Tayla has been walking our dog for a few months now and she's honestly the best dog walking service I've ever had. The dog is always excited to go on walks with them. He's always pooped after the walks. Really professional service and always quick to reply to changes in service requests. Plus you get really cute photos of your pooch on every stroll

I moved to Sydney in March 2018, I was really worried that bringing my Australian cattle dog to the big city was going to be a big disadvantage for her life. I quickly found Tayla through a mail drop in my local area. Once Tayla started walking / looking after Coconut (daycare) all my worries went out the window. Tayla is one of the most epic women I have ever met. She is caring and kind and looks after all the dogs like there her own. I felt like Coconut was as loved with Tayla as much as with me. Coconut always came home tired as though she had been for a gigantic walk (which is what she needs). Tayla is so understanding and adaptable to all of the dogs that she looks after. I cannot recommend her enough!

Our puppy Lonnie was so beautifully taken care of by Tayla during his three night sleep-over. Lons is a real homebody and takes time to get to know new peeps in his life - when we met Tayla we knew we instantly knew he'd be a-ok! We loved seeing the photos of his doggy adventures and Tayla kept us up to date on how he was doing. Tayla, thanks for all your care and love for Lonnie. He gives you four paws up!

Tayla is an amazing dog walker! We have an anxious dog, and he loved going out on adventures with Tayla! He even became less reactive towards other dogs and more friendly when he meets dogs! He especially loved going on swimming trips to the beach, and would come home very happy! We highly recommend Tayla! She is very trustworthy and caring, and we appreciate all that she did to help us with our dog!

Courtney is an absolutely fantastic dog walker for Reggie, our beagle. She’s professional, reliable, and truly cares about dogs. Reggie loves his weekly walks with her, and the photos she sends of his adventures with his doggo friends are amazing and brighten our days when we’re at work! Courtney walks my dog Porco twice a week and he absolutely LOVES running around with the other dogs. My two rescue greyhounds have been walked by Courtney for the last two years and they love their walks! Zanzi, Courtney’s Bernese mountain dog, sometimes joins as well which is great for the socialization. Courtney is always very reliable and also has been very flexible and accommodating when I needed to change their walk days at short notice. I also love the picture updates Courtney sends, there’s nothing better when you’re having a boring or bad day at work than getting a text with some pictures of my puppies having a great time, it always makes me smile.

Courtney offers an amazing service. I heard about her through word of mouth at the dog park and couldn’t be happier with the service she provides. My Monty is always so excited to go on the group dates with Courtney and pals. I just leave the gate unlocked on walking days and she comes and picks him up, takes him to the best spots with his friends, drops him home again and freshens his water and hey presto - he’s just had the best day! My partner works away a bit so having this service just helps me out during the week and gives me a day off walking. I just loooove getting the message complete with photos as to what they’ve been up to, he always looks so happy and I don’t have to feel so guilty about leaving him. I have a large Bernese mountain dog and turns out Courtney does too, so she knows how to handle a big breed which is also comforting. We’ve bumped into Courtney at dog parks at the weekend and Monty can never hide his excitement when he sees her, which again just shows how much care she takes with him. I’d be lost without her great service! So affordable too, and money well spent in my eyes! (And Monty’s)

Courtney walks my dog Sammy 3 times a week to get him out of the apartment during the day when I’m at work to keep him happy and healthy. Love getting pictures and updates of Sammy’s adventures and I appreciate Courtney’s flexibility when I need to move days around. Most importantly, Sammy loves Courtney and the socialization with other doggos :)

Amazingly good - trained and knowledgeable about canine behaviour with an obvious love of dogs. My pup’s tail nearly wags off when he hears Courtney or Erin nearing. It’s a great feeling to know Buster’s walking the local parks and trails safely and happily while I’m at work. Erin has achieved the impossible by getting my human friendly (but not so sure about other dogs) rescue staffy to trot along with her long suffering Panda. Also awesome photographers if you need a daily dose of pup to brighten up work.

Courtney and two ladies that work for her walk our two cavoodles, and they send some gorgeous photos every time! Courtney is very flexible and replies to your messages super quick! I would recommend Courtney to anyone -our boys love her.

Very fair quotation and speedy response response to my initial enquiry. When I arrived it was very easy to find and I could tell straight away I was leaving my two dogs with caring people just by the way they had a genuine interest with my dogs. I didn't have to worry at all and when I picked them up they were very happy and smelt so good. The owners were very friendly and interested and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with fur babies that want that personal service. Beats any kennel or resort hands down. If I could give more stars I would.

Our 7.5 month old Golden Retriever Ocean had her first doggy day care session here last week. We were very thankful that we could get a daycare spot last minute, as we had to head out of town for the day. We got update pictures and she looked very happy playing with all the other dogs. She made some new friends and was very from all the play, that she didn’t even want to walk up the stairs to go to bed. We will definitely be bringing Ocean back for more play dates. I was lucky to find PetStays when the pet hotel cancelled Chloe’s accommodation at the last minute. Jeannene made the effort to answer all my questions and assist me with arranging pick-up for Chloe. Chloe enjoys her stay at Pet Stays and has been there for long vacations since last year. She is always excited to be picked up by Jeannene. I can tell that Jeannene, Reza and the other staff took great care of Chloe, as she always returns home happy and well-groomed. I get lots of photo updates every week. They help Chloe socialise with the other dogs and pamper her with treats.

Alfie loves going for his adventures to Petstays. He enjoys the extra company while I am at work. It’s great to know that he is safe and entertained while I’m at work. A little on the expensive side compared with alternate daycares, but the personal experience is a positive.

It was very easy to find a sitter with Pawshake. The app is well done and the communication with Charlie, our sitter was also very easy. Our 4 month puppy Paku has fallen in love with Charlie and her dog Opinel. We will use Pawshake again and Charlie is the perfect carer for Paku. We had a very tired and happy boy at home that night.

Thanks Pawshake for the creating a unique service like this. Having recently adopted a puppy, I was hesitant to put him into a dog kennel / hotel. As a child the only option we had was dog kennels, and our family dog was always traumatised when we collected her. Admittedly, things have improved since then, but even recently, I saw one Dog Hotel that offers just 30 mins of play time per day! And you have to pay extra if you want more socialisation. Unbelievable! With Pawshake we connected with a great petsitter (my glowing review of her is on the app) and it meant that our pooch had a holiday while we were away on our holiday! Regularly photos of him made us feel at ease, and when we collected him, he looked happy and well looked after. (And in addition, it was a LOT cheaper than dog hotels / kennels). Thank you!

Mia was excellent with our dog (3yo) on our wedding day. Our experience with Mia was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to help bring our red heeler, Penny, from my sister-in-law’s house to the wedding in the city for photos after the ceremony. Leading up to the day, I was quite anxious about the 36-degree weather forecast and how Penny would handle being in a new environment with the heat. Mia was incredibly reassuring, promising to do everything possible to keep Penny comfortable—and she absolutely delivered. On the day, Mia exceeded all expectations, ensuring Penny had plenty of water and gentle guidance throughout. She was punctual, organised, and it was clear how much she genuinely loves and cares for your pet. To top it all off, she captured some fantastic behind-the-scenes videos and photos of Penny’s day, which were such a nice bonus. I would highly recommend Mia to any couples looking to include their pet in their special day. She’s simply the best!

Our Golden Retriever Auggie has been in the care of Hanrob a few times. The last time was for over a month because of relocation overseas. The staff was always willing to provide an update, when Auggie needed to go to the vet they were very clear in their communication. But most of all we had peace of mind because we knew he was safe, in loving and caring company with the staff of Hanrob. Now he’s all safe and sound with our family.

Such a great place to leave our Dante. He absolutely loves being at Hanrob. The staff are terrific. Would not consider leaving him anywhere else.

Although my dog left Hanrob happy, I can't recommend it, at least not for dogs that have had prior surgery. My dog had recovered from leg surgery almost a year ago, and although the workers were made aware of this, she did leave the hotel with a pin in her leg having come out, which has now led to another surgery and a further $700 in vet bills. I have before and after pics that confirm that the new injury happened at the hotel, and she had her own room and solo play, so the issue could have only occured through rough housing with a worker. I wish I could leave a better review, but it doesn't seem reasonable to do so considering the health of my pet and the further costs. Edit: After contacting me to shift blame onto "potholes", I supplied a vet note as they requested and asked that all further communication to be done via writing, and have then been ghosted by the company for past 2 weeks, and have had to contact solicitors

The staff were so kind, caring and looked after my dog Pippa as if she was their own! Highly recommended if you want top tier care and peace of mind that your fur baby is in the best hands! Pippa will definitely be staying again.

We left our aging 15.5 yr old dog with Hanrob recently and he wasn't weight bearing on one paw. Felt bad leaving him that way but had been to the vet 3 times that week but not able to find out what the cause of the problem was. The staff at Hanrob looked after him well and on our return 3 weeks later he was putting a little weight on his paw again so I guess the rest had done him good. The staff kept me updated and even managed to get more medication as there wasn't quite enough. Many thanks to the Hanrob staff.

Hi i have been taking my dog lani to HANROB TULLAMARINE, I have found everyone from the front desk staff to all the workers to be Very caring and concerned for the development of lani, Marty is mine and lani's trainer, with the help of obie who is Marty's dog he has helped with socialising lani, Marty not only teaches you to correct behaviours, he shows you how, and explains why , and it helps you to understand why lani is doing certain things, Marty also has corrected things I was doing that is confusing to Lani and explains why , recognising when bad behaviour is going to occur and techniques to correct before they escalate, I'm proud to say that he has helped so much, Lani got a certificate from the local vet as Patient of the day when she had an operation...thanks to the care and teaching at Hanrob, Merry Xmas

Our beautiful beagle Chamois is a semi regular guest at Hanrob and each visit has been a happy and beneficial experience. We know she's safe and secure, has lots of playmates both human and furry! We highly recommend Hanrob for their kind and caring staff and exceptional care.

Very inpersonal service. Couldn't even talk to the ones who looked after your dogs. For the price, better service should be provided. Given a report at pick up with one line of their time there after being there a week. The staff advised they are not allowed to put anything negative in it. So disappointing. Never again.

My dog was traumatised when picked up, he did not stop yelping and crying hysterically. We confronted the staff on why our dog was acting like this and questioning them for detailed reasons (which they couldn’t provide), he was scared to come near us his parents, he wouldn’t even let us pick him up. We have never in 11 years heard our dog yelp and cry the way he did on pick up. It was absolutely heartbreaking. The staff couldn’t care less of what was happening right in front of our eyes. The vibe of the staff was disgraceful and rude, like they couldn’t care less. Could only imagine how they treated my baby when know one was around. They told us he just returned from a paid played time, yet as soon as we got him outside he went to the bathroom and was super dehydrated drank half a bottle of water before getting into the car. Our dog has constantly been shaking, fretting and steps back every time we go to touch or pat him. Like his scared his going to get hurt. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they shouldn’t even be allowed to operate. What a horrible experience, please keep your pets safe and avoid using this place at all costs!!!! Then to top it off the luxury room we paid for was nothing like what was advertised on the website. Was like a jail cell with a trampoline bed. I would assume the paid extras were not really done as well as you don’t receive any correspondence or evidence of this being completed. Sounds like the company is more about making money than caring for our babies. The detailed instructions left for staff to do with our dog and food instructions were not followed (in his bag food was labeled for each day and the wrong days were used). Again we know this as we picked him up earlier then expected. Our dog would not allow me or my partner to go near him/pick him up for 3 days. Still not his full self after a week being back home. Seems sad, isolated, not wanting to go for walks which are his favourite. We decided to pick up our dog 4nights earlier as the correspondence email receiving from reception staff (I wanted check up dates provided in writing) did not seem genuine, nor relate to our dogs usual behaviour. Was like a standard copy and paste response. Lucky we followed our gut instinct and returned early from our trip to collect him.

Lucia and her crew are marvellous with our pooches. They walk them several times a week and sometimes have them overnight. They care deeply for dogs in their care and use excellent training techniques. Their communication is second to none. I highly recommend these wonderful people. Your pooches will adore being cared for and wag with excitement when they come to your door.

I've been using Lonely pets club for 4 years now and would recommend them to anyone. I was nervous the first time thinking of someone in my house and with my cats (who aren't keen on new people or cuddly), and it has been a great experience. Our carers have taken such great care of the cats and they love the carers. They always stay for the time booked and spend quality time with the pets. I recommend this service as it's not only great for any pets at home, but also like a house sitter as the carers will put out bins (plus clean litter trays), water plants and check the mail. They service many areas around Melbourne with the same great service.

We had Jess look after our two cats while we went away at Easter and then again when we went away for 2 weeks just recently. She was awesome, keeping us updated about the kitties and sending pictures. We felt like our cats were well looked after and loved while we were gone and will absolutely be using their services next time we're away.

Miranda was fantastic. Our precious dog was very well cared for as was our house and garden. The booking process was very easy and professional and we were happy to be dealing with a real dedicated business rather than a uni student of some random website.

Used LPC for the first time over Easter. The office staff immediately removed my nervousness about leaving my cat and home under the care of a stranger. The carer, Marty, was super professional and my normally shy cat loved him straight away, making my time away stress free. I will be using this service whenever I go on holidays.

I have been using LPC for a few years now and they are nothing but professional and caring. My regular sitter Jess goes above and beyond, and has managed to forge a relationship with my cats who usually take a while to warm up to people. Jess unexpectedly had to give one of my cats some medication on the most recent visit, and she handled it with the care I have come to know. Thanks Jess and LPC.

This guys did a great job of looking after our very special puppy Junior. I highly recommend them to take great care of your pets. Will be using them again and again and again, aswell as recommending them to all my friends.

My carer was really professional and went the extra mile. My cat was so relaxed after we came back from holidays which is not normally the case when we go away.

Great service and Hassel free but it is on the expensive side so keep that in mind. I opted for the pick up, cage and pee mat (add on services) and it came to $425 for a week day flight. Only feedback I have is that the flight was delayed over an hour and there was no notification or updates provided by dogtainers. Bowie's (cat) flight was due to the land at 11:20am, got the pick up at 12pm and Bowie wasn't available until 1:15pm. Overall Bowie was fine it everything was pretty streamline.

Amazing customer service, the staff were so friendly too. I booked my Dads dog Moolah in to be picked up from the Melbourne quarantine facility and taken to the airport to fly to the Gold Cost. She was then also delivered to my Dads home on arrival. The whole process ran so smoothly. They went above and beyond and took her for a walk before her flight. Tristan sent photo updates which was so nice to know she was safe and happy. I would definitely book through Dogtainers again :)

Dogtainers are fantastic. I booked them to transport my Dalmatian from Melbourne to Perth as we were relocating. The complicating factor was my dog had to arrive after me so Tristan from Dogtainers had to pick her up from the kennel. He was brilliant - Tristan sent me a text to confirm that she’d had a walk and had been a good girl complete with photos, which reassured me that she was ok. In Perth, Margaret called me 2 hours before the expected arrival time to let me know her flight had been delayed by half an hour. This meant I didn’t panic. When Margaret arrived she told that my girl was quite relaxed and smelled beautiful. She was right. Our pup was relaxed after her big day, looking calm and healthy and smelling like she’d been a the groomers. I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and professional service. It certainly eased some of the stress of relocating interstate. Margaret and Tristan - you are excellent at your jobs - thank you so much!!

Dogtainers offer a really great, reliable service. We use them twice a year to get our two dogs interstate for holidays with us. It’s cheaper than sending them to kennels. Staff are friendly and when I ring up to book, our details are on file. I can have the virgin flight options on my computer while I’m on the phone to Dogtainers - they book our dogs on a flight and I book us on the same flight. It couldn't be easier. Highly recommend. (Ring for a quote as their website auto generated quotes are way higher and inaccurate.)

My cat and dog were brought across from Melbourne to Newman, including time in boarding in Perth and we couldn't have asked for better service. Courtney was knowledable and organised everything so well. The team who looked after both my cat and dog were fabulous and special thanks to Lewis, Leanne and Hannah for accommodating all of their needs as well as providing endless photos and text updates. They have only been back with me 12 hours and already they are settling in beautifully. Thank you all so very much!

Don't trust what they told you! It's a unnecessary service that you mandatory have to pay for them book a flight for your pet in your behalf and with all that, they do it worst that it will be yourself doing it... What's the point?! I called first their services , before making my own flight ticket booking. To ask which fly could I take that My dog will be able to be on the same plane that mine. They give me the names of the airlines that accepts pets. I asked too if their services had different prices between week days and weekend and they say no. I booked on a Sunday with Quantas with the expectations to book with dogtainers their services to come for and drop my dog to my destination address. After having my flight booked I call and discover it cost me an extra of 400$ with dogtainers services because it was weekend even though they told me no differences in the first call. I decided then not to book with them their extra services of coming for my dog and dropping at home. But still on my dog ticket booking form, I ask them to put him on my flight and give the info of my own flight. They didn't and booked with Virginia in a flight 2h later than mine. I call back and they told me because it was less expensive to book with Virginia ( why they didn't tell me when I asked on the first call?). But that's not all, I decided to let it be, and wait for my dog at my destination. What I didn't know and nobody in Dogtainers tell me, is that I couldn't drop my dog in the airport more than one hour before the pet flight , but my own flight leave 2h before that time, so it was impossible for me ! Luckily the girls from the Virginia cargo make a change on the flight of my dog and put her in an earlier flight. Why dogtainers didn't do it she ask me, well good question! Because they wanted me to have to pay for their services of keeping the dog or transport by them to the airport? I pay them to do it all wrong and if it wasn't because a nice and flexible person in Virginia airlines all would be lost! And happy that I didn't booked any extra services with them ( because of their customers services misinformation). I travel a lot with my dog, it will be for sure the last time booking through dogtainers. But my dog arrived well to destination, even though that's thanks to Virginia cargo people. And yes the crate I rent from DogTainers. But nothing else! That's what the 2 stars stand for.

What a fantastic and stress free service, great communication and even though we had a little delay we were kept up to date and offered solutions. Best of all we had photos of our dog getting lots of love and smiling, generally living his best life with the team at Dogtainers. Arrival at the airport for us to collect was seamless, they provided us with an easy and efficient way to make sure we had all the information we needed to collect our dog. Definitely would not hesitate to recommend Jess and the rest of the team.

We have been reunited with Asha and would like to thank Elora and Team for all the assistance. It was quite stressful when the PEQ facility called and said Asha would be ready to leave the facility on a Sunday (the day before her flights were booked) I counted the quarantine days excluding Sundays. Elora was on emergency contact duty when I called to ask what I should do. Elora and the Dogtainers team acted quick to change dates for her collection. They also arranged for Asha to board with them the night before her flight. Asha is now with us in Brisbane, and we are really happy we chose Dogtainers to assist us. We highly recommend using Dogtainers for transporting any fur babies.

Thank you to the team at Dogtainers. Rex our dog had a seamless trip from the East coast to Perth . He arrived well rested and happy from the care provided by the Dogtainers Staff who displayed a friendly and compassionate attitude in the handling of Rex over a full day of travel. We were very impressed with the ease of communication with Ethan in setting up all the arrangements and in being available for any questions we had. The handover at our home in Perth was efficiently done with updates and times , and the staff member displayed a lovely caring approach in handling our pet. I would have no hesitation in using Dogtainers again if the situation arose to transport our pet, and I highly recommend the service that this company offers. I give Dogtainers five out of five star rating.

My dog Mochi was collected from quarantine in Melbourne by Dogtainers. Mochi arrived in Adelaide very comfortable and relaxed ! Dogtainers team also updates and sent a photo of her collected from quarantine. I want to especially thank Ethan Leppala! Provide specific assistance on this transportation, also very thankful to the service group.

Our darling girl Lola, loves Buddy boo. The staff are always pleasant and truly adore the dogs. I also love that it teaches her social interaction with dogs of all sizes and shapes. Highly recommend!

My dogs Harry and Dora love buddy boo! It is an Amazing daycare and salon. Cassandra does an amazing jog grooming my dogs! Everytime my dogs leave happy and looking fab. Both dogs previously were scared of going to the groomers. But now they happily go with Cassandra. Buddy Boo is an amazing facility which my dog Ollie loves attending each week. The staff are incredible and make me feel really comfortable in leaving him for the day, as I know he well looked after and having a ball. Buddy Boo go to extra measures and post pictures daily to their Facebook of what the dogs are up to, which is extra comforting to see how much fun they are having. Highly recommend Buddy Boo!

Friendly service at a competitive price, with Monday fees reduced! Staff were also happy to accommodate my dogs dietary (snack) requirements. I’ve also been alerted regarding any abnormal behaviour, which makes me feel confident the staff are observant. Polly loves her days at Buddy Boo!!

Buddy Boo has been a wonderful place for our dog. He is an only child and daycare provides the dog play that we can't give him. With hours of socialising with a range of dogs, he has learned good social skills. The Buddy Boo team clearly care about the dogs and I love seeing photos of my dog cuddling them. They even give him birthday presents!

Our 2 and a half year old Cavoodle has been going to Buddy Boo daycare, 1 day a week for around 12-18 months now and absolutely loves it! He heads there in the morning and by the time he is collected in the afternoon he is pooped and spends the night curled up on the couch snoozing. The staff there are lovely, knowledgeable and passionate about ensuring the dogs are happy and safe while they are there. Highly recommend this service.

Buddy Boo has been wonderful for my dog. We moved into the area about 7 months ago and she has been twice per week - sometimes more - since then. The staff are wonderful - they love dogs, care for them well, and provide owners with plenty of feedback. My dog loves it so much that I only have to say "daycare" in the morning and she does circles with excitement!

I am happy and confident leaving Rupert in the teams care. Most importantly Rupert loves attending Buddy Boo. When I ask if he is ready to go to Buddy’s he gets so excited, jumps and dances around then runs to the front door to wait for me to catch up.
