So glad I found H & H for boarding our dog! Heather took great care of him while we were away. She sent video and pictures of him to us so we could see he was having fun. Already scheduled him for the next time we’re away. Highly recommend.

My Standard Poodle Freyja was well taken care of. When I picked her up she was in great spirits. No signs of stress at all. The facility is the perfect set up. You will know your pets are safe and loved when your out of town and thats a great feeling to have!!

Heather is an Amazing person! I’ve been bringing my dog to her for a few years now. I have a 15 year old Pomeranian with heath issues do too his age. He is on two different medications distribute three times a day blind in one eye and can’t hear that well and she did such an amazing job thank you so much for Heather for being awesome pet lover . Bismark our cat made a "Great" new friend in Jean over this past Christmas 2016 and New Years 2017. She cared for his eating, playing needs and an added love on top of it all. Jean is absolutely amazing. We moved to Arizona and no longer had family to come and take care of our 4 cats while we travel. We have hired her 4 times now for week plus trips. She doesn’t hire out other people to come and take care of them. She is VERY responsive to calls or messages. She sends us tons of pictures everyday she visits. I couldn’t be more happier or comfortable with a pet sitter.

What an amazing service! We have three dogs that are a handful and Jean was so patient and caring with our doggies! We had some overnight services mixed with periodic visits for 3 days while out of town and with every visit we received texts and pictures. For the service that's provided the cost is very reasonable, it would actually cost us about the same to board them, and this way our dogs don't have to leave the comfort of their home. If you need a trustworthy person to provide pet visits and watching you have found her. Thank you Jean!

Unexpectedly had to book her from 3000 miles away- she responded immediately and got us figured out, we were required to fill out the online service request (which was easy). Then our trip was delayed and on way home in car we had a rollover accident... once again she shifted her schedule to be able to help with more visits- the whole time not worrying about payment etc etc. When visiting dogs she stays n plays and sends proof of visit with updates and lots of pictures! Will use them again!

Mary watches my three dogs every time I travel domestically and internationally. These trips range from 2 -10 days typically and I never have to worry about my dogs. She takes care of them as if they were hers. I could not ask for me. Mary even mowed the lawn which was AWESOME. Thanks for all you do Mary.

Mary was great I'm watching our two cats while we were away. They have some unique challenges and Mary was able to accommodate all of them. So glad we found someone so great to take care of our kids when we go on vacay

I hired Mary. My dog was found dead, my plants were found in need of water and my mail was uncollected. I would not recommend Mary.

Update 12/26/24 Bark Avenue is absolutely pawsome! Our dog, Mister Eclipse, LOVES going here, whether it’s for daycare or his grooming sessions with the amazing Nikki. She is hands-down the best! Nikki takes such great care of Eclipse, and he always comes home looking and feeling like the star he is. The rest of the staff is equally fantastic—they treat Eclipse like family, and we can tell he’s having the best time playing with his furry (and human) friends at daycare. We’ve also boarded him here a couple of times, and it’s such a relief knowing he’s in a familiar place with people and pups he adores. Bark Avenue is a second home for Eclipse, and we couldn’t ask for better care for our boy. Thank you for everything you do! 🐾 I attached some photos we’ve received of our boy at daycare 💕. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I took our dog for his first groom today with Nichole and it was a great experience! Nichole did an amazing job and took such good care of Eclipse. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back for grooming and we are looking into the other services they offer too.

First time boarding my standard poodle 6 mo old puppy. I was impressed with the text, photos and report card they sent to me. Before I picked up my pup I asked for a tour and was happily given one. I was impressed with home clean and well maintained the facility was and how much space they have even a dog pool! I then. Went to their pet supply store and again was impressed . While there the trainer came in and meant myself and my dog. I was impressed with Michelle and how my dog responded and behaved for her. I will definitely board here again and do dog daycare and plan to do a training class also.

Bark Ave P R has been a great choice for us to take our pets to when they have been sick. Everyone there is great when handling our pets my dog was very particular about people but took to the staff immediately! This location has it all. Clinic, overnight accommodations, and a store! I highly recommend.

I have been so impressed for the last minute plans for our family and where the accommodations were met for our pup Cinder.. Cinder had a blast with his 2 night stay. Bark Pet Resort has been great for my pup. She is a rescue, so keeping her socialized is important. She loves going to play, and the staff if very friendly.

This was the most wonderful experience. They took such good care of my Luna. The daily report cards put my mind at ease and the daily pictures of my puppy knowing how happy Luna was. They do one on one time and brain games for my puppy. Really was truly the best experience ever. Nancy W.

Kevin loves Bark Avenue daycare so much. I can't say or spell daycare in front of him as he gets excited and runs to the door. He is a very active dog and his time there is super fun for him.

Bark Ave is our go-to spot for grooming and vet appointments. They always do such a great job with grooming for our dog, Kona! I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a groomer to check out Bark Ave. You won’t be disappointed.

I live in Phoenix and don’t usually visit this side of town, but my mom in Mesa kept raving about Bark Avenue. We were going on a trip together for Labor Day, so I decided to give them a try—and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, and this is by far the cleanest boarding facility I’ve ever seen—absolutely no smell at all! They even sent me report cards with updates to my email and phone, which was a great touch. While it’s a bit far for me to use regularly, I’ll definitely consider them when I take trips with my mom. I highly recommend Bark Avenue to anyone looking for quality care for their pets!
