We boarded our 2 dogs for 9 days. This place was amazing with them. The place is clean, the staff was kind with great customer service. Our dogs are high maintenance with some anxiety and allergy issues. They had no problems and were completely taken care of! I would recommend this place 1000 times over!

Love this kennel and doggy daycare! The owners are the kindest caring people I know. Darius and Jamie really love what they do! Our border collie Patrick has been going there for many years. He is always well loved, exercised, cared for and all his basic needs are met. We have a difficult time getting him to go home when we pick him up. Thanks you for being such a great place to board my dog.

The owners and staff at Dobe Run are awesome! They have always taken excellent care of our dogs and were extra helpful and flexible during a recent extended stay of a sick family member's dog. The facility is very clean with plenty of room for dogs to get outdoor exercise during their stay. I highly recommend Dobe Run Kennel and appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the owners and staff!

The staff is amazing and my dogs love them. They no longer offer full grooming , but still do baths. Their daycare options are great if you don't need overnight.

We take our fur baby to Dobe Run at least 3 times a year! He gets so excited when we pull in and when we walk in they know him and his tail wags and he runs to the staff! I would recommend them to every pet owner!!!!

We couldn't have been happier with Dobe Run and their daycare services! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating for our dog Hank while were on vacation in Gloucester, VA. He must of had a great time too because on the second day he jumped out of the truck and dragged me inside... I'd say that's doggy language for "this place is great!" :) Thank you for taking such good care of him!!

Love these guys. Our high strung cocker always runs right in. They seem to spend plenty of time with the dogs and our dog never seems to mind being left, even tho he is quite happy when he gets picked up.

Generally, my dogs are anxious creatures but they always leave Dobe Run happy! I love how many "layers" of fencing they have, the facility is clean and safe, and the staff is great with my pets. I definitely recommend trusting Dobe Run with your pets!

Our dog stayed there one night and everyone and everything seemed great. Our dog goes back for a week's stay soon, we'll see how that goes. I'm hoping I will be "upgrading" my review to 5 stars after that. Very clean facility.

This team has been what we consider family for years.The faces might change but the core of there values stands tall. You have to be a true animal lover for this kind of work!! Be it daycare or boarding for family travel,they are top notch !! FYI, the love in that bldg is STRONG AS EVER !!

My dogs have stayed here multiple times over the last several years, and the staff always talked about how wonderful they were when we dropped them off and picked them up. A couple of the staff the last two times even got in the floor to play with one of our dogs both times we brought them in for drop off. We didn't even make an issue out of one time being boarded one dog came home with kennel cough and the other had a ripped pad on his right front paw, or this past time when we picked them up and one of them had a broken claw on his right rear paw that was so sore he was limping. Now they have decided to let us book our dogs, then call days before we were supposed to leave for a trip to tell us they wouldn't board them anymore due to our dogs' "aggression" and how they make the staff nervous. When asked why they didn't bring this up the last time we picked them up from be boarded for a week, we were told, "Sorry, we have a new manager." When asked why they are just now calling with these fabricated notes when they had been booked for a while, we were told, "Sorry, we have a new manager." When we then accused them of doing it because of the breed, they didn't even try to deny it, and they again told us, "Sorry, we have a new manager." Never again will we do business with such an untrustworthy establishment.

I have been coming to this place for a few years now and I would love to just say how much better the new manager is doing with this facility. They have special occasions during the month for the daycare dogs and even have treats for the dog parents. Keep up the good work home away from home. Im impressed

Love this place. The Doctors and Staff truly love pets and are wonderful to work with. They take the time to answer all your questions and concerns. My pet loves them.

I'm way overdue on writing a review for this place. It's spectacular and I'm so glad we found it. We moved to the area earlier this year and were looking for a new boarding/daycare facility. When I called the first time, they spent at least 30 mins answering all my questions and talking me through their policies and procedures. I showed up unannounced a few days later and they gladly gave me a tour of their facilities (which is a sign they have nothing to hide). My senior pup wasn't quite a fit for the daycare environment, so they worked with me to set up a day boarding arrangement where she goes each week and hangs out in the kennel for the day so its part of her routine and the staff is familiar with her and vice versa. Recently, I boarded her for a long boarding stay and noticed on the camera that she seemed a bit anxious. I called and spoke with the team. They immediately went next door to talk with her vet (another plus of this place is that the vet is right next door) and worked out a plan to get her additional anxiety meds. The following day, I checked in on the camera and saw a staff member sitting with her in her kennel giving her belly rubs. The rest of her stay was smooth sailing. I could go on and on about how much they love my girl. She loves going to "doggie school" each week and I'm so grateful to find a place that loves her as much as I do.

We've been customers for the last nine years. We brought our shy puppy here and were amazed how he came out of his shell. He gets excited when he knows he is going to daycare. We feel extremely comfortable with the staff who go out of their way to make the pet's time enjoyable. The vet office next door is great peace of mind. All of the little things over the years really add up to a great experience. And even though our new puppy is a handful, the staff looks forward to seeing both of our fur babies. Such a great place for boarding or daycare! They really are family to our pups, truly another home away from home.

The staff is awesome, polite and professional. I started out boarding only and now I have my little guy in day care 2 days a week. Overall, my experience with Home Away from Home has been excellent. My dog seems to love going.

Our Chihuahua, Bill, had a great stay. Everyone was really warm and kind to us upon arrival and when I called to check on him, they were very helpful and gave me a nice report. He was calm and happy when we picked him up. I would definitely recommend Home Away!

The lady Kathy, who works the front desk is very rude and impolite, and she also treats people of color differently than other customers. It’s almost like she couldn’t be bothered with them

I boarded my diabetic cat here for several days and they were great. Very up front with extra charges for meds. They also gave me good info on how he did in their care. It was obvious that they really cared about my cat and all the other pets coming and going.

We have been taking our dog to the Ruff House for over a year now. They treat her just like we would, and have really helped with her socialization and training. She loves the daycare, and we also regularly use their grooming services. They are truly wonderful, I recommend them to everyone!

We love The Ruff House in Greenbrier. The employees are happy and excited when you drop off and very efficient when you pick up. We tried another daycare near Great Neck in VA Beach (near my office) and had problems with our pup being bit. They blamed him saying he wasn’t reading social cues from the other dog. He did his temperament test at The Ruff House and they said while he did get amped up once (he’s a year and a half old), he was very good at social cues. He hasn’t had any issues. I believe they have more supervision and interaction with the staff. We have been so happy that our boy can get to play with his friends! He is tuckered out after a day of play! (He’s the yellow lab)

The Ruff House has been amazing! My Leti girl gets so excited when it's time to go in for daycare or boarding. I can trust them to treat my puppy with love and care. The report cards and pictures are a plus as a first time dog owner. Thank you Ruff House staff!

Staff is super friendly - never had any issues with booking, communication, or follow-up questions. I love getting pics of my puppers playing with other dogs her age during boarding. They always take care to keep her with the other grey-faced older dogs, knowing puppies are just too energetic for her. I always feel secure knowing my dog is being cared for while I’m away.

We take our dog there regularly for enrichment, daycare, and boarding. He always comes home so happy. The people there are wonderful and deeply love all the animals in their care. I can’t recommend them enough.

They give us so much peace of mind and reassurance that our sweet 2-year old dog, Fiyero is receiving the best care possible while we are away! I just moved to Virginia and wanted to find a safe enriching day care for our dog. The Ruff House (Chesapeake) is amazing. Our puppy Pompeii has a great time there and comes home tired and happy. They feed him and make sure he’s an environment for his temperament. When I drop him off he goes with the handler no hesitation! They post pictures of your pet to your profile and cute report cards. Reasonable pricing too! I love this daycare and so does Pompeii

I have nothing but good things to say and would recommend their services to anyone. My dogs (and even my cat) love it here, and I never worry for a second when I leave them in their care. You can tell everyone is very passionate about caring for the animals, and the business is run efficiently and professionally.

My two babydogs, Rocky & Hazel, absolutely love it here when they are boarded. The care is top-tier which I appreciate as a loving & highly protective dogmom. My pups mean the world to me and I have so much peace of mind knowing they’re in great hands while I’m away. I also greatly appreciate the photos seeing them at play with other dog friends. My 13-month-old golden retriever recently began attending daycare, and I have noticed that he is quite fatigued when I pick him up. However, I am pleased to see that he is actively socializing and developing his confidence. The staff at the daycare has been exceptional; they are highly professional and demonstrate a deep understanding of how to handle and care for each of their clients.

Fantastic boarding service! They were very communicative and took amazing care of our kittens. They had plenty of play time outside of their enclosure, and we got report cards that let us know how things went with them. I love that they have cameras available so you can check on your pets whenever, and the add-on for a daily text and photo update was so worth it. We'll absolutely bring our kitties back the next time we need to leave town!

Meow Manor is simply amazing! When I walked in, there was no smell of cat litter box. They clean every cat litter box twice a day everyday. We were able to take a tour and the staff explained the daily routine. I was able to bring Kitty Smalls on the tour as well. I received daily pictures, had access to the cat cam. The staff is awesome and very responsive. I loved that the cats independent access to roam around feely around the facility, one cat at a time. The next time I need cat boarding, I will bring Kitty Smalls here!

My husband and I were out of town for more than a month and had to leave our fur baby at a cat boarding , we found MeowManor and couldn't have picked a better place ❤️ Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our fur baby was comfortable, having fun and even made our very nervous cat fall in love with them. I really appreciate the everyday photo updates of him as I was in a different country missing him. A 1000% percent we will be coming back ❤️!!!

Wonderful. Pfefferneuse had a fantastic time. Loved the window and bird feeder. The care was excellent and the pictures reassuring. Five stars. Going back again in two months. Feel safe leaving in the care of the meow mansion employees.

Megan and Kara where amazing. The place is spotless . The condos , apartments and mansions are adorable. Thy have a camera service where you can see talk to and watch your kitty all day all night. Is in an amazing location easy to get. The service was straight forward educational and easy options to navigate. The staff is well trained for any curve balls they might have to manage on the moment. Over all The meaow manor is a really great place to leave your pet safe and secure. BtW they have a reward program ask for that in addition you can get 5$ off when you do check in on their Facebook page. Amazing

This place is absolutely wonderful, it is the definition of cat paradise. I was very nervous to leave our cat for the first time since adopting her but i’m glad I found The MeowManor and trusted them with the care of our girl. The staff was friendly and welcoming the moment we walked in and the place is kept in spotless condition, you seriously wouldn’t even know one cat was there. The daily communication and response time exceeded our expectations. I can’t recommend them enough, and this is coming from a very anxious cat mom with high expectations. They will love on your fur baby their entire stay!

We cannot say enough good things about The MeowManor. It was our first time being away from our cat and to say we were nervous was an understatement. The lovely ladies at tolerated all our questions and inquires and nerves. The cameras in the his “mansion” gave us comfort seeing him happy and healthy. Then he got to come out and explore the manor and get cuddles. The last morning he was there, we happen to see his “vacation mommy” go in to feed him and he was tail wrapping her and she was petting him. That was amazing to see and gave us great comfort. We will use this amazing place and already have his next stay planned and booked.

I honestly don't know where to start with how great MeowManor is! I loved the different boarding options and went with a larger room with a window perch. Our cat enjoys a window view so I thought she'd appreciate it. Kara was there when we dropped off and picked up our cat (also named Kara!). She was very friendly and allowed us time to set up the room and then get her stuff together with zero rush. I really liked this because when we've boarded with the vet we were just handing off our cat in the carrier and that was it. Being able to check in our girl via Wyze was great! We were also sent daily pictures and a report card at the end of her stay. I really, really appreciate the time and attention they gave my girl. I wish they had a location in my side of the water but because of all the amazing amenities they offer I don't mind making the drive. I highly recommend MeowManor!

Boarded our cat here for a week. Very clean environment. Cats only. The staff are very caring and considerate with daily updates by text. Webcams also available although there's no way to know when your cat is out.

I cannot express how happy I am that we found Fuzzy Butts to care for our girl. From the first phone conversation to the meet-and-greet, Jessica and Jennifer presented in a professional, caring manner. Their knowledge of dog behavior is unmatched. Gianna is Ava's best friend, and I didn't worry once while she was in her care. I love the fact that they use the Time to Pet app to give me updates on Ava EACH visit, along with pictures! I was nervous about leaving Ava at home, but after using Fuzzy Butts, I will not go back to boarding her in a facility. I would recommend Jessica and her team to care for the fur babies of even the most discerning pet parent. I know, because I am one!

Jessica did an amazing job looking after my pups while I was away for work. She came to meet them and you could tell she really loves what she’s doing. My husband and I went out town to get my stepson squared away for college and we couldn't take our dog, Beau, with us. This was the first time we left Beau home alone. I like the fact that Jessica was able to keep me informed on how Beau was doing while we were away by sending me messages and pics. My husband and I had to extend our trip a little longer and Jessica was able to accommodate us on such short notice. When we recently found out that our cat was diabetic, finding the right pet sitter became a challenge. Would a sitter know how to administer his medication? Would our cat be ok with a stranger? At our meet and greet, she answered all of our questions and really took the time to get to know our cat. She went out of her way to make him feel comfortable and safe with her. When we went away, she constantly kept us updated on him, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure he received his insulin shots and ate his special food. She isn’t just a cat sitter, folks… she is a godsend. She is professional, caring and amazing at taking care of the animals she looks after. The comfort we feel in knowing our cat is in good hands with her is priceless, and I am so grateful that we found her. Jessica, the owner, is great! She is very thorough in the “meet and greet” and loves kitties! Very professional in the way they handle everything. We used Fuzzy Butts when we needed a pet sitter for our 2 dogs when we went out of town a couple of times. They give you updates on an app every visit with tons of pictures. Jessica was very responsive anytime I had a question. Our dogs loved them and we will be using them again in the future. I would definitely recommend!

After contacting multiple pet sitting services and receiving no response or being told they didn't service our area, one of the pet sitters who couldn't service our area recommended we try Fuzzy Butts. After contacting Jessica, she responded quickly, worked with us to set up a meeting at our house to meet our four dogs, and brought the pet sitter, who would be watching our girls while we were away. We were presented a professional packet letting us know what services they offered and the pet sitter, Jennifer, took the opportunity to meet and talk to our girls to make them comfortable. Fast forward three weeks and we were flying out and gone on our trip for five days. Jennifer visited the girls three times a day and communicated with us via the app "Time to Pet", sending multiple pictures and providing very detailed updates. My girls, three mini doxies and one chiweenie, are not the friendliest to new people and don't warm up easily. Jennifer was playing with them and petting them within ONE day! This is unheard of with our girls. As our trip continued, the pictures proved how much the girls bonded with Jennifer and how much she enjoys taking care of fur babies. I had forgotten to ask her to water our plants while we were away, but Jennifer took it upon herself to take care of it when she noticed the plants weren't looking good. I cannot recommend Fuzzy Butts enough! We're new to the area and were nervous to leave our girls, especially not having any friends or family in the area, but Fuzzy Butts quickly eased our concerns. We will be using Fuzzy Butts everytime we go out of town or just need someone to run by the house and check on the girls when we're having a long day. THANK YOU JESSICA AND JENNIFER!

The staff of PawsCienda are absolutely phenomenal. Our puppies went to PawsCienda for training and after just four days, their behavior and focus was incredible. Both Stephen and Julianne, the trainers, are exceptional with training and follow-up with us. We received phone updates, a video, and in-depth instruction for us to continue their training. We can't speak highly enough about the PawsCienda and their service.

We have had the best experience working with Stephen, an incredibly talented dog trainer to train our littermate siblings, who can reasonably be described as Tasmanian devils all the time. Their littermate energy is INSANE! When I first met with Stephen, the first thing I told him was that I didn’t trust my dogs. Stephen trained me how to properly and SAFELY use e-collars on my pups bc I had never used e-collars on any other dogs I’ve rescued. Stephen’s patience with me was biblical, quite honestly. Compared to me, working with my Tasmanian devils was easy. I learned so much from Stephen, that I signed up for multiple training sessions. And on top of working with Stephen to obedience train our pups, we also have the pups enrolled in doggie day care at Pawscienda, have our pups kenneled at Pawscienda when we travel, and have our pups groomed at Pawscienda. Honestly, at every level of service we have always been impressed with all the staff, the philosophy that guides Pawscienda’s values and the wealth of expertise and experience they bring to not just our pups, but all the pups, kitties, and bunnies etc., entrusted to their care. We wholeheartedly recommend Pawscienda Pet Resort for all your pets’ needs. Pawscienda is the nicest pet resort I have been to and I am so glad we found them. It’s immaculately clean, employees are so sweet, and my puppy absolutely loves going. Steve is an amazing trainer and I highly recommend any of his programs.

My Boarder was unavailable, so I chose this establishment, after researching the reviews. My pup is an American bully, who entered healthy on 12/7, and without a real explanation obtained a split nail to the quick! My hubby and I left for Thailand on 12/9. I inadvertently left my cell home! Upon returning to the States, a message of the injury was delivered to me. The injury occurred on 12/10, and no Vet services were obtained! I asked why, how and when the injury happened. I was told that my pup was aggressive! $451.00 was the charge! No bill adjustments, no Vet and no explanation was provided. Who was responsible for my pup from 12/7-12/18? This Ranch is, imo, the lowest form of canine care in this area. Irresponsible, unprofessional young adults should never be in charge of strong, young pups, imo! Hire a Vet and medically trained experienced adults over 30, is my advice. I will NEVER take my fur baby there again. Why am I in need of paying another Vet bill, upon leaving him in their care ? BE AFRAID! PROCEED WITH CAUTION. No conscious, no customer service, and no responsibility for my pups injury was taken by this establishment, imo! 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️ run don't walk! What a low class piece of crap this place is, imo.

My only complaint is they are too busy! It does put the burden on the owner to be more mindful of planning and scheduling grooming needs in advance. They have treated both me and my 13 yo bichon with respect and I’ve been happy with the grooming and care he’s received so far. In my experience they’ve worked with me to find alternative groomers if they can’t fit me in and do call back in a timely manner if a message or inquiry is left. They do take well defined time off during the day so check website for hours and know that during those siesta hours they don’t answer the phone. They’ve consistently finished up faster than projected and I e been able to get my dog before the mid day break.

My fur babies love everyone here, Harley enjoys playing with his daycare friends, The entire staff is friendly and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend them.

Pawscienda is the absolute best! All of the staff are professional and kind. Stephen is an amazing trainer and his assistants Julianne and Charli are amazing also! I would highly recommend his classes. And a very special shout out to Payton for going over and above to make sure our fur baby was well taken care of and loved on while he was boarding there!! Payton is the absolute best and has such a way with the animals! We feel totally confident leaving our pets with them!

We can’t thank Stephan enough for transforming our dog Sully into a very well mannered, disciplined and trained dog. Stephen was so patient and kind to our family as we learned to help Sully. He is a master teacher! We highly recommend Paws Cienda. The facility is top notch! Very clean and lots of room for animals to learn and play. All staff seem happy and the vibe is so wonderful. There’s not another place like this in Richmond area. Thank you Stephen for an amazing job!!! Sully misses you already!

Always so friendly and professional! An impromptu tour of the facility was very impressive! We have used the grooming, boarding, and training services. We are always 100% satisfied! My fur baby loves to go to Pawscienda and I feel totally comfortable leaving him in their care.

The staff at sandy creek took amazing care of my 3 Labrador’s for a week. In 30+ years this is the first time my dogs have not come home traumatized by a kennel stay. For the last 10 years I have never boarded them because of our experiences across the world with boarding facilities. 10 out of 10 for this team!!!! You can feel the love for the animals as soon as you drive through the gates! Thank you for keeping my precious babies safe and happy!

The old owners were great. The new owners seem even better. My doggo is SO HAPPY to go there and stay. I swear she gets a vacation when I leave town. It is always clean and friendly. The owner has a ton of her own animals and saves many. This is my only call when I am going on vacation.

I have used a lot of boarding kennels over the years, and I have to say Sandy Creek Pet Resort is one of the best! I show dogs and I am very picky about where my guys stay when I have to be out of town. I have absolutely no worries when I leave them at Sandy Creek. First of all, it is one of the cleanest kennels I’ve ever been in. There is absolutely no odor. That can only be achieved with meticulous, sanitation, and cleaning. When I did my tour through the kennel, the dogs that were there were very quiet and relaxed. a very good sign when the energy of the dogs being boarded is that serene. The staff is wonderful. Very caring. Very focused on your dogs. I’ve called other kennels over the years to check on my dogs and it’s always a one line answer. They’re fine. When I called to check on my guys at Sandy Creek I get a full rundown of what they’ve been doing. And how they coping with their stay. Boarding pets is stressful enough without having to worry about what’s going on while you’re away. I leave mine with Sandy Creek and I have absolutely no worries!

Sandy Creek provides amazing care for our sweet pups whenever we go out of town. The dogs actually LOVE to have their own little “vacation”, and always are rested and happy to see us when we return! We are quite particular where we board our pups, and Sandy Creek is by far the best we have found between the river area and Richmond. We would happily drive miles farther to know our pups are getting the amazing care they receive at Sandy Creek!

Great place! I have never boarded my dogs before and was very nervous about leaving them for 10 days. The Staff were great and my dogs enjoyed all the room they had to run around. Will definitely use them again.

OUTSTANDING! The Disney of kennels!! My 2 Mastadors and their mother, a Neopolitan Mastiff, are now there together but prior to today, the 2 daughters were at a different kennel (I'll leave unnamed for now) during home reconstruction work being done..... we have four pups. The 2 Mastadors were neglected at the prior kennel, but Donna, Michelle, and her crew at Sandy Creek restored their health and happiness. Just had my dogs there for 9 days. After an in depth conversation with my dogs, I am told they had a fantastic stay! They said the ladies were all very kind to them. They said they had a great deal of play time. In all seriousness, I had peace of mind when “off the grid” for 9 days. I called once and knew they were in good hands. No issues. And that’s great since one of them has anxiety. The other has medical issues….worth the hour and a half drive to their beautiful facility.

The staff is so kind. They always do a beautiful job on my baby girl. So helpful and knowledgeable. I love going there to. If I ever need to board her it will be there.

Sandy Creek is an excellent kennel! The staff is very friendly and professional. They handle my 120 lb. Lab named Buddy with no problems. The owner is also very friendly and professional. She appears to be a genuine animal lover. I highly recommend Sandy Creek!

They are wonderful. They have groomed my Yellow Labrador retriever Captain since he was about 4 months old. He gets a nice bath and toenails trimmed. He smells great when he is done. Recommend them highly

We have been boarding our cat Jack at 4 Leggers for the past four years. The cat condos provide a quiet, private space for each kitty, and the staff is friendly and caring. The price is also extremely reasonable. Best of all, Jack never seems stressed or nervous when we pick him up, unlike experiences we had with other boarders.

For a couple of years now 4 Leggers has been grooming my little "Baby" who is a Yorkie/Dachshund mix. They always giver her great care and kindness. In recent months she has been dealing with a back injury and they were so gentle with her and handled her like a baby. Unfortunately my vet says they do not recommend any future grooming due to her permanent nerve damage in her back. I just wanted to thank everyone at 4 Leggers for all their fine work and love for my "Baby". I would highly promote them and their wonderful services for the Northern Neck.

They did an excellent job on my Maltese, Presley. He smelled and looked so good. We will be going back.

I took my Sparky for a grooming on June 4th. He was supposed to be groomed with no hair cut from his ears or tail. I pick him up and there is no hair at all on his tail. The hair on his ears was cut. Very unhappy about it. I brought it to the attention of Travis. He said he was sorry. He did not offer to cut the price of the bad haircut. Just said he would wite it down. Well, it should have been written down from Sparkys last visit. Will not be going back. Customer lost.

I have grown up in this area and these folks are the absolute sweetest people to interact with. My dogs are very comfortable being here and I would trust them 100 times over to take care of my dogs and treat them as if they were their own. The staff has a caring sense about themselves that is absolutely heartwarming and you will feel that in your first interaction.

I just had my Pomeranian shaved for the summer season. They did a great job and he looks absolutely cute. The owners are nice people as well. I took a star off because they still will not let people in the building without a mask. The CDC has stated that people who have been vaccinated can enter buildings without a mask and even the governor of our state has said the same thing.

I took my Havanese here to get groomed and Pam did such a good job he looks so much better I’m sure he feels better very nice professional clean business, Travis was great too. So impressed! We will be returning

Staff combines kindness with professionalism so that we feel okay boarding our pooch for a few days.

Has no business caring for animals, subpar care, and they can't seem to keep staff (which is concerning and reflects about their business). After giving them a few tries after trying another terrible facility in the area, I will be traveling the extra hour for a place worth a damn.

My kids love it here. I took my four dogs there and they stayed five days. The staff is wonderful. One took time to love on all of them everyday. They are happy to see me when I come to get them but there is no stress that I see. I will continue bringing my pack here. This was their fifth visit.

This is truly a wonderful and caring place to take your pet. Everyone there is concerned for your pet and will love on them.

Love this place! They are truly wonderful. My do goes there for daycare and tries to push the half door open when we gets there. Runs to go back with the staff and doesn’t even look back. It’s funny! They are adding on space too. Yay!

My dog gets excited when I take her there to be boarded & the vets are wonderful!!!! I live two hours away, but its worth it to me! I trust them & know that my dog gets wonderful treatment. I would recommend them to anyone with a fur baby! Added bonus the fee to board is extremely reasonable! But knowing that your Pet is treated like family; you can’t beat that!!!!! Happy costumer for over 10 years.

We bring our 4 dogs here all the time for daycare and they love it! We were worried since 2 of them have separation anxiety but they don’t miss us at all here. They are outside playing throughout the day and the staff are really nice. Boarded our dogs here for a night as well and the price is much better than you’ll find anywhere else. This place is legit and right next door to an animal hospital too.

Our dogs wag their tails and are excited to go into Bayside for boarding, doggy day care and canine nail clippings. The staff are pleasant, kind, and know the dogs by name and personality. They are especially attentive and careful with our arthritic senior dog. I believe the dogs tail wags and thrill to go into the kennel area speaks volumes for Bayside and the care they provide.

This is the best doggie daycare, grooming and training business in Hampton Roads area. The daycare employee definitely wear out my dog with playtime and are very knowledgeable about caring for the different breeds. The grooming is excellent! Your dog is never crated while waiting to be groomed or drying and they smell so good after with their bows or bandanna! Training is so laid back, calm and very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about Pawsitive Vibes!

Thank you Erica for taking such good care of our dog Phin while we were out of town! We enjoyed the pics, videos, and updates of all the fun she was having with the other dogs. I highly recommend using Erica for your dog sitting needs!

Best decision my husband and I have made for our dog! Between our busy schedules it is so worth it to pay to take him here to get him out of the house and more social around people and other dogs! Even with doing online schooling at home he needs more time out of the house and this is perfect for him.. He has grown so much since he started going here and I trust them so much with him. They offer so many different services and the owner is very personable and flexible. THEY also have very good groomers there as well and good prices! Would highly recommend for any dog owner. 👍♥️🐕🐶 One picture is him after his first grooming and they did awesome!

Erica is THE. BEST. We’ve been taking our Henry there for a few months for daycare days, and he LOVES it. We get updates throughout the day and she’s always posting on her social media in her stories of the pups having a blast. Couldn’t recommend a better place and someone who truly cares for your pup when they are with her. Love Pawsitive Vibes!

Excellent dog trainer. We have gone through basic training with one dog and she is now enrolled in intermediate. Another dog has just begun the new anxious dog class and loved her first experience. The trainers take a lot of care to make sure dogs and owners are as comfortable as possible and don't rush through the training. They also provide a lot of "why's" for dog behavior that has been helpful as we try to counter condition and teach good behavior and good decision making. An excellent value for money. used their dog grooming services which were quick and easy.

We started bringing our dog here to help him get more exercise and socialize more having moved to a townhouse from a house with a yard. He comes home happily tired. We also get him groomed here and their groomer does an amazing job. He is a malamute so his fur can be difficult and plentiful, but he always comes back looking and smelling amazing. They also well send random pictures they snag of him which I love!

My dog Fungus loves Pawsitive Vibes so much that his behavior improves when we say "daycare". He loves Val, who is always at the front desk. He loves every person who works there, and so do I. They are in tune with doggy behavior and put the health and wellbeing of the pups first. I've worked at doggy daycares in the past and I was truly impressed with Pawsitive Vibes' transparency and commitment to safety. Every dog I see there is relaxed and happy, having a great time. I can't recommend this place enough!

Kayla, the groomer is terrific! She takes care of our 2 basset hounds and 2 of our chihuahuas. The last time she groomed Chiquita, our blind special little chihuahua, she even dyed her little spots on her back to make it look like she has flowers!

Our Labrador who does not enjoy grooming or nail trims always is happy to visit Pawsitive Vibes. She is not dog friendly, and they always make accommodations for me to drop her off and pick her up without interactions with other dogs. The staff is super friendly.
