Absolutely the best! From the meet and greet, we were welcomed to the space for a tour with plenty of time to view the playrooms and ask questions. Everyone is so friendly but Alex, Ashley, and AC have been standouts in helping us feel safe with Millie in their care. I love the initiatives they support too!

Dogtopia has been amazing. The owners & staff are so friendly and Hank loves going to daycare. It is so great knowing that my dog is in a safe environment to socialize with his doggie friends.

Needed a place for my pet while I was in town for the Easter weekend.They took great care of my dog Cooper .Staff was extremely friendly. Whitney took care of me at the front desk and couldn't have been more engaging and friendly. Can't wait to take our pet there.The next travels to the Cleveland area.

My dogs are greeted so kindly every time I drop them off. I know they get a ton of time to play and get totally worn out, which really helps me out at the end of the day. When I pick them up they smell great and are ready to come home and relax. I'm very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff.

Indy loves her daycare!! She never jumps out of the car, but when we reach dogtopia , she jumps right out and drags me towards the center. We love sending her there. They are very flexible. We tried boarding and daycare and she loves them

Incredible facility. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the health, safety, and play experience of dogs. The owner enthusiasticly greets pets and pet parents by name. Dogs can't wait to walk through the doors. I feel very secure leaving my fur baby in their capable hands.

We have had a great experience at Dogtopia! I love that it's new, clean and everyone is extremely nice. We use them for doggie daycare as well as boarding and couldn't be happier :)

As new participants in the dog-daycare world, we are nothing but impressed with the facility and care at Dogtopia in Solon. Our pup is nearly 4 years old now and transitioned great to the setting, despite never being to a dog-daycare before. A few of the most outstanding things that I love about this particular facility: 1) The humans. They are attentive, sweet and have personally come to "know" our dog and her personality. They do a thorough job with eyes on the dogs at all times. 2) Cleanliness. The playrooms have specialty materials on the floors for a high level of hygienic care. 3) Pup Inspection. I like that they spend time with each dog upon drop-off to make sure he/she looks healthy enough to interact with other dogs. 4) Live webcam - accessed through the website/app is amazing and helps us see exactly what our dog is doing during the day. 5) Additional Care. I bring a dog bed with me back and forth each time I drop off my dog. Because the dogs take a 2-hour rest in the afternoon, my pup is able to relax comfortably in her crate and gives me peace of mind that she is cozy. They certainly don't have to allow this, but I greatly appreciate that the facility allows this and understands my concern.

We could not be happier with Dogtopia! We've been to several doggy daycare and boarding facilities since getting our anxious Covid dog and Dogtopia Solon is our favorite! They moved slowly with our dog and make accommodations for her fears and anxiety. The staff at the facility clearly love dogs and know all of the dogs. While out of town, I would get almost daily updates on how my dog was doing! While I knew my dog would be well taken care of while we were gone, the updates were greatly appreciated since we didn't always have camera access internationally. We love the facility, the staff and all of the fun activities they plan for the dogs. I could not recommend this place more highly for both daycare and boarding!

Was looking for a dog to rescue as we are too old for puppies anymore. We wanted a female under 25lbs, likes to ride in a car, preferably a Boston terrier. One came available because her owner passed. They told us everything they could find out about her, which wasn't a whole lot. She prefers men, as I soon found out. She was very good during the 2 1/2 hr ride home. She climbed on my husband's lap when we got home and he told me to go to the driver's side and get her. She evidently didn't want me to take her from him and she bit me. I knew she'd been through a lot for about 8 days since her owner passed and she was taken from her familiar surroundings so I poured betadine on it and a bandaid and learned to let him put her down!! She barks and whines for awhile whenever he leaves. She was also used to being turned loose in a fenced in yard to potty and never been on a leash. She doesn't dislike the leash but has only peed outside once. The cold weather isn't helping but I bought pads and she's going on them by the side door. She is such a joy, so calm, playful with a ball and stuffed toys, doesn't chew everything up, eats well, knows the commands. Sit, no, off, come and is adjusting to us. We did have a challenge getting her toenails cut, she growled at a pet store when they tried to harness her up so I wouldn't let them try. I got her an appointment on Monday with a groomer We used before. I put a blow up neck protector that a previous puppy we had, used after surgery. She couldn't bite the groomer. She was just fine until she picked up her foot to try and trim her nails and then carried on, but didn't bite her. My husband helped too and she loves him! It's been an interesting week but she's full of love, the good outweighs the few faults and we're working on them!! Our next appointment is to the vet, Jackie, at the kennel thinks she's 2-3 yrs old so we'll find out then. She's definitely not a puppy, too well behaved!

I am not impressed. This facility doubles as a animal control service that houses strays also. I did not know that ahead of time and most people may not unless you look the facility up on BBB. We have two very healthy dogs that were boarded together (first time boarding them), when they came home, something was off with them. They were very lethargic. Turned out they had contracted kennel cough. They are UTD on all shots and while this isn't the facilities fault entirely, our family vet mentioned that the stage at which they had kennel cough, it had been in their system with symptoms for at least a few days. A courtesy call mentioning their symptoms would have been nice. We sent two blankets, a large rope toy and their 75% full bag of food with them. Upon arrival, they logged each item that was being sent in with the dogs. None of this was returned with them. As a disclaimer, we did have a relative pick them up. But, what was the point of logging the items if they were not going to bother checking it at the termination of the stay? The relative who picked the dogs up was watching ours one more night until we got back in town. Long story short, our two dogs came in contact with the relatives four dogs which makes six dogs total in the family with aforementioned kennel cough. Our dogs were boarded here in July, I did not want to write a review without first thinking about it. But after numerous attempts to communicate via email for two months, we have yet received a response.

My dog loves going there. It is her vacation. I also get her groomed there and like the people a lot. I just got a second dog, so we'll see how he does.

This place is a saving grace for me and my dog. The staff is always friendly and you can tell they all love dogs. The fact you can check in on your pup leaves me with a sense of reassurance every time I drop him off. My dog is happy to go in there and is exhausted when I pick him up-it’s a no brainer to take your dog here.

Vinny has been going there for 7 months 2-3 days a week and he absolutely loves it. He’s always comes home tired but well taken care of. The staff is very nice and knows my dog and understands his crazy puppy behavior. I feel completely comfortable with the care he gets there and would highly recommend it.

Having recently moved to town, I was looking for a local place I could drop off my dog for a fun day of play with other doggies. This is definitely the place. They have indoor and outdoor play areas, GREAT & FRIENDLY staff (I cannot emphasize this enough), and best of all, you can sneak a peak at your pup while he's playing either on their website or through the app. UPDATE: My previous review still stands :) Dante knows where we’re going and loves playing with all his doggy friends and human staff. In regards to Boarding- this is the only place I would trust to watch him. We have boarded him a couple of times with the longest stay being just under 2weeks. We bring his food and bed and the staff takes great care of him. No wonder they have so many awards.

Our dog LOVES it here. She has anxiety and is very timid around strangers and struggles w. settings outside of her own but can’t wait to get out of the car and run into the Chagrin Lucky Dog Kennel. Never see her tail and butt wag as much as it does when we arrive. We typically have a friend or family house-sit for our dog when we go on vacation but this year we kenneled her there bc she loves it so much. Very clean facility and super sweet staff. Highly recommend.

Lately my wife and I have both been traveling for work; so we've had to use Chagrin Valley Lucky Dog several times over the last six months. We have been completely satisfied with the service, the cleanliness of the facility, and the staff. Daisy, our ~ 2 yo rescue dog who's half Lab and half Chihuahua (I know, it's mind-boggling), never likes to go anywhere involving the car, and is a bit shy and submissive around other dogs. But every time we pick her up from Lucky Dog it seems like she had a good time and has eaten well. Plus they have a web cam so you can check out your pupper when you're on the road. Bill was wonderful! My Great Dane, who is picky about his people, loved Bill too! He did everything and more that I asked for. He came three times a day, walked Ramsey, threw his ball, fed him, gave him treats and lots of attention. He sent me pictures as well. Tiffany is nothing less than amazing. We have a unique situation with our two female rescues who just recently no longer get along. Tiffany is a blessing and both our girls LOVE her. She’s attentive, listens to what you say, always on time, and goes above and beyond what we expected. We were nervous about having someone we didn’t know prior come into our home and watch her to girls but Tiffany met with us and made a lasting impression.
