean for us when we came back. Five stars is understating how extraordinary she was - we cannot recommend her enough!!
Florence and Robert were outstanding sitters. We asked them to arrive a day early as our guests to learn the routine on our farm. In getting to know them we found them to be good hearted, down to earth people with a love of animals and diligent in learning our routines to care for our poultry, cats and dog as well as our garden and orchard. Not a typical or easy sit. We travelled with ease knowing our critters were being well taken care of. Arriving home, the house was very clean and looked well cared for. The animals were healthy as were the garden and orchard. Out pets missed them when they left – our dog stared down the driveway after them until their car was out of sight. It is nice to find sitters we would like to hang out with and we look forward to having them sit for us again.
I am struggling with naming our top adjective to describe Michael and Jeanne. "Conscientious" will likely be it but then again, "personable," "reliable," "organised," and "animal-loving" are top contenders. If you are reading this review and contemplating inviting this couple to watch your pets, then look no further. We have had a number of excellent house sitters but this pair was next level in terms of the love they showed our cats, Maxx and Nala. When we came back, we could our animals already missed them. These cats, who have never slept with anyone other than us, were getting in bed with them each night -- and that meant climbing stairs! The day before our trip, Nala got an ear infection and had to be put on steroids for asthma. Michael and Jeanne did not sign up for that when the sit was booked but they took it in stride. In the last-minute rush, I relayed that Nala needed her oral steroids morning and night. Michael read the RX label, indicating one dose a day, and contacted the vet to clarify. So you can see why "conscientious" is right up there. They saved Nala from an overdose! We were gone three weeks and they sent us just the right amount of pictures and videos. They bought cat toys (I forgot to put ours out!) and actively engaged with them, including 20-minute massages for Maxx. I truly believed them when they said they fell in love with our fur babies. The house was spotless (which was not important to me but truly appreciated) but I smiled when all six water stations in our yard were filled. They took seriously my love for and the needs of the wildlife in our yard. Our plants were all in good condition as well. Sensing they were "next level" when I met them, I predicted they would want to leave a meal for us upon our return. I asked them not to but they found another way to bow out with class. They made a donation to a nonprofit I work with instead. This I learned from the lovely thank you note they left. I hope they will consider Charles and I friends because we certainly feel that way about them now. What special people. If you book them, treat them well because they are going to do that for you for sure.
Great pet sitter - took perfect care of our cat and our home. They were super communicate leading up to and during the sit and left our apartment in great shape. I'd absolutely recommend them to any future sitters!
Brian is a very professional sitter that does a good job, pays attention to details and is easy to work with. I have a lot of plants. A lot. He suggested me do a video for the plant care so he could be sure of which ones needed what. Brilliant! I’d never thought of that. They were in great shape when I returned. I explained that I needed some flexibility with travel dates, he agreed and rolled with the punches like a champ when my dates did indeed change. Unfortunately, he was a bit allergic to my cat but made it work anyway. He was really awesome about everything including a tree that fell next door in a storm and blocked the road for three days. I appreciate that he appreciated how funny and how much personality Boo has. They got along well and I received some great videos. I returned home to a happy cat and a house well taken care of 😊. I would definitely recommend Brian.
Denae and Burl were absolutely fabulous house/pet sitters for 4 weeks, Dec 2022- Jan 23. They are very friendly and intelligent, caring towards the animals (2 cats and 1 lively dog), and left our home clean and tidy. It all went very, very smoothly. It was a pleasure to deal with such nice people. We have invited them back whenever they want and hope the rest of their exploratory mission is a great success. I would be pleased to be contacted if anyone needs a further reference.
I highly recommend Daniel as a pet sitter and house sitter! He took care of Pipa for over three months this winter and did an outstanding job. From the first day, it was clear that he had a genuine love for animals and a great deal of experience with pets. He was very attentive to his needs and always made sure he was comfortable, well-fed, and had plenty of playtime. In addition to his pet-sitting duties, Daniel also went above and beyond by processing my postal mail and keeping the house well-organized. He was very responsible and reliable, always arriving on communicating, putting the bins out, and watering the plants on time, and keeping me updated with photos and messages. I felt completely at ease knowing that my cat was in such good hands and that my home was well-cared for while I was away. When I returned from my trip, Pipa was happy, healthy, and well-adjusted, thanks to Daniel's excellent care. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone in need of a trustworthy, caring, and responsible pet and house sitter!
Tracy was an ideal pet sitter when we left for 12 days. She was communicative, friendly, and most importantly took perfect care of our two cats and our house. I would highly recommend her for any sit!
Jinnie was an excellent house sitter for me and my cat Felix. Completely responsible and reliable and helpfully flexible. She was willing to work with me as I dithered on whether I was actually going to go on my trip (which was dependent on good weather), and when I finally decided on making my trip one day shorter. House was clean and organized on my return, and, more importantly, my cat was calm and relaxed on my return. I would happily have Jinnie come sit for me and Felix again.

I’m so thankful I found this place! I travel a lot for work, and had tried a few boarding facilities that I wasn’t really happy with, and I could tell my dog wasn’t happy with them either. This is a home, not a facility, which I do believe makes a difference. The family is very nice, and you can tell they are animal lovers. When I pick my pup up from Mr. Rogers he has a smile on his face, and I can tell he’s had a good time. This makes me feel less guilty about leaving him, and I’m grateful for that.
Scott and crew are awesome. I have a maltipoo that can be a handful and they have helped with crate training and helping her socialize with other dogs. They have picked her up and dropped her off, and even kept her an extra night when my flight was delayed. The pricing is reasonable and she has never gotten sick after being in their care. She gets excited when she sees the van pull up. This is by far the best care and customer service I’ve experienced.
Absolutely 💯 the best doggy daycare. I swear it's like our dog spent too many days in Vegas by the time he gets home. Normally, it takes him at least 2 days to recover from living it up with Mr Rodgers and friends. Koa normally follows me around all day. After a visit, he could barely open his eyes to know I left the room. …
This place got us out of a jam when we needed a last-minute stay for our two dogs during Christmas. The dogs stayed 5 days. At drop off, the dogs were rushed away, with very little time to acquaint the proprietors of their specific needs, one needing medication for congestive heart failure. They assured us they had had elderly dogs before, but we could not see the accommodations. I do not know what the setup is for the dogs, whether they have kennels, or were all together with other dogs. I don't know if the medications were administered as requested. Every place I've boarded my dogs before has sent pictures and reassuring messages. The staff here did not communicate unless I texted them first, and they did not always read all of the text. One of the dogs has a lot of discharge from his eye, and the eye is red. I'm afraid he is developing an infection. Nothing was said about this, and no response to my text message. A pair of hair-cutting scissors, and a special syringe for medication that we left with the dogs were not returned at pickup. To their credit, the proprietor gave us a replacement syringe, though it is more difficult to use than the one he had. My overall impression is that this place wasn't as professional as I had hoped and didn't exhibit the attention to detail as I would expect for the cost.
Mr. Rogers boarding has been great for us! What stands out for us is the pet taxi service. We love that we could leave the house to catch an early morning flight without having to drop them off the day prior. Theo comes around 7-8 to pick up the dogs, and is extremely respectful and professional about entering our home. They also provide drop off services as well, so it is a great option when you are having a busy day or coming back to town on an afternoon flight. Dogs are happy and tired when they are back, and excited when we drop them off. Scott, the owner is also very flexible and easy to work with. Highly recommend for those who need daycare or boarding services for your pups!
We've sent our past and current fur baby here for both boarding and daycare. They are so good with her and even helped us with some training when she was a puppy. I am 100% confident when traveling out of state having her board here... it's like her second home! Transportation is included with both boarding and daycare ... Best rates in town! And they aren't stuck in a little kennel all day....they are only crated for naps and sleeping at night. It's a home environment, not a commercial facility, and the owner and family have been an absolute pleasure to work with! Always there and helpful when you need it. I highly recommend Mr. Rogers for all your doggy needs!
Scott and his family are amazing. My pup has gone to daycare and been boarded over night here. She comes home happy and healthy. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I will be boarding my pup here for a week while I am away, and I have zero concerns about the health and safety of my pup.
Mr. Rogers day care is our go to for the care of our two pups! We have been using Mr. Rogers since moving to Mesa. We love his flexibility and the living care that him and his team show our pups. In addition, he offers drop off and pick up with in a certain radius. This is super helpful, as it is one thing less to worry about right before a trip. Our pups stayed with him for 60 days while we were moving as our Air BnB dis not allow pets. He worked with us so we could stop by and pick up our pups for the day. Recently (June ‘24) he watched them while we went on vacation. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Rogers and his team to watch your pups!
We are so happy to find Mr. Rogers Doggy Daycare for our pup Bernie. He gets so excited on daycare days and loves it when Scott and his crew pick him up in their dog fun bus! We appreciate the attentiveness, flexibility and great care they give. Bernie comes home tired but a very happy pup.
We have boarded and sent multiple pets to daycare with Mr Rogers. One even being a loud noisy hound. Every single time my dogs go there, they are pulling me to the employees and the door as they are so excited. When I have picked them up, they actually have refused to get in the car and go home. I’m beginning to think all my dogs have enjoyed boarding and daycare more than they enjoy home. This is a great place. If my dogs had the ability to type the review, they would. That’s how much they love this place.
My 2 pups had a great time with Kathy! Leaving them at home instead of boarding was so much better for my dogs. Kathy took such great care of them; very reliable and trustworthy. My senior dog didn’t miss his pills, and my 7 month old puppy got lots of playtime with Kathy! We loved the daily photo updates too! Definitely recommend Pawsitively Reliable Pet Service and will call Kathy again when we’re out of town.
I had the pleasure of having Kathy as a sitter for my cats over the holidays. She was very nice and I found her easy to work with. Her communication skills as well as her organizational skills are awesome! She went out of her way to make sure my pets and I were happy! Very reliable and I will 100% be using her services again! Do not hesitate to contact her!
Pawsitively Reliable Pet Service saved the day! After another pet sitter didn’t work out and left my dog home alone and my key under the doormat while I was away, Kathy swooped in. She went to my home, gathered my puppy’s supplies, secured my home, and took her in for the remainder of my trip. When my dog started not feeling well, I received incredible communication, updates and reassurances. Pawsitively Reliable Pet Service is reliable, caring, trustworthy and has great communication, on top of being experienced on how to handle various situations. Our family feels incredibly lucky to have found Kathy.
I recently had the pleasure of hiring Kathy take care of my two dogs, one of which is a senior, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She was incredibly attentive, caring, and professional. Both of my dogs instantly took a liking to Kathy which put my mind at ease. Given my senior dog's age, Kathy was very understanding of his special needs and provided the extra care and attention required. She provided regular updates and photos, ensuring I knew my furry friends were in good hands. I highly recommend Kathy at Pawsitively reliable pet service to anyone in need of a reliable and loving dog sitter.
I reached out to Kathy to help us watch our 3 dogs last month for a 5 day trip. She was very prompt in responding and professional with requesting all the details for our dogs, including vet info and emergency contacts! She visited us twice before our trip to meet the dogs at our home and learn the routine. During our trip Kathy gave us routine status updates and kept any worries away. We felt truly at ease knowing that Kathy was was there and genuinely cared about our fur babies! Don't hesitate about reaching out to her! She's the real deal!
Kathy is a life saver! My husband and I travel often for work so Kathy has come to the rescue twice already and cannot be happier. We see how she interacts with our two cats and how patient and kind she is while we are away. She plays with them, gives them treats, cleans their boxes and even chats with them so they don’t feel alone. It certainly makes us feel at peace knowing they are in good hands. She sends us pictures of the furry ones and communicates with us in case of any issues. I highly recommend her services! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Kathy is absolutely the best sitter my dog, Izzy, a 50 lb. Goldendoodle, has had! Izzy actually did not want to leave, and I almost had to drag her to the car! I know she got the best care possible and I have peace of mind when she stays with Kathy who is Pawsitively Reliable, caring and loving of pets in her care. I highly recommend Kathy!
We have used Kathy to watch our bunnies and home for a vacation in the past. Very particular in asking what we wanted and needed from her. Great care was given with updates. So great we used her again to pick up our mail, watch house, water plants, and make sure water system was kept running over a longer vacation stay. Love the business! Dave and Cheryl
Kathy is an exceptional pet sitter who combines professionalism with genuine care for animals. She totally nails all the little details. We were so lucky to find such a great pet sitter. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and compassionate pet care.
Pawfectly, Compassionate and Reliable Pet Services in Gilbert - The Friendly Haven Of At Home Care for Your Furry Friends! Look no further for the best in home pet sitting service in Gilbert than Kathy at Pawsitively Reliable Pet Services. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing her extraordinary care firsthand, and I couldn't be more grateful. Kathy's compassion and understanding truly set her apart. When a family member, the pet's mom needed some time to take a break and continue grieving after the untimely loss of the feline pets, dad Pawson. Kathy stepped in as a friendly haven for their beloved cats, Bo and Snowball. She took on an unplanned extended pet care services for an additional three months, providing a safe and loving environment for them, with a positive attitude, even though this was a major diversion from the original pet care plan. Throughout this time, Kathy's love for and experience with animals shone brightly. She ensured that Bo and Snowball were a priority, and their space was always clean, cozy, and comfortable. Her dedication to their well-being was remarkable, and she showered them with affection and care day in and day out. Not only did Kathy excel in providing reliable pet sitting services, but she also went above and beyond during an urgent medical issue. She promptly took one of the cats to the vet and provided the prescribed care, putting the pet's health and well-being above all else. For anyone seeking a compassionate and friendly pet sitter in Gilbert, I wholeheartedly recommend Kathy and her Pawsitively Reliable Pet Services. Her warm and creative style, along with her friendly tone and pet whisperer language proficiency, make her the perfect choice for anyone in need of exceptional care for their furry friends. Don't hesitate to entrust your pets to Kathy's care. She will not only provide them with the love and attention they deserve but also offer a much-needed respite for pet parents during challenging times. Five stars all the way for her compassion, reliability, and dedication! Truly a kindred compawnion spirit, a blessing and an angel. From a great lakes Mutt Mum and a several times over, pet spolier granny (a.k.a Sal et al's Nani).
Not happy to much and to little .
What a joke
Paw Ranch is a wonderful choice for your fur baby! Our very active GSP puppy had a great time and was very well taken care of there. We definitely highly recommend and trust them anytime with our Puppy. It was very clean and lots of fun for our Pepper Mint Rose to play. She enjoyed playing and slept well. We look forward to taking Pepper to Paw Ranch in near the future. Thank you Paw Ranch!! 🐶
We have used Paw Ranch a few times for our two boy Border Collies and they love being there. The last time was for 5 weeks and they had the run of the house. They get excited every time we turn down Val Vista thinking they get to go to the fun spa!
They took such great care of our Doberman! It is such a beautiful property that has AC during the hot summers. They send videos of the dogs at least once a day. They truly care about the dogs they are looking after. We will be leaving our Doberman here again!
Paw ranch runs a tight ship! Extremely well organized and loves dogs. My pup Saidee has issues with new people and other dogs and was a tough decision. Definitely mad the right choice and will use paw ranch again.
So happy to review Paw Ranch because it was seriously amazing to see my doggo so happy. I just know she was taken such good care of because she barely wanted to leave. And that is huge for my very anxious dog. I would be so happy to get to use this place again. Thank you so much guys!
Paw Ranch is wonderful. We left our two dogs for three days here. We have never left our dogs alone before so I was nervous. However, paw ranch took the best care of them and our dogs had a good time as well! It was like a vacation for our dogs. The facility is amazing like a dog resort and it's fully secure and safe for the dogs when outside and inside. We have two small dogs and they were perfectly safe and protected. I'd highly recommend paw ranch.
I have used Paw Ranch twice, so far, to watch my Bella when I travel 4-5 days at a time. Very happy with services provided. I definitely recommend Paw Ranch and will continue to use them in the future. You guys are great!
Great little place. Friendly owners and loves dogs big time. Would recommend.
Most definitely a great place! They truly care about our furbabies and take the best care of them. I've taken 1 of my dogs there twice and all 3 of them there once and will be taking them there again. It is awesome! Rates are good, service is outstanding. Clean, friendly and professional! Highly recommend!
Our little girl, Tilly LOVES it here. We know that when she is at the ranch, we don't have to worry about her...she is on vacation!
Auntie Cathy's is the best. Loving home environment. My dog has separation anxiety. But not at Auntie Cathy's. This is the first time ever that my dog did not have separation anxiety. When I pull up. My dog can't wait to get out and start running to the gate to get in. He than runs into the house like it is home. Brings tears to my eyes. My dog is soo 😊 happy there. Auntie Cathy has a treat time where all the dogs sit in front of her waiting their turn for a treat. Very impressive 👏. Auntie Cathy told me she has Love Time everyday ❤️. That is when she lays on the floor and let's the dogs jump on her. Wow!! I want to do that!! Love Love love ❤️ 💖 Auntie Cathy's Dog Daycare
Auntie Cathy is simply the BEST dog caregiver there is! She was recommended to us on very short notice and was so accommodating. We couldn't have been happier with the experience. She was so kind and patient with our shy dog and extremely thorough. (We could tell he loved her too!) Her policies and procedures put us at ease, and the daily updates with photos made us even happier. She also followed up with a wonderful card a few days later. Such a special and warm-hearted lady. We will definitely be calling Auntie Cathy for all future pet sitting next time we visit Tucson!
Auntie Cathy is amazing, trustworthy, genuinely cares and loves your pet, and takes care of your fur baby so well that my dog comes home happier than ever after staying with her! I am always super nervous finding a new boarding place for my dog as she is very shy, nervous, and has slight separation anxiety but Auntie Cathy and my dog bonded immediately during the meet and greet and had no issues staying with her for multiple nights away from me! Auntie Cathy will text you updates throughout the day about how your dog is doing, she will send videos and photos, and just answer any questions and assure you that your dog is doing fine. She recently moved from her old location to her new place in Casas Adobes area (85641 zip code) and it is a nice area with lots of room for the dogs to play and run around. She also is very diligent about any specialized care needs or treatments for your dog. I unfortunately moved to Mesa and was very disappointed that I needed to search for a new boarding place.. but after doing some searching around my new area, I finally decided I am going to make the 2 hours drive down to Tucson just so Auntie Cathy can look after my fur baby when I am gone on vacations as I only trust her with my dog now <3 I highly recommend her to all Tucsonians that are searching for pet day care or boarding services!!!
After some research I chose Auntie Cathy's Dog Care to watch my 6 yr old rescue pup for a week...which was the longest we had been separated in the 8 months since her adoption. I never should have been nervous! Cora was lovingly cared for and certainly had a great time playing with her new friends. I will definitely bring her back to Auntie Cathy's for day visits too!
Aunti Cathy is FABULOUS!! She’s fabulous to the dogs and their owners. Cathy us detailed and meticulous to understand your dogs needs. She cares for your dog like they’re hers. She lets my dog sleep in bed with her even! She’s excellent at making sure dogs are well suited to be with each other and she clearly runs the house! Her place is immaculate- never any smell of dog and never any poop in her yard. She keeps it clean which I appreciate. And there are so many other little things Cathy does that make her extra special - training, bathing, brushing teeth, favorite toys, regular updates and pictures, etc.
Cathy is the absolute best, she takes such great care of my pup, I would never go anywhere else. She really loves animals and you can tell by how happy your dog is as you pull up to her house, they never want to leave! But seriously if you are looking for a great person to take care of your dog while you are out of town, she is the one! 5 Stars! Thanks Cathy ( :
Aunt Cathy is by far our first choice for a dog sitter. Ivy is a high strong vizsla demanding attention and used to constant with little to no time alone. We have done day trips as well as week long trips. Cathy videos, texts and sends photos to keep us up to date and informed just enough to ease our mind in our absence. Cathy is loving, caring and dedicated to her profession. We have great appreciation for the training tips she provides. Sincerely, Chris, Regina & Ivy “Jean” Krueger
Cathy took very good care of my 2 shih tzus when I had to be away for a week. It’s nice having a place that isn’t filled with kennels and neglect. Cathy treated them like they were her own, I’m very grateful for that. I will use her again in the future.
It is a relief to have a place to leave my little dog at Auntie Cathy's Doggy Home Care because of how much Auntie Cathy treats each dog as if they were her own furry babies My dog RUNS in to see Auntie Cathy and her other campers! It is amazing to have such a clean, beautiful, fun and loving place where each dog gets special, individual attention AND there are just the right amount of happy doggy friends for my Mario to play all day! When I come to pick up my Mario, he is hard to convince to go home! I KNOW how much love and care he gets and I would NEVER take him to any other place because Auntie Cathy's is his home away from home!
We found Auntie Cathey's pet boarding on Google, after reading the reviews we scheduled an interview, and a visit with our two little dogs. We were very impressed and scheduled for 4 nights. Auntie Cathy is the most loving, kind, knowledgeable about dogs, and trust worthy dog sitter I have met. She took such good care of our little ones, kept us updated with daily texts about their stay and daily activities and any details. We felt so at ease and it made our trip so much more relaxing knowing she took care of our babies. We highly recommend her services and surely will ask her again to take care of our babies for our next trip. Karsten
I've been using Grand Paws for over four years now and couldn't be happier with their service. My pets look forward to our leaving so they can visit with their sitter! The house is cleaner than when we left and the backyard is completely picked up. I can finally travel and not worry about my pets at home.
I will make my statements about my experience factual and you can draw your own conclusions about whether this service is worth your money and operates with integrity. *I paid $792 for the owner Steve to provide live in service at my house for 8 nights. *Steve claims to have left my house about 4 hours before I arrived home. *Upon my arrival, my entire small backyard was filled with dog poop. I lost count after picking up thirty piles. Steve's "coordinator" Julie admitted that he said to her that he did not pick up any poop the entire 8 nights he was at my house with 3 dogs. *Upon my arrival, the entire cat box was completely full. Steve claims to have cleaned it daily. I have one cat who Steve claims pooped and peed over a dozen times in less than 24 hours. *Upon my arrival, 5 baseboards in my house that were previously damage free were complete chewed by my dog. The puppy that - according to Steve and Julie - was kenneled when Steve was gone and supervised when he was here. *Upon my arrival, my couch was completely covered in dirt and cat vomit. *Upon my arrival, I could immediately smell my urine soaked puppy when I walked in the door. She pees in her sleep, Steve agreed to bathing her at least every morning and claims that he did. I am well aware of my own routine with my puppy and this urine stench was far beyond any incidence of when she pees overnight. Her kennel also reeked of urine far beyond normal. When I questioned Julie and asked if Steve cleaned her kennel at all during his stay, I did not receive a response. *I texted Steve about the dog poop when I got home. He never responded. *I reported the rest of my grievances to Julie several days later. She said Steve provided the services he agreed to, that I should have said something sooner (she ignored when I pointed out that I texted Steve and he never responded) and she refused any type of refund. *I questioned the logic behind the filthy conditions and what had happened. Julie ignored my email. *I requested my keys be returned. Julie agreed. Two weeks later I emailed again and asked about my keys. Julie said she would send them out in the next few days. I finally received the keys over a month later. So you tell me. Does that sound like a service worth $792, that acts with integrity and treats animals/customers with respect?
Do not hesitate to trust Julie and her staff! I wouldn't trust anyone else with watching over my fur babies while I am away. Julie and her staff are communicative, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
We have used Grand Paws Pet Sitting on and off for years. Always a positive experience!
Purr fect. Forgot a few things, but in all, I have regained more faith in mankind
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review!
We moved to Chandler a year ago and were in search of dog boarding for our 3 pups. We had a great relationship with our dog sitter where we moved from so care and communication were important as we travel often. We’ve had a great experience so far and our pups are nice and tuckered out when they get home! They separate the dogs by size and age/demeanor and have no age or size restrictions which was a challenge with other places. Lots of customization options for picky pet parents like us.
The 24/7 dog family is the best in the PHX area. I can not sing their praise enough! They love all of their dogs and take super great care of our puppy. He is always happy to see them and forget I am even there when I hand him over. We have taken our dog to several daycare all over the west and Chandler dogs 24/7, and all 24/7 dogs in the area are our favorite. We have used them for daycare full and half days and their boarding services and have never felt more comfortable knowing our dog is there. One of the reasons we feel comfortable is they post on social media all the time pictures of the dogs playing. One of my favorite things about Chandler dogs 24/7 is how easy it is to get him in for daycare. You can call or go online and even in short notice times like needing to run someone to the hospital or impromptu work event. They have really helped with my wife's, and I busy schedule. Lastly, they have special pictures and events for the dogs. Pool parties for when it gets super hot and even a 4th of July "paw p q" with treats and pictures.
My golden doodle, Texas, can not contain herself when she realizes where we’re headed! She absolutely loves it! The moment she gets out of the car she races to get inside! The staff is absolutely amazing! My fur baby isn’t the easiest to manage and they do great with her! Would 100% recommend this doggy daycare to everyone!
Words can’t express how much love and care is given at Chandler 24/7. Dave and Carlos are so kind! DAve has a senior border collie named Savannah and my Lucy is a border collie not even two years old and they look forward to seeing each other every day that Lucy‘s at daycare. 24/7 not only has amazing Day Care, which the dogs get their exercise. Lucy loves the open roaming. They’re open 24/7 so if your work schedule varies much like mine it is a great place to bring them. Lucy has been going there ever since she was four months old. I feel confident when I board her for my vacations and work trips. They have parties for the dogs and Lucy loved this year‘s Halloween because she bobbed for apples, was in a costume contest, and got a doggy treat bag at the end of the night from the party. Wonderful Halloween night for her and so safe. I highly highly recommend Chandler 24 seven. All of the workers there are wonderful.
8:2024. Update: And again!!!! This place outdid themselves! Back to school event with backpacks! You guys crack me up! Such a fun place to be!!! This place was the answer to all my troubles! She absolutely loves it there and her older siblings absolutely love her being there! She comes home, tired and clearly wants to go play every day. A year later now, and I have a new member of the family. Buddy is somewhere between five and 10 years old and took to this place the very first time he saw it. The two of them have a home away from home and the staff are great with them both.
Love Dogs 24/7!! They are very First Responder friendly which has honestly been a life saver! They understand our crazy schedules and the whole staff is super friendly and helpful. My Belgian Malinois (Miles) is always excited when we pull into the parking lot, and comes home tired each time. The staff is caring and attentive to each dog and I can honestly say I have nothing bad to say about this place!
Chandler Dogs is amazing! The staff is fantastic and my dog Aspen loves going. No issues playing with other dogs. They are being watched at all times. I highly recommend for doggie daycare and boarding!
My dog Max is in Dog heaven now ❤️ spending time in glendale & chandler 24/7 cage free dog day care and also now my puppy Gemini ❤️ the place as well! They are both so excited when we get inside the place and so tired, relax ,calm when they get home 😆 I highly recommend this 🐕 daycare ! :) The staff are so friendly and when it's time to pick up your furry child they tell you how they interact with other furry old/new friends 😀
My dog Jack and I love this place! He gets so excited when I pull in the parking lot. He knows exactly where we are. Everyone greets us in such a friendly way. They take such an interest in us both. They just love Jack and that makes me so happy to leave him here each time! Jack is exhausted and happy on our drive home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I do to everyone I meet!
My Great Pyrenees puppy is energetic, smart, sweet, and sometimes head strong. He is new to Chandler Dogs 24/7 and absolutely loves it. He runs for the door when we arrive so he can go see all his friends - people and puppy alike. All the people who work there are so kind and helpful! I appreciate that they carefully check paperwork and dog behavior/temperament before dogs can join the daycare group. The convenience of having 24 hour a day access to group play can’t be beat! I’ve had my other dogs there for boarding when I’ve gone on vacation and they received excellent care! I’m so happy with my experience with Chandler Dogs 24/7 and recommend them for dog boarding and daycare needs!
The staff at HeartStrings Pet Resort are amazing and my dog loves spending time here. I am so thankful to have found such a great place where I can take my dog and not have to worry about him being there. THANK YOU!
It was a great place under the previous owner but I dont think its a right fit for me and my dog. No contract is great but prices are higher than previous owner and I don't think they are taking care of the dogs, I feel as the dogs are neglected and un cared for. My dog has come sick a few times after coming here and seeing the new reviews im thinking that its not just a coincidence anymore.
We’ve been taking our dogs to Heartstings since it opened. We’ve taken our dogs to other daycare/boarding facilities on our travels though Heartstrings’s is by far the best! Our Millie gets so excited when we ask her if she’d like to go see her friends…. Photo taken by HS staff…
Nice folks. Unfortunately, I am unable to award five stars. My dog was wet and STANK like urine when I picked him up. I get it!! It is an indoor facility, and must be hosed down to wash the urine and feces throughout. While I believe he received good care, the remaining medication returned as administered (I hope), as directed, and I saw him playing with others on the monitor when I arrived, he STUNK! Just be aware you will have to bathe your fur babies when you retrieve them. In addition to the dog stinking, so do the carpets in both my home and SUV. Perhaps you should hose down the common areas more often and include a bleach or Lysol solution.
I am so sad to be leaving this review for Heartstrings. We have been with Heartstrings since it opened with Rene. We just boarded our three dogs for 7day stay for the first time since new ownership took over in Nov 2022. Two of our dogs are seniors and one is a 7month puppy. One of our senior dogs had two medications that he needed to be given, one a liver supplement and the other a antibiotic because he had dental surgery two weeks prior and needed for inflammation. When I picked up the fur babies and went through their things at home, his antibiotics were never given to him. I called immediately left a message and called back again because I was so worried and spoke to Jacklyn the new owner. I brought to her attention the medication was never given and she immediately placed blamed on her staff. She even asked me what was the blue pill for and I said that's his liver supplement which led me to believe she was the one distributing meds. These are two very important medications for his health and you failed to give him one of them. Second big thing I told her was, i had portioned out their food for the entire stay and was given back at least 2.5days worth of food. Her response, well they weren't eating so we kept the food for the next day. My poor babies were so hungry when I got them home, This would have never happened under Rene's watch, she would have made sure they ate. I also had treats for each of them in little bags to be given at night and they also were never given to them and returned untouched. The conversation with the new owner was frustrating as she had a very condescending tone. The very last thing, I asked her why there was an additional $29 charge on top of the nights we were charged and she said they starting charging a credit card surcharge. I told her I was never told that and she said In that tone she has well there is a sign next to the card station, I can show you next time if you want to see where it is. She is not a very pleasant person to deal with and I will not be taking my dogs back there ever again. My youngest pup is now sick and has nasal discharge and he was completely fine when i took him there. In all of our times boarding our dogs with Rene the previous owner none of these things ever happened she truly care about our pups and that's why you see such great reviews. Be careful with your fur babies it's not the same anymore under this new owner.
I wish I could attach pictures on here, it would speak for itself. My dog was DRENCHED in piss when I picked her up. She has white legs that were soaked half way up yellowish brown and she REAKED. We called and found out she'd probably been running around threw all the dogs' excrement for the better part of a week. This is something I'd expect from a hoarder's house, it blows my mind that's even legal for a boarding facility.
A woman in my neighborhood boarded her dog here and after they picked her up, the dog was covered in diarrhea stains, fevering, had pneumonia and died! They won’t even call her back! STAY AWAY!
New owners living off of the awesomeness of the old owners. Do not go by any review more than two months old if you love your pet do not take your pet here place is gone way way way down the hill. Our fur baby came home with bite marks, cuts, scratches and kennel cough only after a few days no apologies no condolences, no compensation nothing!!!
Awesome Pet Resort. Our 3 labs had a great time for their week long stay...
My dog hurt her leg while under their watch. When I told them about it the next day, as I didn’t noticing her limping right away, they denied everything. She now needs ACL surgery on both her back legs. Initially, it was just one leg but she over compensated on the other leg and now both back legs need surgery. She is only 3.5 yrs old. Appears they don’t monitor the dogs.
