This is my pet Leo’s second home! Leo is so secure happy and comfortable with Rajasree that me the dog mother can appreciate. Rajasree is totally professional and a mother who doesn’t feel comfortable if the pets are either hungry or stressed. She feeds them makes them secure in the respective ways and it’s only then she would take rest. Over the years Leo knows that ONLY with Benji and Leo buddies he is at home and on his vacation. Rajsree is absolutely amazing. We left our 7 year old German shepherd for 10 days and he had a blast. We loved the daily pictures and videos she sent. Very Very good stay for my Milo , he was so well looked after that i was re assured during my vacation that my baby is doing well. He played with the others over there , had food and water and the garden outside. I greatly recommend Benji and Leo home stay.

I bring my dog here every week for daycare. He absolutely loves it and gets excited when we head in that direction. Spencer and Maddy are AMAZING with the dogs, and I tell everyone I know how amazing they are, and you should definitely check them out. Very very very reasonable price as well

PawMates is the only place that I leave my pups over night. Spencer and Maddie are the nicest, calmest people. They treat your dogs like they're their own. Swimming pond that my Golden loves to use each visit. Hiking trails, it's a dogs heavenly place. Highly recommend to everyone and anyone.

Spencer and Maddie are awesome people. My pup has a blast here. Just a fantastic facility!!! She comes home happy and tired from the non-stop fun. I highly recommend.

Maddie and Spencer obviously have a love for dogs. Ours comes home absolutely exhausted after a day of playing with her friends on their property. As soon as they pull into our driveway to pick her up, she is whining to get into their vehicle. That is definitely a good sign that she loves it!

My dog stayed here for a few days recently. He was so happy and healthy when I picked him up! Normally when I have brought him to *other* facilities, he is anxious, won't eat or drink, chews on his paws until they are raw. He had clearly been eating and drinking at Pawmates, because he wasn't parched when he came home. His paws were fine. He had no scratches. I love how much outdoor time these dogs get, and that (unless necessary) they aren't crated. Spencer and Maddy are such nice people who clearly love what they do, and I am so happy to have finally found a place where I don't have to worry about my dog.

It was such a blessing to find Hounds on Holiday when we had to fly out of country on short notice. Gaynor placed our dog with the most perfect caregiver and unlike a kennel he was cozy and happy in a loving home. We were nervous about leaving our little buddy, but regular updates on how he was doing and photos were very comforting. Hounds on Holiday is like a second home, and our dog even with some anxiety issues did really well and I can see he misses his new friend.

I would recommend Hounds on Holiday to anyone who is looking for a loving home for their pup to spend time in while away. We had an exceptional experience with Gaynor and the host family that kept our sweet pup safe and happy while on vacation for ten days. We received photos and updates every day and he came back to us a little disappointed to be away from new friends. Will continue to use Hounds on Holiday many times in the future.

Hounds on Holiday takes the stress out of going on vacation. It is such a relief to be able to go on a vacation and completely relax knowing that your pet is being taken such good care of! We have used H.O.H. on several occasions, with our current 16 month old Bernedoodle, and previously with our Boxer. Each time we use this service we are simply amazed at how easy and stress free it is! With ongoing photo updates we receive while on vacation, it is comforting to know (and see) that our little boy is having as much fun on his holiday as we are... This could not have been a better experience! We didn’t have to worry about driving our dog out of the way to stay with friends or family, instead an easy arrangement was made for pick up and drop off at our home. Our dog had the best stay with his amazing host family, we received wonderful updates and it was the most stress free we’ve ever been leaving our dog in the hands of new people. Already booked his second stay!

We had a wonderful experience having our dog Helix stay with a Hounds on Holiday host. Helix is a rescue dog with anxiety so we've been reluctant to board him while travelling. He clearly thrived while we were visiting family over the holidays. The daily reports and photos reduced our anxiety and made our trip more enjoyable knowing Helix was well cared for. Our family will definitely use Hounds on Holiday again, and highly recommend their services.

I contacted hounds on holiday and immediately recognized that they understood my hesitation and anxiety for leaving behind our puppy while we went to Hawaii. We have never placed our dog in a kennel or crate trained her; I must have asked a million questions before proceeding with the service. The host family sent us daily photos & updates while we were away which gave us peace of mind our pup was not only well taken care of, but also having a blast! We have used Hounds on Holidays several times now when we go on vacation. It gives us great comfort to know our dog is well taken care of, in a loving and safe environment. We receive regular updates, with photos, so it gives you some idea of how your friend is doing on their “vacation”. We don’t like traditional kennels, this is a far better experience for our dog and I highly recommend the service Gaynor and the host families provide. Bottom line, we wouldn’t keep coming back if we didn’t genuinely feel our dog is well taken care of, with people that truly love animals.

We have been using Hounds on Holiday ever since our dog was a puppy. We have always been very happy and comfortable sending our dog away to the carefully selected and matched host families. In the nearly 4 years that we’ve used Hounds on Holiday, we’ve had fairly regular consistency of host families which is great because they get to know your dog. Also we like that sometimes our dog will be hosted with another dog, which is great if your dog is social and enjoys playing with other dogs like ours does! It’s really a nice touch to receive email updates and photos of your dog while you are away. The positive excitement Boomer has when Gaynor arrives to pick him up speaks volumes.

Hounds on Holiday has been a gift! So easy to book and great communication while I’m away to keep me up to date about my dog. The caregivers love my dog as much as I do and no problems with administering her meds and following her schedule. Our three dogs and even our cats just love the time spent with Aunt Beth, from transportation to grooming appointments, day visits for potty breaks, or longer stays for vacation Beth and K9 Concierge have been our go to for a couple of years now. I can relax knowing that our pets are well taken care of, and living their best life when in the care of K9 Concierge!

We have used K9 concierge for regular dog daycare as well as for longer stays when we are on vacation. Beth is amazing with our dog and we trust her 100%. We have used K9 Concierge since we moved to Grand Valley in 2021. Beth has been so good to us and our dog. She always goes above and beyond! We have utilized the daily walk service, pickup/drop off service and boarding. We have never had a bad experience.

Nick's Dog Boarding is just amazing. Having a pet, specially a dog is like having another family member. We trust Nick's with our fur son. He is always available when we have needed him and we know that our dog is being well taken care. No matter if is just for several hours, the day and even over night.... Nick's is there to help. One of Nick's best features is that he always send us photos so we can be confident that our dog is happy and enjoying his stay there. Fully recommended 😉😁😎🤟🏻🇨🇦🍁

Please beware. He has had comments deleted to appear more positive. We almost lost our dog to his care and luckily emergency vets were able to care for him. Our dog suffered from THC poisoning and the picture were the butts of joints he had ingested. Our dog choked and passed out for several seconds with trembling, vomiting, involuntary urination and other symptoms that are in association with severe THC poisoning. Please use anyone else for your dog's sake. He will say this is fake but I just want you to have your dog's health in mind.

This business needs to be shut down!! The dogs are regularly left outside in extreme temperatures for hours, with the dogs being very distressed in this situation. If he is confronted about the way he is treating these poor dogs then he becomes very defensive and will repeatedly shout and swear and say the same thing over and over so that you can't even reply to him. He has been seen yanking at these poor dog's leads while they are attached to their collars around their neck, while he is in a rage, which results in the dogs being visibly terrified at what this man is going to do next. He has already been arrested for the abuse he has hurled at people in the community and if I were you then i would keep my little furry friends as far away from this man as possible. Please find someone that has your dog's best interest at heart, to look after them.

This is the worst place to bring your pet. It smells horrible of urine and he didn't remove my dogs harness for 3 days. I actually had to toss her comfort blanky and the bag I brought it in due to odor. I don't understand how this place is still open. Do not bring your dog there. He responds by saying he never met me as he does to so many poor reviews. I can't believe nothing can be done to close him down permanently. There's really not enough to say. I wish I'd read more reviews before bringing my 4-legged family member...I hope you heed my advice! AVOID THIS PLACE.

We are very pleased with Nicks Boarding Service, and have already recommended your service to a few friends. The photos and updates from the host family were wonderful to receive and the peace of mind knowing our dog was a happy pooch made our vacation stress-free. We could see from the photos how happy our dog was; playing fetch, going for walks, relaxed and making herself at home! Much better than a kennel!

Nicks services are truly perfect! My boyfriend and I had a great experience with nick, even at such short notice he was able to accommodate my 5 month old puppy! My dog had a great time, was very happy to go back the second day. Nick is very personable and you can tell he’s passionate to help! I would recommend him to anyone and will be using him in the future.

Dogs are being left outside barking in extreme temperatures. This has to stop. So many fake five star reviews and false claims regarding approvals. Nick’s Dog Boarding service is not a proper business so please be careful. I would highly recommend talking to someone in the neighbourhood first. And yes, Nick has lost multiple dogs. Constant yelling and visits by police just be careful. I would never leave my dog with this person.

Leaving our dog with Nick has been a good experience. Nick was sending us pictures and video's of the dog frequently to make my kids feel comfortable about leaving our pet with Nick for first time. Price is very reasonable also. Thanks Nick. Will come back.

Nick is the only one I trust with my dogs. He knows my dog is a chow chow and is 10 years old. When we don’t have anyone to watch our dogs we know Nick is there, he is always available and accommodating. We will be leaving our dogs for 1 week and I know he sends photos and messages saying how the dogs are. He reassures that your dog is okay when you are not there by photos and and communicates. Best thing is that Nick has a fenced backyard and the dogs are able to roam in the house without being in a cage. 5 stars to Nick! Thanks Nick.

Daphnee is an absolute gem when it comes to pet care, especially for small pets and exotic animals. She is incredibly attuned to their needs and wellness, meticulously following all care instructions. During her visits, she stays for a full 30 minutes, ensuring every aspect of their care is addressed. I have four guinea pigs with a 14-square-foot habitat, and Daphnee goes above and beyond by cleaning their habitat, feeding, and watering them. She shows so much kindness and love to all my pets, giving them plenty of love and snuggles. In addition to her exceptional pet care, Daphnee also waters my 50+ plants, which gives me great peace of mind while I'm away. An extra perk is that she takes the cutest pictures of my guinea pigs, which always brighten my day! Daphnee is a trustworthy professional, and I feel more secure knowing she is looking after my home and pets. I highly recommend her to any pet owner looking for top-notch care.

Daphnee is amazing and would definitely recommend her services. We boarded our first sheltie here several times when we went away on vacation and were very happy with the excellent care. He seemed to enjoy his time! The business owner was also the foster mother of our current Sheltie. Very kind and caring!

It's a beautiful kennel, well run, the woman is very friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend this kennel for anyone needing to board a dog!

Highly recommend Kell’s K9s! She is fantastic!

We have been working with Sue for several years and I highly recommend Sue and her services. My dog Georgie loves Sue, runs out when she arrives, SMILES at her, and jumps into his crate as soon as she opens the door. A miracle since we could never get him to go into a crate for us! Sue takes her work very seriously and offers very good advice, we don't know what we would do without her.

Sue offers great service and is reliable and trustworthy. Our dog always looks forward to his walk, and will even pass up his lunch if he spots Sue's car coming up the driveway. There is no better dog walking service in the Caledon area.

I would highly recommend Sue and Wags & Wiggles. I have used Sue on multiple occasions when we take vacation and it is great knowing our dog is walked, fed and lovingly cared for multiple times every day while we are away. Sue's knowledge and compassion are amazing and having the ability to leave our dog at home instead of a Kennel makes us much more at ease. Thank Sue!
