My 3 girls love going to aunt Ri's. One is a 12 yr old lab, the a 10 yr old Yorkie and now our 5 mnth old beagle. When we drop them off they go right in and feel at home.

Quoted one cost over the phone and then was charged another upon pick up of my pet. Additionally, the hours were even for drop off and pick up but yet the total was not a divisible number from the number of days? The lady attendant and the man present were both argumentative and didn’t explain the cost at all. I’ve used them several times before but this was a far different and negative experience all together! Not to mention that all of my dogs supplied treats were used but not enough of the food for the time I was gone. Updated once arrived home- my dog has liquid diarrhea and two paws have cuts on them. I am appalled and so angry!!!!

The first time we boarded here it was no problem. The second time, however, my dog was returned with badly infected eyes. Her eyes were swollen, dark red, and her face was caked with puss. I gasped when I saw her and the owner acted as if I had dropped her off like that. My dog was clearly in pain and in need of immediate medical attention. She has NEVER had an infection before. In 7 years she has never been seen for anything other than routine veterinary care. What kind of person allows a dog to suffer like that? It's completely inhumane. I called the vet from the parking lot and drove immediately there. My dog had an ulcerated cornea and an advanced infection in both eyes. The vet had examined my dog only 2 weeks earlier as we prepared to leave town and she was in perfect health at that time. I had my 4 year old child with me during all of this which was also stressful. That evening I spent over an hour slowly cleaning my dog's face of the caked-on puss. Underneath, I discovered several lesions that were also clearly painful. My dog's health and safety was completely neglected and it sickens me that this was allowed to happen. Since her stay at the end of March, 2024, and the resulting $600 of medical care, my dog has a chronic infection on the side that her eye was ulcerated. We have to go back to the vet and who knows how much more money? Not to mention the pain that my best furry friend has suffered and continues to endure and the fear and stress my family has suffered as well. If I had left my dog in their care for 2 weeks instead of 1 she would have lost an eye. I can't believe this was allowed to happen. It's absolutely abhorrent. It is reprehensible that they didn't help her or even call me. I'm not saying this is routine for this boarder, since they've been in business for a long time, but I'll never go back there. What if the next time my dog didn't survive?

We have never boarded our dog Tyson before so we were very nervous. He’s almost 12 years old and can be dog aggressive but loves all people. My husband made sure the owner was aware and she made us feel at ease. He was loved his entire stay and was safe! She never once sounded annoyed with all of our questions or our call to check on him! If we ever have to board him again, this will be the place we use! He came home clean (he didn’t smell like he had been in a kennel) as well as his bedding and my husband was very impressed with the kennels cleanliness as well as how it was heated nicely for the animals. I will recommend this place to anyone for their animals!

Never, ever again! Took my two English Crème Golden Retrievers (2 and 1 1/2 years old) to Aunt Ri’s for a week stay as my usual kennel was booked. My wife picked the dogs up upon our return and was frustrated and extremely disappointed in what she saw and encountered. The bag of treats we provided were never opened even though we were told no problem that they would give them to the dogs. The dog toys we provided were never given to our dogs to use during their stay. Archie, our oldest was missing more than half of the hair off his tail. When my wife asked what happened it was clear they had not noticed it before her comment and then gave the answer that the reason for the hair loss was “excessive wagging” WHAT?? When both dogs came home, they drank five bowls of water over a three hour period. WHY?? Harper, the youngest, has had diarrhea since she got home. $400 to board and another $320 for new medical bills! “Excessive Wagging,” are you kidding me! Never, ever again

Been a while since using this place but decided ought to leave a review about our experience to help others. Hopefully our precious pups are all well-cared for here. I can tell you we picked ours up in one piece. Just some kennel cough. Very strong bleach smell upon entering facility. Only other thing I know for sure is the owner has the poorest people-skills. Never went back due to her rudeness. I thought it was a fluke but have since heard from others similar stories. Would much rather pay more anywhere else.

Love the staff! My daughter has a hard time leaving her dog. The ladies allowed my daughter to see the process and how our dog learned what to do within 2 visits. We tend to call and do a check up and they always give us an update. Our fur baby love it!

My normal kennel was closed for remodeling so i had to find another place to board my dog for a weekend. I called ahead and scheduled a bath and a 3 day stay for my dog. I asked the lady if it was ok to bring his blanket and bone, she said 'of course'. I picked up my dog at the scheduled time on sunday and was told they didnt have time to give him a bath. How can you not have 'time' to do your job? They returned my dogs blanket and bone, both completely unused? Did they take care of him at all? Did they even bother to feed him, or was that a other job they didnt have time for? I wish my dog could talk.

Took our dogs here, sounded great on the phone and even when I came in to check it out. When we got our dogs back on Sunday they charged 80$ instead of the 40 I was told. Also my dogs blanket smelled like urine after they said they make sure they take the dogs out..our dogs never have accidents. My advice don't go here, now I have to find another place.

Excellent kennels to keep your loved family pet safe while your away. Nice runs out back allow your furry family pet the ability to exercise and sniff four plus times a day. A trained and caring staff see to your loved pet ensuring a happy reunion upon your return.

It's A Dog's Life Pet Daycare, Resort & Spa is a wonderful facility. My dog can't wait to get there everyday. I feel so blessed to have a place that takes care of my girl just as I do. It's her home away from home. I don't know what I'd do without them. I have toured other facilities and by far this is the best one. Barb and her staff are amazing. I highly recommend this to all of my friends and family. Check it out if you get a chance, you will not be disappointed.

We have been taking our puppy here for several months. Usually for daycare, but also used boarding service as well. They are very flexible with drop off and pick up times. My dog loves it there. She sits and whines until it's time to leave in the morning. She plays all day and sleeps all night. I don't know how I would get her all the activity she needs without them. The staff is great and they all know each dog there. I was so glad to find a doggy daycare near the square and have been very happy with the service. I absolutely recommend to others.

This is hands down THE BEST pet daycare center around! Barb, the owner, is very in tune and involved in making IADL your pet's home away from home. Sunni, the manager, is beyond amazing with ALL the fur babies and the rest of the staff shows nothing but love and patience for each guest! My Willow is very happy here!

When we had booked a trip to Lake Tahoe last April, we never would have imagined we would have gained a new pup (totaling 3) and also that we would have lost our in house dog sitter who we relied on for years. We found Barb, Sunni and Zach at It's a Dog's Life - and couldn't be happier! We really did not want to board our dogs for that amount of time so we hired these guys to in house sit. BEST DECISION EVER. Not only were we comfortable having our babies at home, but we also couldn't dream of better care. My boy Gus loves this place - when he comes home, he's tired but I know he's been safe and had a great time. I've used both the daycare and boarding services and will also recently set up for home visits when I'll need them. They have discount days here and there that are great to help save money but we still get the great services. Nice local business.

Great doggy daycare. Flexible drop off and pick up times. No requirement on how many times a week. Great way to socialize your dog. She offers package deals and a half price day. Also offers boarding in bedroom style rooms.

Barb is truly the best! She is the only person I trust to care for our two dogs. Barb is very reliable and ALWAYS there to help us even when it’s very last minute. We are truly grateful to have such a caring, reliable and experienced person to care for our dogs. Our dogs love her too!

We LOVE bringing our energetic young Airedale here! The owner is accommodating and kind. I know my dog is in good hands and he always comes home happy and tired! He also can’t wait to come back!!!

To be fair, my dog never actually attended this place. I went and visited it first to scope it out and fill out paperwork instead of receiving it via email since I live close. This was my review of just “checking the place out”. I Had high hopes, it would’ve been the perfect solution for a Half day doggie day care. Just so my young, energetic dog could run and play with other dogs. Unfortunately, the whole operation seems low class. The first red flag was when The only car out front was so full of trash that it was falling out of the car and the windows were almost entirely covered in the back. one could reasonably assume it was an employee’s since it’s the only one around (which speaks volumes). Second red flag, there were no dogs outside while I visited. if dogs are on a rotation then I would expect to see at least one outside, running, playing, on a walk or going to the bathroom. Third red flag, I was Greeted with an eye roll, told “I never know where anyone is”, and the Inside was dirty, unkempt and unorganized. Employees didn’t seem to have any respect for each other. I wanted this to be the perfect place or even just a good place, it was not.

All the staff members make an effort to give pets one on one attention and opportunities for socialization. My big guy had so much fun, he didn't want to leave!

Been boarding our Doodle here for 4 years now. The employees are always so friendly,.and this place has my dogs stamp of approval. Our dog runs up to the workers when we get there. She doesn't even say bye to.us out of excitement. Looking for a great boarding option, give them a go!

This place was absolutely amazing. My dog Dallas was boarded here for 10 days and they took amazing care of him. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. Thanks again ladies for keeping our pup happy and he felt like he was at home with your pack of dogs.

One of my co-workers, and a client of mine, recommended Creative Pet Play for my German Shepherd puppy. I never really understood why people used a doggy daycares until I started bringing my pup here. The staff is absolutely fantastic! They’re always looking out for my pups needs whenever I drop her off, without even being asked. The prices for half and full day are very reasonable and so is boarding if you need a place to House your dog for a few days. Highly recommend !

I have taken my pup here on and off for years. They are so good to the pets! My dog gets so excited soon as we turn down the street! He sprints to the door and waits to get in! He loves it here! Daycare and boarding!

My dog Mack absolutely loved this place. We boarded him there many times and had him groomed there too. He also went there for play dates every couple months and he would return home exhausted. I called it “going to school” and when I would ask him if he wanted to go to school he would get soooo excited. Mack passed away in December at 11 years old. When we feel better and get another fur baby, I will bring him/her here too.

My family loves this place and so does my dog. Great rates, the place is clean and excellent customer service. They really care about animals. Plus they overnight stays, which is awesome.

When we lost our petsitter I reached out to several petsitters. Our dogs are family so I needed the very best. Animal Crackers returned my call right away. Michelle connected me with other customers who spoke highly of her to help me feel reassured. From day one Michelle has been professional, prompt, personable, kind and reliable. She watched our two dogs, one of which was an 8 month old puppy, for an 8 day period and did an amazing job! She sent videos and updates daily, even bought the puppy a new toy and picked up extra dog food for us when we were running low. The dogs loved her! We came home to healthy and happy dogs and were able to enjoy our vacation. I would highly recommend her and we will have her care for our dogs again. Thanks Michelle!

She’s always available to look after my pets whether it be a planned visit or a spur of the moment emergency; she’s always been there! So appreciative of that as well as her reasonable cost. We have used Michelle to watch our two very shy cats while we've been on vacation. She was conscientious about making sure our kitties were okay and had everything they needed on a daily basis. Michelle, owner of Animal Crackers Pet Care is just amazing. She has been caring for my little dog, Sophie, almost since I brought her home. She is visiting a few times a week to give my little girl a break. I can't express enough how caring she is, and has a genuine love for animals. I feel at ease when I know she is coming to let Sophie out for potty. She is sensitive to my pup's moods and sometimes she plays with her, and sometimes when Sophie feels like cuddling Michelle takes time to just hold her and pet her, never rushing. She is great communicator, sends me pictures and videos and lets me know how my little girl was doing for that day, while I am at work. She is just great, and I trust her completely.

Would not take my dog anywhere else! My dog has been coming here for 6 years now and I would not trust him with any other doggy daycare. The owner, Cheryl, really cares for the dogs and does an excellent job with managing all of the different personalities of the dogs. Anyone who knows dogs knows that this is very important. Completely cage free with a large outdoor fenced-in area and comfy couches inside. Overnight boarding is offered too. The rates are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

It's a private owned doggy daycare that interviews your four legged canine. The owner and her assistant (Kate a beautiful yellow lab) mingle with your pet to gauge Fido's temperment. This method has worked for a number of years with very few exceptions. First time our boy was there it took him awhile to warm up. But, the Facebook pictures can't lie and to see him running and playing then nice and relaxed at home in the evening is worth it.

Cheryl, the owner, puts our furbabies first! With outside facilities for the dogs to run and play, she interacts with each one of them as if they were her own!

How are customers expected to want to bring their dogs here when there is no website and they won’t answer the phone? Already a poor experience and I didn’t even get to bring my dog in…

We were heading out on our annual vacation and decided to look into other options for our high anxiety dog outside of her typical Vet Kennel as we knew she’d be much happier staying home in her known environment and we’d be happier knowing she wasn’t getting kennel cough from all her anxious barking at the other dogs. I found Carla on a google search and after a few other companies which I didn’t find comfortable for one reason or another. Carla was fantastic and the perfect fit. She came out and met our little lady while giving us the information for her services. Ultimately allowing us to take the lead in what we needed and wanted for our dog while we were away. We felt 100% safe with Carla coming into our home 2 to 3 times a day and feeding, walking, playing and loving up on Tini. Carla took plenty of photos and gave a detailed update on how everything was going with each visit. It was so relaxing to know our dog was well taken care of and we never had to worry. A fantastic service indeed, especially for those pets that would much prefer to be home while their loved ones are away. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Carla is an awesome pet sitter and has been taking care of my cats for the past two years while we travel. I use Carla about 8-10 times a year. She is super responsive when you communicate with her and always provides pictures of the animals which I love!!. She truly loves animals and I can tell in the communications she sends. Carla has been amazing with our dogs. She has been watching them since our now 6 month old puppy was about 12 weeks old. The pups love her and it makes me feel good that they will get a visit from someone who gives them so much TLC. I love getting pics from her when I’m at work. Marty is amazing! We could barely get our golden doodle to sit when we started and now we get complements constantly about her behavior any time we take her in public. He not only helped us train our dog, but also trained our entire family about how to make the most of the training experience. Outside of the standardized training, the hints and suggestions he has given us have made such a huge impact on transitioning from having a wild and crazy puppy to a true member of our family.

This was our first time ever boarding our frenchie. We were out of town and in a bind. Krazy Dog Lady LLC answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable leaving our baby for the first time! She kept in touch the entire time and sent us pictures/videos. She answered every text I sent when I was checking in while we were away. Pricing was super reasonable! I felt like I was leaving my frenchie with family. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be repeat customers.

Britanny was amazing with my dogs! They always had the best time while they were at doggy daycare. In the mornings, they’d cry (actually- my aussies love to talk) whenever they saw the street we were turning on and they came home ready for bed! She responded quickly every single time I’ve messaged her and sent me photos every single day! My pups always had so much fun! If I was in Cleveland again, I’d totally be taking them there every day! 10/10 recommend the Krazy dog lady!

Britanny was recommended to us by a friend that used her services for her dogs. She did an incredible job with our lab, Finley, and was so welcoming and accommodating. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to watch my dog! Brittany and her husband are so kind and genuinely care about each dogs comfort! I’m pretty picky with who I trust my dog with because I’m a professional dog trainer so I am very cautious, however I truly trust them and can always tell my dogs happy and well exercised there. I also did training with some of Brittany’s dogs and I loved her and her husbands eagerness to learn more and apply it to their boarding business. Such great humans 🫶🏻

I was putting off writing a review until we were several months into the company’s services. I’ve been with them for four months, and don’t have a single bad thing to say. Britanny is always on time, quick to respond to texts, acknowledges any of my concerns or changes, and I can tell my dog is well taken care of. Our little 3# Rita evidently fell in love with Brittany and family, since she barked at me when I picked her up. She defines covid pup, but upon meeting Brittany, allowed here to pick her up within a minute. I brought home a happy, healthy pup who in the end, was giving me lots of puppy kisses. A great experience for all!

I’m pretty particular when it comes to the care and love of my Boss Hogg! You can say I AM THAT DOG MOM!! There are many details to not only my home but Boss himself (see he has mast cell tumors👎🏽👎🏽 so that complicates things)! Britanny comes over to hang with my guy, let him potty, play and give him lots of scritches and love! They play many games of hide and seek or “let’s spoil Boss Hogg today” as I like to call it! We came across this dog sitter on an app and are so happy! They are very responsive, caring, and our pups always come home exhausted! Whenever we are heading there our pups always know and get so excited. It’s so nice to know we have someone available to take care of our dogs so we can leave town. They even offer baths and send pictures ❤️I would recommend to anyone!

Kelsey is absolutely amazing! We have 3 dachshunds, including one that is vision impaired. When we go out of town, I know we don't have to worry about them because Kelsey takes such good care of them. Not only does she handle their physical needs, but their emotional ones as well- cuddling and loving on them in our absence. She sends daily updates with pictures and the dogs always look so happy and relaxed with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs someone to take care of their dogs!

So I decided to look into finding a local dog walker that I can get to know my dog and be able to call on in a crunch. An internet search brought me to Peewee’s Play date. I was especially attracted by the fact that they worked within a 5 mile radius of my home. So I reached out! Not only did I come across a reputable dog walker, I found a serious business owner, pet lover, enthusiast and all around giver of care. My 7 year old maltipoo, Zebra, had never had anyone walk him other than me since he was 3 months old. So he was very reluctant (ok stubborn) to have Kelsey handle him - despite him seeming very excited whenever I’d say “Kelsey’s coming!” Nonetheless, Kelsey arrived on schedule every week as planned and sweetly coaxed Zebra out for his walking. He showed progress with each walk. KeIsey would give suggestions on how to make things a bit smoother and comfortable for this new experience for my pet, and they worked. She would also do extra things like fill his water bowl, give a snack, sit for hugs and give detailed reports afterwards. The billing via Venmo was super-efficient. I was so grateful for the patience and sincere kindness she showed to my dog. Because of that I will call on Peewee’s whenever needed and refer to others. In fact my neighbors who spotted her walking Zebra would later tell me how nice and personable she was. You never know who’s watching, lol, even they gave Kelsey a great review. Thank you!!!

Kelsey does a great job ensuring my dog's needs are met while we're gone. She communicates pre, during and post trip. She plays/walks with my dog for the whole duration of her visit. If you ask for something special like mail pickup, she's happy to help. It's comforting to know my dog is in great care with Kelsey. I can't recommend her high enough!

Kelsey is experienced, responsible and is great with our dogs and cats. One of the dogs, Lilah, is very shy but Kelsey's patient and calm demeanor won her over more quickly than we thought possible. Because Kelsey gives each animal individual attention, she was able to alert us to a potential problem with one of the cats. We we were able to get our boy into the Vet quickly and averted a bigger issue. We highly recommend Peewee's Playdates!!

Kelsey was terrific with my "little old man" (my 16 yo terrier mix)! She always took great care of him - loving and caring. He passed away recently from old age, but she was the ONLY sitter I trusted with him. (Thank you again for being my best buddy's second mom!)

I met Kelsey when she provided dog walking services/care for a dog of a resident at my workplace. Her love for the dog and attention to his needs were next to none, as well as her kindness and patience with his owner. Outside of that she always came with a smile and a warmth that made us all happy to have her working with us. She checked in with me and we always had the best chats. I have used PeeWee’s play dates for 4 years now. Kelsey is absolutely fabulous with my 2 cats Enzo&Luigi.You think cats are easy, but mine eat raw food which requires Kelsey to come twice daily when I’m out of town. Also they love to play so she is very active with them including laser lights and lots of toys to run them around! She has always taken the best care of them and when I’m out of town she always sends me pictures because I miss them so much. I never feel stressed about leaving them when they are in her hands, she goes above and beyond and my kitties are always well-adjusted when I return. It has been fantastic to have someone willing to learn how to care for chinchillas for me. To have someone check in on my fuzzy potatoes and make sure they are okay. I hired Amanda to pet sit our 3 cats at the end of March as I was going away for a week on vacation. One of our cats recently had become ill and I needed extra care that could offer more of a routine other than our usual cat sitter (our friend's 11 year old daughter). During the 3ish weeks between hiring Amanda and us going away, I was still trying to determine what was wrong and let Amanda know upfront of the issues happening at home, also knowing I had some unknowns yet to figure out, including potentially having her administer medications. Unfortunately it did not come to that because when I finally received the diagnosis, I had to put my cat down, which was the day before we left on vacation. Amanda was so great and so understanding through the whole ordeal. Of course we still used Amanda for the week to sit the other two cats and I am so glad we did. I haven't been away from home for more than a few days at time since before the Pandemic so it was comforting knowing the furbabies were well taken care of and someone was routinely at the house, especially since I was out of the country. Amanda is extremely thorough and made recommendations I would not have thought of, making sure every aspect was covered, from emergency situations to knowing where their hiding places are. During our time away she sent daily updates through Facebook Messenger, which is something else she recommended given I was not in the states. She also recommended the emergency vet clinic that was finally able to give me a diagnosis after multiple vet visits and getting the runaround from other places. Shortly before my trip, one of my cats became ill and was prescribed supplements to be given with his food. Amanda handled everything easily and kept in close touch with me (sending pics and texts) about how both cats were doing. It really put my mind at ease knowing someone was providing such excellent care and checking on the house while I was away. I highly recommend Amanda and her company - give yourself the peace of mind that your pets are in good hands!

We asked Amanda to babysit our baby (cat) for almost 3 weeks and it was fabulous! Amanda set up an appointment before we left on vacay and explained everything to us about the process, our cat’s habits, her philosophy about caring for your pet. She was very clear and upfront about the cost and it cost $25 for each day (which included the $5 for any Med administration) and $30 for the weekends and holidays. It’s very convenient to pay Amanda as she accepts cash/check/Apple Pay. Amanda sent us pictures of our cat every single day and took care to administer her meds. She also played and showered her love on our pet. It was fabulous having Amanda and we will be asking her to watch our pet again!

Amanda is wonderful. Reliable is an accurate name!! She’s never not shown up for my kitties or cancelled on me. She sends me pictures and videos every time she visits them. She also waters plants, cleans up any pet messes, and plays with them. She’s available on weekends and holidays (when you really need a sitter!) for a small additional fee. She was also flexible and compassionate with me when I had to cancel a booking due to my cat’s terminal illness.

Amanda was GREAT at caring for my 3 kitties and my rabbit. She took lovely pictures during her visits and sent me daily updates. Grateful she was willing to care for my bunny. Many places don’t take on small pets. Will definitely use her again
