Sent my two kittens to Cheeky cat house, I’m glad I’ve made the right choice. The place is clean, well organized and new. The owner and her son shows my two kittens patience and love while taking care of them. What I like and feel safe about this place is the owner is a cat rescuer and she herself has 22 cats at home. She is in the business because of her love for cats. She also understands cat temperament very well. I’m grateful and glad that I’ve chosen CheekyCatHouse cause I know my kittens are safe and well under their care. The owner also send photos and videos to me few times a day for me to check on them. Overall, CheekyCatHouse is reliable, place is clean and hygienic. Thank you all for taking of Willow and Jane for me 🥰

I recently took my cat to CheekyCatHouse for a lion cut, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The groomer did an amazing job shaping the coat perfectly, giving my cat that adorable lion look while ensuring their comfort throughout the process. The staff was gentle and patient, which really helped to keep my cat calm. They took extra care around sensitive areas and made sure the cut was even and stylish. Sent my cat Lucy today for grooming. The staff is friendly and loving. The environment is cozy and the place is well maintain. The grooming itself was thorough yet gentle. The groomer kept me updated from time to time which makes me feel confident and relieved. The prices are also reasonable. Highly recommend for grooming and might try cat hotel next.

First time sent my cat here for grooming, the service is really best! They won't straight away groom your fur baby, they will let the cat calm down first, only start their grooming with stress free. My cat Ninja had a wonderful time at Cheeky Cat House. The owner Sheeta is very friendly and treats Ninja like her own cat. The room is air-conditioned with soothing music. My cat had some soft stool and Sheeta did her best to ensure Ninja was eating proper healthy cat food. I received updates twice a day and overall I am satisfied with the services provided. My cat currently boarding there for medical care due to Sporo. QQ treat my cat with so much loving and care as if he’s at home. I was worried that my cat might feel stress due to long stay, but thanked god he seems to enjoy the treatment process and happy.The place is so clean and cosy my cat just love it! Good place for your fury kids to boarding when you are not around.👍🏻 All my fury kids have been taken care in good condition by them and we can get update when we are not around, and also will be receive update by them once we bring back our fury kids! The team at QQ pet boarding were great. Our dog was well looked after and cared for. They were also happy to give our dog special attention since she is very nervous when meeting new people and new dogs. They also kept the environment very cool and clean!

They even updated me everyday about cat so I could enjoy my holidays with family without having to worry about my cat. I left my cat in their care for 7 days. Very satisfied with their service. Great owner who unselfishly take care of the cats well. All the cats under his care have grown up healthily n happily. We adopted our Bobbi from Benny n he is definitely strong, healthy n playful kitten. Benny has rescued 18 cats in the past n he is experienced in taking care of the rescued cats. He fed them with good food, deworm, vaccinate them. He ensure the adopters done their due diligence to take care of the kittens well. All in all, if you leave your cats with Benny, it's definitely safe. 🥰

The owner is very attentive and kind person. He loves cat so much, i can see the way he taking good care of my cats. This place is quite new, but no worries. This place is doggo free (you all know what i mean, no dogs)😂. I had sent 4 of my cats for about 5 days. The daily rate is very reasonable, and also providing good and quality kibble for my cats. Took sally a stray that have a growth tumour there and he took care of her wound very well, even went above and beyond to connect and post in the community. And the only cat hotel that provides wound cleaning services!

I'm a new owner of a British short hair and so happen need to go away for a few days. Benny took videos and pictures of my cat for me everyday. He also show me how to cut the nails and clean the eyes of my kitten. Tq

Mellow has been staying at Ritz Pawton for a couple of times when we were away for traveling. We feel confident and at ease during her stay as we were periodically updated with photos and videos. She has healthy food and freedom to walk without being caged and certainly pampered. The service is great and highly recommended.

The Ritz Pawton has been perfect for our French Bulldog. He is always so excited to go there! It’s not your typical dog kennel that locks your dog in a cage. They can roam free and play as they wish. He is also fed high quality food. A few times during longer stays, he was even taken to the vet when some health issues arose. The personal service is unmatched. We will always send our Ash here. He is cared for very well by someone that loves animals.

I have only positive things to say about Nick and how Dhruv my husky was taken care when we were out travelling. Nick genuinely love dogs and went beyond to make sure Dhruv had a great stay. The place is clean , spacious most importantly the dogs we moving freely and was under close supervision. Nick keeps me posted of Dhruv’s activities. Dhruv was happy I could see from the pictures . I would definitely recommend Ritz Powton .

Boarded Herby at Ritz Pawton for the first time and I appreciate Nick for the daily updates with photos and all (without me requesting), the communication as Nick took the effort to get to know Herby's habits, likes and dislikes. I sent my dog to boarding after more than 3 years. Not many boarding places would take in my dog since he bites. This limits our options as well. I told Ritz Pawton about my dog’s behavior and they agreed to take him. I didn’t have much expectation. I was okay with my dog being in a cage for the whole stay since he is unfriendly. However, I was glad Ritz Pawton manage to bring him for walks and feed him good food 😋 They also sent video and pictures that made me feel at ease. I will definitely be sending my doggo there again and would recommend it to anyone looking to send their doggos.

I was fascinated from this new dog boarding facility. From entering onwards you feel very taken care and everything is handled professionally. It is a very clean and non-smelly environment. The cages are very big compared to other places so my doggy would not feel uncomfortable. Also, every dog has his own kennel so there's no chance for discomfort. I am definitely recommending Holidays on paws to everyone.

I say this place is a 10/10 while i was away on work field or some business trip, i don't know where to take care of my buddy. I charge straight in to register for my buddy in Dog hotel. The shop owner was so nice and passion to his work. They feed him well, play with him so it won't felt lonely or left out. Though I only just book 3 days for my buddy, but when I came back and pick him up, looking at my buddy that is all well and good and very healthy, I say I give this 5 Stars to marvelous Dog Hotel, and of course I thank them for taking so much care of my buddy for me.

Went to ‘Holiday on Paws’ with my darling Airedale Terrier, Whisky. The owner there was so kind and friendly. She gave us both a tour of the place and Whisky immediately felt warm and at home. Although Whisky only stayed a night, the owner was very responsive when I called to check in. Will definitely use Holiday on Paws in the future.

This is my go-to groomer for my dog since puppy days. I sent my dog for boarding (5days) not long ago and the owner, Mr Wong took great care of my dog throughout his stay there. My dog refused to eat, drink or move around as it was his first time being away from us. Mr Wong took extra effort to hand feed my dog food and drinks to make sure he eats his meal properly. He sent us daily updates about our dog which made us felt more at ease while being away. We are very grateful for all the attention and patience even though our dog was being fussy. Thank you very much.

FIVE STARS EASILY... Proper dog people (and also lovely all round people). Came highly recommended, and once we visited we knew instantly why. They will treat your dogs as their own. The premises is clean and the dogs there are really happy. We will be leaving our threethree with them over the summer, for three weeks and we are very sure our dogs will be loved here (will post again after our experience). Being honest, for selfish reasons I don't want them to become too popular, only because that will mean we will have to book our dogs in early to beat the rush! Edit: I'm so useless. It's taken me way too long to come back to this post, as I promised. In a nutshell, Nanny McPaws has been amazing to us. Basicaly we have booked our dogs with them every time since our review. They are TOTALLY dog people and they totally understand you as a dog person. I would greatly recommend trusting your loved canine with these guys.

I came to Malasia with my 4 American cockers and really lucky I meet this wonderful place I start to bring my dogs every week so they Could socialise with other dogs and stop going crazy when they see a dog on the street and it worked very very well. Not only that but I had go back to my home town and they had to stay because of paper work etc. and they stay at nanny mcpaw for a few months I could not ask for anything more my dogs were so looked afterI so much apréciate what they have done for my dogs, I know they are gonna be so happy to see me in a few hours but I also know that they gonna miss there too!❤️ Many thanks for everything I highly recommended you and your crew!❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Perfect place for your fur kids. The owners are really attentive and caring to all the dogs. It has a big open space for all the dogs to mingle together and they even bring them out for walks! Which is definitely a plus point!

Great service from this new place, they accepted my last minute grooming request for my cat. My cat smelled great and groomed well. We also dropped our puppy off for boarding and they were not nervous. They get to roam around instead of locked in cage ( unless they are aggressive) my puppy recognised them and quickly cuddle up to them for her shower visit.
