I can't say enough about how amazing our experience was with Kevin, and Planet Paws. From the meet and greet, to the time he spent caring for our little cat Sammy over three days, just phenomenal. Thorough, caring, compassionate, and prompt. Sent updates and photos with every visit, and was absolutely wonderful with her. Kevin was so professional and cared for our 2 cats (and more than a few plants) exactly as we requested! We can always tell how our cats feel when we return home from a trip, and we could tell they were happy and got plenty of attention during our time away. And all the plants survived! Kevin is a phenomenal dog walker. What he provides is not only dog walking, but also peace of my mind that my dogs are safe and well taken care of. Kevin is an absolute professional and takes pride in his business. Our dogs get great walks and he always walks them for the exact amount of time he is hired for. He provides map information of the route he takes and updates us with a picture of our dogs and how the walk went. We are very comfortable and wholly trust Kevin with our dogs. All in all, he is the best.

We used Planet Paws Pet Care when we went on a two week vacation. Our 2 cats are very social and don’t like to be left alone. Kevin came to our home daily and made sure that their feeding needs were met, litter box cleaned and also spent time playing with them. He provided daily updates and even sent pictures. We were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our furry boys. We can’t recommend them enough!

Bailey is always loved and taken care of when he stays with Kevin. Bailey loves to stay at Kevin’s house and to play with the other dogs. We have full confidence that he is doing great while we are gone and love the pictures that Kevin sends us.

I can't say enough about Kevin and his company. He has been helping us out for almost a year now for our puppy and it has been very easy to work with him. He is reliable when we need him and scheduling on the app is very easy. He is great with our dog and she loves him! He recaps the day and sends me pictures of how his visit went with our dog. I want to thank Kevin and Kristie for taking such good care of Zoe while we were away on vacation. It gave us so much peace of mind to know she was in good hands, especially considering her recent diagnosis of diabetes. They took special care to make sure she was fed and had her injections at the same time each day. We will definitely trust Planet Paws Pet Care to look after Zoe again in the future!

My 2 dogs have gone to Bed and Biscuit multiple times, and it's been great for all of us. The staff is friendly and really love the dogs. We've even had the bonus of our dogs becoming more comfortable around humans, due to all the love and attention the've received here! The pricing is also incredibly fair.

We love Bed & Biscuit when we need to board our dogs. They're very well taken care of and the staff is great! Prices are very reasonable, and the location is convenient. We won't use any other boarding facility for our two dogs!

We love Jenni @ Bed and Biscuit! My dog goes for doggy daycare 4 days a week and boards when we vacation. We couldn't own a dog without Bed and Biscuit and Jenni. The puppy stage almost broke us. I can't recommend enough.

Karen and Erica are wonderful! I've been using the kennel for about 15 years now. Very clean and well maintained. Dogs get daily play time and socialization at no added cost. Most kennels will charge you for this. Which is just shocking to me. Karen and her staff truly love animals and it really shows in the care they provide. I will never use another kennel other than this AMAZING one. Thank you Karen and staff for always taking such good care of my fur babies!

My dog is a huge scaredy cat, and doesn't take to people very well. The staff here were so patient with him, letting me bring him a couple times to get used to it. The owner, Chris, was so friendly and truly made it known she wanted to help get him comfortable. I've now left him for 3 vacations and he's done well every time. I can tell he's well cared for when he's there. Don't look any further, take your dog here!

We have been taking our dog here once a week for about a year to socialize him. He is so excited to go here every Tuesday and he comes home exhausted. The staff is always great to deal with, they communicate well and clearly care for my animal. Can't recommend them enough.

Ruffin It takes care of our dogs whenever we need boarding. My dogs always seem perfectly fine and their normal selves when I pick them up. The owner is nice and very accommodating. Prices are more reasonable than most other kennels.

After a not so great experience having a friend watch my first dog while on vacation, I decided I would give boarding a try on my next. I found Ruffin it pet resort in December of 2021. We have used them several times for boarding throughout the past few years and have been extremely happy! After picking up both our boys after their last stay, they both came home very happy and very well worn out (which is rare for us having 2 high energy dogs)!! I leave knowing they are being well taken care of and love them being able to socialize and have fun while we’re gone. The staff is also so amazing and kind! Highly recommend!

since the 1st time I took my dog to Ruffin it Chris and her staff have been AMAZING !! Most recently due to a family emergency we had to drop our dog off with no reservation and they took her in with a open date to pick up our do. The fact we could leave town quickly and not worry about our dog made a bad situation easier to deal with !! I would not trust anyone else with my dog!

Very expensive and very leery and weird about me visiting while recuperating. They don't allow it. Absolutely no! I would not trust my precious dogs with them. What happens behind closed doors there that they want to hide

This place claims to be experts at socializing dogs and working with their psychological behaviors….Yet, a dog was turned down because he was scared and very reluctant to get into the kennel for the staff. However, the staff said once he was in the kennel, he was totally fine……but then the response is “it’s not going to work out because he won’t get into the kennel and they’re afraid that he may bite”(yet showed no signs of aggression)” Yet, I wonder, do they turn every dog away that hesitates even a second to get into the kennel? I’m a dog owner of three and I volunteer at a rescue, so this must mean that tons of dogs are turned down at this place. I do not know many dogs, if any, who like or enjoy being locked in a kennel or who do not show some hesitation, just my opinion. Just disappointing that they told me I would not be screwed over, and yet here I am back to square one.
