I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. Young was the perfect house sitter for us. From the moment you meet her, you can tell she is animal person and is detailed oriented and will take great care of your house and pets. She exudes a peaceful and grounded energy. She was comfortable with each our pets from the high energy dog to the shy skittish cat. She played with the dog in the yard every day and took him on walks. And she was also very attentive to our cats and figured out how to maintain the equilibrium in the relationship between the cats and dog. She is an excellent communicator; she asked questions when our directions weren't clear and kept us updated on the pets. She is also an amazing photographer. She sent us pics of our pets every day that totally captured each of their personalities.

We literally cannot say enough positive things about Susan and Miranda! They are the best! From start to finish, they did an amazing job communicating with us, giving our 3 (somewhat needy) cats extremely high quality care and tons of attention, and keeping our house clean and plants watered. They took adorable pictures of the cats and sent them to us several times a day, played with them and gave them so much love and affection, and when we got home the house was even cleaner than when we left. We even asked them for some tips on how they were caring for the cats because our cats seemed happier and more relaxed than ever when we returned home to them! This was by far our best cat/house sitter experience to date. We hope Susan and Miranda are available again in the future to sit for us and would invite them back without hesitation.

Daniel and Vasylyna were incredible house sitters and we would welcome them back to sit for us again any time they are available! They were fantastic communicators, making sure to work out details far in advance and they sent frequent picture updates of our animals which made us so happy while we were away. When the power went out in the neighborhood while they were here leading to a technology issue with our alarm system, they handled everything well. Upon our return, the house was clean, the garden was thriving and well cared for, and our dog and cat were clearly very loved while we were away - in fact our dog was sooooo sad to see them leave! I had the pleasure of getting to know them a bit before I left, and they are such a kind, adventurous, and great couple. I would highly recommend having Daniel and Vasylyna take care of your house, plants, and animals!

Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). To say I felt confident leaving my pets and home in Justin's care is an understatement. Justin is a real adventurer and believer in the power of both human and animal connection. Ruthee was a fabulous pet sitter for our three cats while we were gone for a month. Prior to the sit, she was consistent and communicative; she even came over early for a meet and greet to learn the routine. During the sit, she took great care of our three cats by playing with them (she made a fun cat toy!), scooping litter, feeding and watering them, and sent us text updates and pictures. We came home to happy fur babies and a clean home. She left the place very tidy which was greatly appreciated! We are so thankful for Ruthee and would recommend her should the opportunity arise. Amazing sitters - I feel so fortunate to have had them stay. Chapeau was treated to daily walks and belly rubs, and my cat Tica was overflowing with contentment from having been taken care of so well. The house was cleaner than I left it and I was treated to a nice note and a lovely candle upon my return. Also, they left a checklist of item that they had done while here. Truly above and beyond!

They arrived when they said they would and were ready to go when we returned, making sure our cats were present before departing. We have been using this kennel for the last 8 years and highly recommend them . Our dogs and cat have always been very happy there and well looked after. A great new addition is the outdoor dog run with plenty of toys to keep them entertained. In fact they were so busy playing they didn't notice we had arrived to pick them up. Love the fact they post images of the dogs having fun on their Facebook page so you can check on your furry friends whilst you are away. Like most kennels they have drop off and pick up times which you are told in advance which avoids constant disturbance to the dogs and the working/cleaning regimes of the kennels. It's easy to work around and they have always been flexible with us with issues like plane delays etc all you need to do is keep them informed. Richard is an experienced and knowledgeable dog trainer and we have always been happy to leave our animals in his and the other staff care

Highly recommended. Requested to book at short notice due to a hospital admission & very promptly received a positive response from Richard. The dog accommodation is excellent - don't expect sofas - it is a dog kennel after all. Everywhere is clean, airy and spacious & we are able to take our dog's own bedding & creature comforts. The setting is great with lots of outside space and the new addition of the secure fenced exercise paddock is wonderful. Our GSP squealed with delight when we arrived as she knew where she was and judging by the Facebook video was very happy whilst there. She has clearly been very well looked after by a professional and friendly team and we have every confidence with no worries whilst she is at Banscol.
I have shared good feedback before and am actually quoted saying how good the kennels are. I would say use them, however if you need flexibility on collection or delivery times then forget them. Although their website states they offer drop off and collection times outside their hours, that is not my experience. We are not close to the kennels and got home early from holiday. Phoned to say we would pick up on the Saturday evening but they would not accommodate. After driving nearly 800 miles to get home we had another 140 mile round trip to do the next day to pick up out dog who wasn't allowed to come home with us the day before. I was fully understanding though, these things happen. Last week I noticed the statement on their website about flexible pick up and drop off times so I booked for 2 nights. When I booked I said I would confirm times (we live a good distance from the kennels and were travelling quite a distance as well). The day before we left I contacted them to say we would be there about 1pm if that was ok. I was told I could only drop off between 9.30 and 10.30 or 3.30 to 5.30. I pointed out their statement on their website to no avail. Not good customer care and not a good policy to have misleading information on a website. For that reason I am afraid I now would not recommend.
So glad we found Richard and Sarah last year and we will not be going anywhere else. The care that our two puppies have received is second to none. Whether boarding them or training them, we have nothing but praise.
Can’t recommend for cats. Cats are not separated from dogs; they are in the same building, and cats are exposed to constant barking. Cat accommodation dark and inhospitable.I collected my cat early and it was made clear that this was unwelcome when I arrived. It looked as if the litter tray hadn’t been emptied for a week.

Fabulous service! Sue walks my dog regularly at least once a week. Our cat is quite elderly and needs medication so we worry about leaving her but thankfully we are able to call on Sue at Croft Pet Services. She is very professional and follows your instructions but you can tell that she is also affectionate and caring towards your pet. We would 100% recommend her services.

Sue walks our bouncy flat coat Jura weekly, she is reliable and very flexible to our needs for extra walks etc. We love the fact Jura gets a proper off lead run around and Jura is delighted to see Sue. Would definitely recommend.
