Kris Werner is the best dog/parrot housesitter and dog walker we have ever had, and we've had plenty. She loves animals, and cares for many types from birds to horses. We have used Kris exclusively for over 12 years, both as a house-sitter and dog walker. She is honest, friendly,and extremely reliable and if she is booked, she helps the client find an alternative to meet their needs. My family cannot recommend her more highly.

I have known Kris for about 14 years and every experience I have had with her has been a great one. She runs a very professional business. She is extremely reliable. She is clear in her communications. She is great with the animals. Kris has been our in-home pet sitter for many years, caring for our cats, bird, and horse. She is warm and loving with all of our animals and they respond in kind. She will follow our directions (and we leave pages of complicated instructions!) to the letter, and, at the same time, she has the sound judgment necessary to deal with an unexpected situation. Our animals are like our children, and we went through a few pet sitters before finding Kris. We trust her with our home and our most prized possessions.

Kris’ Pet Sitting Service has cared for our pets for about a year and we couldnt be happier. After my original pet care plans fell through a few days before our 3 week trip, I contacted Slav. He was very responsive and we arranged a meet up the very next day. He answered all my questions and immediately made me feel comfortable leaving our 1.5 year old there for what would be by far the longest we have ever left our pup. Slav agreed to take her and the drop-off and pick-up process went smoothly. He sent pictures everyday and I could tell that HMB Dog House had quickly become her second home. I am very grateful to Slav for accommodating me at the last minute and I absolutely plan to leave our pup with Slav in the future when we go away. This was the first time we had left her with a kennel or professional caregiver since we got her, and I was nervous. So many of the kennels have business models that require you to decide in advance how many times you want your dog to play per day or how many walks you want, etc. I wanted to find a professional that I could trust to use their own judgment and make sure our pup got everything she needed, and Slav was definitely that person. He is great with all the dogs and has set up a beautiful home-away-from-home for our loved ones. Thank you, Slav!

The experience I had with Slav’s boarding is beyond exceptional. I have a Maltipoo puppy and have never boarded my pup before. Slav arranged a meet and greet and spent time quality time easing many of my worries and answering my questions. My pup passed the test and was boarded over the weekend. Slav sent daily pics of my pup and was responsive to texts/emails. Slav is kind, cares for all his dogs and have extensive knowledge of dogs’ behavior. I feel so relieved to have someone trusted like Slav to watch over my pup if I need to board again in the future. Thank you, Slav!!

We brought our 11 month old beagles for their first stay with Slav. We were nervous for the beagles and Slav. After all, beagles are rambunctious and then you add beagle sisters to the mix! Let’s just say, Butter and Dottie had the best time. Slav connected with both of them and understands their needs and personalities. We received updates and photos. The beagles were cared for and very happy. We will use HMBDoghouse again!

Slav is so kind and patient with all the dogs. I love knowing that my pup is in a safe home environment with someone who will look after him as well as Slav does. Adding on -- I've boarded my dog many times and he wags his whole body when he goes inside! I know he's happy there. And Slav has been amazing at accommodating me -- no complaints when my plane was late and he had to keep him an extra night. Slav is super easy to work with and very organized.

Slav is fantastic with dogs! Our chocolate lab boarded with him for the second time now for multi-week stays. Our dog feels very comfortable with Slav and enjoys going there, and we trust Slav fully with our dog. Slav shows genuine interest in the dog’s well being and actually spends time walking the dogs and playing with the dogs. When our dog had digestive problems he even cooked a special diet. Slav is our go-to-person for dog boarding!

This was a great find. Slav takes good care of his canine customers and is very professional and courteous to their owners. I highly recommend this service.

We were a little worried about leaving Bernie for the first time. Bernie was a rescue, he is just over a year and a half old, and he is a large 90 lb dog but shy and submissive. Bernie warms up once he is comfortable and feels safe. Slav had us come for a visit to see how he behaved in a group and Slav immediately understood what kind of dog he was and invited us to have him come to stay. Bernie stayed with Slav for 4 days and Slav uploaded photos every day while we were gone. Bernie was clearly having a fantastic time and feeling right at home. It was such a relief. When we returned to pick Bernie up Slav gave us a quick debrief on how well it went. We would absolutely recommend Slav and will take Bernie back again soon.

Slav took such good care of our Maple while we were away. He has a lovely home and garden and the dogs can all run freely and play— no kennels! Slav sent pictures every day so we knew our dog was being looked after. I’d highly recommend Slav and will return the next time we need to board our dog.

The biggest fear on my way to Slava to pick up Jax after a 10-day-stay was: “What if he doesn’t come home with me!” Jax was adopted only 4 months ago and I hated the idea of boarding him even for a short period of time! Luckily, while checking out my options (my last dog passed away over 10 years ago and I was a bit out of touch), I came across the hmbdoghouse profile. We were lucky that Slava had availability and responded to my request almost immediately. After our meet and greet appointment, I knew right away that we won a lottery!!!!! Slava is very passionate about dogs, he treats them as they are his own. Very calm, charismatic, with a good sense of humor - he has a way of connecting to all dogs and their owners. Daily pictures and reports of Jax’s activities made me really jealous and I had a valid fear that Jax won’t want to leave Slava! Well, Jax is home ❤️ and i am already checking in with Slava to make sure he accepts Jax next time (BTW, I don’t have any traveling plans yet). THANK YOU, Slava!!!!!

Slav was terrific! I was visiting my daughter from out of town and needed a place for my dog to stay so I could spend time with her. At the first meeting, Slav connected with my dog right away and my dog quickly felt comfortable in his home and with the other dogs he was caring for. The dogs have free roam of his well maintained backyard and the living room in his house. Slav walks the dogs twice a day as well. He is caring of the dogs and flexible with drop off and pick up.

Shannon goes above and beyond to care for your furry member of your family. She has a heart of gold, a good head on her shoulders, and boundless amounts of energy to match her dogs! I can honestly recommend her without hesitation for any of your pet care needs!

Ryan is fantastic! He took great care of my extremely skittish rescue cat with such kindness and skill. I can’t believe how fast they connected. I look forward to having him care for my dog as well. He’s super knowledgeable and clearly loves animals.

Ryan is amazing! Our 2 year old pup is fairly skittish, weary of men, and a little hyper, but adores Ryan (and his family) and comes home happy and calm from her visits/stays with him. Ryan came highly recommended from a friend and we are so happy to have found him!

Ryan took great care of our cat while we were traveling, feeding her and cleaning the litter box in our house. He was very flexible with the timing based on our preference although it was a long weekend and we scheduled kind of late with him. I ended up asking him another favor from the house work and he kindly admitted to do that too. I highly recommend him!

We had last mins request. Ryan showed up each time on time. It is little tricky to get our dog go for a walk with someone that she is not familiar with but Ryan was able make it work. We have used Amy's pet sitting services for years now, both for our old (senior/special needs) cat, and now for our two young kittens. She has never let us down. We are so glad to have someone in the area we can trust!

I don't know about the walks I'm sure they're great. But I refferred all my friends to work for her and gave her many hours of service, she didn't even reply to me many times and when she finally did she treated me like yesterday's tomatoes. It seems like it was all fake.

We called for a quote. She heard our dates and immediately said “We don’t have availability on those dates.” and then immediately clicked (hung up) on me without letting me get a word in. Call me old fashioned, but this is certainly not how you interact with potential clients. I was going to consider her business for other dates but wouldn’t because of this lack of basic decency.

Ry The Pet Guy and his dog walkers are life-savers! I adopted my 3rd rescue over the pandemic, a year old German Shepherd with a lot of energy, and finding Ry has been such a relief. He gets picked up twice a week by Gabe who takes him for his pack walk and even works with him on behavioral issues. He sends spectacular photos of their pack walks and video of how to continue the training exercises. Gabe goes above and beyond to connect with the dogs. Best of all, when we board all 3 dogs, they love him and the rest of Ry's crew and come home happy and relaxed. Absolutely top service for dog care!

Ry and team are so thoughtful with their dog care. This is the *ONLY* dog boarding place where our pup gets excited to go with them - all other places we've tried, our pup gets scared and nervous, breaks your heart as a dog mom! Instead, when Ry and his guys show up, our little girl cannot wait to jump in and head off to a weekend with her friends - did I mention they pick up your pup too? So convenient! Better still, Ry takes magazine quality photos and will send them to you while you're away from your beloved pup. Are they the least expensive option? Of course not, but the quality of care, the love they show these dogs, and the piece of mind of knowing our girl is well cared for while we're away makes it completely worth it. I would highly recommend Ry the Pet guy. Our original plan of care from a dog sitter fell through at last minute and our pup (Frenchie) has never been away from us. So I was a little nervous about leaving him but Ry and his staff were super warm and welcoming with Stitch. He was so excited and doing zoomies on the property when we arrived. He is a huge ball of energy so I was curious how he would do there. Throughout the 3 days we received daily updates on Stitch and pictures of his walks and adventures. It was such a good feeling to be reassured he was happy, well cared for and having a great time with other dogs. We will definitely be using their boarding services again. As someone who had never left my dog alone, I was understandably nervous about leaving him in the care of strangers. But from the moment I dropped off my pup, Indy, I knew he was in good hands. The team at RTPG are true dog whisperers, and had Indy comfortable and happy from day one. Throughout my trip overseas, they kept me updated with pictures of Indy on epic walks with his new friends, and I could see from his eyes that he was having the time of his life. They even helped Indy overcome his fear of bigger dogs, and gave me tips on how to be the best owner possible. When I picked Indy up, he was better adjusted than when I left him, and eager to return to RTPG. Their facilities are spotless, they come and pick up your pupper and drop him off for daycare as well. Ryland and his team are amazing! They take such good care of my fur baby, Harry, who can be an odd ball, and frankly, a handful. We've been using Ry the Pet Guy since our dog was a puppy (he's now 11.5). Their team is incredible and takes such great care of our fur baby. We use both dog walking and boarding services. These treats are as loved by the dogs as the hot dogs! High quality, safe for allergies and food limitations and deemed delicious by dogs!
