We were worried about Prince doing daycare, as the last time he did at another place, he got super stressed and had to be picked up early. This place was incredible! We did the daycare/training. They said Prince did great and they used treats to reward him being calm. We'll be coming here for every boarding. We got a video and report card for Prince as well!

We booked our 3 year old Mini Dachshund in for a 3 week train and stay experience and I couldn’t recommend KIP more. He has some complex issues and behaviours but nothing felt like too much for any of the team to handle. We were assigned Megan as our trainer and she is greatly educated in how she trains both the dogs and us as the owners. We could really see she has a passion for her work and an immense care for our boys needs. He came home with more confidence and a much more relaxed demeanour and we now have the skills shown by Megan to carry on his training at home.

Recently had our senior 9 year old Samoyed Meeko at Kips for 2 and a half weeks with trainer Megan. We were provided almost daily updates of her progress as well as a comprehensive handover after picking her up. Her behaviour has improved dramatically and Megan has steered us in the right direction. The training is worth every penny and I highly encourage anyone give it a go if your furry one isn’t the most obedient.

Our dogs, Leni and Bobbi, absolutely love their time at Kip! It gives us peace of mind knowing that while we're on holiday, our fur babies are not only safe and well cared for, but they’re also enjoying a little getaway of their own.

I sent my seventeen month Golden Retriever to Kip as he was reacting to other dogs and pulling on leash. I have noticed a big change when i picked him up. The trainers are fantastic, they send videos and photos every day, and give a lesson when you pick them up. I highly recommend Kip. Special thanks to Alex.

This was our first time using Kip Kennels, and wow, what an amazing experience! Our dogs usually experience kennel stress for at least three days after returning from other kennels, but not this time. Kip Kennels provided daily photos and playtime, which were absolute winners. We couldn't be happier with the care and attention our dogs received. Highly recommend!

I can not fault Kip south east from the enquiry process to the handover. I was skeptical to put my 14 month old German Shepherd in for a long stay. After the inquiry process, the head trainer contacted me for a lengthy conversation to suggest the best program based around my needs and expectations. We committed to the three weeks Board and train and The process has exceeded my expectations. As a first time puppy owner of a large breeder, especially, I probably needed more training than my dog. Through this service kip covers all bases to ensure success. Shout out to all the team working so hard. Thank you.

Our 11 month old German Shepherd absolutely loves attending the Daycare & Train. The staff are all wonderful and welcoming . He has thrived on the training, as he is very energetic it's been a godsend to discover this place. Highly recommend!

I have had my boys stay in Kip Melbourne South East a couple of time in the last 4 months and cannot fault their service. I receive daily updates with photos and videos of them playing with the carers and other dogs and they always look like they are having a blast. They are always so happy to go back again that they pull me through the door. It’s very reassuring to know that they are being well taken care of when I am away.

Where do I begin… before Meg and the amazing team at Kip, my banh mi was a big, uncontrollable, strong, very excited puppy! At 7 months she remodeled the house by smashing the doors of their hinges, she broke a whole shelf of cups with her big tail and the list goes on.. Banh Mi boarded at Kip for 3 weeks while we were on holiday and she has come home a different dog! She is soo calm, she listens, I can actually take her on walks instead of being dragged around and the best part is banh mi still has her beautiful bubbly personality!!! Meg and the team are truly a god send! No words can ever express how grateful we are for their love and care for banh mi! THANK YOU!!!

Veeru was wonderful taking time to allow my little anxious dog to relax and get comfortable prior to the clean. The results were amazing. We will now take our other dog for a teeth clean and will return for ongoing maintenance. So much better for our dogs (and wallet) than going to the vet.

Reggie, our mini groodle, had his teeth cleaned by Veeru. I was so impressed with the result and particularly, by avoiding an anaesthetic. When I picked him up afterwards he was a very happy boy and giving Veeru lots of kisses. This showed me he was not traumatised at all. I would highly recommend this procedure as the risks are greatly reduced, and the results are amazing. Reggie’s teeth are now dazzling!

Veeru took exceptional care of our two spoodles over a recent long weekend. Our boys had such a great time , we think they missed her on returning home !! Veeru sent photos across the weekend and showed great care and affection for our dogs and others who were staying with her . We highly recommend her services. Thank you Veeru and family !!

I couldn't recommend Veeru more highly! She looked after my Jack Russell Peggy for a long weekend and I don't think Peggy wanted to come back home! I would recommend Veeru for the care of your dogs. We had our dog's teeth cleaned and are happy with the result, anaesthetic free. The after care and tips she gave was very helpful too.

Our 4 year old, Paprika, had the pleasure of staying with Bayside Pet centre for 2 weeks and she clearly had a fabulous time - wanted to stay with her new friends! My 4 yr old JRT Regi loves coming to stay with Jenny and the crew at Bayside. This is such a relief as she is a little anxious until she acclimatises generally. She always is so happy, is and looks so fit and healthy after being outside and playing with her fur friends all day and eats well on the lovely food Jenny makes herself for them. It is so nice to be able to relax when I’m away knowing she is safe and being well cared for and loved. Thanks Team 🙏🐶

We left our boy Boots here for 3 weeks. Jenny was just amazing organizing for boots, who has had hip displacer, a suitable buddy to team up with him. The other staff were great and kept in contact with photos and report on progress. Highly recommend Bayside Pet Centre, and would not hesitate going back. Sue and Brian Heard.

Love Bayside Pet Centre. The customer service is amazing and everyone is so lovely. Our 2 dogs love it there and are always super happy (and exhausted) whenever we pick them up. I think the concept is awesome when compared to other boarding kennels. Other boarding kennels will charge extra for “extra walk” or “extra cuddles”. But at Bayside, they are outside playing with toys, running around, playing with other dogs and they also match your dogs with others they will get along with. I cannot praise this place enough and it will be the only place we will send our dogs.

It's always difficult leaving your dog for any amount of time, but we were definitely reassured by leaving our dog at this kennel. There was plenty of outdoor space for our dog to run around and play, and they were very supportive of matching certain breed types based on activity levels. The kennels were tidy and the staff were very friendly, even during repeated calls to check up on our dog during out trip. The only drawback is that photos are expensive to request, but appreciative this also takes time for the staff to do. Posting daily photos on social media of all the dogs instead would be really amazing if possible!

We left our chihuahua mix here for 4 days while we went away. We usually leave him with family so I was anxious leaving him at a kennel. Staff were friendly and really reassuring and they offered for us to come and see the premise prior to his stay. They were also accommodating to our needs, given that our dog doesn't really "play" with other dogs, prefers to be with humans or on his own. It wasn't easy getting through on the phone but they responded quickly to all of my emails. Jenny and other staff were great, we'll be back.

Been using their service since 2021. Always easy to book in and no time wasted - just shoot them an email or book through their website, replies within a day. Pet always come home clean and healthy. Highly recommended

My fur baby Jake comes back so excited and has lots to say.Telling me all about his fun day out and his doggy friends hes made..As soon as i put on his orange collar he knows whats about to happen FUN FUN!!! He waits on his bed looking out the window waiting for the gate to open.. Ive find the staff are very friendly and very caring.and have noticed positive changes in Jake. Please do not send your dog here, we left our dog here for two weeks. She was 22kilos whenever we got her we where in shock at her appearance she was so then and ribs where showing we weighted her and she was 15 kilos and not the same dog. I have called twice and sent two emails and they have ignored all!! We will take further action

Wonderful care for our recently rescued 8 year old greyhound. They really care about dogs and they gave fantastic feedback about how our greyhound “Whisper” coped in kennels. We were very impressed with how they gradually introduced her to playing with other older dogs. They even introduced her to a bath but only when they felt she was okay with it. Can not praise Lyndhurst Pet Resort enough. Shout out to Rae. She is a very special person.’

We had some false starts trying to find the perfect place to board our American Staffy, but I'm so glad we found Lyndhurst Lodge. They truly do treat the pets in their care like family. Our pup is always excited to go and we've never had an ounce of worry, be it an overnighter, or a three week international holiday. We know Tilly is in great hands with the team. I love that the dogs are exercised more than once a day (for no extra fee, like other kennels in the area), and I've even heard of Tilly receiving lots of love and pats. Really top notch value for money and amazing peace of mind every time we've boarded. I'd never send Tilly anywhere else.

Saint always has a lovely time here! Whether it’s to socialise during the week or if he needs to board. Always comes home happy and tired from playing!

This was the first stay away from home for our little guy, Buster the schnoodle. Lyndhurst Lodge Pet Resort came highly recommended from some friends and we could not be more impressed with the professionalism, communication & care from the team. My husband called to check in during the week and received a lovely update, on the spot, about Buster having lots of fun playing outdoors with other pups his size. Buster came home to us smelling amazing (bath included in his stay) and clearly well cared for. We have already booked again for next year!

Much better living arrangements than other kennels. Genuinely love animals. My girl always excited to go and comes home clean, happy and healthy.

Fee and Paul are absolutely awesome when looking after my old Pomeranian, Tiny. While she misses me she always gets so excited to when she goes to 4 Paws. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Lonely Pets Club is absolutely fantastic, they have been a lifesaver many times when I've had to go away and leave my cat. Lonely Pets Club are fantastic! Our carer, Morven, has looked after our 3 cats for a few years now and I can highly recommend her. Our cats are always so relaxed and happy when we get home. It is great value for money and I'm never worried leaving them in her care. I don't know what I'd do without Lonely Pets Club!

We have been using Lonely Pets now for almost 6 years and would never go anywhere else. Paul is a great carer who our cat now knows and trusts. We are sometimes away for 4 weeks at a time and never have any hesitation is using Lonely Pets and always ask for Paul specifically. We love having regular updates and photos and it is also good to know that the house is being checked daily too. Fantastic five star service

I've used lonely pets club, Brunswick, for a few years now for my cat. I've had two different cat sitters. At first I was apprehensive trusting someone to visit while I am away as my cat is totally reliant on them to survive. I asked the sitter to call me everyday from our landline and they were happy to oblige. Now when I get the call I look forward to hearing how my cat is behaving and whether she is snuggling to the sitter or not! Brunswick tries to send the same sitter so your pet gets to know them and now our cat is very comfortable around our sitter. It's also nice to know nothing has happened to your house while you are away. Mail can be taken in, lights on, bins out etc. It is a very valuable service. We go away several times a year and my cat is elderly and finds going in a car and to the cattery too stressful. She is much happier at home. The only small teething issues we've had is just about communication, such as one cat sitter flushing the soiled litter down the toilet instead of putting it in the bin.

Have used Lonely Pets Club a few times now and I am really happy with the care that my cat gets. Before I knew of this business I had left him in catteries where I always returned to a find a stressed out, upset, skinnier and often flea riddled cat than I'd left. He absolutely hated it. In home care is now our preferred option and our carer, Mia, is friendly and kind and I am confident leaving Naboo with her to care for him. The communication while away is appreciated, it's great to know all is well. An added bonus is getting the mailbox checked, plants watered and bins taken in and out. Wonderful service.

I have been using Lonely Pets for many years now and would not look elsewhere when it comes to ensuring my pets (cats/rabbit) are looked after in my absence. I have found LonelyPets responsive to my booking requests even at late notice. Paul has been very reliable and is good at keeping me updated on how things are at home when I am away which is reassuring . This helps me to enjoy the break without worrying about the pets at home. The pets are happy because someone is looking after them. My family is happy because we can get a break without being tied down. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Our cats Macca and Lenny have been cared for several times by Paul. We always come home to find them very relaxed and happy.
