This was the first time we utilized this service after learning no one could keep our little dog while we were on vacation. I was greeted by a very friendly young lady at the front desk. She assured me everything would be okay. The place was clean and seemed well organized. You can bring your own food or allow them to feed your pet. Bring your pets a pillow and snacks if you like also. The prices aren't too bad at all. For 5 days I paid 127. That's a cheap price for peace of mind knowing your pet will be taken care of. We will be using these services in the future. It's really great to have something like this locally. I highly recommend Hollywood. Be sure to have all your pets shots. It's best to call ahead and they will gladly tell you which ones are needed before your pet can stay. They also groom as well.

Great staff and nice facilities. Your pet takes their own bed, toys and food with them. Reasonable rates. Penny was there four nights and also had a bath and nail trim for just $25 additional. Also important to us was she was next to other small dogs and indoors at night, not in a dog house in a lot next to a great Dane shed be scared to death of the whole time. She will be staying again! I’m beyond thankful for them taking my big boy codak at the last minute and we came from Greensboro. The staff has been nothing but good to us and we appreciate you guys to the fullest. Thanks for showing my baby love.

Hollywood Pets is a fantastic, clean, professional, and responsible business that truly takes your pet, ( family member) and loves them like their own. My dog doesn't board well but after visiting Hollywood Pets that's the only place he loves and will stay without any issues. Love you guys thanks for your great service and dedication to our pets.

Hollywood Pets is Amazing! I assure you will not find better grooming or boarding services. They go above and beyond to make customers (doggies) happy and comfortable. When I stepped in their door, I didn't feel like I was at a grooming facility, because it is truly like a pet spa. There upbeat happy people, and wagging tails everywhere. The facility is very clean and hospitable. I will never take my babies, two Yorkshire Terriers, anywhere else. I know I will never find another who cares about, and loves my babies like Hollywood Pets!

We have used Hollywood Pets several times over the last year or so. This past visit will be our last. Our main concern with previous visits would be how our dogs smell upon pickup. It’s bad, maybe a mixture of kennel cleaner, pee and stench, who knows. Either way, they get bathed immediately upon arrival at home and their bed gets aired out, a lot. This time the bed has what looks to be a large pee stain on it. Our dogs are house trained, so it makes me wonder. We also had extra bags food prepared just in case and never received them back, strange. On to today’s issue which leads to our negative feedback. My wife calls in advance of our departure with our travel dates, drop off and pickup times and boarding fees, documenting all. Upon pick up of our pets, the boarding fees were higher than quoted. When this was questioned the owner stated he never gave those prices, he refused to look at the written documentation of such. After some intense discussion he slipped up and admitted a mistake in quoting a price prior to their July price increase, but refused to stick by the original quote or come to any terms of agreement. With this being said, dog owners beware! This business is less than ethical and cannot be trusted by any verbal conversation or agreements. This is an extremely piss poor way to operate a business and expect to retain customers. I would recommend pet owners take their beloved pets to anywhere else for boarding and care due to the fact that this business cannot be trusted on multiple levels. They will never see our $400-$500 dollar boarding visit fees again.

I paid $38 for my miniature schnauzer. My dog was groomed yesterday, and they did a fantastic job. My dog does not seem to mind going there, and I find the staff to be very helpful. I also saw a trainer working with s dog, she was incredibly gentle. My dog will continue to go there as long as I live in the area.

This is a great place/daycare to bring your pets and they even offer some vaccinations too. Great customer service and very very affordable. I'm a retired veteran so the cost is perfect for me and my family. My dogs looked so happy and comfortable there too when I checked on them.

The owner made time for my daughter and explain his business for our homeschool field trip. It was so clean, and the dogs were so well taken care of. He also helps the Animal Welfare Society here in Yanceyville and takes in dogs when they get full. These people are awesome!

The owner Derek goes above and beyond to explain anything about your pet, suggestions and even other services around town that he may not offer. Their grooming service is awesome and very consistent.

They do a good job and are GREAT with my dogs..Noah and Sully love them!

First groomer I've found that I was satisfied with, they treated my dog like their own.

Ask for exact pricing before you book! They told us $15 a day for boarding for 3 nights and a bath.. $105 This was our second time using this place and the first time they added extra stuff as well. Not to mention they cracked my babies nails to the quick. Not good.

Ownership is really nice and you can’t beat the service they provide for the price you pay. I’ve boarded my Dalmatian several times now and they have been awesome each time, and understanding on one occasion where my travel plans got messed up and I couldn’t pick him up on time. It was not a problem at all.

Exactly what you pay for. I went because the $5 nail trim was worth the try. After getting all of my dogs nails nicked and bleeding all over my car, shoes, and pants before she put a bleed stop on then realized why it was only $5. Will pay more getting everything cleaned after. Not happy.

I have known the new owner/operator of this kennel for several years. She was hired by us to do show grooming, handling and boarding. Tomara is meticulous in her skillset, and knows all types of grooming. She can give your dog a best in show winning makeover or a simple wash and dry. She is completely new to this facility, and in spite of issues the previous staff may have had she has taken on this business and intends to make it her own. For show handling she has a true gift and presents your dog with style and professionalism. She enjoys working with juniors and if you have one wanting to learn how to show she’s definitely a good resource. No breed is beyond her scope, from Pomeranians to Great Danes. She’s also done flight nanny work for us several times and ground transport too. Tomara is passionate, experienced and is a positive thinking self starter. While we are happy for her new endeavors we are truly sad to lose her to our West Coast operation.

Scheduled an appointment with her and told her I would be there in the morning and she told me okay. Fast forward to the morning of and her phone is off, she’s not answering calls, but I go anyways. I get there and she sees me, says nothing, gets in her car and drives off. Me and my Dog sat there for an hour and half waiting for her to come back to no avail. She didn’t answer her phone calls or nothing: Luckily Hollywood Pets down the road felt sympathy for me and helped me out but if they didn’t me and my dog would’ve been in hot water. If your too busy or something changes let your customers know, don’t have them drive an hour just for you not to be there .

The jury is still out on this one. Rachel, who I assume is the manager or owner, was very nice to deal with. The prices are a little higher for boarding than the vet and the building is in need of some major renovations. As others have said, it does reek of urine from the time you enter the building. An air freshener would definitely help. If you can overlook these things, the staff were friendly and they did a great job washing my dog and trimming her nails. She stayed with them 5 days and she seemed to have liked it and they gave her a lot of attention. I will definitely give them another try..and take them a plug in freshener when I go back!

The new owner Tomara is awesome. She has trained all my dogs for shows . She is super professional and has a passion for what she does . Rather it's grooming, showing dogs, training dogs she puts her everything into it. She is an all around animal lover and treats her dogs as if they were her own .

I brought my two frenchies in to have their nails trimmed. 🚩First this had to be done right by the front desk because the cord wasnt long enough to reach. Unprofessional that it wasn't taken care in a proper grooming area. 🚩Secondly she had an assistant hold the dogs off the ground around the chest( BIG NO-NO WITH THIS BREED) while she tried to do their nails and they tried kicking lose and were almost dropped a couple times to the point i had to tell them to stop. Dispite your facebook post to insinuate otherwise i have documentation to show they have this done routinely and they always behave dramatically. If the job was beyond the technicians ability it should have been passed on. 🚩This place also never asked for proof of any vaccination records either.

Great place for boarding and grooming. I wouldnt take my boy anywhere else. They take the time to make sure your pet is comfortable before you leave. He loves all the attention and treats he gets. The kennels have indoor and outdoor areas as well as a big fenced in backyard where they get to run and play. Thanks Rachael for the great work you do to make this place special!

Debbie Chism and her son owns the place and have been doing tons of remodeling to give the resort a little bit of there personal touch. I would not trust my dogs with anybody else. The kennels are super clean with runs that are inside/outside for your fur baby and plenty of space for your pet to roam. I like that it is climate control kennels as well. The resort offers baths, nail trims, grooming, doggy daycare and boarding for your cat as well! The staff will treat your pet as they would do there’s! I like that they are not a franchise and family owned so if you ever get a chance take a look at there website or just call them they can set up a tour of the place and get to meet the staff.

***CUSTOMER BEWARE*** The new owner, Tomara Twigg, is a scammer. She fled California to start anew in VA. She has multiple court cases against her that you can view online and you can see her wonderful mug shot as she is a criminal.

Last minute groomer was hard to find, my boyfriend found this place.. I should of just bit the dust and walked out... I don’t know if someone else has taken over but the place was nasty.. 3 children running around ... the women did okay with my little dogs but when I went to pick them up, she informed me my 5 lb chorkie tried to bite her daughter as she was trying to give her a bath.. I explained to her she was not good with children. I had know idea a child was going to bath her.. I usually take my daughters 2 little dogs to petsmart but they were booked.. Anyway, I go in and they bring out my 2 dogs, no collars or leases, i ask where are they?? The women turns and asks the older girl if they came with anything “girl says NO”. I told her I need them because their collars not only have their names on them but their tags to show they have had their rabie shot... after 10 minutes of searching they finally found the leashes and collars.. I will never take them back there again and I suggest people do not use this groomer!!

The new owner, Tomara is the best you are going to find. She was amazing with my Golden Retriever. I highly recommend!

My dog’s been visiting Best Friends since she was a puppy! All the staff are amazing and take great care of all their guests. I love the fun event photos they do, along with the daily daycare and pool posts on Facebook. The manager, Ashley, is always so happy and quick to greet everyone!

Moose absolutely loves going to daycare at Best Friends Bed and Biscuit! He looks forward to it every week and jumps out of the car with excitement when we arrive. The staff is so kind and friendly and truly get to know your pup and their needs which puts us at ease. This is the best daycare/boarding facility in town and we are so appreciative of the staff which makes it so great!

I’m honestly a little disappointed with this place. I’m new to town and everyone told me how spectacular this place was so naturally I was thrilled to have my dog spend the time at what seemed to be a beautiful facility with large grassy areas and lots of play space. I dropped my dog off for three nights of boarding when I found out that daycare wasn’t included in boarding and if I didn’t pay extra, she would just be in her kennel the entire time— I know they call it an indoor outdoor suite, but still. And then I also found out that they only do four hours of play for the entire day (2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon). My dog could go all day if they let her and I was a little sad to hear that they restricted play… which I was paying extra for. I also asked for a Spa bath upon exit which was supposed to come with a blow dry. I have a doodle and can clearly tell when she has been blow dried versus air dried and they definitely didn’t blow dry her but still charged me for it. They also don’t include basic things like report cards, pictures, or web cams which are included so many other places. So after almost $350 for three days, I was a little disappointed. What was really the kicker for me was that she also came home with some kind of infection on her paws. This caused me to have to take her to the vet, which was an additional bill, and she was so uncomfortable for several days. I’m sure this place is lovely for several others, but after being charged way more than expected and having to pay the price in several different ways, I’m not sure we’ll be back. I’m not mad or upset— these things happen and I think this was just a series of unfortunate events, I’m just not sure they’re worth the $. I did email my concerns to them about the infection just to give them a heads up in case they can clean or do something to avoid this for other dogs. I am waiting to hear back and will share the response, especially if it’s positive as I sincerely hope to give them the benefit of the doubt.

We absolutely love Best Friends Bed and Biscuit! Our dog is SO excited to go. He loves to socialize not only with the other dogs but the staff as well. Booking is super easy with their app and the facilities are wonderful. Our dog has only participated in the daycare and grooming services but we do plan to use the boarding services this summer. One of my favorite things is seeing all the adorable pictures of my dog with the other dogs on BFBB’s Facebook page. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t be happier and feel really lucky to have such a great facility in our area.

Best Friends has the best staff around! They manage to make you feel like your dog is their favorite dog. I have a very busy work schedule so I rely on taking my dog to daycare several days a week. He loves it and I am always confident that he is safe and happy while he is there. Try them out- they are the best!

Every Friday rain or shine, Moose is spending the day with his furry buddies and great hosts at BFBB! This organization truly cares for each animal and takes the best care of Moose! He has been at several different daycare/boarding facilities over the years and we have never felt as comfortable as we do now at BFBB. Each staff member always greets you with a hello and the staff have your dogs name memorized which makes it easy to hand off your pup for the day! Facility is clean, communication is great and activities are well worth the investment!

Our dog loves Bed & Biscuit, whether she’s there for a long vacation stay or just a day of daycare. She gets so excited when we pull in! I love that the staff is all so nice and friendly and helpful! She’s 5 years old and has been using Bed & Biscuit since she was a puppy. We can’t even say the name out loud at home without her perking up her ears and getting excited!

Our family feels so thankful to have found Best Friends Bed and Biscuit! The wonderful staff and trainers take great care of our sweet Boxer Stella at weekly daycare and on the occasional boarding visit. With their support and guidance, Stella has blossomed here from a very scared pup to a happy healthy girl with a circle of friends. We're able to get a glimpse into her day with the daycare photos on FB and we love the holiday photoshoots too. We are willing to drive an hour round trip from our home to BFBB several times a week, passing by several other similar businesses, because the quality of care and love is so high here. We can't recommend this place enough to other pet parents!

Best place for my two pups! I try to go at least once a week. They seem to love the saltwater swimming pool when it's open in the summer. Local owned and amazing staff. ( So glad that reverted back to local phone staff rather than using that annoying over seas answering service! Thanks for switching back to your amazing LOCAL TEAM!)

I had to think long and hard about writing this review. I don't like leaving bad reviews, I felt the need to warn other pet parents. This was my first time boarding my fur babies. When I picked them up, my oldest had skin missing off her nose. I was told it was from her rubbing her nose against the mat. In my 8 years of having my baby, she had never rubbed her nose against anything. I also put on their feeding instructions to administer one dental treat per day. When I picked them up, the new bag of treats hadn't been opened. When checking them in, it was never mentioned if they weren't able to have them. Now I am wondering if they even feed them as instructed. My youngest baby behind has been super red and it was wet when i picked him up. I decided to write this review AFTER coming back in the house when noticing my oldest baby pooping blood (I have pictures). Some of this could be from the stress of my babies being boarded, but I also think there was neglect on the facility part. I am not only disappointed, but I am also heartbroken for my dogs. I trusted this place to look after them and they missed the mark.

This will be both of our dogs new grooming spot! We boarded Boeing for our vacation because he was not quite potty trained enough to stay in a hotel, and asked if they had any time if they could groom him as well. We received Boeing back in a great mood, he was happy and healthy and smelled great! We’ve hopped groomers for a while and for some reason he has never felt “clean” when we got him back, but his coat was glossy and smooth and he smelled great, and his nails were trimmed perfectly from Almost Home. I highly recommend this spot, especially because they have a great turnover and capacity as we were able to get him boarded within a days notice which is unheard of. They have a great daily boarding rate and you are able to add on special activities for the staff to do with them during his stay.

12-13-22 still loving Sam! Check out Zoe’s Christmas ‘do! Adorable! Update 2020 they still get 5 stars. The groomer is Sam and she’s fantastic. My OESs are 8 years old now and they really get stressed out. The staff never complained and never said anything disparaging. But it was clear that my girls anxiety fed off of each other and they kept getting worse. We now schedule separate appointments and it is much easier for everyone. Even though there are closer groomers, I would never take them anywhere else. This place is very clean and everyone I’ve met is so good natured. I really appreciate them. —————————————-/————————- 2016. I've been using Dawn for several years for our Old English Sheepdogs. They are a handful but everyone is so patient and nice. Their Villa boarding facilities are top notch. I would never take Zoe and Dottie anywhere else. The fact that the best Veterinarians are right next door is a HUGE plus. Shots and grooming in one stop. My Vet is how I discovered Almosr Home. It's been a match made in Heaven.

My senior Springers board and get excellent grooming at Almost Home. They are always happy to go in and are calm upon pick-up. (Which indicates to me they were not stressed and were attended to frequently.) The staff is friendly, professional and responsive. It's a bit of a drive from where we live but worth it to know that they are in good hands. Would highly recommend!

If you Hate your Dog bring them here. Left to go to a family funeral for 3 days. We signed her up for doggie day school, which she was supposed to be taken and played with every 15 min per hour. We got a room with a camera and checked in every 10-15 min while driving a 12 hour drive. She had been taken out 2 x for the day 10 min each. When questioned, they said she didn't get along with the other dog and was shy and nervous around them. So you don't take the dogs out to the bathroom, great! End result dog came home with a bite mark on her neck and a bladder infection from not being taken out. When we called to complain, we were told they would check with their staff. We Never heard back from Christina. Never again will we use them. They don't take care of your pets the way they advertise or you're told they will. Horrid experiance

While we love to take our dog, Daisy, with us on vacation when we can, it is not always allowed or convenient. Almost Home Boarding & Grooming is exactly what the name says - It is her second home when she cannot be with us. Our Daisy runs into their facility with her tailing wagging because she loves it so much. The staff is extremely friendly and takes wonderful care of Daisy. Daisy is always happy when we pick her up! If you are looking at any old negative reviews, you should know that there are new owners that are amazing!

We love Ms. Jenna! My boys know Ms. Jenna's name and get excited to go see her. She's so sweet and patient with my two wild ones! They always smell so good and have the cutest hairstyles when they come home.

My 3dogs came home in mess emotionally. Did not let us bring food diarrhea with them all. Acting out due to I think was miss treatment will not go again. Dogs cannot talk but if you know your dogs you can see.... .

I boarded my two dogs there for four days while I was on a vacation. They were well taken care of and were not stressed like they normally are at other boarding places. The cost was also super competitive, I was happy and will use them again.

Thought the place was very clean and nice. Only complaint I have is the charge for feeding your own food to your dog or cat. At $5.00 a feeding with my own food that I supply. I boarded 2 dogs so that's $10.00 a feeding twice a day. I read the reply from the owner and do understand. On another note after boarding our dog now has a bad case of Kennel cough. Took her to Vet to confirm. She is very sick and now on antibiotics to hopefully get over it. She had all shots as required by them. 400.00 for vet plus cost of boarding. Never again

I have taken my two fur babies here a couple of times and we have had wonderful experiences both times! My dogs were well cared for, the staff was open and caring to both them and myself, especially when it came to leaving them for the first time! They're great at answering the phone and giving updates. 10/10 would recommend!

The staff is phenomenal. Sharon is so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She put us immediately at ease. Our GSD was made to feel welcomed, and that made us very happy. He was super excited to see/sniff everything, and everybody…not a bit shy!

Terrible communication that has caused us to not even use them. Requested a Studio far in advance and was told the day before that we were getting a small cramped space. Also claimed we didn’t submit shots when I was CC’d on the email and my vet confirmed that they sent information not once, not twice, but three separate times. The lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful.

Buddy always enjoys his stays at Siver Paw Resort especially the half hour play time. When they bathe him he and groom him he always looks great his coat is bright white. Thank you for all of your love and great care. I wouldn't leave him anywhere else.

We have been pleased with the services of Silver Paw Pet Resort. The staff provides efficient customer service. We’ve used grooming services as well as boarding or dog Beaux. We are looking forward to Beaux spending time during their doggie daycare hours. Thanks for living on Beaux!

Our dog Beaux loves to stay at Silver Paw. We use their services quite often and have never been disappointed. We have boarded Beaux any where from a weekend stay to several days snd we like the variety of options of activities that we can add on to his stay.

Took my very long haired husky to Megan and she did AMAZING! He was shedding his winter coat so he looked a mess but she deshed him/and brushed him out SO good! He was clean, nice nails/pawpads/ and a happy pup when I picked him up!! The price was great too, and awesome customer service! Will be coming back!

We have been boarding our 11 year old boxer at Silver Paw Pet Resort for the past two years. If you’re looking for a boarder, look no further! Silver Paw is the best! The staff are so sweet and caring. Besides their love for our precious girl, they are more flexible than boarders we have used in the past. Drop off and pick up can happen during all lobby hours, and not specific to morning pickups and afternoon drops. This has never worked for our schedules, so I’m extremely grateful to have this flexibility. They also have the best check-in and checkout processes. Debra, Megan, Makayla, and the rest of the team—y’all are awesome!

I will be bringing our beloved Aussie, Jewel to be groomed here from now on. I didn't have to book a month in advance, and Jewel looks absolutely fabulous. Megan did a wonderful job with her trim and didn't get too close, which is important with Aussies. Top notch service and very reasonable prices as well.

My puppy got his first haircut recently and I couldn't be more pleased with the staff and the way they took their time with my sweet boy! ❤️

I’m a little late posting this review, but wanted to let the staff know that they’re the BEST. Boarded our 2 dogs here, Dusty Bun and Ugly Mike. This is a clean, welcoming resort for pets. They all seemed to love and care for our dogs. Very kind and knowledgeable staff members. We will definitely be bringing our boys back for a stay. Thank y’all!!! 😍🐕🐕‍🦺🦴🐾

We love this place and so do our dogs. The staff are super kind and very attentive to our two dogs, one of whom is mostly blind. He is usually very afraid of strangers and is not friendly with strangers, but he loves the staff here. He lets them pet him and everything. I’m someone who is very nervous about leaving my dogs, but I’ve always felt comfortable boarding them here. Our dogs have been here multiple times. We moved away from the area and still make the trip back here just to board.

This is literally THE best place we have ever taken our little black dog, Zeppelin. She's been boarded here several times now and the staff here already know her by name and get almost as excited to see her as she is to see them. Our good girl always gets a bath and nail trim before we pick her up and she is so fresh and clean when she comes home. She literally smells NICE and her nails, which are black and typically harder to trim, are trimmed beautifully. Everything is clean and well organized inside. Everyone has always been super friendly and helpful. They are even expanding and just recently updated their doggy daycare hours, I do believe. I hope this place continues to grow and I'm so glad we have such an amazing facility so close to home. Better than any place in Greensboro we've been. Highly recommend!!

I have used this location for more than 4 years regularly. I cannot say enough about this place. My Rotti feels like he’s going to Disney or something when I bring him there. He gets so excited and it makes me feel so much better with leaving him. Amazing group of people and they don’t have a lot of turnover so he sees the same faces he’s had for years. That is not normal in these times. We love you guys! You will never be disappointed.

I would definitely use them again! I brought my dog Cinnamon here for boarding and it was her first time being away overnight. I booked online. The website very clear and i received clear instructions. The staff is pleasant and it’s obvious my dog loved it. She must’ve gotten a LOT of attention because now she thinks everyone she meets is going to show her the same attention.

Brought my very anxious dog Fry here today for grooming. His coat was very long and he needed a short cut for the summer. He does not let me groom him and he has been getting sedated at the vet for nail trims. So, when I brought him here I was hoping for the best. I told them to try to give his hair a trim, and if they couldn’t get his nails then that was totally fine. Well….picked him up today and not only did he get a beautiful hair cut….HE EVEN LET THEM CLIP HIS NAILS. I am still floored that they were able to do this! I have been trying for a year and a half and even the vet hasn’t been able to do it. Staff were all incredibly nice and professional. I am so impressed with the whole experience. Highly recommend them for grooming!!!!

When I moved to Durham and was recommended this groomer in Mebane I thought no way I’m driving that far. However here we are 2 years later with a mini schnauzer who gets compliments on his cut EVERY TIME WE WALK OUT THE DOOR. The staff is amazing. Their talent is superb! I’ve never left feeling like I hate his cut. He’s perfect and they make sure it shows 💕

One of the bad things about moving away from North Carolina is missing Bed & Bone. I felt completely at ease leaving my dogs there for grooming or boarding. Tucker and Missy will miss the staff - always friendly and helpful.

Always take fantastic care of our old boy. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Thanks for being so caring and compassionate with our 4 legged babies and their 2 legged owners.

This place is wonderful pick my dog up Saturday july 6 2024 and my 10 year old lab was happy and looked great witch tells me he was well cared for. Will definitely use them again.

We've been clients of theirs for well over ten years. I truly knew that our elderly dog was getting top notch care when we needed to board her towards the end of her life (possibly even better than we were giving her at home). I cannot imagine boarding a pet anywhere else (and we had tried other places prior to finding Bed and Bone). The staff is amazing and I was heartbroken to tell them when we lost our pup. We have a new dog and fully intend on boarding him there when we need to. Fantastic facility and even better staff

My dog is super reactive towards other dogs and he did great here! I called ahead of booking and the owner made me feel so comfortable with bringing my dogs to them. Were boarding for 9 days in August and i have bo doubt that my dogs will be well taken care of!

I brought my dog Moses to this business today. He is a 5 year old Great Pyrenees that has never had a grooming. His was so matted up that i figured he may have to be shaved. You're never supposed to do this to a Great Pyrenees because of their double coat. I brought the dog to Alyssa, and she automatically knew this detail about the breed. I picked my dog up at the end of the day and he looks fantastic, best he has ever looked in his life. I really have no idea how they were able to get the matts out without just shaving him but they're good! Love the owners of this place and have known them forever!

Ultimate Canine took care of my dog for 10 days and did a fantastic job! She's a little shy when meeting new people and the entire staff went out of their way to make sure she felt comfortable and had a great time. Thank you all!!

We've been coming here for years. Our dog is now a senior citizen and they take great care of her. They always communicate well too.

Love everything about this place. SO glad a friend recommended them. We highly recommend as well! They do fantastic grooming on our Shih Tzus.

The Staff was so friendly and answered any questions we had. The facility was clean and welcoming. It was our dog's first time boarding and he came back healthy and happy. We even had a report card from his visit with pictures of him having a good time.

My dogs were well taken care of and didn't even seem to be bothered that I boarded them for three days. They play with your dogs and take the best care of them. I am so thrilled with them.

UPDATE: The owner called and we went over everything that was in the review. He apologized for the banged up nose and we are assuming it had to do with the fireworks that were constant for a few nights. He offered to give them fresh baths at no charge and to let us tour the place. He set or mind at ease and said that they in no way would give a pet any medications unless otherwise prescribed and never without the owners knowledge. He's a very nice guy and seems to have a lot of care for the animals. We will try them again if we have a short overnight trip sometime. We were excited to take our dogs there because of the reviews we found on Facebook. We were a little leery after we dropped them off because of handling their intake. We tried to relax because we were going on our honeymoon. I was told we'd get daily pictures of them texted to me. 3 days after hearing nothing I called and was told there doing great and they'd send pics. Another day goes by and finally a photo. The communication was not great at all. We have a golden retriever who loves all people and a boxer/Boston terrier mix who's very timid but vocal about new people. We said they could board in same kennel for companionship. When we went to pick them up they both looked exhausted and weren't their happy selves to see us. They lumbered out to the car and seemed to be "depressed" for about 36 hours afterwards. We found dried blood around the boxer's nose and I called them about that find. She said they didn't notice blood but he kept head banging the chain link fence to get out. We WERE NOT aware of that. Plus they were supposed to give them baths including ear cleaning and nail trim. Their ears were disgusting, even worse than when we took them. I have never had a dog come from daycare that I couldn't keep off me because they were so excited to see me. My husband's convinced there might've been some melatonin or something similar given without our permission. We will be looking around for a new day care when one is needed again.

Our dog loved his visit here for a few days! He has stayed a few other places over the last 8 years but we decided to give this place a try and so glad we did! We'll use them exclusively moving forward. The facility and grounds are accommodating, staff is super friendly, and the cost is lower than the other 2 places that we frequent.

Friendly staff, clean safe place. My dog was well cared for!
